Great staff

We arrived around 11 PM for our check-in. We had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. Once we were issued cards and went to our room, the cards did not open the door. We went back to the front desk to have the card fixed. Once entering our room, the smell of must was overwhelming. We went back to the front desk and were relocated to a different room. Overall, we would not recommend this location. It is very rundown and mediocre. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The bottom of our bathroom door looked like an animal had chewed on the bottom of it. It really was very unpleasant! Definitely NOT worth the $547 for our three night stay!!!!!

Clean room, cold air conditioning, great breakfast!

The cards barely worked on any of the doors. had stains on sheets and rust on all doors the microwave was super old didn’t work enough to pop a bag of popcorn, the TV is severely outdated. Dirty pool, staff profiled my daughter for getting breakfast.

The hot tub was the perfect spot after a full day of school shopping

Great place to stay! Bed was very comfortable and it was very updated and clean. It is also located in the middle of everything...very convenient!!

My room was G140. Impressive layout. I've never seen a room in a basement. My room was spacious, air conditioned, clean and comfortable.

What a surprise it was getting into the shower and there was absolutely zero hot water. It sure woke everyone up. There was also mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. Lampshade was absolutely destroyed, hopefully we aren't charged for it... along with big dents in the walls. We tried numerous times to get a luggage trolley to take our stuff back to our car but none were available each time.

Every staff person we came in contact with had a smile.

The breakfast was great. The shower and hot water great. Amenities in decline. Our safe sporadically worked, coffee maker removed from room, ice only available bottom floor middle section of aisle in laundry room. Repairs in facility were poorly done. Our toilet seat was spackled our air conditioner leaked on the carpeting the parking lot is not maintained WiFi very sporadic

Front desk staff was not friendly. Breakfast staff were friendly. Barely any hot water in the room. No pool towels by the pool and there is no entrance from the inside we had to walk all the way around go inside wet and get towels.

Sometimes the shower wasn’t hot enough and the exhaust fan didn’t work

I liked everything about my stay.

Breakfast met our expectation It was a bit hard to get into the bed, they seemed unstable

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very complete for what other hotels give you now a-days. It really helped getting that 1 breakfast meal included to get the day started. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect to relax. Not too far from the stadium and airport. They actually did turn down service which i was shocked since hotels dont do that anymore. It was great coming back to a clean, made beds after a long day out. Good restaurants around the area, one mexican place open 24hrs.

The beds were comfortable It took us 5 different rooms to get settled, there were key issues and not getting into the right room that we reserved. It wasn’t the front desk associates fault.

Hot tub wasn’t working properly , room a little worn

The hotel was run down, the TV didn't look right. The breakfast area, is not good. Their elevator is old, slow, I would not stay here again.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, mostly clean. The breakfast was good and the location was nice. The keys to the room had to be reprogrammed an insane amount of times. The pool was kind of dirty and needed to be maintained better. The staff weren't necessarily rude but not friendly either.

They always clean in the lobby and the dining area. When we came back to our room and rest in the afternoon they clean and fix our room. That is well appreciated. The dining area is bright and not smelly overlooking the pool.Jackie from the breakfast area was friendly.

This is a great place to stay and very close to everything worth exploring and seeing in and around Arlington. They have a full breakfast and very nice staff. Rooms were very clean and quiet. It is close to many restaurants that you could walk to and there is are other shopping centers close but if you forgot something at home. They provide stuff for showering and pool towels.

In my room the curtain was ripped and the shower curtain what looked like blood on it. Forgot to take a picture of the shower curtain. I was so tired from ripping and running from gym to gym due to basketball

Staff was friendly. There were roaches in my room and that is what influenced my rating. The AC worked, but was extremely loud.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The TV was not sufficient regarding the ability to locate the local channels (i.e.) ABC, CBS, NBC, and various other channels. It started with 12-1, 12-2, etc. including up to 99.3. I was told at the front office that there are issues with the new TV's

The breakfast was not fresh. The rooms were dirty. The blinds were filthy. They put me in a handicap accessible room, which I did not ask for it. No apps to watch movies on dirty yellow towels dirty bedsheets too expensive to be mediocre. I will not stay here again.

We were there for 3 days and the breakfast was fresh and they had a variety. Our room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had a a/c problem in 1 of our rooms but we called and staff was right there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The room was spic and span. It was tidy. The restrooms was really clean. The downfall was the beds that were squeaky and not comfortable and we were hoping the swimming pool would’ve been open, but it wasn’t other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 the bed alone was 3-10.

Many shopping options nearby. 2-3 min drives. Hotel was semi clean. Check in was easy. Housekeeping was extremely rude and looks at you in disgust. If you don’t like your job, quit.

Breakfast was well supplied and had eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, juice, pancakes and great coffee prefer Fox News on the TV

Delightful! Graciously welcomed by front desk staff; large, very clean room with extremely comfortable bed and pillows; quiet air conditioner; nice hot breakfast and all at a reasonable price. Just please put real salsa or picante (not plain hot sauce!) out next to scrambled eggs - after all, this is Texas! Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful. Bed was comfortable but was raised so high it was difficult to get into(I’m 69 years old). Breakfast was okay but cold meat and pancake maker didn’t cook them correctly.

It was conveniently located to where I needed to be.

My tv wasn't working properly could hardly see the screen. Then they didn't even change out tbe toilet paper in the bathroom.

Stayed here for the weekend for my son's football tournament and I will say out of the staff from Thursday to Sunday only the lady that checked me in and the breakfast staff were friendly. I have NEVER heard anyone on the floor above me but at any hotel stay's it happened. I also have never experienced the water not getting hot in the shower this did not just happen once but twice. I say for $600.00 it was not worth Breakfast was okay I have gotten better at cheaper hotels they did have a good variety. It was me trying to take a shower at 6:30 AM and the water being cold why I would not stay again. Good luck!

front staff was awesome, people smoking right outside the side doors not cool, could smell smoke inside hotel from them, no hot water, had to shower in other rooms, front desk tried so hard and they did have people working on the boiler, we thought we were getting hot water it was trying and then nothing.

Big thank you to Diamond, she is awesome! She is so friendly plus she honestly cares about your customers! I am look forward to seeing her on my next visit in February 2026. You better keep that woman she’s great!

Overall it was a great stay. Great breakfast and service from the staff. Very comfy bed. The only bad thing was that the pool/hot tub was not working or it was under renovation.

Breakfast was not great. Didn't taste good. Not even the pancakes tasted like pancakes. The only thing that was decent were the cinnamon rolls, which they probably only had to heat up.

We paid for two nights, discovered we would not be the third the first night call the Holiday Inn advised him that we would not be there Friday night, but would be there Saturday night arrived on Saturday. Our cancellation our reservation had been canceled was rebooked and charged for another night Will be calling corporate

The staff was so friendly, the hotel nice and clean. Walking to the mall is 5 minutes away and there is a lot of places to eat near by! I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a place to stay and relax!!

Overall however our room’s air conditioner was noisy

We loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Only down side was we were put in a room that had the option to adjoin with the neighboring room and there was zero soundproofing at that door.

We had a great stay, very comfortable and staff is very friendly.

The room was dirty, the desk was sticky, and there eas someone else’s hair on the remote and table. There was also several live bugs in the bathroom, including a large roach. The front check-in staff were friendly enough but I will not be staying here again.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the service from the staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. The only downside was the bed. It had a noticeable valley in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. I’d recommend replacing the mattress to improve the experience. Other than that, everything else was great!

Bed was very comfy. AC was very cool. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is the room was a little musty smelling? Kind of like a stale smell. I also noticed our tub/shower fixtures were all half broken. Still functional but definitely hanging on by a thread.

The second room they gave me had blood on the bed and the room walked like hot old urine. They charged my card twice and won't give me a refund I didn't even stay at the hotel
