Hotel: it's run down on the outside. Needs new paint, new hardware and looks very sketchy. The lobby is dark and the dining area is blocked off with tables. Breakfast is not served. It's given in a small paper bag and included: Capri Sun, an orange, a granola bar, and pack of 2 muffins. Nothing else offered. It's like an elementary school field trip snack. Amenities: The pool was somewhat clean. Pool area was reasonable. The room: room is updated as far as the floor in the bed area, the headboard and sink. The bathroom and tub are to cry for. Tub was very run down as well as the wall and ceiiling. Bed linens are super thin and look dingy even though they are clean. Safety: The area is not very safe. I was packing my car on my last night when a car drove up and pretended to park. The guy inside didn't get out. He was just watching me. When I got ready to go back to my room, he started his car and drove close to where I was. He called me "Ma'am, come here" and called me over with his fingers. I signaled no and walked away. I walked towards the hallway and not my room because I didn't want him to see what room I was going into. Just then two other women from the concert arrived to theparking lot and he quickly drove away. He was clearly not a guest of the hotel. He never came back to park.

The location was close to the airport, to the AT&T arena, the outlet mall and Walmart. The description indicated that the hotel included breakfast, but it was just a bag with a muffin, a granola bar, and an old mandarin. I have stayed in similar hotels that offered different options like bread, eggs, yogurt, and cereal, so it was very disappointing since that was the main reason chose this hotel. The paint on the outside was in very bad shape; however, inside the room was in good condition. The room was clean, but when I checked closely, there were hairs in the bathtub and on the towels. Also, the microwave was disgusting, it had old cheese on the door and turntable. Finally, I don't think it was entirely their fault, but I found a cricket one morning next to my pillow. I never left the door open, so I'm not sure if the cricket was there before I arrived. The guy in the from door was nice and also the people that clean.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for. The proximity to AT&T Stadium was so convient. When we checked in, it was stressed that it was a non-smoking room. As soon as we stepped into the room, we could smell smoke. The room was reserved with a queen bed and we had a double bed. The bathroom didn't have vent or air conditioner so it was hot and humid every time it was used. The air conditioner was loud as hell the ENTIRE weekend. Also. there were no electrical outlets near the bed. I use a CPAP machine and I had to plug it in across the room and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed.

I like how everyone was friendly and the room smelled clean,the pool was clean the color was so nice and warm ,the only thing is the ac was not the best ,it’s was cold like but not as much ,like I put it at 67 and it’s was cold but not really

Hotel was dirty and run down Smelled musty and like marijuana. Toilet tissue stuffed into random holes and towel racks in the walls roaches crawling on the walls and in bathroom, room was very dated stains all over the walls and spider eggs on the luggage rack. Door had to be lifted for the bolt lock to catch. checked out after one night and notified front desk and they didn’t seem to care.

It was very close to the venue and was very reasonably priced. I wish the bed had been a little bigger

The stay was convenient due to short notice but the the floors in the room were dirty and had dead and live roaches! And the ac never went lower than 75, so it was very hot and uncomfortable to stay in.

You pay what you get for here. We payed $70 so we could walk to globe life and not pay parking plus a hotel. Bare minimums were met: clean bed, working ac and running water. There were a few bugs and the room didn’t look too clean but oh well. Front desk was incredibly helpful with checking in and welcoming us. The walk to/from the stadium isn’t too bad but don’t recommend doing it in the sun, Lyft was $8 so definitely worth it

This place is a good place to stay It’s not fancy and the price is reasonable. It’s walking distance from AT&T and globe life if you’re a Fan . Go Texans. And they put coffee makers in the rooms.

Only two towels for four people. Coffee was empty at breakfast in office. No sheets or pillows for foldout couch. Property needs major refurbishment.

Going up the stairs looks unsafe and I asking down the foyer to get to our room the slab “foundation” had major cracks. Just looks unstable and definitely not safe. Overall I’m grateful for a bed to sleep in but the whole facility needs a major renovation.

There's no plug for the tub (room121 atleast) it had a very slow drain. They advertise breakfast but it's a contenental bag given with nothing you would eat. Renovation going on till 2am. Had to complain to front desk for it to stop. I don't understand why you would put someone in the room directly under all that noise. Was told I could leave but they don't give refunds. Suffering for 4 days, worst vacation ever.

The unit was very nasty, did not feel comfortable taking off my shoes. The furniture and appliances were old. The toilet did not work or even flush.

The bed and other facilities were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find a cockroach in my room. In addition, breakfast was not served in a buffet style as I had expected; instead, the food was simply packed in bags and left out, which was quite disappointing.

I found out it wasn’t the best neighborhood but the hotel was great for the price. I can’t say anything negative about it.

It didn't appear like in the app all clean and nice. We fund dead roaches and other bugs due to having to buy own cleaning supplies to stay our extended stay. Never again! Staff was not welcoming my son had to use the restroom before checking in and they would allow him we had to go to the store up the street and come back to check in. We stayed 6 night horrified .

This hotel has zero customer service. Will demand a cash deposit to check in and balk at returning when your stay is over. The breakfast is a joke and is only offered 7-9 to include Sunday.

The room was alright. You get what you pay for. There was a dead roach on the floor. Also, the entrance door was sketchy. Pretty loud since you’re near the freeway

Breakfast is a bag breakfast like a bag lunch to go rooms are full of pest keep the lights on from the bed through the shower they are coming strong was moved and that room had puppy food just sitting on the floor as of someone being storing there cat or puppy there and was moved for the night never again

Room was dingy. Front desk demanded $50 in cash deposit (wouldn’t take debit or credit card for incidentals), then balked at returning deposit at check out. Literally had cleaning staff go to room to confirm nothing was taken or broken. Breakfast is in a dirty area that felt like a storage locker, and it was only available from 7-9 every day including Sunday. Tried to get a cup of coffee at 9:15 from lobby carafe and when I asked the desk clerk if could make more she told me “thats all for todsy” Worst customer setup ever

Bed and pillows comfortable. Soap bars way too small. Phone would not allow Long Distance….even if you had to pay for it.

I would not recommend this location to anyone! I found 2 roaches in my room and I observed a seemingly shady person repeatedly knocking on the door next to my room. He moved away as I made it clear I was watching him. He went around to the side of the building. When I told the staff and showed the pictures of the roaches I was offered another room, however I did feel this would resolve the situation of roaches at this location. I found another location to complete my stay in Arlington.

Overall i felt likeningor what i oaidbfor withbit being a cheap hotel room. Major downfall even without having my dogs with me, theres no grass around the entire property. It honestly made me feel like i was in prison and jjst brought dosn the quality of the exterior of the building. Was very quiet also even with it being in a high traffic area.

This is a very old property that is not ADA compliant. One of the staircases leading to the second floor is barricaded because the concrete steps are cracked and broken. Several steps on another staircase were crumbling. Roaches appeared in the room within two days of the stay. The TV in the room stopped working after 2 days. The door knob for the bathroom door was missing its screws to hold it in place. Several of the electrical outlets did not work. This was the worst motel I had ever stayed in and I would warn anyone who wanted to stay in Arlington not to go there.

a budget hotel in a dreary location by the freeway, but clean, friendly and surprisingly quiet. Very nice people. And the bag breakfast had fresh fruit. Nice!

They did not provide a fresh breakfast. They did give us goodie bags with snacks; muffin, orange, caprisun. The toilet seat in our room was loose. One set of stairs were roped off with caution tape. But great location to Globe Life Stadium & Texas Live!

Requested a non smoking room, Room smelled of previous smoke, bathroom tub was dirty, The room was not a disaster, would stay again in a pinch, but not by choice.

- The rooms smells like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes. - The pool is closed for the season.

Bed bugs, AC stopped working i the middle of the night. No breakfast, Smelly bathroom and non-working fridge.

The room was FILTHY! Food one the floor in several locations, almost like it was never cleaned after the last check-out. The couch had food stuck to the cushion, the pull-out bed sheets were disgusting, one of the beds sheets were filthy, the shower was dirty, overall terrible job of room upkeep & cleanliness. The staff was very nonchalant and bare minimum when it came to asking questions and checking in. Didn't feel like it was in the best of areas. People outside all hours of the night in the parking lot & at the liquor store that they share a parking lot with. If there were any positives it was that it was cheap & relatively close (1.1 miles) to Six Flags.

The staff was very nice. The rooms and restroom could be a bit cleaner The included breakfast is a togo bag with a package of mini muffins, granola bar, orange and Capri sun.

The staff was ok. Didn't speak English well or explain the services. The room needs attention. The water never got hot, just warm, towel rack was broken, the tub faucet was loose, no sit-down breakfast, just bags to go, what a joke! Would not visit again!

False advertising the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I slept in a bed that was almost sunken to the floor because the mattress was no good. The bathroom was filthy the bathtub was filthy and the walls were filthy. You could see mold growing inside of the air conditioner. The free continental breakfast that they advertise was nothing but two muffins and orange and a Capri Sun in a carryout bag there's nowhere to sit. I highly recommend not staying here.

Room was ok but not clean. Used towels from previous stay still in bathroom. Claimed to be pet friendly but charged fee per night and there really isn’t anywhere for the dog to use the bathroom.

The environment is not appealing and the customer service was poor and unfriendly. Will not recommend.

The overall feel of the motel was dirty and old. Rooms were small. Room floors were very dirty. Beds were small. Breakfast was a bag with an orange, muffin, granola bar and a Capri Sun drink. There was no “lobby”. Felt like you were staying in a motel that had been closed for awhile and had just opened again with no improvements.

This was the worst place to stay. Filthy, the tv wouldn’t work even after asking the front desk nothing was done, its was loud around the room , the door looked like it had been kicked in and did not shut all the way and light came on through the cracks, the room was too small for two beds this was terrible all the way around.

The staff was very nice, they let us check in early which was amazing. However, the floor of the room was very dirty. I don’t think they even cleaned it at all. In the bathroom there was still a soap from the previous person who stayed there and it looked like things from the last person weren’t removed. There were some adult items left in one of the cabinets.

The floors were nasty dirty. Barefeet turned black when walking in the room. Room smelled musty.
