Reviews
The hotel's proximity to the AT&T stadium is its most praised feature, with many guests finding it convenient for events. However, cleanliness is a major concern as numerous reviews mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and carpets. The staff's friendliness is inconsistent, with some guests praising their helpfulness while others find them unprofessional or rude.
- Close proximity to AT&T stadium
- Friendly staff (in some reviews)
- Unclean rooms and bathrooms
- Inconsistent staff behavior and service
- 3/5
Had 2 rooms with 2 beds and only one bed actually had a quilt. I truly believe at this day in age every hotel should have the basic amenities of mini fridge and microwave. I truly belive if you jack up the room prices for an event then parking should be free. Location was good for the event but other than that I paid way to much for just somewhere to sleep.
- 1/5
Got to the hotel and was informed that all rooms were canceled.
- 1/5
When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled because they were shut down by the city. No one contacted us prior to arrival, and it was too late to find other accommodations. Apparently this hotel has a long history of cleanliness issues with the city of Arlington, as well as questionable business practices. Stay away!
- 1/5
We were literally raided by the Dallas police department, still traumatized!
- 1/5
Terrible staff. Dirty building. Wouldnt let us have a room. Didnt contact me due to issues. Just no.
- 1/5
When we showed up for our reservation they told us that they couldn't give us our room and there was a letter on the door from the county health department.
- 1/5
Apparently this is a good location for AT&T stadium events. When a concert was announced there the hotel would not honor my existing reservation due to what they said was a “pricing glitch.” They did offer to let me keep my reservation for a 700% increase. I declined.
- 2/5
The only problem we had in the room was that there were small cockroaches coming out of cracks in the ceiling and the TV stand. They need to be fumigated.
- 4/5
Tip: If you have an early flight and Uber doesn't give you options to book a ride, wait til the morning to get a ride. The taxi the hotel arranged was $96..... Not so good: The carpet had a weird smell, time to replace it or give it a proper clean. The backs of the lamp fixtures was dusty. I had an option to rent a car but the hotel wanted to charge a guest for parking!?? $80!!?? Per night!!
- 3/5
Not cleanest, stains on the carpet, there was definitely stuff on the walls, but about what you would expect. It works for a one night stay, but maybe not long-term. Definitely not necessarily worth the over $700 they charged for the one night. The staff were great though!
- 3/5
Location is perfect for attending anything at AT&T stadium. Towels were scarce. i had a reservation for Friday and another for Saturday - Monday and they allowed us to stay in the same room.
- 3/5
The Beds Were Very Comfortable But The Room Had A Few Roaches Crawiling On The Walls And Curtains Plus The TV Didn't Work At All ...😟Hopefully Maintenance Will Handle Those Issues Other Then That It Was A Decent Stay For The Price.
- 1/5
There were roaches in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned. There was still a hair clip from previous guest in shower. Half the rooms were closed by the health inspector. They say free parking on website but charged 80 the day of the event.
- 1/5
Roach problem!!! Tiny baby roaches all over bathroom/sink area.
- 4/5
Our remote didn’t have batteries. I think new rolls of toilet paper should be put in every room between check ins/outs when room is cleaned. I wish there was a hair dryer.
- 4/5
Cleanliness- 4/5 due to a small roaches that I found roaming in the bathroom. I think you need pest control for this. The beds, sheets, and towels were clean, but to be sure, I brought my own. Staff- we don’t have a lot of interactions with staff, but they seemed professional, and doing their job. AC- functioning well; you have to manually turn it own when you arrive Parking- We paid $80 parking overnight during the event; no complaints, as after the events, I am sure people stayed outside 2-3 hours trying to get out of vicinity due to traffic not moving. Surrounding areas were $60 just for few hours.
- 1/5
Roaches in room, elevator not working, bath drain extremely slow.
- 1/5
You may think that since the rates are super higher for a 6 Motel and it’s right next door to ATT stadium that at least you would save the high parking fee the staking charges or it should be good enough. NOT!!!!!!!! They charged $80 for parking and $400 for one night. We LITERALLY LEFT AS SOON as we saw roaches everywhere in our room. There was a Guy staring make it it extremely uncomfortable border line unsafe. They have sings on the doors asking to please make sure you LOCK your door, outside parking is just scary unsafe. YOU WILL REGRET STAYING AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!
- 2/5
This hotel was amazingly conveniently located across the street from AT&T stadium. Amenities: complimentary roaches. Vending machines broken. Ice machine broken. No coffee pot, refrigerator, or microwave. Just a place to sleep. Old and dirty. At least it was only $413 a night plus $80 parking. If you need close to the stadium, and you plan to drink a LOT, you won’t care how dirty it is. They left a light on for me as advertised. But just one, the other didn’t work.
- 1/5
This is a roach motel. Dirty ,nasty and filty. No microwave in room, no fridge in room. Smelly bed linen, rude front desk staff . Can't belive this is a motel that is in a high entertainment district this nasty. With anybody hanging around the motel. Staff always on there cell phones ,telling you or making you wait to speak to them. Talking in there native language, not sure it's business or personal. Roaches everywhere had to buy Raid ,did not get much sleep afraid roaches would fall or get on me. I had to endure this for 5 days. The smell of Marijuana in the hall ways. Simply trash. Needs a true upgrade or condem the place!
- 1/5
The room was very humid and hot, bathroom wasn't even clean, floor was not vacuumed and the blankets were torn up and wear down. Did not feel safe staying so had to check out immediately.
- 3/5
worth the price
- 0.5/5
Everything
- 4/5
They wanted to charge us $150 per backpack to keep it there until check in time during the World Cup time. Just felt like they were just trying to make money on every possible thing they could.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious
- 2/5
Even though Expedia says parking included, hotel still charged for parking 🙄 there were stains on the bedding, saw a 4 legged creature and no hot water. Ice machine was broken. It was only one night stay so, I guess.
- 1/5
Hi. We are still waiting on a refund for this. There were bugs all in the room and had to leave. The front desk was supposed to refund us but they did not. Please help.
- 2/5
While the staff was very helpful and considerate, my stay was unfortunately horrible. Roaches. Bad roaches!! They were everywhere and on everything!!! They were kind enough at the beginning to change our room because the tv didn’t work in the first room, but both rooms were bad off with roaches and other creepy crawls.
- 1/5
I have motel booked for 4 nights, spent only one watching cockroaches frolicking on the wall, requested a refund through Expedia for TD, haven't received any asnswer yet.
- 1/5
DISGUSTING! From the smell to the cleanliness.
- 2/5
Would not recommend
- 1/5
No.. just No
- 1/5
A roach ran across the desk as soon as I walked in and turned the lights on. And the tv was shattered. The staff was very accommodating and issued a refund.
- 1/5
The place was old, outdated. Sheets were dirty. No hot water. Only one small towel and 2 big towels for 3 people. Customer complained that bugs were in her bed. Terrible place to stay. 0/10 recommend.
- 4/5
Its was really good and y had everything closed
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroach in the bathroom and they charged $40 extra for parking because there was a concert that night.
- 1/5
Lobby makes you think it is a nice clean place, until you get back into it. Several rooms were closed by the City of Arlington, stained rugs, roaches, water leaks , thread bare towels ect. Whole place needs to be gutted and remodeled.
- 2/5
It was okay just to speed the night
- 1/5
There were tiny cockroaches when we turned the light on I some them coming the bed and then some on the floor and window. Then probably each floor had three or so rooms saying closed because health services. Idk what that means. Sounds like bugs or something. But would not stay there again. Only thing that is god right across and close to ranger and cowboys game.
- 2/5
The room had wall chipping on the floor and the bathtub was cleaned properly
- 0.5/5
It was disgusting It was full of roaches
- 3.5/5
Its outdated, old looking
- 1/5
Shower barley has water pressure Tv has lines and barley worked Sheets had a rip in it Only had two pillows per bed and needed more and didn’t bring any Dog poop was in the hall way when we checked out Smelled like weed when we checked in

- 1/5
Great location next to AT&T stadium! However, everything else about this hotel is very poor. Rooms are outdated and not clean, tv is terrible and didn’t work, WiFi is poor and rarely worked. The pictures are deceiving, I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
- 1/5
This hotel is beyond poor. I booked it 3 times in advance for the World Cup and forfeited the non-refundable room the last trip because I refused to stay there again! Beds had 2 small pillows total, towels were the size of a wash cloth, no toiletries except a bar of soap. Rooms were not clean and smelled moldy. Bathrooms were gross and moldy. It is across the street from AT&T stadium so it’s a great location, just horrible hotel. Avoid at all costs.
- 3/5
Rooms are way out of date. Restrooms are in bad shape need upgrades bad
- 1/5
No tiene nada de servi
- 0.5/5
The location is the only thing this place has going for it, staff are all disrespectful and terrible. The place is dirty, hallways have a terrible stench, room is half way done. The worst part is the disrespectful staff, they don’t tell you there is extra fees for event parking (makes no sense), they also never pick up their calls for room service/help, and the WiFi is completely non existent. They are lucky to be next to the stadium otherwise no way this business would last.
- 0.5/5
The location to the stadium is good , right close by . Very dated decor and furniture . Cockroaches . Bit scruffy and very high rates for games .
- 1/5
This place is a total rip-off. Seriously, don't even think about staying here. The owner or manager already has so many bad reviews they couldn't care less about what customers say. My bed sheets and blankets had bloodstains on them, and they wouldn't even change them! The floor was filthy everywhere. Honestly, it's the worst hotel ever.
- 2.5/5
Elevator not working and no refrigerator or microwave in the room
- 2/5
This hotel just isn't good. The entire hotel smells like smoke and sweat. Rooms and bathrooms were not good. For the money they charge it's just not worth a stay. If you aren't worried about all that and just need somewhere to sleep, shower, and close by AT&T stadium. Than go ahead.
- 3/5
This is a prime location. They would do well to renovate it. Completely. Online pics do NOT accurately reflect the property. My young girls were “afraid” of the dark and dirty hallways. The headboards had permanent stains on them. The ice machine was out of order. Pool was not available. I noticed two rooms were labeled as “Caution. Keep out. Due to health hazards. The staff was amazing.
- 3.5/5
Closeness to Globe Life Park Elevator didn’t seem to be functioning properly, had to take the stairs on a couple of occasions. The overall smell of the motel was not pleasant.
- 1.5/5
Everything. The smell. The employees. The room. The towels.
- 1/5
Sucio, um olor horrible em las recâmaras, él staff horrible. Todo fue muy mal! No recomiendo para nada!
- 1/5
When I checked in, the room smelled of mold and mildew. The toilet was clogged, and when I called the front desk about it, housekeeping came up, gave me a plunger, then walked away. What really got me was that four rooms on the floor I was staying at were close by the health department. I didn’t feel safe there at all. I gave back my room key and left. I’m still waiting for a refund.
- 0.5/5
Worst property in the universe, state closed down every room but 1 on floor 2, bed bugs , spiders, roaches, mold
- 3/5
Old Property Could use a renovation

it is not to be clean like the picture .they showed up

The room wasn’t clean and had cockroach inside the room, also they were trying to charge extra fees for the parking ($175)
- 1/5
This is the most shameful experience I have ever had with Expedia. The property does not meet the minimum requirement for cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. MOTEL 6 Arlington, TX has non of these. I checked out after less than one hour of checking in and requested full refund through Expedia customer service and contacted the property to this end. I now expect full refund, as a minimum gesture of apology for the discomfort of having to find another place to stay for me and my family past midnight.
- 1/5
This is the most shameful experience I have ever had with Expedia. One would imagine that such a renowned travel platform in competition with a number of other similar platforms will ensure that properties listed for customers' consideration should meet the minimum requirement for cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. THE MOTEL 6 Arlington, TX has non of these. I checked out after less had one hour of checking in and requested full refund through Expedia customer service and contacted the property to this end. I now expect full refund . I hope I will not have to escalate to ensure my right to retrieve my money. as a minimum gesture of apology for the discomfort of having to find another place to stay for me and my family past midnight.

Check-in was frustrating from the start. One member of our group had difficulty checking in despite the reservation being correctly booked in his name, causing unnecessary delays after a long day of travel. The condition of the property was unacceptable. The public areas had a strong unpleasant odor, there were virtually no amenities, and the cleanliness of the rooms fell well below even modest expectations. One room was somewhat better than the other two, but all three required attention. We ended up purchasing disinfecting wipes and Lysol spray just to feel comfortable enough to stay overnight. That should never be necessary at any hotel. The property appears to be in desperate need of a comprehensive deep cleaning and refurbishment. Basic cleanliness should not be optional. To add to the disappointment, we initially booked during the anticipated demand surrounding the FIFA Club World Cup and were quoted over $500 per room, per night. When we later called to update the reservation, the rate dropped significantly because demand apparently had not materialized as expected. While dynamic pricing is common, the magnitude of the price swing felt excessive and opportunistic. It also diminished my confidence in booking through Expedia. Adding insult to injury, we still had to pay $175.00 to park. Overall a terrible experience.
- 3/5
The key to this place is the location - close to Dallas Stadium and Global Life Field. It doesn’t pretend to be anything fancy but the rooms are quiet and a decent size.
- 3/5
Charging $175 for parking even it says free parking on Expedia. As a guest i felt i got ripped off
- 1/5
Buena ubicación frente al estadio, el resto nefasto. Las toallas sucias y rotas, la atención del personal pésima. No volvería jamás
- 3.5/5
Prime location if you’re trying to be walking distance from the stadium Distance from stadium
- 2/5
The only good part of our stay was how close to the stadium we were. Room was dirty bathroom had mold and rust spot in tub. Outside looked bad we didn’t know it was still in operation at first. Will choose a different hotel next time we go the stadium
- 1/5
It was close to the Globe Life Stadium When you walk into the building it smelled like stale smoke and mildew, the carpet in the room was dirty and there were roaches crawling in the bathroom and on the wall next to the bed. I will not stay here again.
- 1/5
There was nothing to like. 1, they had rooms that had been condemned by the city of Arlington. 2, they charged extra for parking despite the site saying free parking.
- 1/5
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was rust everywhere, visible mold, and it looked old and poorly maintained. It felt more like a neglected motel than a hotel charging premium prices. To make matters worse, they charged **$175 just for parking** because there was a game across the street. That price is outrageous and felt like they were taking advantage of guests. The rooms are literally falling apart, the property is in terrible condition, and the overall experience was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
- 3/5
There are only minimum equipments in a room.
- 3/5
A truly great location if you are headed to an event at AT&T Stadium (Dallas Stadium). The property itself is a 6/10. Dead bug on the floor of the bathroom when we got there and after the first round of housekeeping our departed guest was still with us. Bathtub stained, carpet in the hallways heavily stained. Sink clogged completely after 2 uses. Beds were fine and clean. Staff was helpful and kind.
- 0.5/5
It was close to a lot of restaurants. On the booking website you had to go to a section called special interest to see that on days. There’s events at the stadium they charge you between 50 and $200 for parking instead of paying that they made me have my vehicle out of the parking lot at 7 o’clock in the morning on my checkout day. The hallways on the floors had trash on them. There were big stains all the way down the hallways. The elevator shook and vibrated as it went up and down.. I purchased the room the day I was spending the night there I did not need to stay in that location. I was traveling through so could’ve stayed anywhere within 50 miles of that hotel 10 minutes after they sent me an email telling me about the parking fee I tried to get a refund and they would not do it. And then an hour after I bought my room on booking.com they lowered the price of the room by $100.
- 2/5
Great location for games… thought be careful that they like to charge extra for parking for events. There are lots of places close to eat so that is helpful. Otherwise the place is really sketchy.
- 2/5
Precio carísimo por día de partido, cuarto sucio, wifi malo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación si vas a un partido
- 3/5
Me cobraron 100 dolares de estacionamiento y en la reserva decía incluido
- 4.5/5
I could have a refrigerator in each room and be cheaper for staying 3 nights
- 0.5/5
It’s across from the AT&T Stadium, so you don’t deal with the traffic. The pictures of the hotel are not what the hotel is, as soon as you get there the place looks old and not taken care of, there’s guys outside the hotel telling you that parking it’s an additional $175 and that they only take cash or zelle. As we get to what you call a lobby that smelled like smoke they push the additional parking fee on top of charging $400 for a one night because of an even going on at the stadium. The guys outside tell you that they’ll offer a “discount” if you pay them for the parking which it was $150 that I had to pay. First room we got was room 316, the toilet clogged full of vomit overflowing, went back down in the elevator that sounded like it was going to give out at any moment and when it was brought up to the front desk they said that they had given me the wrong room. Second room we got was room 304, TV had no sound and the “room service” guy just said that the speakers were busted and left, I had to shower with cold water since there was no hot water, I had to ask other guests at the hotel if they had hot water and all of them mentioned that they had to shower with cold water, there was no shampoos in the bathroom and the towels looked like if they had just been used. I literally used the room to take a quick nap because as soon as I got to the room instead of trying to take a break I decided to quick shower and leave to the even early since the whole place felt dirty. The carpet had black spots from how dirty it was and looked like there was mold on the walls. If you’re considering this hotel for any events you’re better off dealing with the traffic of the event knowing you’re going to have a well clean rest in another hotel instead of being grossed out in that place.
- 2/5
not so clean, overpriced parking, not hot water
- 2/5
The only positive thing I can say about the motel is the location. The room was dirty, the curtains had holes, old, and dirty, the sink in the bathroom would drain extremely slow, the carpet on the hallways are dirty, and the bed was in bad condition. The entire building is in need of renovations.
- 1/5
No muy agradable
- 1/5
The stay itself was also poor. There was no housekeeping, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was dirty as well. The staff was not very helpful when issues were brought up. The hallway also had a very bad smell, which made the property feel uncomfortable. Most concerning, some rooms had stickers from the local municipality stating that they were out of order and should not be used. That gave the impression that the property was not being properly maintained. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The unexpected parking charge, lack of cleanliness, poor service, and condition of the property made this a very disappointing experience.
- 2/5
No shampoo, no conditioner, no body soap, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, nothing. and they charge storage for your bag!
- 1/5
Amenities were not available. Just hand soaps only. No hair dryer. Many cockroaches all over. I had to end up paying $150 parking for my rental car due to World Cup.
- 0.5/5
Nothing They have roaches
- 2/5
Elevated button is broken
- 4/5
The hallway smelled a bit of old water damage. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. An excellent deal for the location!

Booking or this property stole my money I tried to cancel a month ago and no help from either !!!!!!
- 1/5
Muy sucio todo, olor alfombras manchadas baño deplorable. Un asco total. Lo único bueno que está frente al estadio.
- 3/5
What you need and nothing extra.
- 0.5/5
We never stayed at this facility because after we booked the room they tried to collect some more money that we didn’t have After we booked the room they tried to collect more money so we went somewhere else
- 1/5
Over priced event gouging for both the room and parking.
- 1/5
Lift only worked on certain floors and the accessible facilities were unavailable. Staff pretty much useless. Was charged x10 the usual daily rate, then $175 dollars for parking. Absolute scandal. Parking at establishments on the same road $50. It’s clear that the franchise owner is in it for the money. Stay away is my advice to anyone.
- 2/5
.
- 3/5
Elevator buttons and phone didn't work, bathroom could have been cleaner. Checkout person was very helpful. Short walk to AT&T, Globe Life, and Texas Live.
- 1/5
This property will steal your money! Canceled our reservation because parking was included so that they could charge $175 EXTRA for parking. This hotel double charged my card, stole my money, and the room was so disgusting that we could not stay and had to leave. Genuinely the worst travel experience I have ever had.
- 1/5
The bedrooms and that’s all the motel has, were awful. Our sheets were obviously left from the the guests the night before. The beds were half wrapped in plastic to prevent the bed bugs and as soon as we walked in we stepped on a live cockroach. We comment bear to stay there for a second so asked for our second night to be refunded and they did as I guess they have this problem all the time. On the other side, the front, of the stadium is traces live, a massive complex of great hotels and bars. Def stay on this side as is amazing.
- 2/5
Parking too expensive $150dlls for parking
- 3/5
Its location is the only outstanding part of this motel. It is not well maintained or as clean as most motels are.
- 1/5
I stayed here for a night for the World Cup game as it was the least expensive and walking distance from the stadium. The room I stayed in was room 113. There's no refrigerator, no coffee machine, all the lights were broken except one by bathroom side bed. They have very limited plugs so I had to use the one next to the sink. The closet had no hangers, and worst of it all, a cockroach was running around the desk. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE.
- 1/5
The room was awful
- 2/5
I Would Only Recommend As A Last Resort For Rest If On A Budget Or Can't Afford Better
- 2/5
.
- 1/5
Someone hit our car while parking on their parking lot!!!
- 3/5
El lugar no se hace
- 1/5
Go 6 miles further down the road and stay at the motel six north of I 30 not south of I 30
- 4/5
Stayed there for an event at Globe Life Center. It was fine for what we needed – easy walk to the venue, they allow pets, the room was clean, they have vending machines for snacks and drinks, and there’s a Jack-in-the-Box next door. The elevator didn’t work half the time, but it didn’t hurt us to use the stairs. Nothing fancy, but nothing fancy needed -just a clean place to stay!
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the property is not like the provided description. My room smelled like garbage, the bad sheets were so dirty, even after requesting for clean one they put the worst. There is no iron, hair dryer or any clean towels. I am really disappointed. I don’t recommend this motel at all.
- 2/5
They don’t have any iron board and chair. The towels were dirty. The bedsheets were dirty. Also, they suddenly call me after checked in that there are $30 parking fees for certain days!
- 2/5
Charged an extra $35 for event parking. All the ice machines were broken. A very no frills place to crash.
- 2/5
The worst hotel experience ever. No basic amenities.
- 3/5
Parking was good except for the unexpected $35 parking ! My 4th or 5 th time staying there and no parking fees before
- 1/5
Shady is an understatement on how we feel about this particular manager. We will be contacting anyone who will listen to complain. Truthfully the room was not worth the money we ended up paying. My suggestion is to look for a better hotel And deciding stay here if there is an event close by.
- 2/5
The toliet rim was full of residue. No toliet when got there. No room room service, had to ask front desk for fresh towels or more toilet paper. Light to room and restroom didn't stay on with out the card in a slot on wall. No pool but had a sign that they did. No refrigerator. My card was charged for one night before i even checked in. To make matters worse I was charged $35 to keep my car in parking lot beacuse a concert was happening on Saturday and didnt even tell me till we got there. One room had a sign that was close by health inspector.
- 1/5
Had to pay a parking fee. The room was not cleaned properly. No fridge or microwave available. The ice machine was out of order. Found roaches in the room. I was extremely disappointed. I expected more from Motel 6.
