The rooms were beautiful and clean. Cookies were tasty! The restaurant staff were not super attentive. But the food was good.

Another guest left a toothpick on a couch in the lobby. When we walked past the couch 12 hours later, it was still there. Cookies were not available at check in. It took over 2 hours to get cookies. The plumbing in the rooms need to be fixed.

I got to breakfast around 8:30. I paid for the buffet. The eggs were emptied the pancakes were empty there was no fruit no syrup no utensils. No staff to ask about it. It was disappointing.

Nothing. Handicapped was too far from the entrance (I have MS). Got no help with my luggage. I asked for a cart and the desk person said "Another guest must be using it." "It"? There's only one? No further attempt was made to assist. Air conditioner was crazy loud. Shower handle fell off twice when I was showering. Looked like nothing was.holding it in place.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out and midnight snacks after the concert the frond desk staff was amazing, room was amazing and very clean,

I kind of wished the staff came pretty often to clean our room and offer new towels. However, it is not too much of an issue

Clean room, friendly staff, nearby good eats, gas station/convenience store right across the street. Less than five miles from Six Flags over Texas.

Hotel was okay, walked in to check in and system was down so I had to fill out paperwork to get a room which the AC unit did not blow cold in Texas’s 104° weather, tried cooling off in the pool which had murky and trash filled water. it wasn’t too bad of a stay but not a pleasant experience for the DoubleTree brand.

I booked a reservation for this hotel ,since february. Upon arriving at the property the system was down and I waited , but I had an event to go to so I left to attend my event . I came back from my event and didn't get into a room untill 1am . This was my first time using the double tree. I will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again . 0-10 terrible experience. The staff was great I didn't have a problem with them. I had a problem with the hotel it's self. I payed for a king size and they wanted to put me in a room with a double queen . I'm really dissatisfied.

Good for our stay for a concert. Was woken up at 6:30 with the fire alarm going off. Also our bed had a large divot so husband didn’t sleep the best. Overall it was convenient for the location and good for a quick stay.

There was hair left in the tub and they had no hot water. Myself and multiple others left due to uncleanliness and no hot water.

The shower was cold. The tub had rusted. The trolly was not available, and the fire alarm went off at 6 am waking everyone up and had to go outside. Refused to give any compensation/services for Interruption in stay. Refused to give receipt upon request

The sheets were damp. And the room smelled musty. One tiny trashcan in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Fire alarm went off super early and no explanation or anything. We checked in at midnight and were out of there by 8 am. We went off site for breakfast due to the early fire alarm.

Fire alarm went off at 6 am so we had to evacuate. Our stairwell was toward the back of the hotel and never saw any staff to assist or give any information

Chose this hotel for easy access to Stadium and entertainment district. Traffic will be terrible from any direction, but this location made it as best as it could! The lobby was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Parking lot has room for improvement, $16 breakfast is not necessary, nor is charging for coffee in the rooms. Shower pressure could have been better but was adequate, but shower did not drain, so only one person can shower without waiting 30 minutes for the next one. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 AM, with no communication from staff about when we could go back in, so people finally chose to do so themselves. Staff was helpful otherwise. Gas station across the street closes at night so don’t plan on going there for snacks.

The hotel room and facilities were just fine for our stay. The issue is that the fire alarm went off for at least fifteen minutes at 630 AM. The hotel was evacuated and when we were allowed to return to our room the alarm went off twice more, making restful sleep impossible. When I asked the staff about what had happened at checkout they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

I didn't have the opportunity to stay in a damp and old smelling room, surrounded by a hundred Argentina fans. I requested a room change, there was none available, I asked for cancellation and a refund, they offered to do it the next day, now the hotel management doesn't want to pay much less refund.

Very nice and clean hotel. I had a really good night sleep. It was quiet the whole night. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good night stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

That said, the staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also located in a great area, and close to the stadiums and Texas live. Overall, while some updates and maintenance would greatly enhance the experience, the excellent staff and convenient location helped make our stay a pleasant one.

Entering the Hotel and being greeted by the lady at the front desk was very inviting and helpful. Room was very clean and cool because outside was very hot. Overall even though it was for only one day and night our stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Pamela and Nick were very cheerful and eager to help. Our room was not ready yet, but they were very apologetic. No big deal, it was very busy. Great people

Breakfast buffet ran out of food. hallways need refurbishing. bar needs help on “after event” times.

The outside of the property needs some updating so don't let it fool you. The inside of the hotel is nice and the room was updated and clean. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Close to Six Flags and the Ranger Stadium.

Bed was super comfortable Service at the counter was poor, no-one there a lot of the time and if they were, they was unfriendly, shower was slippery and slipped over, keys didn't work for the room multiple times and one day there was no hot water in the shower. I asked for assistance with the bill and they did not really do anything for it.

Rundown property -

There was a roach in the bathroom. A Texas-sized roach! There was a dead roach at the pool, right on the edge of the steps into the water. There was no crew anywhere in sight to clean the pool area or make sure guests were assisted. There were no towels (the rack was empty as of 1:30 pm) where there were supposed to be pool towels. Paint was peeling everywhere on the exterior of the pool area, too. This hotel seemed like a place that had been recently acquired and painted to put lipstick on a pig.

Clean very helpful staff the bed so comfortable and the location so good I recommend this hotel for any trip and specially the front desk staff so welcoming,I give this hotel 10/10

The room and hotel overall were very clean. This hotel is convenient to a lot of common places as well. We didn't eat the breakfast because it seemed a little expensive.

I really liked the breakfast buffet and the clean room.

Staff were amazing and friendly. The ventilation was not great and the room felt stuffy. The buffet didn’t have many vegan options. Overall the stay was great due to the location to the wings game and the friendly staff.

The staff was excellent! The property itself, and our room in particular, had a damp, musty smell to it. Our room smelled like a swimming pool, or damp earth. There were only two towels in the bathroom. The office chair was peeling and cracked. The hallway had some broken doors, peeling paint, etc. it wasn’t an unpleasant stay, but we won’t be returning in the future.

Pool was super gross and room was cleaned but really could use some TLC. There were used floss picks under the bed and concerning stains on the floor.

Rooms are outdated and not very clean. The hotel double booked because of mistake they made with hotels.com and made me pay for it. The only good thing about this place is the location is decent to Texas Ranger Stadium at Six Flags I will not stay here again.

The toilet in our room was broken, it would not flush. We had to use the restroom in the lobby our entire stay. Reported it to the staff the first night and there was no one on-site from maintenance.
