- Lack of working amenities (e.g., AC, pool, elevator)

The staff was great especially the lady who works the night shift. My issue is not the staff but the property. We had to change our room twice due to a pipe broken in the room and things were super wet. The staff was nice enough to help however I believe this property is in need of repair and renovations.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent and provided top notch service, the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had when traveling so bring your morning appetite and start the day right with a tasteful meal.
- 5/5
I loved my stay! It was in such a good location as well for going to my concert and six flags !
- 5/5
Amazing I’m going back again

- 3/5
The room smelled terrible - like multiple large dogs had just left after rolling around on the floor. The bathtub had a constant drip. Staff was fantastic and offered to re-spray the room (unfortunately it didn’t help). Nothing could have been done about the drip. A/C was good, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Overall a fine place to sleep if you aren’t planning on spending much time in the room.
- 5/5
I really loved my suite! It was spacious, clean and relaxing! I would most definitely book again if I ever go back to Arlington!

Breakfast
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Staff was extremely accommodating. There were some maintenance issues that occurred ( broken outside door entry and pool was closed due to ceiling collapse) so that was reflected in the rating, I am sure those problems have been fixed. Breakfast was very good and staff was amazing
- 4/5
It was convenient for the Six Flags park!
- 5/5
Loved the room. It was more than what I expected.
- 4.5/5
The room was nice and the King bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast selection was awesome. The pool was nice and clean also. It was also close to six flags, which is where we wanted to take the kids. The pillows were too soft, sofa bed was not comfortable at all and the door to the bedroom wouldn't shut all the way.
- 5/5
The comfortable you have from the beds living room and kitchenette area loved it!!!
- 5/5
The room size was really big
- 5/5
Convenient to my stops
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful.
- 4/5
The only complaint I have is that the deadbolt was broken so it wasn’t very secure.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
The pool appeared to be on renovation since some time ago. However, they said to go to a sister hotel in another location. It is crazy, just to take the car to get into the swimming pool. Besides, the free breakfast hours were very short. Just from 0600 to 0900. For people who travels on business, that schedule is okay; but when someone is in vacations, that is absurd time. 0600 to 1000 would be more enjoyable for couples and families.
- 4/5
Cabinets need to be dusted and clean better.
- 4/5
The rooms were spacious and very clean, we were so close to everything we wanted to do. The fire alarms went off because of the people working on the pool. I am guessing it was fumes that set off the alarms. Because of that the pool was closed 2 out of our 3 day stay. Other than that everything was great. Will stay again.
- 2.5/5
The pricing. I was charged $50 to check in 2 hours earlier, even though I notified the hotel the previous day I was arriving early.
- 4/5
Angelica was extremely friendly and helpful!
- 4.5/5
Everything else was great, especially the location. The shower gel was empty in shower. The pool was temporarily closed.
- 4/5
It needs a little TLC.
- 5/5
I was blown away by how clean our room was, literally not even a SPECK of dust anywhere to be found. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay and the breakfast was great as well! We will definitely be returning to this property.
- 1.5/5
We stayed to go to Six Flags and wanted to use the inside swimming pool But the pool was not available because of a water main break. The first room that the man in the front desk have us a room (422) the tiles were all cracked in the bathroom, the sleeper sofa had a lot of stains on the mattress, and the Air-conditioner did not cool, it stayed 78 degrees. We complained and we were given room 105 which was a little better, the room did cool. It was a very inconvenient stay.

Excellent staff , clean rooms every day , breakfast basic
- 3/5
We went downstairs an hour before closing and there was a big line at the waffle section. The family before us finished the waffle batter, and you all decide not to refill it and closed the breakfast area before the ending time. We were not allow to get anything. Yes we don't stay there for your breakfast but it would be nice to enjoy it when we stay there. By the way your closed early all three days that we were there.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. Appears to be an older hotel as there were areas of new and old paint mixed together and the living room furniture was outdated. Neither phone in the room was connected. Pool was nice but just a few people made it loud and cramped. Breakfast was very good. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall good stay.
- 5/5
Very nice. Will stay again.
- 2/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was decently clean, but the up keep of the building was pretty bad. The floor in our bathroom was cracked and uneven. Bowing and dropping in some places indicating the subfloor clearly has significant damage. The dishwasher in the kitchen was damaged and clearly not maintained.
- 5/5
Everything was okay
- 4/5
The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great for the local events and attractions. Our room was comfortable but not sparkling clean. The AC unit literally sounded like being in the back of an AC130 taking off (literally sounded like an AC130). Bring something to cover up the night light in the bedroom sink area; painter tape will do the trick.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 4/5
Great place to stay for a weekend
- 5/5
Clean and convenient Na
- 5/5
Clean room staff was nice breakfast was good the only complaint is the extra parking fee I didn’t know about beforehand.
- 2/5
Parking fee, room was dirty and requested non smoking woke up stuffy and with a headache because it stunk like cigarettes. Shower sprayed water all over outside the restroom and tile was broken in the restroom.
- 5/5
This is the perfect location for Texas Ranger games !!! Bring back the weekly reception / drinks & snacks M -Th
- 1/5
Rooms were not ready and when they were they were dirty. Kitchen is not stocked with basic items needed to cook. Beds are horrible. Clerks at front desk were attentive to our concerns but couldn’t do much. Manager never responded. Breakfast was okay. Pool was cold and overly chlorinated. Very disappointed especially since it does carry the Hilton brand.
- 2.5/5
Everything else
- 5/5
Yes very useful
- 4/5
The staff was great very accommodating and everything was clean. Only negative was the room had old appliances particularly the refrigerator that was very loud through the night sleeping on sofa. The second night in a different room something kept beeping like a door was open or an error message but never found where it was coming from. I like this hotel chain and have stayed in these hotels multiple times. I would seek them out again
- 5/5
Great staff
- 1/5
Yes, it’s in the fine print, but you’ll be hit with a $15/night parking fee which is asinine to me, you pay for a room it seems like you’d be able to park on the property where you paid to sleep. Says “free bus parking” why can’t cars park for free? Also waited a good 10 minutes upon arrival for someone to acknowledge that I was there ( there was a line of us at that point) finally someone came walking around the corner who looked surprised that someone was actually there. Charged me $50 for incidentals (no big deal there), but never bothered to mention that the same card would be hit for $30 for parking, found that out with an email receipt later in the week. Pool room looked very grungy, overall cleanliness was not what you would expect for the price of the room… I can say, breakfast was on point! That made it a little better.
- 4/5
Me and my family stayed there for staycation, and it was great. At first when checking in there were multiple bookings in my name and my card was charged for "no show" that I had already canceled. But Victor the supervisor was able to help me out and process my refund. My girls slept on the sofa bed, and it was very clean and they mention that it was very comfortable. I would stay again for our next family staycation. Oh and another thing, the breakfast was good and was a hearty meal. I didn't like the pool area being so small but really can't change that.
- 4/5
Location close to six flags Limited parking. Our room was next to an outside door and it was loud with people coming in and out
- 4/5
However, the room was comfortable and cooled off enough for us to sleep comfortably. The towels weren't as clean as I'd like....I pulled one down and some hard black stuff fell out of it. It looked like tiny pieces of plastic. The shower/tub was small as well. AND we were put in what I assume was a handicap accessible room. The bed was almost on the floor! And the clothing rod was at my waist level (I'm 5'3" as well). The shower/tub has a seat you could lower and the shower head was removeable so you could lower it to wash. However, there wasn't near enough room for a wheelchair to roll from the kitchen to the bedroom doorway. Again, the "coffee table" would need to be removed completely from the room. The pool smelled heavily of chlorine! But it was clean! And the front desk saw us go into the pool area and immediately brought us extra towels, which was very nice of them.
- 5/5
My family and I were in a difficult situation when our power went out, so we stayed at this hotel. It was a very nice place, and it felt like a second home.
- 5/5
Staff was great and very friendly, pool was nice

The best staff check in! We had to check in super late, he was so kind and courteous! The room was spacious enough to have our grandkids with us.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, conveniently located, great price and nice pool.
- 2/5
The room had cockroaches, and the bedsheet was dirty.

Property is older, but room is spacious and clean. 2miles from stadium, good price compared to competitors. Hot breakfast, friendly staff. No complaints.
- 5/5
clean rooms, nice staff, good continentalbreakfast. Pool great size for children.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and considerate. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast each day was different and phenomenal. We will be back 10/10
- 5/5

- 4/5
Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. I’ll be hunting for those pillows now! Helpful and funny check in help.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Breakfast was good for family. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Hotel was under construction, and we were not informed in any way prior to our reservation beginning. The sliding door to the closet was broken, there was window coverings for every single window, so there was absolutely no view or natural lighting. Often an hour before the breakfast would end there would be very limited options due to food running out and not refilling despite being considered a buffet. Was not worth the nearly $500 I paid for a two night stay.
- 5/5
They are currently in a remodel which surprised me but wasn't loud or upsetting, very nice and respectful staff
- 3/5
Place is clean but older , seen a roach & heard everthing from the people on top of us . From the toilet flushing to the walking around couldn’t sleep .
- 3/5
These complaints aren’t towards the staff, but rather the company or owners.
- 4/5
Construction is happening at the hotel, which is good because it definitely needs updating. Average stay. I liked the size of the room(s).
- 2/5
We capped it off with going down to eat the next morning at 9:50, but food was being put up as we walked in. Breakfast ends at 10 so we hurried to try and grab what we could, but the person in charge turned out the lights and covered everything. Yes, it was 10 minutes before service ended, but we had those 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you want a nice hotel room.
- 4/5
Staff was great and helpful for information about shuttle to baseball games and local attractions. Breakfast was good. Had some painting and construction but didnt bother us, quiet hours were observed during construction. Pillows could use more fluff. Smart tvs in room were nice. Overall a fine experience and would stay again.
- 4/5
Except for the remodeling it was nice quite and clean very friendly staff
- 3/5
This hotel is quite old, and smells like it. It's under construction to update, so it might get better soon, but it's quite old and dirty right now. The meals were quite bad and no one seemed to care much about doing their job well other than Angelica.
- 5/5
When we arrived Friday the room we were assigned the A/C was not cooling properly. The front desk assistant was very kind and went above and beyond to get us into a different room and into a Room that was very comfortable and cool. The breakfast there were one of the best complementary breakfast (Fri/Sat) I have eaten at a hotel.
- 4/5
There was no hand soap and the shower curtain was too short so water got all over the floor when showering. Besides that, the room was good.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
Room was not done during of my stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, rooms arr a bit fingy but not terrible, they are doing remodeling and parking is limited, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Good convenient location.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Breakfast and staff was outstanding! Rooms are clean and comfy. Definitely be back
- 4/5
Nice staff at checking. Called the front desk a few times late at night, but couldn’t get anyone, but in person, staff was helpful
- 2/5
The bedroom phone had some kind of hard dried food or biomatter on the microphone and hangup holder....looked very gross....I reportrd it but never got fixed. The over phone never worked at all. The wakeup calls never came thru. The shower took 4 to 5 mins for luke warm water never got hot. I called about the water and the front desk questioned my ability to use the water control...I hung up...very disrespectful. The cleaning staff did not change my sheets and did not clean my room on the cleaning day.....I had to request fresh sheets and towels....pickedup my self.
- 2/5
People were smoking in and around the building. The room was not clean(noticeable stains on the couch and kitchen area) and there were bugs. The window was cracked. Breakfast and front desk staff was good.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay. Very convenient area if you are going to a Texas Rangers game or Dallas Cowboys game, also, if you are going to Six Flags over Texas!
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing!! We enjoyed ourselves and our stay!!
- 5/5
Excellent stay for family
- 5/5
This place was amazing the pool was great even when it’s cold and raining outside and the staff were great we didn’t have too wait on any thing
- 5/5
We really liked the full kitchen with the bed & bath separate. Was not expecting that. The bathroom needed a bit more cleaning but overall we were very happy. The area was good. Approximately 30-40min walk to the AT&T Stadium.
- 3/5
Very convenient location from the stadium area the staff was very accommodating and responsive. The only downsides are it’s An older hotel so things are slowly being renovated. The only downside is there are no thermostats in the rooms so it got very warm Thankfully, we had the ceiling fan!
- 4/5
The first room we were in was not cleaned. Management moved us to another room
- 4/5
Front desk employees very nice and all of there workers cleaning rooms dinning area were nice.. every time we needed something that wasn’t working correctly they were on top of it. The curtains needed cleaning but overall it was a pleasant stay😊
- 2/5
Doors dirty. Towels rough, stinky and hair in them. Mold on ac vents. One toilet not flushing properly and the other toilet ran all the time and also had flushing issues. Carpet needs a good cleaning. Pool and area needs a good cleaning. The front desk lady ran my card twice for parking and incidentals. Hopefully that gets cleared up.
- 1/5
We like the amenities , indoor pool for the kids and breakfast serve a little late. We were put aside waiting till manager talk to us , during thattime several pax ck inn with no problem.
- 5/5
Stayed for a concert
- 5/5
Great location, great price and wonderful staff!
- 4/5
Very decent property stuff is Friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
Great location and service! The staff was friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
Check in seemed difficult. At first they acted confused of my reservation and walked away to speak with a manager. I was then told our room wasn't ready and had to wait which was ok, but all the back and forth whispering made us uncomfortable. Once our room was ready we were told it would be another few minutes while the manager checked our room. Just seemed really odd. They were very kind. Just a weird interaction. Overall, we would go back if in a pinch for a concert, but not for more than one night.
- 2/5
Beds are not comfortable. The bathroom needs updating. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Sofa bed was not comfortable and even opened, the mattress cover was dirty.
- 1/5
Upon arrival, no one was working the front desk. We could hear voices and waited 5 minutes. Finally, an employee begrudgingly appeared and gave us room keys. The room was AWFUL. We almost turned around and left, but we had already paid for the night at this point, and we weren’t planning to be in the room much anyway. The refrigerator was completely covered in a brownish/yellow sticky film. The dishwasher was the same. The curtains had holes, chairs were worn, paint was peeling, door was beat up, the shower curtain was ripped, etc. After returning from the concert late in the evening, a large roach was crawling across the floor of the bedroom. We killed it but literally slept with the lights on in an effort to deter any other roaches from coming out! The so-called air conditioner sounded like a freight train. It rattled and shrieked all night long. We woke up as early as possible and got out of there! We did eat some of the complimentary breakfast before leaving, and it was decent. No complaints. The lobby area of the hotel is fine - clean and decently presented, but it as a far cry from what you are met with in the rooms. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay. The only negative worth mentioning is that their US flag flying on the property is very tattered and torn and needs to be replaced.
- 1/5
Walked in to stains all over the carpet and heater on with room at 86 degrees. Found a bug in the bed and multiple bugs under lamp shade. Smoke detector battery was low so it chirped every 30 seconds. I let front desk know about both issues and was told there was nothing they could do about it and they would make a note of it. Still was not addressed the next day. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Will never stay here again.
- 3/5
Good location. The hotel is outdated, dirty carpets.
- 4/5
Overall was Great
- 5/5
The staff is friendly and if we have any questions we will ring the front desk.
- 1/5
One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. There were roaches in our room, the carpet was covered in dog hair and the staff was not helpful.
