- Frequent facility malfunctions
- Inconsistent restaurant and breakfast service

Restaurant server in the morning was extremely nice and excellent service!! Ladies at front desk were a mixed bag... some very nice and some lazy... not so friendly. Shuttle driver was very nice, very helpful .... good sense of humor. .

It was close to AT&T stadium. We would have walked but way too hot in August. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. It needs some upkeep. The bath tile was loose and annoying as we stood to use the sink. The elevator button was held by duct tape. The room phone didn’t work so could not call front desk. No complimentary water bottles.

Numerous maintenance issues
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and accommodating!
- 5/5
Great location close to Six Flags and Arlington sporting venues. Friendly staff and clean rooms were a huge plus! The property could use an update with regards to keyless entry but that's very minor and will come with time.

The staff was very helpful and nice . The hotel it self needs maintenance. The price of the stay was expensive and the room we stayed in had big water stains on the ceiling and the room had a funky smell.

Check in was fast and efficient. Pool was nice temperature, not too cold but not too hot.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff.
- 4/5
30 minute walk to the AT&T Stadium is convenient. They have a shuttle too but that does only take you have way to the entrance. Staff friendly restaurant has enough options in order not having to go out to eat.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and neat. The hot tub was amazing to use after a couple long days.
- 4/5
Overall stay was very positive and pleasant… One draw back thought I paid for breakfast when booking
- 3/5
The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The staff could definitely be friendlier and more helpful. We asked the front desk about transportation to the baseball field and were told there was a bus that came by for pick-ups, but we weren't given a schedule or told that we needed to take that same bus back. Because of that, we ended up getting on the wrong bus for our return. Thankfully, the driver was very kind and went out of his way to take us back to the hotel even though it was outside of his route. Overall, the stay was okay, but better communication and a friendlier attitude from the staff would have made the experience much better.

Ice machine didn’t work. Will never stay here again
- 3/5
Room was very old, the bathroom needs renovation. Staff were friendly . They have 2 rest one that serves breakfast till 10am and another bar that had maybe 4 things on the menu. If you cant make it to breakfast you wont find coffee anywhere in the hotel they just wont make u a cup of coffee. I had to order uber eats my entire stay. I stayed for 5 days work trip. Look for something better! This is not it.

It was clean and comfortable. As soon as you walk in the lobby was super hot, went to look for ice and there was none available
- 2/5
We did not get the beds that were requested for one room and that was fine but when towels are left on the floor it is expected that you replace them. We had to go ask for towels and it seemed as if we were asking for too much, we won’t stay here again.

Location, staff Lobby temperature had to be over 90 degrees, lobby doors were fogging up. Lobby floor was gets a bit slippery with condensation, floor fans where everywhere. I'm not sure how the employees working the desk handled the heat. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working that night, it took forever to get up and down to our room. The room was very hot upon arrival and at 3am my wife and I were so hot we had to take cold showers. The room never cooled much. The ice machine at least on the 2nd floor had not been working for a long time since there was a box freezer with some mileage on it filled with zip lock bags of ice. Ducktape over broken elevator buttons. Jacked up room prices Charged us $439 for one night during Astros/rangers, world cup was going on, but no game that weekend, that mistake was on us for not paying closer attention to the price during setting up our reservation .The night was so bad I demanded some kind of compensation, which to managements credit some minor refund was given. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.

This is one of the hotels near the AT&T football stadium. We were there during the time of the World Cup that we did not go. Overall, we had a good experience.

The staff was very helpful and made sure we got the roll in shower for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The room was very roomy and he could easily get around.

Clean room and our go to when live isn’t available
- 3/5
Staff was ok , but not particularly welcoming or friendly. Elevators had some problems, so had to take the stairs a few times. The trolley service to and from the Dallas Cowboys stadium was good. Breakfast was self serve, basic but good.
- 3/5
The gym was a disgrace! Broken equipment and missing all handles. Completely useless!
- 5/5
Free transportation to DFW and free breakfast were great reasons for choosing this hotel. On top of that, it is walking distance from restaurants and cowboy stadium. Very convenient hotel location and amenities
- 4/5
AC In the room was fantastic . Good value for money
- 5/5
The staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

We stayed for the World Cup - walking distance to the stadium so was great! Fun staff.

Pool closes at 10. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff was great close to everything breakfast wasn’t great
- 5/5
Excellent location trolley comes by at certain hours if your are making it to a game or waterpark down the road.
- 5/5
very nice hotel, super friendly staff. Can't walk to much except a couple of chain restaurants next door, which was fine, anything else, you'll need to drive.
- 5/5
Pool was indoor but nice. The hot tub was not working.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. The trolley to the game was so helpful and helped make a relaxing visit for us.
- 5/5
Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining options just minutes away. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property. A++!

Clean room
- 5/5
It was very pretty and clean
- 3/5
Overall stay was was pretty good, only exception was air conditioning was out in lobby area.
- 3/5
Surprised after all the Holiday Inn Express we have stayed across the US , they have had complimentary breakfast and no charge for parking ? This one surprised me , and the staff wasn't very pleasant or welcoming and didn't help much . Choose another hotel in the are , there are many others by the stadiums , I chose this one because of past experiences that were positive and great .
- 5/5
Electronically powered front doors were in stuck open position entire stay which made lobby areas very hot and humid. June in Texas! Not all elevators work- some have duct tape over buttons. Paying extra to park my car did not make my stay any more enjoyable.
- 5/5
Clean interior and exterior; friendly and helpful staff; paid breakfast is good;
- 5/5
We had a jacuzzi tub in our room the rooms felt so clean and smelled great when we walked in the bed was comfortable and parking was easy! The staff was so helpful! Over all great experience and we will stay here again!
- 4/5
Hotel was wonderful, but the Tram to do ballpark was a disappointment. There’s a free tram that will take you to the park. It’s first come first serve but if it’s full you’re waiting an hour to the next one. Also taking the tram back the workers (not affeliated w the hotel) were not helpful at all. I told them which holiday day inn I was staying at and they still put me on the wrong tram. Otherwise the hotel is great location, Denny’s walking distance. Hotel is clean and workers were helpful
- 4/5
Good overnight stay after Rangers game. Quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
Access to everything a d place. Easy parking
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
The hotel itself is kind of worn out and a bit shabby. Towel racks fall off the wall just by looking at them. Carpet is frayed. No bar soap. No Kleenex. Evidence of fixtures that used to be on the walls but no longer (e.g., orphaned brackets, picture hangers with no pictures, etc.). There's a bit of a gloomy vibe to the property. The on-property restaurant was very depressing, and the food there persuaded me to eat at the IHOP across the parking lot, which was actually bright and cheery. The fitness center was sad. Two treadmills out of order, exercise/yoga ball was flat, and a few of the free weights were missing. And the hot tub was out of commission. That said, it's probably hard to keep a hotel next to Six Flags in tip-top shape all the time, obviously people don't come here to use the gym, and none of these complaints would keep me from coming back again. Nothing made me recoil with horror, the price was right, and the airport shuttle was much appreciated. I would stay here again, just not with high expectations other than a good night's sleep.

the front desk manager daisy gave exceptional customer service
- 5/5
Location is close to Globe Life, Six Flags and many other locations.

Great stay / close to everything / very nice
- 5/5
Staff was prompt to send someone to look at water drip from window.
- 5/5
Very accommodating staff!

Breakfast buffet lacking freshness and choices. Dinner choice was a bar.
- 5/5
Our stay was Awesome! Room and hotel where exceptionally clean , rooms are very quite. Front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous Meranda was awesome. Wish I knew about this location months ago , this is our go to hotel for future trips. Also plentiful of restaurants and attractions within walking distance or short Uber ride!!!

Stayed 2 nights for ballgames. Miranda at check in was great. She was very nice and helpful. She made you feel right at home. Breakfast was good as well. Walking distance to the entertainment district.
- 5/5
Great location in the entertainment area of Arlington TX. Nice clean rooms, friendly and kind staff members. Nice host in the Bar and Grill area of the hotel. Breakfast is good and hot.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
It was all great.
- 3/5
Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is the property did just start charging a $10 a night parking fee on top of having to pay for breakfast. This just started in March, as we stayed here the beginning of march
- 5/5
I actually skipped eating because I didn't want to get up that early. The room was clean. We didn't use anything like the hot tub we were in and out.
- 5/5
Chargers didn’t work
- 5/5
The phone chargers did work in our room but we managed
- 5/5
The stay was great from check-in to checkout the staff was wonderful
- 4/5
Our stay was good.the room just needs a few adjustments like having a restaurant/room service menu in the room somewhere. 2 towels isn’t enough and the blackout drapes had lots of holes and looked shabby. Little things can add up and bring down the experience.
- 5/5
Every thing was great
- 4/5
Had to pay for parking on the property. Irritating.
- 2/5
The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area.
- 5/5
We did not add breakfast, we also didn’t use the hot tub
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, room was clean, service was fantastic, water was hot!
- 4/5
Friendly and professional staff. Clean hotel and room. We were very happy with the room, location, and amenities. We paid for breakfast but didn't go unfortunately.

Donovan was helpful at check in.

Eminenties at this location were great, the rooms were clean and breakfast was totally worth it. I recommend the hot tub, pool-hot tub combo, the water was very nice.
- 5/5
From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
Had to call for items that should've been in room; toilet paper, small shower towels
- 5/5
The young man at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant
- 5/5
Rooms were great, and the hotel was very clean. I will stay here again the next time that I have business to do in Arlington.
- 4/5
We were in a great location. It was a short distance to Globe Life Field. The trolley service was also very convenient. The room was comfortable with no issues.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
When they were leaving my Husband stopped to ask for a printed copy of the receipt. He was told by the same Lady that they do not print receipts. Now we have charges on my credit card that I cannot prove are not ours. I have NEVER been told that I could not receive a printed receipt. It doesn’t matter How I made the reservations! We have used this hotel in the past. We will Not in the future! BTW. The bathtub in their room was Very Slippery! Said it almost felt like it had oil on it. Be careful!
- 4/5
However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting. Loved the area.
- 5/5
I saw quite a few restaurants close by, easy in and out of parking lot to go which ever direction you needed. Staff wss friendly and acommodating if you needed anything. Close to ATT stadium, Ranger ballpark and Six Flags plus more. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Location is great for Globe Life and AT&T. The only compliant I have is the shuttle service to DFW only runs in the morning and afternoon.
- 4/5
I had to call a couple of times to get the shuttle squared away, but Miranda at the front desk was helpful. Room was decent, bed was comfortable, but upkeep could be a little better. Desk chair was literally peeling apart. Overall, goid stay for one quick night.
- 4/5
The "free airport shuttle" was not easy to utilize at all. I ended up just getting a shuttle. The hotel is close to the Rangers Ballpark and the Cowboys stadium. A little too far to walk but easy Uber ride. It's fairly close to several places to eat (easy to walk). Staff was friendly and place was clean. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean room, restaurant bar, ihop next door, walking distance to AT&T stadium.
- 2/5
The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so when needing ice I had to go down to the desk and ask for some. They did have a freezer next to the ice machine with a few zip lock bags with ice in them but I didn’t feel comfortable cause I don’t know if they been tampered with or how long those bags have been in the freezer. The room cards at times didn’t work at the back entrance. I had to try different back entrance doors and try multiple times for the card to work.
- 3/5
The restaurant was a disaster. Out of most things, service was bad, food was mediocre. Bought breakfast for 3 days only used one, walked next door to I+hop for food. Would not recommend this.
- 5/5
Great location. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The room felt neglected. The tile wasn’t grouted in the bathroom, so it shifted beneath your feet. The headboard fabric was torn. The safety latch on the door was broken. The walls were so thin that we heard someone else’s alarm go off twice. Overall, it felt more like a motel than hotel and we paid almost $300 for the room. We’ll not stay here again.
- 5/5
The star was very friendly. My check was smooth. The front desk staff member, I believe her name was Amanda, was very helpful and friendly. She was able to accommodate my unexpected early check-in and was very personable.

- 3/5
The bathrooms are dated, and the showers are poor. The towels are low grade. The restaurant had broken fryer both days, so a very limited menu. The airport courtesy bus was late picking me up at the airport, and it was 15 minutes late going to the airport. Overall, pretty average, but the staff were nice.
