Sheraton Arlington

Staff not helpful, understand that it’s closing busy should have not scheduled to be a Passion Conference participant. Room service was late and cold. We had to be at the Conway a certain time. The food was left outside the room for two days. Was told the kitchen would stay open until 11. They were always closed as well as the bar

The room was in great shape and the staff was very helpful. We came into town for a show and they pointed out the best way to get there. We also needed some extra toiletries and they got them straight to us.

They turned off keys well before check out- locking us out of the room, separating me from my youth son, my purse, phone- everything. Called front desk and had to go downstairs for a new key, then back up and that key didn’t work. Had to go back to the desk again and finally a manager was going to walk up with me, but a housekeeper had let my son in the room. This caused us to miss our flight and be stranded 1,000 miles away from home because we missed our uber. I am a bonvoy member- not happy about this. Accidents happen but their service level was poor.

Very disappointed with our stay. Our first room was unclean—hair in the shower, a dirty sink, and hair on the notepad (for reference, I have locs and my partner is bald). We had to switch rooms, which made us late for a graduation. The second room had no washcloths and the bathtub was peeling. Extremely unimpressed, especially for nearly $700 for two nights. We won’t be returning.

Property is nice and rooms are great. Food is awful - breakfast, and dinner.

Jo at the front desk was awesome! So cheerful and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and the waitstaff and omelette chef were so welcoming on our early morning. Very attentive.

It was a slow weekend, but was surprised that the bar was mostly closed. The room was clean and felt spacious. I like that it had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Front desk employee, Charles, was so friendly at check in.

Overall the stay was good. No issues with the room, temp etc. Decent bar and food in the lobby. Definitely a more antiquated hotel - but didn't have any issues during my stay.

I wish I had her name but the woman who checked me in and out was amazing. She was nice, professional, apologetic when she didn’t need to be and offered me water when she knew I was hot and tired. It was refreshing to have such a nice interaction as soon as I walked in.

My stay at Sheraton was comfortable and convenient.

The hotel was fine, adequate room and decent lobby/restaurant. Outdoor pool and surrounding area unpleasant to the point of not wanting to be there. Needs to be redone and maintained. Would not recommend…stay at Loews

Staff was great and very friendly. Rooms need to be update and better cleaned. The hotel would benefit having another restaurant.

The room was very nice, clean, and rennovated to standard. All of the double bed rooms are in the same room, to which I was not expecting, so if you think it in seperate rooms they will not be. so be careful of how you select the double beds with the difference of room dimensions. They are all the same. Without any privacy, overall I can say the one night I stay was good.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Loved being able to walk to the Rangers game.

Was a quick overnight stay for a concert. I chose it because of its proximity to the venue. My only issue was that the room didn’t have a microwave. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. We had to go the laundry room 3 floors down to use 1 of 2 microwaves. It was a little inconvenient. Overall, the stay was ok.

Has to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. It ran us behind for our event.

The bar area was not clean the refrigerator, that was visible to customers, had stuff growing on the glass. I didn't order another drink, and the glasses were dirty too.

I can't give excellent as a score. Always room for improvement

It was very nice, we had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the gym, the dumbbells and the cable machine. I would have liked to have complimentary breakfast as well. But overall I would give the hotel a 9/10!

Amazing hospitality! Staff was incredibly kind and took care of everything with a great attitude. Even in the Market Place, we felt taken care of & welcomed! We visited for a concert at Globe Life Field, which was a convenient walk or ride over and back. It was great!

Perfect hotel for Rangers games and Six Flags. Lobby spacious and well furnished. The only amenity missing would be in-room microwave oven.

The room and facility was fine. The bed was too hard and no matter how low i set the AC, I couldnt get it cool enough in the room. It was so hot, I slept about and hour because is was so uncomfortable. Never used the covers all night. I think they limit how low you can set it because I had it down to 65 and it stayed way too hot.

I love the pool area and the people in the restaurant/bar were very nice. I also appreciate the trolley that comes to pick you up for Rangers games. It’s free of charge.

Super convenient to the baseball stadium, easily walkable. The food was good and the service in both the restaurant and hotel itself were very good.

Staff is excellent, very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The room we had is dated, bathroom no vent system, so bathroom stayed damp. Bathroom is super small. The door nearly touches your knees when using toilet. No microwave in room. Only one small trash can in the bathroom ,and recycle can for plastics. Another positive: a trolley is provided to transport to Ranger stadium. We made it a good time regardless of small inconveniences.

We had an excellent stay. Only complaint was there were never any towels at the pool.

Good amenities

Nice hotel and close to Globe Life field, but they need a shuttle to the field. One that accommodate everyone. Had to spend $60.00 to get to the field and back.

It was an overall good place to stay but the rooms seemed a little dated.

Check in was chaotic because they said housekeeping was under staffed. However I was able to get a room within 30 minutes. Others had to wait longer. Good job staff for working through it.

Our stay was very nice. The staff were amazing. We received an early check in. The food was good. The Bartender was Very good! The pool was awesome! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious! I used to bring my kids here in the 90’s and it brought back wonderful memories. Now I’m bringing my grandkids❤️

The staff made our stay great! The bar tenders were attentive and the front desk and housekeeping were quick to respond. Free parking and a beautiful large pool was the icing on the cake!

Went for a concert, but stayed an extra day because of the service.

Location is great, walking distance to ballgame and food also the new Medal of Honor museum which was awesome. Lots of free parking. Liked the hours for the bar and the pool area is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel staff was friendly room was clean but dated. Asked for a double when booking but received a king.

Stain on bed sheets and barroom height is too short. Felt tight in there.

It was ok, staff was friendly, room was clean, bathroom was way smaller than described, but what was really concerning for me was that the door from the room wouldn’t close completely and for obvious reasons wouldn’t lock. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely could have been better.

Something’s need fixed. There was a missing tile in one of the elevators. The ceiling in front lobby had some damage. In our executive suite with doulbe beds it’s very dark at the mini fridge & sink area. It very badly needs a lamp or some kind of light

The lobby was so clean and fresh after being in the heat! The stuff was very nice and housekeeping was great! I liked that we also were able to order breakfast the night before and choose what time we wanted it to our room.

Absolutely love this place 10/10!! Definitely recommend it. Staff was super helpful and friendly and customer service was just awesome! Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and awesome views. We went here for our 1 year anniversary and also went to the pool which was very nice and a beautiful jacuzzi. We loved this place and we’ll be staying there more often!

I liked that I was able to walk to the concert instead of paying $20 dollars or more. The lobby was relaxing.

Overall my experience was good except that they charged the hotel stay to a wrong card even though i asked them to change it to a different card. I called and the lady said it was too late but I know you can because other hotel chains allowed me too

We were in town for a Major League Baseball game at Globe Life field. The hotel was only a few blocks away. You could walk there or take a trolly that runs 90 minutes and 45 minutes before each game and 30 minutes afterwards. The trolly is free and the hotel staff will give you tickets to ride. The bar area was big with plenty of seating. The breakfast was extra cost but well worth it. All staff were friendly. The property was beautiful with mature trees surrounding it. We didn’t go to the pool but definitely will on our next stay there.

Only complaints, woken up two nights in a row around 2AM from noisy neighbors either beside or above us. The water in the shower was awful, the water pressure was fine but the temperature was uncontrollable, we couldn’t find a happy medium it was either scolding hot or freezing cold.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tye room was quite spacious-everything is bigger in Texas. I would have given 5 stars but there was no in room microwave to heat up the delicious leftovers and there was only one USB charger. Easy and safe 15 minute walk to the stadiums. Would definitely stay again.

The building and rooms need TLC but the staff is amazing! Every encounter with the staff was pleasant, they were all ready to help.

We had a great stay close to the ball stadium and things we wanted to see and do!

We had a nice stay but again, I booked a handicapped room and when we got there only regular rooms were available. We asked if they had something that my husband could use to help him so he could lift himself off the extremely low toilets but they didn't. I wish one day everyone could experience how hard just the simplest of task is when you can't walk and then maybe people would make more of an effort to accommodate our handicapped population. They are important too.

Check in was at 3. We did not get to check in until 4:45 because house keeping was behind. The front desk promised and didn't deliver.

Housekeeping was a little questionable for our room but other than that was a great place as far as convenience

Very close to Globe Life Field - we were in town for UTA Graduation. Nice to have a full service restaurant when we were too tired to get in the car and drive around looking for somewhere to eat lol! Great experience!
