Hilton Arlington, TX

We arrived and the bathroom smelled like sewer. They moved us to another room. We checked in early so we could take a nap and one of the maids opened up our door. The sheets on the bed need to be bigger. They were coming off the corners. Not impressed with Hilton!

Had a wonderful stay. Shout out to Bella - an employee in the First restaurant. She'd pass us as she walked past the DSA each morning on her way to work and would always stop and talk to us and offer suggestions. Another huge shout out to Manager Hussain who stayed late to help me straighten out my bill. He was funny and kind and got it all taken care of without a fight. Our server at First (older male - I cant remember his name but he recommended the avocado toast) was just awesome.

Very attentive and kind staff and room was very comfortable.

The room was clean and actually larger than I expected. The TV seemed upgraded over previous hotels I’ve been to recently. Most importantly the room was pre-cooled when I got in there.

Hotel was really clean. Loved that it was 10 min away from the at&t center.

love the place and everything was amazing, next time I go to Arlington I will request this hotel and explore longer days there.

Hilton was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. A special shoutout to Noe for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is not a traditional Hilton, it feels more like a Motel 8. Go find a newer property. There are other options in the area.

The room clean. Nothing fancy. There was a strange drain that dripped into the shower from the ceiling. It was startling when taking a shower and you could hear it at night. Overall though the place was clean.

Parking is pricey but overall ok.

The hotel needs a significant upkeep. The plumbing is poor. The water pressure is poor. Overall, it is well located to Six Flags AT&T Stadium, the accommodations need significant upkeep. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Hotel is not far from stadium. Decent pool. Breakfast service and provision a bit basic and getting food in restaurant not slick. Front desk helpful. Overall good for six flags and stadiums. probably short staffed on food and beverage side.

Room was fine. The rates were high and no breakfast included. Then we had to pay $45 to park at the hotel. There was no parking garage. Seems a bit excessive on parking. That alone was enough to make me not want to return.

Our rooms bathroom needed help! No water pressure and the shower ran all night due to a continuous drip.

So, I was really irritated I had ask for early Check in, told me no. Tried to check in @ 2:30, told me I had to wait till 3. Friends of ours did not request an early check in and they got a text that they could check in at 1:30pm and they didn’t even request an early check in. We stayed at the Lorenzo the weekend before and check in was at 4 they let us check in at 2:30. The other thing was we had an adjoining room which we did not request and the neighbors had kids screaming and singing we could hear full conversations at 8 am, on Saturday and this morning again we could hear all the kids and parents full conversations at 8. So needless to say was not a restful trip. There should be certain floors with kids and some just adults. Yes, I could have requested a different room, but who knows if we would have e been accommodated, also I didn’t want to pack up and move. Now the lady at the front desk was 10/10. The guy not so much!

The staff were awesome! We received a late checkout on request. We had a/c issues, and the technician brought us a fan at midnight. Great hotel!

Everything was fine, no complaints

Check-in staff was very polite and helpful. But, I was very disappointed to find that there was a $20 per day parking fee after an advertised total cost with room rate and all taxes and fees price advertised and guaranteed! I guess we were fortunate that there was no elevator, clean towel or air conditioning fee.

The hotel was great, other than having to pay for parking, while you’re a guest there, is very ridiculous! I had to pay for 2 cars! If I would’ve known beforehand, I wouldn’t have chosen to stay there.

Staff was excellent! From the front desk, to the two restaurants. Professional & friendly! Parking was on-site and easy, although I don't think guests should pay for parking. Very disappointed in the room service. We went 2+ days without towels, t-paper, and trash cans that were overflowing. We had to call the front desk to get this fixed. Overall though, we'd try this again.

Parking is no longer free at this hotel. Other than the phone in my room not working (not a big deal these days), the rest of my stay was above average and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Everything was closed to you and the shuttle bus take you to the Texas rangers game

$25 breakfast buffet wasnt worth it. Had i known the sceambled eggs were going to be cold and the gravy with the cold biscuits was hot but too spicy for me - glad i was able to get back up to the room to use the bathroom in time. The rest of my stay - awesome!

We were given a handicap room and we did not ask for one. The beds were extemely low and very wobbly. The door wouldn't close in a timely manner. Parking was expensive to have a car at the hotel. I guess I didnt read the fine print that parking was extra or maybe it wasn't listed.

Heater was not working. A technician was dispatched. Toilet was overflowing. Waited for hours for towels and washcloths and coffee supplies for second day. Hotel dis not have enough amenities and not enough staff to support bat and restaurant efficiently. We paid for a suite and it was not worth it and did not meet the expectations.

I enjoyed my stay. Chris is an absolute doll. The room was comfortable. Friendly bar staff. I got in late and only had access to the limited menu so he suggested I go across the street where I had a good meal. The only complaint is I was expecting mail that I was told multiple times was not there. I eventually had to go down and find it myself.

The hotel itself was nice but will not be back based on paying for overnight parking in a basic lot. Build it into the price if you must but don’t charge for general parking. Valet I agree with but this just did not sit well with our group. Plenty of other places to stay.

Day 1 - toilet didn’t flush Day 2 noticed a bunch of red spots in the room Day 3 - did not get housekeeping. Was told that it had to be requested a head of time. Overall room is outdated and a little musty. Bed was clean which is why we stayed.

Aside from having to pay for parking, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The next morning, we went to the buffet assuming it was complimentary. After serving ourselves, a woman approached and asked how we wanted to pay. When we explained what we were told, she held a dismissive and conformational tone as she directed us to the front desk if we wanted to see what could be done. The associate there defensively told me to “check Hilton’s policy online” instead of acknowledging the poor communication. While the air conditioning worked fine, the room often smelled like sewage, had thin walls, light seeping through the door from the hall, a loose shower faucet cover, wobbly outlets, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and a stained mini fridge. Overall, this stay didn’t meet Hilton’s usual standards. Better communication, staff training, and room upkeep would make a huge difference for future guests.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, but no one told me that parking was paid to Premium. I received a citation that I was able to resolve online. Overall, my experience was great. I will stay here again.
