Checked in and had a cockroach crawl in front of me in the lobby at the front desk! Shower and faucets were broken in the room. I got charged $12 for parking and I didn't even drive. Terrible. Stay away.

3 dollars per bottle of water. I never thought Hiltons were in need of petty cash by abusing customers on such an unnecessary charge

I was like well the system must have made a mistake because again we do not smoke. She said no worried and had me file “a smoke dispute form.” I said what’s the length of this process, and she said 24hrs. I never heard back so I went 2 follow up emails and she replied stating that after review, no mistake had occurred and smoking did occur in our room. My question now is where is the proof and why am I being accused of smoking when I don’t even smoke? How do I know it’s not the staff. How can I trust in this so called “smart” smoke detector. I won’t stay silent on this. $325 is not a small fee and I definitely don’t even smoke and I don’t know what’s wrong with this hotel. I’ll never stay here again. Disappointed and disgusted by these accusations.

Very disappointed with the ac we were burning up with the thermostat showing temp at 80 when we had it set at 68/72. Will not be staying there again.

I had a brief unfortunate incident upon arrival where I cut my hand on the cabinet surrounding the refrigerator. I stopped at the front desk to get a band aid and was provided quick help and concern. Shae was working the desk at my check-in and I saw her frequently throughout my stay. She always greeted me by name and asked if I needed anything. Much thanks to her.

Overall a great stay! The only issue/complaint is there were a few ants on the coffee bar in the room.

Eva charger charged us for idle fees. Most destination chargers are for free. Here, they charge you for the charge and for idle fees after the charge is over.

The stay and check out were fine. The lighting on the outside of the hotel could definitely be better. My TailLights got stolen off my brand new truck at 5:30 in the morning and ruined our entire trip to Arlington. Keep your car parked up front where it’s lit up better.

My daughter had a competition Labor Day Weekend, the hotel experience was very great! The only problem I had was that there were little bugs and ants around the room. Overall it was great

This wasn’t my best stay at a Hilton hotel. When I checked in had no problems and things were nice as usual, however after arriving, tried to get a cup of coffee, but nothing was available. Coffee, Tea, and not even water was available in the lobby. Then the hotel charged $10 a dayfor parking in an unprotected and unsecure parking lot. I have never been charged for parking at a hotel that I’ve stayed at in my 50 years of traveling. I recently went to Washington DC and stayed in the Hilton there and wasn’t charged for parking. They even had a patrolled parking lot. I could understand parking more if it was a parking garage or patrol parking lot, but neither of which what’s the case here.

The stay was okay. When we checked in, the male in the lobby who assisted me was friendly. When we returned from going outside, the person at the reception had changed; the female there looked at me without greeting me - she just stared at me, and I smiled a little, but she didn't greet me, although she greeted another guest. The bed was fine, but the pillowcase didn't smell fresh, like it hadn't been changed. It's impossible for it to smell that way since we hadn't used the bed yet, as we went to Six Flags immediately after checking in. Also, the noise from the door outside was disturbing in the morning; I was still sleeping and got startled because of the door closing loudly - it was really loud, and it was over and over. I think it's because we were beside the linen storage.

Hotel lobby and cleaning staff were excellent. Elevators were clean, the room was clean and in immaculate condition.

Breakfast was terrible. Bar service was outstanding but we were only allowed four beers and then cut off.

The location is perfect. The little store was awesome. Although I wish they stocked La Croix. The staff was great. Room was perfect.

Bathroom really small. Floor didn’t look very clean. Shower floor felt slimy. I did not think the towels were very clean, not fresh.

Our first night, while siiting on the bed , my daughter felt a lump on the bed which turned out to be someone's chewing tobacco. I'll pulled backed the sheets on my bed and found "body fluid" stains on the sheets. They obviously were never changed. This is after we paid double the usual rate for the room. The next night we met a guest at the desk who reported that she discovered a brown substance smeared on her sheets. Those also had never been changed. I noticed there are no sheets on the housekeeping cart. So, it's not their practice to change sheets. This is disgusting!! I chose a Hilton brand hotel because I thought I wouldnt have to worry about basic cleanliness.

Its a very nice hotel,love that it is close too all the sports stadiums and restaurants. They could have had more softer towels and their pillows were lacking support. Pool is nice for kids , its a lil small . But besides everything I would stay there again for sure.

Need to be sure to read the description!! Did not know we would have to pay for parking and surely did not know that you have to request housekeeping for them to come and clean your room and give you fresh towels!!! I have also never been to a hotel to where you had to pay extra for breakfast! I am happy about that at all! Probably will never stay at a Hilton ever again!!!

I chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because I’ve always enjoyed my experience there. However, I was disappointed to learn that I was required to pay an additional parking fee. I feel this charge is unreasonable, as there are no alternative parking options available to guests — essentially leaving no choice but to pay. Had I been made aware of this fee in advance, I may have considered other accommodations.

Really enjoyed my visit. Buffet style breakfast wasn’t complimentary, which I found unusual but not surprising in today’s economy.

Quite expensive for a standard at best experience. $10 per day to park but no added security. Just to park in the street accessible lot out front. Two elevators; one out of service; the other required passengers to push the doors closed in order to get it to ascend/descend. At checkout the desk attendant said nothing during checkout; no good morning, how was your stay, silence. No excuse of being busy or distracted, as we were the only ones checking out at the time. Disappointing and underwhelming.
