Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and the property is clean, with a convenient location for sports events and entertainment. However, some guests have experienced issues with room cleanliness, noise, and communication with front desk staff and management.

Staff were very welcoming. Rooms a bit out dated. Close to Globe Life Field.

I think this hotel served its purpose for us. The location was great and super convenient. However, we got a room key to a room that was already occupied (awkward!!) upon check in. We then were welcomed by a live roach in our (new) room. The tub drain was very poor, likely clogged. Also what made me giggle was for a double queen room, we only received 2 bath towels so when we asked for more they said we had to turn our current ones in to receive more. At the end of the day, this hotel was just ok - like I said, served its purpose but glad I wasn’t there long.

This is one of those hotels that I stay at every now and then, I like it because it’s pretty spacious rooms and even though it’s pretty close to the highway, it’s very quiet. The shower pressure is great and it feels like money well spent. Of all the times I’ve been there, I’ve never tried the breakfast… I believe it’s a dine in, but I’m not sure. But the price I really feel like you can’t beat it. It’s about a mile away from the baseball stadium and all those little areas around it, so I would say that’s convenient for someone staying out of town for a Rangers game.

Staff not friendly, elevator broken, no access to water except on first level. Thought free breakfast was advertised, guess not. Coffee not available during the day.

The location was great, the use of the trolley was amazing for concerts. The staff however was so so rude. Linda talked to me like I was inconveniencing her when I asked her a question. She also hung up on me when I called ahead of time to ask if I could check in 10 minutes early. The facilities themselves were so off. There was no airflow and it was so hot??? There was bad water damage in my ceiling too.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very damp and the shower head wasn’t working. They also didn’t provide any soap. The whole hotel had a very bad smell.
- 5/5
Something simple for the quick trip we had
- 5/5
Bathroom had no soap but other than that very quiet environment.
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk, I can’t remember her name, was friendly. She made us feel welcome. We stayed one night to go see The Rangers game. The trolley does pick up and this hotel, which is convenient. We will definitely stay again we are in Arlington.

The closeness to the interstate and Globe Life Field Our room wasn’t available until 4 hours after check in with the explanation being “We have no clean rooms! We’ve been booked for days!”. They gave us no estimated time it would be ready and advised us to sit in their lobby until it was ready. With a 4 year old this isn’t ideal. Additionally we are a family of 3 which was on our reservation and there were only 2 towels in our room. When we asked for one more towel we were told they were waiting for towels.

The property looked great on the outside. The problem is we arrived at 10:30 pm. Check-in seemed fine; everything was great until we got to our room. That’s when we used the restroom and saw one of the largest cockroaches I’ve seen, along with several others. (I have video.) We then went back to the front desk and let them know, and they gave us another room. Not 15 minutes after we’re in our new room, I realized I had left my personal belongings in the room with the roaches. I went back to the front desk and let them know. The hotel employee proceeded to walk me up to the room to retrieve my property while talking on the phone with another employee. I overheard in their conversation, "What should I do?" I then asked that employee, “What’s going on?” She then said they already gave the room to someone else. I said, “Well, we’re going anyway; it’s my property." She then followed me upstairs to the room. I’m knocking on the door. I can see the light in the peephole covering up off and on, so I know someone is in there looking out at me. I’m yelling through the door, “My propeI stand there knocking and talking loudly for a good 2-3 minutes. I stand there knocking and talking loudly for a good 2-3 minutes. Finally, I ask the employee, “What are we going to do about this?” She says I will have to wait until noon the next day to retrieve my belongings. Unacceptable!!

Location was amazing. Elevator was out of service for few days. Very inconvenient having to use the stairs for luggages.

Was not disappointed at all, very nice and clean.

This is a great place to stay. It is close to all the sports venues and is a quiet hotel. We have stayed there many times.

I don't know what I did but I must have booked the executive room but it was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in is very clean and very nice architecturally I will stay there again

My room at 4 points Sheraton was pretty terrible. The bed my wife and I stayed in was worn out to the point that we both rolled into the middle of the bed. The room smelled like cleaning products. At first, we thought the smell would fade throughout our stay but it didnt. It was so potent that we couldn't sleep through the smell. The walls were showing signs of mold. The bathroom fixtures were almost all broken or loose. And there was hair left on the wall in the shower. I asked for a refund when checking out but no manager was on duty. I expected to hear something back the next day but didn't. I will be calling them the hotel to file a formal complaint.

Nice and quiet.. front desk was as nice as can be. Cold ac, we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
I appreciate the front desk staff, she assisted me in revising my reservation.
- 5/5
Nice hotel close to Globe life stadium, very convenient for us, would highly recommend
- 0.5/5
They did not allow me to check in because I forgot my physical credit card. I had to book another hotel and this hotel would not accept an exception to refund this trip. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. The hotel itself was not high quality.
- 4/5
4 Points is a good hotel but don’t count on the public transportation and plan on paying $50 to $80 to park near Globe Life Park on gameday.
- 5/5
four points was in a good location and only 1 mile from Texas Rangers Stadium that you can walk to game and trolley back. they pool was nice and clean. That breakfast is not included in the rate to stay; you have to pay $14 per person if you wanted to eat breakfast there. we did not eat breakfast there as we thought this was pricey to pay for breakfast, we found other diners that had homemade breakfast and was much cheaper to eat out.

This was a really nice hotel. The elevator to our room seemed way out of the way. It was a pretty long walk. The room was super nice, BUT the bed was horribly squeaky. I also noticed a bug crawling on the night stand. The shower floor was not clean, it had hair all in it. One of the smaller issues was when I made a cup of coffee, I found that the lid didn’t fit the cups. Other than those few things, it was a pretty good stay.

Staff not flexible at all. I had to cancel my trip due to an emergency. Asked for a refund or even a credit as I did not stay at the property Melissa or Michelle and the management staff showed no empathy as if they could not make their money back due to high customer demand for the events taking place in the area. Do better Sheraton.

The main problem we had is the wifi. None of our devices would remain connected for more than 30 minutes. Once kicked offline, the device could not reconnect. This was a big unexpected problem. The room was very nice as was the staff. Convenience to entertainment (six flags, baseball, futbol) was great. Fix the dang wifi and this place would be great.

I was charged 1.90 entertainment fee I guess for using the tv which was weird. I didn’t access any movie channels or rent a movie that might explain that charge so unsure what I paid for.
- 5/5
The staff was super awesome!! The sweet lady working the front desk even let us stay later in the pool, which was great!! Everyone there was so respectful and kind!!
- 4/5
My key card kept locking me out and the breakfast was overpriced but the staff helped me with the key card with no problem and the trolley was super convenient for my six flags day.

Excellent and super clean
- 4/5
Room was clean just a couple bits of dirt in the floor, headboard needed to be replaced it was worn and cracked, easy to check in and out.
- 1/5
Worst hotel property I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were completely rude and unprofessional, room service was knocking at our door at 9am when checkout is at 12, they charged my card twice, never again.
- 2/5
The staff were very nice and helpful, and you can’t beat the location if you’re going to a game or Six Flags. However there were tons of bugs! Encountered at least 15 in a day and a half before I couldn’t take it anymore and asked to change rooms. It was much better in the next room. The first room was near an exit door, so I assume that was a contributing factor. There were also large roaches in the hallway. The staff were apologetic and helpful, so I appreciate them so much. The bar/restaurant also is not open on Sundays and Mondays, and there is not much space to sit elsewhere if you are staying with multiple families. I will not be staying there again.

We love this hotel. We stay here every time we come to Dallas
- 4/5
Clean and convenient to everything Arlington. Staff was courteous and the breakfast at the grille was great. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great very comfy bed and nice ac
- 3/5
It’s roach season in Texas. The maintenance had the people come to spray the room. We had a roach come in from outside the lobby. The sheets had yellow stains. While convenient and nice, this drop down the comfort level and sleep loss. The bed was not comfortable. Maybe it’s time for a new mattress as well. The staff was helpful and courteous. This was in the disability room 105.

Friendly staff WiFi was a bit slow A very nice property; will stay again

Stayed 1 night for a concert at Globe Life Field (1 mile from hotel), and our stay was perfect for what we needed. Very clean room, had no issues.

GOOD- VERY CLEAN property, nice staff, free self-parking lot with a good location BAD- Paper thin walls (including the outside- late night parking lot noise & TRAIN WHISTLES early. morning), breakfast (outsourced) limited options/zero taste

Found a small but noticeable amount of mold in the bathroom. Return/cancellation policy was not followed. When I attempted to get help on the cancellation, was told the room could not be cancelled which is not what the cancellation policy stated. The cancellation policy was very clear that even after check in, the room could be cancelled and refund would be up to the hotel. Of course a refund was not issued, but the hotel did not check me out of the room even though I gave the keys back to the front desk. The hotel also charged me $13 after the booking when the room was not used and early check out should’ve been processed.

Booked and paid extra for a king suite. Upon arrival was given a standard queen. Front desk advised that rooms booked on outside sources such as orbits can not be guaranteed

Was extremely disappointed in housekeeping routines. Was not informed that cleaning rooms was only by request. Then when I did call and ask for room to be cleaned I was informed that they had reached their quota for the day and also that requests had to be submitted by 9 am each day and it was about 9:45 when i called.

Everything is great love to stay there

It served its purpose. Very much a no frills property with a big budget price per night has to be only because of location
