Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and accommodating, with quick check-in and check-out processes. However, housekeeping services are consistently poor, with many guests reporting unclean rooms and lack of daily service. Some guests have also experienced issues with the hotel's facilities, such as broken toilets, malfunctioning air conditioning, and leaking ceilings.

- Poor housekeeping services
- Issues with hotel facilities

The hotel was okay for what we needed. It wasn’t very clean, and quite a few of the power outlets in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating. That said, for a guys’ trip where we really just needed a place to sleep, it worked. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done.

Perfect spot to stay if you’re going to a Rangers game

Breakfast is horrible
- 2/5
Years ago we stayed at this property and have stayed at many that are 20+ years old…..that is no excuse for the condition of this property. Whoever owns this now has NO INTENTION of putting any effort/money into maintaining this property. Every single thing needs an update. The carpet in the hall in all of our rooms had stains, torn areas, flakey stuff all over the carpet (maybe celing paint from painting over water damage), damaged windows…breakfast (not that we even put much stock in a continental breakfast) was awful, cold…even the kids in the group wouldn’t eat it. It’s a shame because it’s very close to six flags and hurricane harbor. We had great memories from our previous stays there. The rate is too high. Not for the area…the other hotels around this area are much nicer and you expect to pay for convenience. They take advantage of that reasoning…try to find somewhere else to stay. They don’t care about this property and it shows.

Absolutely would stay every visit to texas. So mark me as a vip customer

If I could give them zero stars I would. We booked two rooms weeks ago, when we got there we got one room like 15 minutes after check-in and the second room 45 minutes later. Rooms where on the opposite of the hotel, not close to each other. Rooms smelled and we found roaches in the morning, good thing we were checking out. On one of the rooms the blinds were rip. The pool is small, only a hand full of people fit in it. Breakfast closes at 9:30am even on the weekend. The food was cold and hard, pancake machine keep breaking. We just decided McDonalds was better than that food. For the location that the hotel is, they should put more effort in it.
- 5/5
The check in was so smooth. Our room was spotless and exactly as described. The pool is small but clean and very well maintained. Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. We will absolutely be back.
- 0.5/5
Room was dirty a towel was all dishes I was going to use it there was bugs in my room spider webs I did tell the front desk they moved me to another that was better but I paid for a sofa bed to second room they moved me to didn’t have one
- 4.5/5
Access to all theme parks. One day of our stay breakfast staff Was really slow and there wasn’t enough breakfast the whole morning.
- 4/5
Good breakfast; clean room; quiet stay.
- 2.5/5
The location. Room was in rough shape. Clean on the surface but could have been far better. The bathroom was really showing its age and was sub par for a Holiday Inn Express chain. Air conditioning worked but, the smell of mold and mildew was pretty bad.
- 5/5
Everyone was really nice and helpful especially being out of town guests from another state. The rooms were cleaned well and staff was accommodating with our requests.
- 3/5
Good location, staff very friendly, clean bathroom, bed comfortable, pillows had seen better days Parking lot full of trash, large cobweb near AC in room, dining room chairs cover peeling
- 5/5
Everything
- 1/5
Room was in terrible condition
- 4/5
Staff would not hold luggage past 12:00 noon. Only hotel where I have heard that. Every other place they do. Front desk suggested leaving luggage in vehicle and there were signs in parking garage NOT to leave valuables in car.
- 0.5/5
We stayed there 7 days and the room was only cleaned 2x upon request. We only received fresh towels if we went down and asked. 4 people in one room with no cleaning or towel service. Even when reported to mgmt The front desk employees were kind
- 3/5
The bathtub was backed up and for some reason the paint was coming off the tub not worth a four or five star
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Arlington. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the best things about this hotel was its location—it was so close to the stadium, making it incredibly convenient to attend events without worrying about traffic or parking. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arlington.

No
- 3/5
Conveniently located near all the stadiums and restaurants. The building and rooms look recently updated but with poor quality finishes and with aging infrastructure. Rooms weren’t super clean. Carpet was soaked with water leaking from the A/C unit leaving my feet wet every time I walked to my side of the bed. Smeared melted chocolate on the carpet when we checked in. Bedding had stains on them and toiletries weren’t refilled in the bathroom. Elevators felt like they were going to break every time you rode them. For how expensive these rooms were $160 a night…I’d expect the location to be in better shape. Wouldn’t stay at this location again.
- 3/5
Not bad
- 5/5
Meats, fruits etc Pool could have used a little maintenance.
- 3/5
Overall good hotel and location. Easy to access. Unfortunately for the guest, there was a boiler issue and no hot water available over a 24+ hour span. I may look at other options next time visiting area. Weekend rates were elevated for events going in the area. I was there for The Eagles concert. Nice shuttle service was offered by a third party business that ran to a drop zone at the ballpark.
- 2/5
Bathtub didn’t drain well, still had long blonde hair everywhere. Dust all over the back of the toilet.
- 2.5/5
The hallways were dirty, the elevators had graffiti scratched into them, breakfast was cold on the first morning, the sink didn’t drain, and there was an overwhelming lemon cleaner scent for the full duration of the stay.
- 2/5
Roaches! Need I say more?!
- 2/5
It's a "never again" for me. From waiting in a line for 20 minutes to check in, to the dirty run down room, to the bad elevators, to paying what we did for 1 night i expected way more, and to bring home bed bugs. We will never stay here again.
- 2.5/5
Close to ranger stadium Room wasn’t cleaned, tub got backed up after each shower and beds weren’t comfortable
- 3/5
Property seemed runned down. Windows were foggy, elevator sketchy. Not filthy, but certainly not clean. I’ll look around before returning.
- 2.5/5
Location good room was clean Tv didn't work and nobody bothered to try and fix it while we were there for 2 days. Plugs by bed were shoved into wall or worn out nothing would charge from them. Someone tried to enter our room at 5 in the morning and woke us up because they rented it to someone else after we were checked in then called and woke us up after that to verify we were in the room.
- 3/5
Ok Ok
- 1.5/5
Tried for a week to speak to manager prior to my arrival. Left messages for the hotel on booking.com and never received a response. Check in was terrible for our team. Hotel worked with me to cancel 1 of my reserved rooms but has not communicated to booking.com that they approved the cancellation so that I can get a refund from booking.com.
- 1/5
The room was in terrible shape. The toilet seat was hanging off. I had to tighten the screws myself, the hot water did not work, the mini fridge was not working, the usb outlets for my phone chargers were broken, the fan in the bathroom did not work.
- 3.5/5
Location Building need maintenance
- 5/5
The location, cooling system and comfortable beds. None
- 2/5
Just a very poorly ran and not keep current (mattress) Holiday Inn Express. It’s obvious MANY have stayed in that room as Six Flags, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life park are just right there. Great location…..poor upkeep of a Holiday Inn.
- 2/5
At checkout, I was emailed my receipt and printed it come home and not even a day later they tried charging me 50 extra dollars. I’m trying to tell me it was a readjustment on Expedia’s part.. when we called the front desk to ask about it sounded like she had already knew/this had happened before. Not sure that I would stay here again, but their rooms were decent. Beds were clean and overall inside my room was nice.
- 3/5
The toilet wasn’t working and the room is just very old. A stain was on the ceiling. The shower wouldn’t spray out much water. As you walked into the room it had a smell. The room didn’t looking anything like the pictures on the website. They need to update and remodel.
- 3/5
Room was clean, air conditioner made loud noice intermittently, bed was not comfortable this time. I stayed before, in a different room and it was great! I would definitely give them another try.
- 5/5
Everything wa good. The first night someone was knocking outside the door for 15 minutes I called the front desk and right away the employee responded and told the person to go away. I appreciated the fast response.
- 2.5/5
5 minute ride to Texas live Checked my friends into a room and had us wait two hours for our room. Kept saying it wasn’t ready. Finally checked in at 3:00 pm.
- 4/5
Convenient and clean Elevators were a bit outdated lots of noise made for a scary ride
- 5/5
Goat
- 3/5
Some of the staff were very nice and friendly, but the property was kind of run down with rooms that have poorly patched up water damages, dingy blinds and bathroom tiles.
- 2/5
For $160 I thought it would look a lot more modern. Kinda looks outdated.
- 4/5
It was fine
- 1/5
The Hotel was dirty, smelly and overall just ran down. Holiday Inn is typically a clean safe option , this however was a HUGE disappointment.
- 5/5
I Really love their services
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
nice rooms.
- 5/5
helpful staff
- 5/5
nice breakfast
- 5/5
Amazing hospitality will come back!
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Location to stadium was great. Will book here again
- 1/5
We had zero hot water to take a shower. After driving 5 hours, I’d like a shower before I go to sleep. Unacceptable.
- 2/5
We were told we could check in at one so I go back to check in and the say the room isn’t ready no problem. Come back and they mention they dont have the suite I reserved months ago and the suite was needed for the situation we were in but never mentioned it when I was already there earlier. We asked for towels three times before getting any. I asked for the manager to speak to about not having the proper room and amongst two days there was no apology given or explanation of why my reservation was not accommodated. No pillows for the pull out bed or blankets.
- 5/5
The room was cool! I love the quietness and cleanliness.
- 2/5
Place was hot. Not the rooms, but anywhere else in the hotel was a sauna walking around. Place was also stinky in the halls. We did have an issues with our room and got moved to another one with no issues. The 2nd room still had a man's old shirt in it and a earing stuck in the floor that could have pierced our foot had we been walking around in our bare feet....which makes us think the room wasn't cleaned well. Probably the worst HIE we've stayed in and we love HIE.
- 1/5
We had two rooms for one night my first room had what looked like sheets of dead skin on the chair. My son in law went down to get me another room and after looking at the room they were going to switch me to had hair on the sheets. The second room I took didn’t have any Kleenex as I discovered the next morning. so it was obviously had not been looked after very closely. My daughter and husbands room had someone’s dried up contact on the bathroom cabinet that they found in the morning.
- 5/5
Nice, clean rooms. Great location.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The stay was excellent! We arrived on Halloween and the staff working that day were so friendly and helpful!! It was a great check in experience. The woman at the front desk the next morning was very unwelcoming and felt like we were just in the way. She made it difficult for us to get our food we ordered when the night before we had no issues. Besides her the stay went great and everything was clean and inviting.
- 4/5
Close to my workplace
- 5/5
It's tucked away in it's own area so it feels more relaxing, even thiugh the property is near a lot of busy attractions.
- 4/5
Cleaning staff not great. Didn’t stock up properly had to notify front desk!
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful
- 5/5
This property was clean, we rested really good, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, I used the gym, and it was a good experience. I will definitely come back to this hotel, also the price was just wright.
- 5/5
My room had coffee maker, microwave, fridge, great AC, TV, and COUCH, too!! Breakfast was plentiful and big variety
- 3/5
Staff were really nice and accommodating. Location is great right across from Six Flags. Plenty of dining in the area. Elevators in hotel was dirty and seemed to not work well. Room was somewhat clean. Some stains on the wall, floor, desk and ceiling. AC was horrible, made breathing at night uncomfortable. Smelt like mildew and felt very humid. Window sill was dusty and dirty. Breakfast was ok nothing special but at least it was included. Just ok stay needs some work.
- 4/5
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the shower would not work. The hallways and elevators were extremely warm.
- 3/5
Breakfast needs to be extended to 10am.
- 3/5
The rooms smell a little humid
- 4/5
Close to stadiums
- 4/5
I chose the Holiday Inn Express because of its longevity in the industry and the value they have/had for the guest, location in Arlington, Texas and the amenities. My next visit to Arlington, Texas I will rethink my choice. We had a family of 6 and booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. Again, our comfort in the rooms, the area of the hotel, the cleanliness were all good.
- 5/5
Todo muy limpio, el servicio de limpieza 20/10. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y modernas.
- 1/5
Not pleased with my experience.
- 1/5
Rooms were not at the level of a Holiday Inn express. The pool was outdoor small and dirty all the time. We found dirty underwear in the hairdryer bag, and all we were offered was market credit. I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Decent stay. Our room could've used a little more cleaning. There were marks on the wall from recent renovations and the floors were kind of dirty.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Wonderful stay. Not the typical holiday inn express but it worked. Loved access to the trolley
- 1/5
The property was definitely not as shown in the pictures on here , the ceiling in the shower looked as it could fall in any moment! Window seal was so nasty and needed to be replaced, stains under the desk on the wall/carpet ! I wish I would have taken pictures but I was grossed out !
- 5/5
it was and amazing stay
- 2/5
The room door would not close. I had to slam to make sure it closed when I got there. It was open. Secondly, there were no towels in the room. I had to go ask the staff for them. At check-in the young lady was distracted by her cell phone and the process took longer than necessary. Additionally, the room had a sour smell and did not feel welcoming thankfully, this was a quick one night stay as I was attending a concert so I wasn’t in the room long just to change clothes and sleep and I checked out the next day.
- 1/5
Place has several issues
- 4/5
A few dead tiaches
- 5/5
Easy to all points
- 5/5
They had an excellent hot breakfast.
- 5/5
It was all good, sweet and on point
- 5/5
Experiencia increíble, muy bueno el lugar.
- 3/5
Lots of road noise, limited hot water
- 2/5
The entire property, especially the hallways smelled old and musty. Fire alarms went off for hours and were told that they would have to have a manager come to turn them off. They were rude and unfriendly at checkin.
- 4/5
Pool was closed. This matters when you are traveling with children. Hotel listings should require that pools not be listed as amenities unless they are operative.
- 5/5
There’s a trolly stop (I’m assuming for six flags) however see flags is just across the road. It’s walkable and easy to find, staff was nice and check in was easy.
- 1/5
The people on the level over my room stayed up all night and was stumping on the floor and did not sleep at all.
- 4/5
We stayed for three peaceful nights. During our stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendliness of the staff. The facility was pretty clean too. My only con to the trip was that the pool is outdoors and my littles wanted to swim. Aside from that unexplored amenity, our stay was lovely. We will be back!!
- 5/5
Friendly check in, clean spacious rooms, good breakfast selections.
- 5/5
it was a nice clean place
- 5/5
Great location near AT & T stadium, clean rooms, great service and easy check in

- 5/5
Great real quiet, nice TV
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Staff was ver nice and helpful
- 4/5
My 3 day stay in Dallas was amazing, I chose Holiday Inn Express Arlington because of the proximity to AT&T stadium. The hotel was 3.5 stars due to its one of the few that doesnt look like its been updated lately.
- 5/5
My rooms 323, 325 & 326 were so clean they were like new. Check in was seamless. I gave them my last name, the front desk manager asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I said yes and she gave us our room keys. It was wonderful!
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff
- 4/5
Convenient and a good walk to stadium
- 5/5
Very clean. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

had a great stay overall the room was very nice and while the rest of the hotel wasn’t as nice it was still very clean just dated. Very good options for breakfast lots of restaurants around. only complaint would be maybe open the gym up a little earlier
- 5/5
Trolley transportation to the game and back local food near by
- 3/5
Carpets in elevators and hallways are stained and dirty.
- 3/5
the room stinks
- 5/5
Breakfast could be better.
- 4/5
Pool small and lonely
- 2/5
The rooms need to be fully stripped down and cleaned. There are stains on the floor and under the mattresses.
- 5/5
First time here and my family and I, loved it . The trolley picked us up just a few feet from the front door and saved us parking fees to the theme parks . Love it all around , and will stay here again for sure .
