Room was specious but it needed better cleaning maintenance

Location Thin walls, heard every argument, baby cry, hysterical laughter from a one sided phone call etc…. Elevator grinder like the belt was about to snap, air conditioning smelled of mildew and parking was a nightmare. Free breakfast was coffee, hot water and plain oatmeal with no bowls to eat it in. Had to go to the front desk for soap and shampoo, not MORE soap just soap.

Everything!!! It’s super cute the place and it’s so nervy to the stadium
- 3/5
Room is in decent condition. The bathroom door didn’t lock, so it was kind of annoying that it kept opening. We thought a continental breakfast was included but is only a coffee on the go service. On the negative side, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. When we were leaving we were waiting in the lobby to return the room keys, along with other guests about 10-15 minutes. No one showed up so one of the cleaning ladies told us just to leave the keys on the counter. The positive side is that is super close to an amusement park, and stadiums. Area seems to be quiet some restaurants near by. Parking lot was pretty crowded but we were able to find a spot.

Very near six flags over Texas!!! Very easy to find and has good parking!! Rooms are very spacious also. The stoves and fridges do work well also. Very happy w8th the staff also. Very friendly and overall a great atmosphere!! The mattress on the beds are hard. I did not like that at all. But that's the only thing.

Stayed here for the bts concert and it was okay. The parking lot is way too small, no free breakfast besides oatmeal? They don't have shuttles for the concert which would have been nice. There was a smell each time you entered the hotel room and no matter if you sprayed the smell would just stick. Overall it was decent but probably wouldn't stay again.

Location to Six Flags The Room: The property smelled heavily of a harsh chemical disinfectant. The TV took 20 minutes just to load the channel guide and kept freezing. In the bathroom, our toilet backed up, the shower water took forever to heat up, and the shower curtain wouldn't close due to rust build-up on the rod. Service: Customer service was non-existent. I called the front desk three separate times to address our room issues, and no one ever answered the phone. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was incredibly weak, consisting only of coffee, muffins, and granola bars. I tried to make oatmeal, but the hot water dispenser was contaminated and filled with old coffee grounds. Save your money and look for a different hotel in the Arlington area.

Don't waste your money if you expect a blow dryer (none to borrow either). No coffee pot or coffee, no drinking cups, no ice bucket, room with kitchen but no utensils ($35 extra), no dish soap, fridge was unplugged - ruined our food, towels were torn, no hangers in the closet. Think of all the things you expect in a hotel room, this one has NONE of them. One more thing, the room smelled horrible from the cleaners they used. Our room even had a dirty hand towel they used for cleaning on the kitchen counter (I threw it away). VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We've been traveling 43 years and this was by far the worst! They do take pride in cleaning but that didn't make up for what they lack!

This Hotel was terrible. The room was not as advertised. Room was not clean, poor lighting and smells bad. I asked for a non-smoking room…but that didn’t happen.

Very good and spacious Everything

Nice clean spacious room

The hotel was clean but was not what I expected after looking at the photos. The hotel was quite dark on the inside and looked like it was painted by non professional. The breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast all it was, was some cheap granola bars and muffins and packets of oatmeal and coffee that’s it. Staff were alright but not the most welcoming that I have experienced. The room itself was alright, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid for. The bed was awful, it felt like a dorm room bed. The towels were not that clean and the provided soaps were tiny. Overall if you need a hotel room for one night and you don’t care about the stuff most hotels provide then it’s an alright hotel but if you want the best overall welcoming feel a hotel should provide I would skip this hotel.

This hotel was fine. It didn't smell great. I booked a non-smoking room and the room that was assigned to me smelled very smokey. They were nice and gave me another one. That one smelled like cleaner (at least I knew they used cleaner). It just didn't feel homey and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was just granola bars and pre-packaged muffins, along with juice and coffee. It was fine for what we booked it for because we weren't in the room much except to sleep, but I wouldn't book it for an extended stay.

Everything was good
- 4/5
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of privacy. You could ask for the cook ware which was great.
- 2/5
Room was ok. Staff was really nice and accommodating.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. The rooms were nice, we had to switch rooms though because the heater smelt burnt. The front desk said it’s normal… The second floor smelt TERRIBLE. Like a mixture of socks and fish. Not sure if it was mold or something, but it was bad. Our room didn’t smell, but the hallways did. They have you bring your towels down to the front desk in order to exchange, not a complaint just a note. Included breakfast is only just hot chocolate or coffee and some muffins or granola bars. Not bad though. Overall, I have been in WAY worse. Perfect for on a budget.
- 4/5
The room was clean though obviously an older hotel with some upgrades to the flooring and the pullout couch was newer. Kitchen was older but fine for basic food prep. We had to ask for a kitchen supply box and it was a bit limited ie only one small bowl, 2 plates a small pot but no pan etc. We asked at the front desk for a bigger pot as I was making soup and the staff was great and found me a soup pot and more bowls. Breakfast was limited to prepackaged granola bars/muffins and it seemed like there were people living in the hotel, so if you didn’t get down early, there wasn’t much left. Some interesting smells in the first floor hallway, but our room was fine. All that said, it wasn’t the Taj Mahal, but we felt safe and comfortable and it was cheaper to uber to six flags from here than pay for parking.

We just left the property and did not complete our stay.

Will definitely book here again for sure

Yall!!!! I booked a room here bcus it’s close to the AT&T stadium but I will be staying somewhere else next time lol once we walked into our room, there was a massive hole in the restroom door. This location had many sketchy people coming in & out their building. There were also so many vehicles in the parking lot with broken windows and taped up windows. So ghetto & will never stay here again.
- 3/5
No stopper for bath tub. Noisy fridge. ROACHES! And when i told the guy at the front, he just shrugged it off. I had caught 2 in a plastic bag to show him. We checked out a day early.
- 4/5
Está un poco descuidado. La parte de abajo de la cortina de la regadera tenía hongo y las toallas tenían cabellos y manchas extrañas. Precio calidad está bien. Muy buen precio para la zona cerca del estadio de los cowboys

Although the room was "smoke free" it reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked multiple times to change rooms and they did not accomodate. I lost sleep over choking on the stench. Very basic amenities. Saddest breakfast ive seen in some time. Electrical was weird in our room, the lights kept flickering. Staff was hit/miss. Would never stay again. Pay slightly more to stay somewhere better.
- 5/5
Yes, staff was nice. We were having issues with cable in room. I would recommend adding a coffee pot in the room.
- 4/5
the room was clean and it’s in a good area!
- 3/5
The kitchen had no equipment (completely bare cabinets). You have to tell the front desk what you need. The whole point of an Extended Stay is the perks of a kitchen. They must be trying to skimp on costs by having shared equipment across multiple units. It's an inconvenience to order kitchen supplies. They should already be stocked in the room.
- 2/5
Really outdated building, elevators barely work, tv in room didn’t work, pictures were very misleading. Only plus side was the location was great for our trip.
- 3/5
There was no food available other than bread

Professional staff

The hotel is on the older side. The pictures online looked more updated. Also, it appears that people live there. There were ppl out by the pool at 4am having a party and apparently is normal activity by the tenants.
- 5/5
Very nice for the price and my room was updated and spacious. The ac unit was a lil noisy but the check in was efficient and to my liking.

Had to get the cooking stuff after check in in the lobby.

Stay went well!
- 4/5
Well located, high price for the amenities it offers, a very strong smell of humidity and I asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have it.
- 1/5
There were animals in the bed, fleas or I don't know what it was, and the hotel managers don't care about the well-being of their guests.
- 3/5
Weird smell in hallways, room was non smoking but due to other rooms smoking the smell seeped through. Room was decent size. You get what you pay for. For the price it did what needed to.
- 5/5
We really loved staying here with our dog! The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The location is quiet, but close to all the attractions the area. Would definitely recommend staying here as an affordable option!
- 4/5
Kitchen was equipped for cooking it's nice that they are pet friendly but having a neighbor dog bark all night was terrible.
- 3/5
Overall, the hotel was clean, but my remote didn’t work for my TV. I had to share a remote with my cousin in another room in my room had a musty smell, but the bed was clean. The sheets was clean. The room was clean.
- 5/5
Rooms are spacious. I. The same parking lot as a sushi buffet. Close to Six Flags. Staff is pleasant.
