Everything was great clean,good location, great staff. The only complaint was the toliet. It seem to be so short like I was sitting on the floor. It was not bad my no means just short.

We liked the location as it was close to the city centre, airport and Fort Worth. The maintenance and domestic staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn’t clear on the description that there was no restaurant/bar for lunch or dinner. We had a few problems with room. The reception staff did resolve the issues but didn’t seem too apologetic or helpful.

The area Their system was down when I checked in. They took my information and gave me a key. Around 10pm, maintenance knocked on my door, we were asleep and he then proceeded to open the door and say, their system was up if we could go downstairs and take care of it. I said, ok. 15 min later the front desk called saying the same thing. I asked if we could take care of it in the morning, she rudely said, it has to be now! On top of that, the king-size bed was broken in the middle.

It was amazing stay and the front desk people were so sweet and welling to help us be comfortable. The pool was so clean and grand kids love playing in it. The breakfast was so good and the lady fixing kept it so clean. Will be staying here more often. Nothing at all.

They offer an indoor pool without heated water, we had to ask for towels about five times, and the whole place looked dirty.

Check in was super easy, and the girl working was so kind and helpful! We came for a Rangers game and the location was great. Made it a very fast drive to park at Globe Life. Kids were able to enjoy the pool. Room was clean and loved the flavored water downstairs. Breakfast provided makes our mornings easier. Plenty parking in the back area and it was well lit. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but wasn’t a big issue at all. We just went down to the 4th floor to get it. Will 100% stay here again when we come next year for another game!

Had a great time at the Hampton with my family. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel had a musty smell when you first walked in. I love the pitchers of water by the front desk. The room was clean and we had a good nights sleep.

New mattresses needed. They are hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. We were unable to check out the pool. The room was clean but the quality of the beds left me achy and sore each morning. The AC unit never kept our room cold. Luckily we brought a fan which helped or we would have smothered. We thought about asking for another room but figured it was a governor on the unit that kept it from going below 70. We had to ask about the trolly passes after our friends in another hotel told us about them after we used Uber the night before to get to Globe Life Field. Also, we were charged $20 extra per night for incidentials for the room. This was a refundable charge but were never made aware of it until after we paid. Overall it wasn't bad but would have rather paid the money to stay at Holiday Inn down the road.

Property and room weren’t terrible. Front desk staff were awful. Got to the hotel at check in time to be told my room wasn’t ready… what’s the point of a check in time if my room won’t be ready. Manager asked me a) What my disability was and b) asked for proof of a disability. Both of which are violations of privacy and just followed up by saying “we’ve been trained for this…” Apparently that training didn’t stick.

The front desk lady Sam was extremely rude and lied to us the entire stay. She refused to help us when our bedding had blood on it, lied about placing dirty towels outside of the room for replacement, and lied about staff finding my daughters jewelry that was left upon checkout which we did get back. She was very unprofessional and rude.

The water temperature in the shower was not good for me and my daughter.

Parking was easy and didnt go to gym.

the pool was ice cold and needs to be heated for the winter months. I think it was 35-40 degree water. It was my daughters birthday present and the pool was broken.

The lobby area was hot and the front desk young lady wasn’t friendly and very sick. She told me I owed $40 for what I’m assuming was the deposit I was tired from our drive so I didn’t question it nor did she try to explain what it was for. Not to mention she was having a sneeze attack when I checked in. She didn’t explain where anything was like the amenities or the elevators. The pool was way too cold and they had the door propped open, it was also very dirty. The room was very clean though and spacious and it was a very good area and convenient.

Clean spacious room. Very helpful front desk. AND the free shuttle trolley to Global Field. Not many people know about it. I was often only rider but it came often enough that I never ewaited long. Great to avoid the parking fees at Global.

The pool and patio area were basic but clean. My one complaint was breakfast offered not milk alternatives like almond or soy milk for those who cannot have casein/lactose.

It was as exepcted for a Hampton Inn. The only feedback is if the staff had a little more training or access to areas in the neighbourhood to eat. It was almost like the fornt desk was not even form the area, but still very friendly. Just lacked some basic knowledge of the area.

Stayed here for one night while moving across the country. I often choose Hampton Inn as the quality is consistent. This hotel had a great location, was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is always a nice touch. No, it is not going to be the same as a regular restaurant but to grab some coffee and a little nosh to start the day is great

We came up for a concert at AT&T stadium, and the location of this hotel was awesome. Super close and lots of dining nearby. The staff was great and the room was clean. My only complaint is that there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall a great place to stay if in the entertainment district.

Always a great stay, they never disappoint. This hotel is great location for the Cowboys and the Rangers stadium and Six Flags. The Uber or Lyft can get you to the drop off for cheap. I will definitely stay here again. Also offers a morning breakfast.

Very nice staff. There were many options for dining and this is conveniently located to the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys stadiums. Many things are walkable.

If you are going to a Rangers, Cowboys, or Six Flags it's walkable from this hotel. There is also a water park about 2 miles away.

We had a great stay! Free breakfast was a plus and the trolley that took us to and from the Rangers game and Six Flags deserves a High Five. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was nice, clean, big room. The only problem I had was the shower water was either hot or cold. Could not get it to warm.

There was a severe storm and rain came pouring in one of the windows. We had to change rooms around midnight. We weren’t the only ones to experience this issue either.

Got to hotel even an hour after check in should have been and rooms were not ready! Over 30 people in lobby waiting for rooms. Everyone had to wait at least an hr and half to finally get rooms. What made it worse event was starting while waiting on rooms so everyone was having to dress in lobby bathrooms for concert down the road. Nothing extra was offered for our inconvenience either!

The staff was nice, our first room did not have a working AC unit so they checked us into a new room. The door had to be slammed shut for the door to lock. We told the front desk and they said they would tell maintenance and nothing happened. If staying at this location I would make sure that the door is locking properly.

Recently remodeled room. Nice and clean. Bodywash, shampoo/conditioner, lotion dispensers were an added plus. Uber rides to AT&T and Texas Live were minimal cost. Great place to stay if going to a football, baseball, or event at the stadiums.

Trolley bus pick-up & Drop-off in the entertainment district was a big plus. Location is convenient. Will definitely stay their on my next visit to Globe Field. Early check in was a major plus also (our room was ready early)😊.
