Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The best place to stay.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ice machine on my floor did not work so I had to go to a different floor to get the ice. The elevator was super slow and someone said it kept breaking down the day before my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

First room was gross. Bathtub was flexible? Odd. Roach crawled out from under the bed, I snapped a photo took it to the desk, and the lady was very nice and helpful. I was immediately moved to a different room (same type). It was better, no roaches or flexible tub, but still just felt gross. Everything had a residue of some sort. The ac had a build up of dust. Wouldn’t stay here again, but for a quick trip it was fine.

The hotel also promoted a private ride back and forth between the stadium, but when I called in the morning to book, the company said they were no longer providing rides from this location because it was too far. This forced us to pay expensive Uber transportation.

Elevator was out of order. Toilet stopped working properly. Took a VERY long time for water to get hot in the shower.

2nd room, bed had a odor of urine and the a/c wasn't cooling like it should. The breakfast was good. My biggest complaint we were late checking in due to a late start then the traffic on I-20 when trying to contact the Hotel no-one would answer the phone. I called multiple times I even spoke with the reservation number and they even had issues contacting the Hotel.

Very busy property, people from pool were tracking water across the floor in entry very dangerous. Staff is very robotic and repetitive with all customers not so friendly and warm or personable. We didn’t stay because my surgery was rescheduled at last minute La Quinta refused refund very unkind in my situation. So they booked the room and got double the money. We won’t stay with La Quinta again.

Breakfast was your typical quinta/lower end hotel free breakfast. Some eggs/sausage, make your own waffles, and cereal/coffee/etc. It was fine for what was expected. Easy free parking and near a mall with many shopping and food options around including Costco.

The AC in our room was not working at all. It was 100 degrees outside during our stay. We thought the room just needed to cool down once we got in and turned the air on. We had the AC on the lowest setting and it made no difference. We were so hot we couldn’t use blankets at night. This also made the bathroom and incredibly uncomfortable temperature. Hotel was sold out so we had to just deal with it. We got no sleep as a result.

I’m absolutely pleased with my stay me and my wife needed to rest another night after her surgery. Being in the hospital was not the best place to get some rest and we were able to also get to spend some time with family as well

Good Not clean

La Quinta was completely unacceptable. The AC broke in the middle of a Texas heat wave, there was hair in the tub and sink, the room had stains on the bed cover, and the bathroom door knob was broken. The front desk was unhelpful, and La Quinta refused to issue a refund. This stay caused nothing but stress and frustration, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

OUT STAY WAS TERRIBLE, KIDS RUNNING AND SCREAMING DOWN THE HALL ALL NIGHT. KNOCKING ON THE DOOR PLAYING AROUND AND ALL THE FRONT DESK SAID WAS IM SORRY. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN.

Location is the best. Kids are very loud at the pool. I realize this is a parent problem.

Don't like the housekeeping

They could use some small upgrades to the actual rooms when it comes to the heating and cooling system. It’s obnoxiously loud and hard to sleep, but it’s so hot. You cannot be without AC. There were also roaches running around when we first came in, but after I cleaned and sprayed, there was no ongoing issue. I understand this is Texas so books can be inevitable, but that was disgusting and embarrassing, but we had travel so far and already been not accommodated at another hotel I did not want to uproot my family again, but I will save for the duration of the day. I did not see any more bugs. It was just the very obnoxiously loud air conditioning system that I feel should be working. The rooms are very outdated, but the common areas are up-to-date. Take some time to actually invest in the rooms and not just the common areas in this place will be a hit.

Only issue was the exterior ground level exit door did not leach properly presenting a major security concern. I reported it to the property 3 times and it was not fixed by checkout.

For a one night stay it was perfect. Room was pretty spacious. Quiet. Elevator takes a bit, but not too bad. Pleasant stay.

Centipedes in the room with extremely questionable stains on the towels along with trash still on the floor.

We booked last minute based on reviews and was happily surprised. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is near areas to grab dinner. Breakfast was good with a good variety. We had no issues finding parking and there’s a larger parking lot if you’re traveling with a camper/uhaul/rv.

Overall our stay wasn’t bad. The only complaint that we had was the toilet. The toilet was leaking from the bottom and the vent in our bathroom was not working. The staff was very nice.

Other than that its in an excellent location for food and things to do to pass time

The hotel looks to have been recently renovated. I have stayed here multiple times in the past but has been well over a year since our last stay. Very impressed with the cleanliness, staff were very friendly, check in was quick and a free breakfast you can’t beat. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, and A/C was great keeping our room cold with the hot temperatures outside. The location is great and is why we choose to book here, and the price is reasonable. Will definitely book here again! Highly recommend!

The staff was horribly rude as the room I was put in was not the room I booked and she had no interest in helping me causing 3 people to have share a king size bed when the room I book was a suite with a sleeper sofa

Breakfast was not all that great. A lot of people and behind on keeping food items full. There 3 days and they did not get our trash or refill towels.

Check in process was really easy and simple. Unfortunately, that's where everything else kind of went down. While the room was clean, we encountered 2 roaches in the room. It didn't help that while casually walking out of the room, we kept encountering other roaches as well. Food selection was pretty good.

The rooms were clean the hotel smelled fresh and refreshing plus breakfast was served the next morning, which was great!!

Staff was friendly

Clean room, spacious. Actually could crack the windows so that was cool. Weight room had the usual but barely any weights and AC didn’t work in there. Pool was nice. You could tell it was an older hotel but it got the job done and I felt safe and was close to what we needed.

Room was very clean. Brought our 4 legged little girl. No pet odor in room. There was no blow dryer in room. All doors needed to be pushed shut - easily remedied. Only 1 drawer for clothes. Water pressure very low.

Our shower head literally dribbled out water unless you put it on scalding got the. The water pressure was okay. I mentioned it to the check out front desk person and she just nodded and told me she would tell her team. Offered no compensation for a poor shower.

First - beware of fraud on your card. I was charged multiple times including after check in and even after showing the charges to my account, they "cant find it". So account locked, new card ordered - huge nightmare while traveling. Second - very very dirty hotel. We had hairs all over the bathroom and our sheets were stained. We requested bedding change and a room clean but was told staff had left for the day so changed the sheets ourselves. Ice machine didnt work. Holes in the blackout curtains so large that it didnt matter much if they were closed. Doors didn't close properly. La Quinta coorporate would be ashamed of this property using their name. Location is good, but just go elsewhere because nothing else here is acceptable.

The hotel is in an awesome location. Minutes from the Parks at Arlington Mall, restaurants and other shops. The breakfast is ok. The perk is there us an IHop within walking distance.

Candles no refund

Trying to shower and the water barly came out of the faucet. Very disheartening. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 11 am. I went down at 9 a.m. and their was nothing. I was their 5 days, staff never came to clean the room or see if I needed anything. They were friendly though.

Our stay wasn’t the best, but it worked for what we needed. One thing to be aware of is that there was no daily housekeeping during our week-long stay. When we needed fresh towels, we had to take our used towels to the front desk rather than having them replaced in our room. The valance above the window was covered in dust, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved to make the guest experience better.

Location Too loud but that’s because they had large groups of kids staying there. Loud in hallways, running.

The whole hotel constantly smelled like cigarette smoke and they had dogs barking everywhere.

nothing where to start lets do checking first , gave me a look like I was weird or crazy both times I checked in asked for something went no where , got to the room and the door to the bathroom and bedroom were stuck and the room was hot like I was outside, then in the morning took shower no pressure at all, or hot water, then went to breakfast coffee was cold or luke warm and this was at 0600 when it opens, not a lot of options for breakfast more like on the cheap side no military discount either !

One of the better breakfasts we have had. Rooms were a 10 & plenty of room for a wheelchair. Felt safe & were clean!

We were there for a very brief stay. The front desk staff was cordial and polite. There was a $50 deposit required for incidentals. At first, we thought there was a problem with the toilet in our restroom. We just had to hold down the handle to make it flush. We tried to use the restroom in the lobby once we received our keycard, but it didn't work. The lobby restroom was only accessed through the keycard. We just went up to our room instead. The double queen room was very spacious. The air conditioner was cold.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, good facilities, breakfast was nice , gym wasn’t crowded, very clean, laundry room was an added bonus

When we arrived checking in was a breeze. Our room was exceptionably clean and also very quiet. The breakfast area was also very clean and the breakfast staff made sure that it was enough breakfast at all times for all of the guest. If you are looking for a place to stay during your trip, I 100% recommend this place! Will definitely be back when we visit Arlington again.

Good service

Very clean, beautiful lobby, very friendly Staff. The outside of the property was well landscaped and clean. The swimming pool was lovely, clean and cozy. The room was clean and comfortable. The Mall is located right across the street, great location. Overall the best place we have stayed in Arlington. Will definitely be staying again.

This is a go to for when when in the DFW area, just got remodeled and is very nice. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Very close to great food and shopping. Some bum 2 doors down left the sink on plugged which overflowed into the hallway so fans running for 16 hours.

The Location is great for food and the mall The door did not latch from outside. The North facing door to enter was not as easy to open

Breakfast was a freaking circus. Huge group of people and sat wherever and wouldn’t move even after they finished breakfast. So there was absolutely no seats for normal guests. Wait for food was LONG.. recommend looking into if there is big groups staying there before you book.

Hint- if you like SaltGrass steak house and you are there between 3-6 on a weekday. Go sit in the bar and get their happy hour specials. Don’t over order bcz they are good and filling.

Perfect for what we needed

The grandkids LOVED the pool. We entertained them for hours there. The breakfast was excellent. Please put ice in the lemon water. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. The rooms are so dark.

Pros: My room looked and smelled clean and there weren't any bugs at least. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked phenomenally so I got a good nights rest. Breakfast was basic but you can't go wrong with the Texas shaped waffles. Decent for the price point.

I didn't walk far from the parking lot to the entrance. The room was quiet and clean as well as the lobby. There was a staff available with good understanding and caring attitude. Thank you.

the shower head leaked badly, the microwave turntable did not work but very clean and i hope i get my deosit back because another person said it took a long time

Love it will stay here again

The property was OK. Very affordable so it was good for the price. I prefer to have a couch and chairs to sit on in the room and we only had 2 chairs. So, when hanging out in the room someone had to sit on the bed. I should have noticed that in the pictures because I got exactly what the room was pictured as. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. The pool was nice. Breakfast was decent. Over all, it was OK.

Very unprofessional

The only complaint I had was they put a bunch of kids from a soccer team right next to my room. I could hear them through the adjoining door. I called 2 times that night to get them to settle those kids down. Those kids were really rude when I opened the door found them playing ball in the hall. I asked them to quiet down so my kids could sleep. They went in the room and got even louder.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, it was also very clean, good parking and location, the only comment would be the staff, which are not friendly and not accessible at all, no exceptions, they are very robotic and not warm at all. Customer care inexistent.

Upon check-in was told that the hotel did not offer any suites with sofa bed Manager the next morning moved me to a suite with sofa bed go figure

check in was friendly; checkout by another staff was not friendly. Spouse needed to use restroom, worker knew he needed a key; let him walk to the area and when came back he had to ask for a key to enter. Had to ask for the receipt.

When we arrive, the staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and breakfast was ok. Nothing outstanding but there was plenty to sustain us.

No complaints except for low water pressure in the shower, but still useable. Less than great breakfast, but not terrible. All in all a great stay when you factor price and location. We would certainly stay there again

Breakfast not enough diversity

Parking and location was convient. Lobby was nicer. The rooms looked as though the cheapest possible contractor tried to fix the room. There was plywood as the window treatments. Curtains were ripped. Some doors had missing door sweeps, leaving a small gap in the door that felt unsafe. Definitely felt unsafe for my young family.. exposed electrical outlets(falling off the wall) and power strips exposed.. countertop corners exposed in the bathroom. no crib available for a baby.. breakfast was again, basic and geared toward adults. Not kids. Or families.
