We notified the clerk at the front desk 3 times over the span of 5 hours that our room did not have soap and they informed us each time that they would refill it soon. They did not

Horrible experience

Not a proper representation of Red Roof. I have stayed at Red Roof Inn several times. Never one like this. There was trouble with my check in which took sometime to get my room. The parking lot had a dirty diaper with poop on the ground. There was a roach in our room. Just one but it did make us uncomfortable for the rest of our one night stay. I did feel like the rooms were not like the picture on the internet. I would not stay here again.

We ended up not staying, we walked in our room and walked out. We did not like the atmosphere. There were men outside our room drinking and standing around staring at us. We were not comfortable at all. We left and went somewhere else...

I didn’t like the fact that the property allowed me to book with them, when they so called “banned me” from their property. They took my money, and are being super difficult about my refund. Safe to say I WILL NEVER BOOK THEM AGAIN.

Free parking and a trolley to the stadium are a super plus in this area. The staff was very nice. The rooms seem to have been remodeled, but still need improvement. Smells like cigarettes and humidity. Also, the A/c was noisy. It is okay for a one-night stay. I would not recommend it for asthmatics.

Location of the property was very convenient. The room was very clean. The linens were clean and the facilities were clean. However, the smoke alarm kept chirping the entire stay, but due to me coming in late, I didn’t have a chance to call management and my second night there the neighbor was outside being very loud other than that, everything else was great.

Perfect spot for a six flags adventure. Numerous restaraunts in the area. .3 miles from the park entrance. The room was clean. The hotel was very quiet. We couldn't believe how comfortable the bed was and you can definitely tell they didn't spare expense with the sheets on the bed. They were very comfortable. The ac was working very well on a 105 day. The TV had built in apps you can sign into with the streaming devices you already have which is always a huge plus to me. All in all, I will be back the next time I'm in town and it will be a no brainer where I will be staying. Thank you for the hospitality. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the first dog 80 pounds our under is free of charge. It's the little things that go a long way and they certainly have that covered in a slew of aspects.

I would like a refund my room was horrible I couldn’t get in my room I had to walk back and forth to the front desk for new keys that didn’t work , the front desk clerk had to come open the door with a master key , the air conditioning was horrible it was broken didn’t even work

It was clean, staff were great This is not a negative, because in my eyes they are working to upgrade the property. Which told me they saw that the property need work and they are doing it.

The outside of the hotel does not match the niceness of the actual rooms. It looks like they were doing some renovations to the hotel lobby. I hope these renovations will include the rest of the exterior.

Room was exceptionally clean. They are also remodeling so I was moved to a remodeled room the second day. Doing a nice job.

Front desk person did an exceptional job. Location was ideal for what I needed. Rooms were clean and despite being near the interstate it was quiet at night. Easy access to major highways. No breakfast due to office renovations.

I would definitely recommend this property, especially for those on a budget or looking for a reasonable weekly rate. While the rooms are dated and the furniture is minimal, the environment is clean, quiet, and well-managed—no loitering or trash issues at all. The standout feature is the staff; they are incredibly gracious and attentive, fulfilling requests immediately without any attitude. It’s a solid middle-ground between a standard motel and a high-end hotel. I’ve had a bug-free stay (aside from a few gnats) and am already considering extending my stay for another week.

It was in a scetcky looking area. Staff was rude. Refused to give us enough pillows. Rooms had a bad smell . It smelled like mj in the lobby .

I paid for a premium room on the 1st floor with parking in front of my room . I got that . However , the tv would not work and the heater was broken . I really didnt need the heater for the time until next morning . I called the front desk and told them . They said i would have to change rooms . I was not told i would be downsizi g from what i paid for . They room they put me in was a huge downgrade . He said he could not do any better and he could not compensate me since i paid through Hotel app . Im very disappointed with this . Also i injured myself on a sharp towel rack when i bent down to put a tissue in the waste basket . It is mounted in a bad place . It gashed my forehead .

It was a secure and easy area to be in and it was near the stadiums!!!

I did not stay because the smoke smell was overwhelming and causing me to have difficulty breathing! I just opened the door but did not go in the room because the cigarette smoke smell was very bad!

There was not a fridge in my room. Description clearly states there should be one. I asked to move rooms to one that had a fridge. There still none. They asked me to move again but I refused by then. It was uncomfortable moving rooms the first time due to we had a 19 hr drive and just wanted to rest. I also asked for two extra towels which never came. They said I had to wait till 7:30 am next morning. I called next morning and they said to call after 8am. Will not stay here ever again. I hope they better their customer service.

The room was in good condition. It was definitely dated and warn in places. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Room was very dirty, and unsafe. We tried to turn our tv on and some plug behind the TV started throwing sparks. Contacted front desk and they didn’t get back to us until 11pm about having someone come look at it. We had a 1 year old with us and was already sound asleep by 9pm. Very unprofessional and I will never understand why they would call so late. Never got a refund as they stated they would give. Will never be back. I don’t know how the room we stayed in is up to fire code. If we would’ve called the fire department I’m almost positive they would’ve been shut down. Do not stay here!

Courteous staff and upgraded my room for free to a newly renovated room. The rooms are looking much better with brand new bathrooms.

staff was an efficient plus for the property. Room 201 itself had been neglected too much... (chair especially was badly peeling pleather and 3 years overdue to be replaced--- just trash it). Microwave clock set to accurate time- NOT neglected. Fine water for shower and sink. Convenient parking arrangement....

Room was dirty, the pictures do not show the real hotel, it’s all messed up, the tub and toilet were dirty, the front door was all broken as well.

If I could’ve give it a zero that’s what I would’ve done the area was unsafe people sitting in there vehicle I would’ve not stayed one night but I arrived late and couldn’t get another room last minute the staff was great about giving us a full refund cleanliness of the room was awful there was a roach would not recommend!!!

A little dirty, a/c wasn’t cooling and critters in the room. Sketchy area too. People in the office were very helpful swapping out our rooms and were very professional. Place needs to be upgraded for sure. Renters beware!

Just ate one night, very comfortable beds and clean on the inside. The outside wasn’t the best but for one night it was fine.

Really appreciated the fact to check in early but the facility is some how down graded but cleanliness helps with the overall experience.

Loved the jetted tub! They were very accommodating and we really had fun!

Problem was that the TV it set itself to a screen that wouldn't leave. They said they'd have to send maintenance to our room, but no one ever came. Hard to spend an evening with my husband when he can't watch TV! Bed was hard as a rock. Felt like sleeping on box springs, so not much sleep.

Terrible rooms. Dirty. Property was unsafe. People out in parking lot with dogs and drinking alcohol. Other patrons telling me and my 72 year old dad not to stay there because it wasn’t safe. Smell in room and office was terrible.

Everything ok

We had no indication the motel was not in a good oart of town. At check in we were informed they were not responsible for auto theft. Pool was not in useable condition. If it had not been just an overnight stay and late we would have found better accommodations. Very disappointed, especially for being a Red Roof Inn and the price we paid for 2 rooms.

It was a good property for just the weekend. Do you recommend taking your own stuff to clean the restroom. But that is my OCD.

It was quiet and walking distances to six flags,Dennys, and a gas station.

The room was nice,cozy and clean,the staff was friendly.

Property is supposed to have an outdoor pool but it isn’t available.

Parking area was pretty good. Location was perfect and easy to get to our events for the day. Room smelled good and was clean. The air conditioning had no cover(broken off) and took a while to cool down (Texas heat). Pillows were flat and damp.

Beds comfortable, bathroom looks like it hasn't been upgraded in years, desk chair horrible hard to describe! Pool was closed. They had a late check-out notice, but we couldn't check out late. We definitely were close to our destinations, Hurricane Harbor, and Six Flags, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Overall the place worked for the 2 days we were there but they are remodeling which is great but its kind of a mess. The first room has a smashed tv and cigarettes boxes taped under the table. They moved us very quick but did kind of question if we did it. We had just unloaded the car and sat down, not even in the room 10 mins. The 2nd room was much better and bonus it didnt smell like cigarettes.

I like that is clean and comfortable. Very nice place. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy check in and out. Staff called my room to make sure I was ok and the room was to my liking. Don’t let the outside fool you. The rooms are nice.

Blankets were dirty, but we always bring our own. Not far from the baseball fields or football stadium. Little sketchy at night, lots of people out and about. Not some place I would go with my kids and they are all over 14yrs old.. I'm not one to complain either, we had a great weekend. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

This was the most terrible stay ever. I have stayed in many motels and hotels in my life time and this is by far the most dirtiest I have stayed in. The hotel first of all is advertising itself as a Red Roof. This is no Red Roof. This is a third party motel bring run by greedy unsanitary people. I short have seen the red flags when the front desk clerk told me if you don’t like the room come back and I’ll give you another one. I went to room #1 and found cockroaches on the beds. I made it clear I needed a handicap room for my elderly father. The second room smelled like old cigarettes. By this time the clerk had already charged my card and refused to give me a refund. I was desperate because we had been driving all night. This is just a warning for everyone. Do not stay at this hotel. I would not even recommend to my worst enemy.

Basic motel (doors on outside) for basic price. One night and it was fine. We were put at the very back which was a little creepy but the parking lot was well lit. Beds were comfortable and trolley service was super efficient. No continental breakfast was available. Coffee only.

Not gonna lie they need to update rooms. Beds are a box spring and Luke warm water for a shower. Room smelled of smoke. Wouldn’t recommend if you have any back problems it really is just a 30 y.o. Mattress that feels like box springs and yes you can feel the box springs. No breakfast or snacks. Won’t be back.

The hotel is old but the sheets and towels were clean- the floors could be mopped better to help with cleanliness. The location was good and the property was quiet. The staff was kind and quick to address a sink draining issue. We did like having a fridge and microwave in the room so we could make some meals.

This is a fancy hotel, but it served the purposes for three days at a very reasonable rate. It was clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. The best part was we went to a Ranger game and the hotel provided a pass to the trolley which met right out in front of the hotel and took us directly to the ballpark and then took us back a half hour after the game was over saving the hassle of trying to get parking and get to the ballpark. It probably saved his $40 in parking fees

The first night was filled with fire truck and cops at 4:30 am. Second night had people playing loud music in thier cars all night. 3rd night i heard a woman screaming at her husband till 12pm. Rooms were clean and inside room was good except flooring bu doorway was loose. Shame the surronding area has fallen into a mess with the highway and ghetto people staying there.
