Quality Inn at Arlington Highlands

Staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived but it wasn't anything fancy. It's an older looking hotel. The ac could've been better because it felt a little humid at times. The hotel's location is great because there are lots of shops like the mall and restaurants/fast food nearby. That made it more worth it. The hotel does have wifi, but I had trouble connecting to it and couldn't use it during my stay. For the location, it is decent but there are better hotels to stay at.

You have to ask por service to do beds and change towels. I didn't know. Close to restaurants No good breakfast.

The door was so very hard to open! I hurt my hand trying to open it! And there’s no continental breakfast like on the pictures! Waffles, yogurt, & cereal!

The breakfast wasn't much basically just waffles or cereal. Our room was fine, though.

The room was clean enough except for the restroom. The bathtub seemed to get clogged while each of us showered. The staff was nice and location was great for us.

No microwave in the room and the refrigerator was not working, asked for a different room, got it still in a handicap room. Lol smh. Smell of mildew. They even put a hole in the wall in the restroom to insert an incent, to burn for the smell. Air unit was dirty, stains on the walls that looked like blood and some looked like someone thump a boogie or blew there nose on the wall. No hangers where in the room ,no iron had to ask for it. Said that the desk is 24/ 7 and it was not. Back door open to anyone to come in. Smoking right at the back door, Marijuana smell everywhere. Then this is what happened next, I had switched rooms then all of a sudden the office clerk tried to get into the room. Beating on the door breaking in with some type of metal object, with some lady looking in like we had done something wrong, looking at us and I did not have on the proper clothing with the door open violating my privacy all the way round. I over paid to stay there for 6 days for business reasons. And for breakfast for get it. Nothing to drink and only bread and a waffle. Lol. Elevator not working, lol. How are you even able to run a hotel in this upscale entertainment district. Saw the manager the next morning trying to apologize about the break in. Said that he forgot to change my name to the new room. Reason, probaly because when he did it he was on the phone talking to someone in his native language, not sure if it was business or personal. And he had told me to wait over 10 mins

If you like traveling on budget or like to save a penny this is a good clean place to stay. It's safe and clean. Primarily its centered around Highland shopping.

People all outside partying and smoking weed. Whole room smelt like weed all night. Music in parking lot til 3 in the morning vibrating the windows

I like to stay in this hotel because is in a very good area, restaurants, stores shopping malls, safe make my stay easy

We checked in, found bed bugs all over the mattresses in all 3 rooms and checked out with pictures, they assured a full refund, I'm watching my card for the money back No bed bugs

Checked out after an hour of checking in, people were smoking weed right outside of people’s door. There’s cockroaches everywhere, the pictures on Expedia need to be updated cause it wasn’t like that in real time.

Absolutely nothing The room smelled musty and like weed. The bathtub floor was very slippery I slipped and busted my nose and hurt my shoulder and knee. The entertainment center was leaning to the side.

The outdoor looks fair but room in door are poorly maintained, the door do not closed well, carpet are >30 yrs old, furniture are very old, either do not close well or cannot closed properly. Poor lighting if you want to read. TV is old, only channels are 1950's rerun, I was trying to check the news but the few local channels available only run old reruns. I would not recommend this Quality INN at all!

It’s what you would expect for a motel on the side of the interstate. Front desk staff was friendly and nice, and the rooms were clean!

It's okay, but the maintenance is quite poor; the showers flood, there is a lot of humidity, and the breakfasts aren't very good.

I booked walked into the office , it looked clean and also smelled good, got my key as I’m parking it was people standing and sitting outside in chairs playing music loud smoking , as we entered our room it wasn’t as what I expected stains on the carpet Knats flying around then as we laid on the bed bugs started bitting us we wasn’t in the room 16 minutes and left I wouldn’t recommend that room for a vacation stay that hotel is we’re people are living

The location is great.

The bathroom was dirty, the towels were stained, the bed was broken, the bed sheets where not clean and the room smelt.

The bathtub/shower was stopped up-water wld not drain so could not get bath or shower; I can’t stand in backed up water plus is was dirty water.

No security at all. Like an open space anyone can come upstairs without any screening. The board was broken under sink that injured my spouse.

Our AC at home went out and we needed a last minute place for the night. The staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly, the room was fairly clean, the only thing I could say was the walls were a bit dirty and the locks on the door were a little questionable. Other than that we got exactly what we needed!

Hole patches in hotel rooms, I say rooms because I had to be moved to another room because their internet was not working while in the first original room I was in. The only breakfast options were waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit along with coffee and juice. And I still have not received my deposit back and it’s been a whole full week

As a business owner, the internet was literally the worst. I've ever used. I ended up having to be on my telephone. The whole night, because internet would constantly drop.

I will never go back to Quality Inn again because the door is falling apart, doesn't open at times and it is Separating, feel unsafe, and my wife was very afraid to sleep at night.

The breakfast menu was limited to waffles that you can make yourself, coffee, juice and yogurt. The room was clean but you have to request daily cleaning, otherwise they clean every 3 days (that's what I understood). I was aware but did not use the laundry facilities. Staff was always friendly and welcoming.

Disgustingly dirty. It was a one night work stay and I was almost considering going somewhere else. The shower/tub was dirty even the water felt dirty and to make it worse the tub was clogged so the water was just there. I do not recommend at all. Never again.

I have stayed here for yearsss. I had hoped over time and the construction many times that i would have made many improvements. Certain staff and management are rude and very disappointing. As

Three stars is being generous. Customer service can be greatly improved, especially at the front desk check in (she couldn’t get away fast enough and I had questions I was unable to ask). I had requested a late check out on Jan 1 and was only granted an extra half hour, but then housekeeping was banging on the door 15 minutes before that. Also, on that same morning I was told breakfast would be extended until 9:30 (usually ends at 9:00), but the staff member was closing everything down before 9:00. My son was unable to get juice because it was already unlocked and I couldn’t even make a cup of tea. I spoke to the staff member and said I’d been told it would be open until 9:30 and she said “No, it’s closed now.” And this was still a bit before 9:00. I asked if I could just make a cup of tea and she handed me a teabag, but she’d already taken the milk away. I wasn’t impressed with the staff at all. The bedspread also looked very dirty. I would look elsewhere if traveling to the area again. (We were there for the Cotton Bowl). Others told me Motel 6 was a better option for an economical choice when all you’re looking for is a clean, comfortable place to stay a night or two.

Everything was wrong about this hotel. 1st. It changed me an extra 50.00 for deposit after i paid $267.00. 2end the room wasn't clean it had bugs, tub dirty ,leaking water from the toilet which had unrine in it ,the door couldn't close all the way i had to shove it to lock it. I quickly took pictures and went to the front desk worker an told her about the problems. I even showed the pictures from hotel.com which i booked the room from and showed how everything was a lie. No full breakfast just coffee fruit an a waffle. It had drugs an homeless people all around the premises but state that it was a family and kid friendly place to stay, its not. They had me to contact hotel.com customer service line because the front desk worker said they wasn't responsible for the add nor price. Its nothing about this hotel that says $267 value if anything it should be closed with all the activities thats going on in an out an around this place. I've been calling this 18004972175 but it keep hanging up on me . They haven't refunded my deposit yet.

The hotel lobby and room were very clean. The breakfast was late and did not taste good. Guest service was not good.

The breakfast was not continental only waffles , outside the room was noisy people drinking , found roaches in my room , and the worse someone at my door trying to brake in , this is one of the worst motels I stay a shame the fake description they have not true at all never again will stay here

I thought that because I was in a nice mall I was going to be fine but it was horrible to stay there there was no soap nor was it clean everything was old and badly arranged the floors

Although I had to change room on my Initial first night because of roaches. They did give me a better room far away from the first room. I want to also mention that I saw the exterminator there a day later. Which shows they were handling the situation hopefully. The breakfast was fine mainly cereal, waffle, fruits, and yogurts. The staff were pleasant during the few interactions I did have. I had also lost my Id prior to booking but they allowed my to email a picture of the front and back which was a true life saver.

Clean rooms, but deposit is 100 for cash and 50 for card. Staff was constantly in and out of the guest laundry room though and I was right next to guest laundry so it was a constant door open and close all night.

Kids throwing things into the pool, running around and yelling at night, parking lot was dirty from so many cigarettes. A couple of the staff were rude and ignored you when you asked for something. But Mrs.Nicky was very nice and considerate, hands down one of the best people working there.

Everything was really dirty, I don't want to exaggerate but the carpet floor very dirty, the beds both dirty, even the door knob and the shower, I got really disappointed with Quality Inn, I am going to think twice about taking it again!

The rooms need to be updated and more secure deadbolts and locks on the adjoining rooms. And maybe more lighting in the parking lot. The lobby, parking lot, and room were clean just outdated. The continental breakfast was nice.

We stayed 3 nights and everyday had to have our keys reprogrammed. Yes..we know not to put them by our phones-but the would stop working at random times. The “breakfast” was waffles or a bowl of cereal. No breads, no yogurts, no fruit, no milk for cereal. Juice and coffee. The counters weren’t cleaned and they were a mess. I have photos! There were 3 people at front desk but none thought to monitor the breakfast area. We didn’t eat there after the first morning.

Horrible. Price is too high for this motel. The motel itself is very poor. Lots of people smoking outside by the pool and very ghetto noisy kids running around making noise late at night. Room itself was dirty. Blood stains were all over the bed and the sheets. Carpets are dirty. The room door kept getting stuck and wasn’t closing all the way. Bathroom was filled with dried mold. Overall horrible stay.

They couldn’t find my reservation at first but the manager located it but told me that I was charged but is going to refund me for the confusion. The staff was very helpful moving forward

The air smells moldy and it's persistent and strong. The toilet won't flush properly. The sink is slow drain. The bathroom interior is old and worn out. There is no chair for the table. The small couch has one broken leg. Bed and linen are ok.

Enjoyed our stay. Was very easy access off the interstate and to main access roads. Comfortable bed and clean overall.

This building is an older property, which has seen many years of use. Some shady characters on the property when I was there (ankle monitors, the smell of pot smoke, loitering, etc...). Water flow in the room I was in was very weak. The carpet of my room had not been shampooed in a while. The cable TV service was terrible, with lag time when changing channels & no guide to see what was on. Not an expensive place to stay; but it's the very definition of the expression you get what you pay for.

For the price they're decent.

The property was pretty much what I expected for the price. If I had known there wouldn't be an elevator, I would have requested a first floor room. All in all, it was fine.

Guys outside with loud music drinking and smoking outside, Shoes outside some rooms as you were walking to get to our room. View inside rooms are outdated. Will not ever stay here at all. If you book because you really have to Avoid rooms in the first floor at all cost

The bathroom was very dirty and the door did not want to work the first day. Then the last night our doors battery died and had to go to the office to reprogram the keys and it still didn’t work. Someone had to come up and use a physical key to get us back in the room. The staff was hit and miss on friendliness. The free breakfast isn’t worth it. You get what you pay for.
