The staff is really wonderful and helpful. No issues with parking. There was a really off putting smell in the hallways. Like backed up sewage with a lot of air fresher spray to try to mask the smell but made it so much worst. The water dispenser is tiny and was empty every time I tried to get water. Rooms are spacious and clean. The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors talking and all the road noise. The AC when on kept the room cold but when it would shut off its uncomfortable hot. I only stayed 2 nights and it served its purpose as a place to sleep. Location is convenient to Six Flags and AT&T stadium. The trolley service is also convenient.

Everything was perfect. All the staff from front desk, breakfast staff and maids were very nice and made sure we had the best stay! They went above and beyond! Not one thing!

Overall the hotel was great, good location to the stadium. Room was clean but had a musty smell. The air conditioner was VERY cold, had to turn down. Staff was helpful and the shuttle was awesome surprise which was free for guests. Pool looked great but we never us were it. Parking was great and close to entrance

The front desk was really friendly, it was an easy check in and an easy check out. We came for a rangers game so the trolley was very convenient. We would’ve liked for our blackout curtains to slide and actually black out but otherwise it was a great stay

I don’t really have nothing negative to say about this property! If you’re going to Six Flags on hurricane Harbor, this is the place to stay! They have a trolley that will take you and pick you up so you don’t have to pay for parking!

Terrible they had fleas

Everything was fabulous. Great breakfast with attentive staff. Desk staff was friendly except for one person seemed annoyed that I was bothering his phone time. Other than that, all good. Thank you.

AC sounded like a washing machine so the traffic noise and the “washing machine” dueled all night. Didn’t like bathroom layout. Staff nice. Had a van that took us to the Rangers game and that was fabulous. Not sure if will use again but it wasn’t bad.

The breakfast was very good. Multiple hot and cold items. I had a small maintenence issue in the room and it was handled very quickly. Only issue was that the carpet had a strong unusual smell from the cleaner that they used.

Nice hotel with easy access to the sports facilities in the area. Plus, Six Flags is right around the corner, a waterpark and tons of restaurants. Some within walking distance some a short drive.

Staff let me check in earlier which was great. I only stayed for one night for a baseball game. I had a good experience but then again I wasn’t there that long. They also made it a point to put me in a room on the other side of the interstate and close to the elevator which was also a plus.

Parking was easy. The room was so clean and very nice.

I ask for an upstairs quiet room because I am a light sleeper. The girl at the front desk put me in 341 which turned out to be right next to a busy freeway interchange and a six flags amusement park. It was so loud all night I hardly slept. Not sure if she thought it was a joke or just didn’t know the lay out of the hotel. Either way it was unacceptable and I was very annoyed.

Well, what I didn't like was the person who helped us in front of the desk, all angry with their assistant, and they also gave me a room that was meant for handicapped people, and I didn't like the shower because of that, but everything else is fine.

Book room on October 2nd for a king bed and arrived February 20th and was told that they had no king beds left. Then out of no where they had one available. Then tried to charge me $670 for 2 nights when it was previously $348. Also the bed felt like a rock and had silverfish. Will not be back to this hotel.

The room must have been remodeled recently because everything was really really nice. My wife loved the bedding (the mattress was soft foam) and everything worked perfectly. The staff were all cordial and helpful. Just a nice three days.

Room was clean, but barren, no art or anything on the walls. Staff was great and we enjoyed breakfast. However, the scent throughout the hotel was overpowering. In the hallway, you could see the aroma mist hovering underneath the hall light fixtures. As someone with asthma, I had to ask For for the aroma dispensers to be turned off.

Overall, this hotel is conveniently located, and I will consider it again the next time that I am in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn. The entire facility was clean and the staff were great. Our room was perfect with everything that we needed. We stayed at this hotel because it is relatively close to AT&T Stadium and we were going to the Cowboys game. This hotel is definitely a nice and convenient place to stay for this purpose. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The suite was great for a Cowboys game weekend. Sitting area and good sized TV was perfect for pre and post game hangs. The free breakfast was good. Easy Uber ride to the stadium.

I thought we were booking a suite with a separate room and I guess it was separate, but it didn't have a divider or door, so it was basically a side room that was open to the rest of the sleeping space. It also had these weird cutouts, so it was just weird. The breakfast was alright, it was very basic. The front desk told me that the trolley from six flags came every 30 minutes, but it never showed up and they didn't know why. That was annoying. It was just ok. Not worth the $$, in my opinion. It was a little run-down feeling. I was surprised it had the Excellent rating.

Our flight got really late, and the door was locked to the hotel with no attendant to open it for over 30 minutes. Another guest came attempted to use their mobile key fob, and they were unable to get in. Also, they were intoxicated which made the event even more intense. Moving forward upon getting into our room we always wiped down our surfaces when we get in there and pull back the sheets and our bed was dirty with another ethnicities here. I’m still in the bed. Our room was changed beyond that everything else was great. Front desk was very nice and accommodating; apologized for the inconvenience of not present to open the door. I would say again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The staff was more than helpful at check in and also when we raided the pantry in the lobby when we returned late after the game (we did pay for the food items). Very clean hotel and extremely quiet. Beds are comfortable, we couldn’t be more pleased. We will stay here when we return to catch more baseball games.

Very comfortable bed and bedding and clean room. AC didn't work great, so the room never really cooled off. Even my kids struggled to sleep because of it. It was really late by the time we realized the AC wasn't going to work well, and didn't want to mess with someone coming in to fidget with it, so we didn't let the staff know until check out. Kids still loved the pool. And I loved how clean it was.

The beds were comfy, the room was clean Think a towel hook near the sink would be handy..we just didn't have any hot water. They did offer us a different room on the second night but it was after 10:30 pm so we didn't change rooms. Good location for Rangers game.

Very close to Six Flags. Nice breakfast. It is right next to the highway, so there is a moderate amount of road noise. Still slept well.
