Staff helpful, clean room well situated for activities in area

TV in bedroom continued to buffer during our entire time in the room. I was there for 4 days but the rooms were cleaned only once but after I requested it. I was charged for parking but the location never advertised about paying for parking cost. Bad choice and will not visit again.

We love this hotel. Best hotel breakfast in the area in my opinion. The rooms are great and my family loves staying there. Great pool, close to the fun stuff in the area, and very quiet. We only have 2 complaints - the mattresses are rock hard (always have been) and I forgot to bring my extra padding to put on the bed, and the internet connection was out this past weekend, meaning my kids weren't able to log into Netflix on the TVs when we were in the room. They survived - not the end of the world - and we weren't in the room that much. They were fine watching "regular TV" and it was a good lesson for them.

Me and my dad came down for a 2 night stay and to see the rangers play a couple ball games. Check in was a breeze. Everything was clean. Our room had everything we needed and was clean as well. Pool was exceptionally clean. My dad had breakfast both mornings and loved it. He brought me back breakfast to the room as I'm not much of an early riser. They had a quiche the first morning that was phenomenal. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. I could go on forever. We used to stay at Sonesta which is really close, but we decided to try this place and it is soooooo much better and this will be our go to hotel for ranger games, 6 flags, hurricane harbor, and cowboy games from now on.

Loved everything about it! Especially loved that there was a shuttle to the Ball Park

Staff here were really the highlight of the stay, welcomed with a bag of chips and a water and we're super accommodating and informative. Check in process felt like a 5 star hotel and the property itself was well cleaned and maintained. Paired with a great price point...well worth the stay!

We like being able to ride the trolley to the Rangers game. The room was nice.

The room was clean the area was quite and safe ,the room was very spacious the pool was clean even the outdoor grilling area and grill was clean guest's staff everyone was friendly would definitely recommend The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable and hard the sides of the bed when let out was scratching and poking up us every time we sat down or stood up. But that's nothing a air mattress of your own can't fix

The first day on Saturday they didn’t not have breakfast ready. Coffee was cold, my room restroom was not flushing.

Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the small kitchenette, which made it so convenient for our midnight snacks. The location was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

The property was very warm & welcoming. The staff was phenomenal & very helpful. The rooms were very clean & tidy with wonderful amenities that benefited me & family thoroughly. I would definitely book again!

The room was clean except for the strong marijuana smell... Staff was very friendly and helpful. despite there being a full house it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and I loved the vanity area in the bathroom. I would stay here again.

The rooms and hallways seems to smell like marijuana. Not sure if that’s normal or their deodorizing stuff they use…but not the best smelling place. Other than that the suite was fine.

The room air-conditioning unit was very noisy when it would cycle on. Also, the toilet needs repair. It would continue running after a flush. Room 136.

Great staff, good breakfast and a nice sized room. They were able to provide a pack n play for my toddler and she slept pretty good the whole trip. The bbq was clean and the pool was open (not heated and in November) so it was good to have a cold dip as needed.

Our room was dated and our television kept going in and out to the point where we just didn’t watch it at all. The room was clean however our chair was ripped on the sides.

Great stay, very convenient location, Staff is excellent. Only issue was a check in snafoo but the check in clerk had us squared away in less than an hour. Excellent staff..

Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. The one-bedroom suite was awesome—clean, spacious, with two TVs, full kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Parking costs $12 daily. Excellent continental breakfast and convenient location near many restaurants, just 10 minutes from DFW Airport. Highly recommended stay.

Love how clean and all your basic necessities were in every room. I usually do not stay at any Marriotts but I definitely will be using residence inn alot more now. This was in Arlington by Six flags and the one bedroom suite.

I have to say the staff have been very helpful and kind to our needs. From make breakfast food items available and also making sure we had everything we need since we had to stay a few weeks due to a family emergency. We have been pleased with our stay.

I booked this room so that I didn’t have to drive home after an event in the area. The staff was pleasant and the room was decent. However, there was so much foot traffic in the parking lot that it didn’t feel safe at all. The energy was off so I didn’t even sleep at the hotel. I packed my bags and drove all the way.

Close to the stadium

Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and very clean.. it’s off the main road so it’s quiet at night time. Short distance to Cowboys stadium and Texas live.

The landscape was beautiful, green, and serene in the surrounding area. Hospitable front desk staff, clean front desk entry area and actually clean fresh smell in hallways! Room was very clean with a fresh smell as well!

Room was clean but trash piled up quickly and someone always had trash in the hallway. Laundry room is convenient but the washing machines didn't work 100%. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, the queen bed was too soft for me but, husband didn't mind it. The kids weren't to thrilled about the pull out couch bed, but good thing they weren't heavy or it would have been really uncomfortable for them Kitchen is nice, full size fridge with an ice maker, 2 burner stove top, and a dishwasher. They do have bags of ice at the front desk that are available to guests, which I thought was really nice. Overall, I would defintely stay again!!!

Clean and nice staff

Th RI served it purpose. The front desk attendant was very nice and the check in check out process was seemless. There’s only one elevator per building and the interior has popcorn ceilings and isn’t well lit. The decor needs to be updated from top to bottom. The breakfast isn’t good and the dining area is tight. Loved that they have basketball court next to the pool.

Didn't expect paying for on-site parking

The stuff was great. Management was awesome my dog got out of the room and they put her back in.

The property is in a great location. I appreciate the kitchenette, the size of the hotel, fitness center and the nice outdoor amenities. The front desk customer service is by outstanding!

Had a great stay here

Orange water and coffee available 24 hours! Decent breakfast with vegetarian options and fresh fruit every day. Staff was lovely, especially Cole!

Property needs a big upgrade. Shower handle was broken. When I touched the handle…it fell. When it fell and if it went a different direction it would have broken my foot. Also when we took out the sofa bed…it was very lumpy so there was no sense in taking it out. Room 102 needs a big upgrade. It was not worth the money I spent

It was a hectic night with so many people checking in. However, Junie handled it with grace. She was accommodating, hard working and so very kind. Great experience with amazing staff!

When we arrived at 5 pm we were told that our room was not ready for check in. I was advised they had a lot of late check outs and housekeeping was working on getting the room ready. There was someone else already waiting on a room as well. We waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before the room was ready. At check in the parking fee was waived due to our wait which was fine. When we got to the room, none of the tvs would come on without unplugging them and plugging them back in and the AC was not working. The room never got below 78 degrees. I had my husband and 3 kids with me and we were not comfortable at all. Cole at the front desk was WONDERFUL! He apologized so many times and did what he could to get us in another room and when he couldn’t, he found us a room at another property and took care of getting us booked there. He even called to make sure we were taken care of once we got settled at the other hotel. In short - residence inn gets 1 out of stars and Cole at the front desk gets 10 out of 5 stars from us!

This is a much older hotel. The room smelled like dirty feet. The windows were filthy and the curtains dusty. I’m not sure they’ve ever been cleaned. Location was very convenient but I’d pick another hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Room service was offered and were supposed to come everyday. We never saw them. Our room was never services with house keeping. No trash service, towel service, no vacuuming service. When We first arrived our room was not entirely clean so I notified housekeeping services, who was in the hallway at that time. They came to vlean the wall and the floor and that was the last we had seen of them. We had a baby in the room so we all made sure the room stayed tidy so we emptied out trash so the room wouldnt stink. The housekeeping service did surprise me because everything else was so great.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was great, the check-in staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was close to everything we had planned to do while in town. We had one minor complaint - the TV remotes didn't work very well, and the front desk did not have any batteries. My husband bought some batteries from the nearby convenience store and replaced them himself. No big deal!

Every single employee at this hotel was beyond friendly. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and was very clean. Breakfast was very good as well. I stay at many hotels around the US and this one is by far one of the best. We were a family of 5 and loved the location as well!

Elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Was never offered to be moved to a lower floor. Checking out, the young guy at the desk could care less. Three police cars were in front upon checking as well. Will not be back!!

My only complaint is there was no hot tub and the headed pool was cold.

Staff was very helpful and so very professional. The room was clean and the sitting area was very roomy!

It was good until you have to chase your credit card deposit traveller beware of billing only regret so far, maybe they will return my 227$ dollars.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Staff was great!
