Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but expressing concerns over issues such as bug infestations, poor lighting, and malfunctioning amenities. The staff's service was also a point of contention, with some guests praising their helpfulness while others found them unaccommodating.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Convenient location
- Bug infestations reported in multiple rooms
- Poor lighting and malfunctioning amenities in rooms
- 3/5
not hotel’s fault, but a lot of reviews mention the hotel including shuttle service to stadiums. . We interpreted that to mean complimentary though hotel. It is not- it was $30/person through an outside shuttle service.

Nice stay

The breakfast was really good and the room we stayed in was clean and comfy! We stayed for a concert and the hotel was about a 30 min walk to AT&T Stadium. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay at! N/a
- 4.5/5
It was a great room and the staff were amazing. I had small issues with the blinds but the hotel quickly resolved it.
- 5/5
Didn’t feel the hostess was as welcoming as other stays that I’ve had
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and well air-conditioned. No complaints!
- 4/5
It seems like an older property in need of paint, new pillows, a good floor scrubbing, the bathroom tiles on the floor are loose and there is gross grime on the bathroom tiles, new pillows would be helpful (the ones we had were hard and lumpy)

Nice and Clean and a perfect spot for dropping your kid to UT A. Good breakfast and a nice base while exploring Arlington entertainment district. Employees are hospitable and the rooms are quiet. We slept well. I found my hotel everytime we visit our son.

The staff was really nice and the property was located in a good area close to many places

Great stay
- 1/5
It was the first day on the job for the breakfast person. They were not trained and the food was slow and not fully cooked. The floor in front of the juice station had never been mopped and everyone who walk past it heard the sound of their shoes sticking to the sugary floor. The rooms were large. The toilet handle had to be repaired while we were there. Its a fairly new, nice property that is not being maintained. I would stay elsewhere is possible.
- 2/5
The hotel definitely shows its age, and my experience was very different from that of the newer, cleaner Comfort Suites hotels I’ve stayed at. The elevator was really slow, and my room had dirt on the walls. The toilet seat didn’t fit well and seemed cheaply made. The showerheads also need to be replaced because they were rusty and in poor condition. Even though I was told that the area around Arlington isn’t considered a lower-income neighborhood, the overall feeling I got was quite different. I did try some apple juice from the breakfast offerings, but it was weak and didn’t taste great. While the staff was friendly and polite, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this hotel. I found several issues with the hotel during my stay. Firstly, the property seemed quite outdated, and the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I could hear the conversations of people around me and even above me. Additionally, I wasn’t pleased with the hotel’s location. Considering these factors, I felt the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered.

Location, comfortable beds, good breakfast Broken tile in bathroom and a hair in bathtub

Great location and price, very clean even though i resent carpeted hotels, it was decent.

It was a clean room. The pool wasn’t clean which was a disappointment. Overall though it was a good Hotel.

When I got to the second room, it was very hot. I called the front desk, and she suggested waiting about 10 minutes to see if the air conditioning would cool the room. Even after waiting 25 minutes with the thermostat set to 60°F, the room never cooled down. I had to go downstairs once again, and she assigned me a third room. Fortunately, the third room was perfect, and everything worked as expected. Although the stay started with several inconveniences, I appreciate the front desk associate's patience and willingness to help until the problem was resolved.

Location Even though the room was non-smoking, you could still detect a faint smoke smell. Otherwise, everything was fine. My sense of smell is quite sensitive, so it might not have been as noticeable to me as it was to others.

Great place to stay really comfortable beds, breakfast is included They can probably clean better under the beds
- 5/5
The front desk lady was very nice and proficient. She even apologized for the systems being slow. We were fortunate enough to get 2 rooms side by side. The room was spacious as well as the restroom. Beds are a bit high but comfortable. The location was the most important as we took a Lyft XL to the Rangers game and was less than $20 each way for group of 6. I would come stay here again in the future. Oh, breakfast was ok, typical eggs, sausage patties, diced potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, toast, waffle maker and juices/coffee.
- 4/5
Everything was great bar the shower not working on the second day
- 4/5
Good Job. No complaints.

Not prepared for an additional $16 at check-in same breakfast of eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy three straight mornings Tv not working and elevator not working on third morning. They have two elevators but only one operating on a very busy weekend
- 3/5
Very thin walls. Had signs that you couldn’t take breakfast out of the kitchen but hours were short and my kids were sleeping so that was weird. Pool was small but clean and hot tub worked well.
- 5/5
Great location Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, very clean environment, very clean rooms and very serene. They make excellent breakfast. It’s a place worth of every money paid
- 1/5
Alarm going off all night upon our arrival. Couldn’t sleep at all before going to the first World Cup game of our life. They moved us to a different room at 3am and you could still hear it. Staff says they “ can’t do anything about it” while wearing head phones. Owner promised to take off charge for that night but my account was never credited for it. Elevators barely working and smelled bad. Overall worst hotel experience I’ve had in the US.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

Very clean breakfast was great

Jasmine noticed that my reservations was double booked for the same weekend at the same location. Jasmine provided the required information and documents needed to cancel and clear the erroneous reservations.
- 5/5
Big room and clean. Pool, parking, wifi and breakfast all great. Easy walk to AT&T stadium. Great location.
- 2/5
During our 3 day visit the elevators stopped working and also the pool was closed the last two days of our stay
- 4/5
Great place to stay with family.
- 5/5
The property went above and beyond thank you so much
- 1/5
Two rooms had bed bugs.
- 1/5
The front desk staff had a very poor attitude and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived to check in, she told me the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available for me. What was most disappointing was that she did not try to help resolve the issue or offer any solution. Instead, she kept shifting the responsibility and blaming others. A front desk employee should take initiative to assist guests when problems happen, not leave the guest to deal with the situation alone. This was a very disappointing experience.
- 3/5
The staff was a little rude. They kept adding fees at check in.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Solo tuvimos un inconveniente, un día no nos hicieron la cama y nos dejaron tiradas las toallas nuevas.
- 3/5
Conveniente location to At&T stadium. The rooms are good. Understaffed, which leads to a series of issues if things get complicated.
- 4/5
They can do better with the quality of the food
- 2/5
I was late for check out and instead of charging an extra night they went ahead and empty my room putting all our stuff in trash bags.. And i had to rent another room in the same hotel.. It just does not make any sense.
- 3/5
This establishment smelled of lemon grass coming into the establishment, However when we checked into our room it smelled like mold. The shower had mold dots on it and the staff was annoyed by any questions that we had we did go down during the World Cup but customer service should have been better regardless of high volume
- 3/5
There is only one washer and one dryer. The room we had the bed was on the floor. The fridge didn't stay cold. The room above us were extremely loud and we finally had to go down to the front and them call the room. The floor we stayed on smelled like pure weed.
- 5/5
Clean, great breakfast
- 5/5
Booked room the day of because other accommodation plans fell through last minute. Had no issues and no complaints.
- 4/5
The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and polite. It was an overall average stay. The breakfast was basic continental, standard self-serve, grab and go choices with the exception of scrambled eggs, patty sausages, and biscuits. I have no complaints. The room was clean and accommodating. We were there for less than 24 hours. The price was decent for the area, especially with all the attractions going on at that time.
- 5/5

The pool was green ... that's it .

Only the gym room is closed or under maintenance. Everything else is great.

Stayed there for a weekend, and overall was happy with this Hotel. Was a great location for a good price. Air conditioning could have been better for size of the rooms but was comfortable enough. Had to wait on breakfast to be ready a couple times. Seems like they couldn’t keep up on the food. Overall nice staff, clean, and would stay again.

However, the staff was amazing!! Nina, who worked the front desk, was a delight and ray of sunshine. And the gentleman working the breakfast area was wonderful and always smiling. So the staff made the stay so much better!

Everything was great and would stay again there

Close to UTA. Would stay here again!

No plastic liner for shower only material cutting, water on floor either way. Breakfast was good, large selection. Room was very nice and spacious
- 5/5
I know they are remodeling, but it was unfortunate that the gym was not open. Also the microwave looked brand new. We could not get it to work. The light came on but it did nothing. We unplugged and replugged it and again the light came on and it did nothing. If these are some special microwaves you should leave directions on how to use them. Also my husband told the front desk and they didn’t do anything.

Very good breakfast options. One morning you could make a chorizo egg breakfast burrito. The rooms were in good order with adequate amenities. However the bed pillows are the size as small throw pillows for a sofa. They were borderline terrible. The sofa was fine but the bed needed replacing. It was not at all flat and like pillows borderline terrible. Fortunately only my 10 year old used it and she can sleep in a flat floor just fine. The king bed was comfortable. Like many hotels the carpets never get cleaned other than vacuuming so they are terrible. Socks or feet get gross after 15 minutes walking around. The AC was adequate but if air wasn't moving it gets very stuffy and stale so I kept the fan running constantly. Overall for the money spent we would stay there again just for the breakfast options and location. If the owner updated the items listed above they could charge more and still be worth the price.

Always a great experience staying at the hotel. It’s clean, staff is knowledgeable and polite and we are close to the Globe Life stadium!

My trip was horrible the room smelled like somebody just smoked a pack of cigarettes and dog urine they would not change me rooms. The next morning we woke up we had bites all over our bodies my son was bleeding from scratching so bad. There was blood stains all on the sheets!
- 1/5
Clean room and beds were decent but elevator was not working and there was NO breakfast when this is a major reason for choosing this location. Such inconvenience when we had a busy schedule.
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.
- 2/5
The hot water didn’t work well we had Luke warm showers, the cook didn’t come in so no hot breakfast, only 1 elevator working then it broke. We were not happy with our stay. But least we have clean beds.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
Elevator was broken the last day of our stay. Breakfast crew did not show one morning so there was no breakfast. Fitness room was closed. It looks like they were using it for storage.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly very clean rooms and rooms were very good size bed is very comfortable
- 4/5
Nice clean, inexpensive basics. Close to restaurants. Decent breakfast. Little kiosk, store needed restocking! No other issues.
- 2/5
Upon leaving alone, I tried to have the front desk call me an Uber. No one would help me. My 5-day stay was miserable. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again. You must improve for white American citizens.

Stayed twice before with family and no issues, always had great stay start to finish. On this occasion, I experienced a very rude receptionist at check-in and check-out (same person) who was not courteous at all and spoke with a negative tone, almost zero communication. Only ask for phone number used on the prepaid reservation, then no communication for a long time, then gave me the room key and said he is charging $50 to the card in the event there is damage to the room (Never was told this previously, is this a new policy?) I still see the pending charge on my American Express (Please check to insure this is not charged and if so, that it is returned to the card). The gentlemen quit helping me at check-in and started helping someone else while I was waiting for my key. Please look up who helped me on arrival and departure and communicate my concerns with your employee. The Two Bed Suite we stayed in had some problem with lighting as it was very dim and the TV did not work but we did not have much time in the hotel as needed to arrive at a scheduled event soon after check-in and did not take time to address these issues. I was wondering if I had been given this room on purpose. Certainly did not appreciate my experience by your employee who represented the face of your business.
- 4/5
No hot water on first night, also several problems with elevator. Too many problems for cost of stay.
- 5/5
All good, front desk awesome!
- 2/5
Day 1 only 1 elevator was working. Day 2 both elevators were out of service. Had to carry all our luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Rooms and bathroom are very dim. The rooms only use lamps not actual lights on the ceiling.

Nice hotel
- 4/5
Our stay was pleasant. Nothing was over the top nice, but it was great for the money spent.
- 5/5
Near major venues and places to eat

The fitness room was closed. After paying for the hotel room through Expedia, the hotel still charged an additional fee because it was booked through Expedia. It was extremely noisy from highway traffic. I went down to the front desk at midnight to get ear plugs and they said they did not have any so it was a night without sleep.
- 5/5
The gym was closed and I did not see a notice anywhere oher than on the door when I went to use it.
- 2/5
My 5-day stay at Comfort Suites Arlington was a mix of fair, poor, & awful. The 1st night, I was unable to sleep at all due to the loud traffic noise emitted from Hwy. I-30, that appeared to be less than 100 yds. from the hotel. My request for another room was denied, as it was reported that "all rooms were occupied or reserved for incoming guests." I left the Desk Clerk with him knowing I was not happy. That afternoon, he knocked on my door and told me that had found a way where he could move me to my choice of 2 rooms. I selected a room that was located on the same floor as my original room and found that it was absolutely devoid of any loud traffic noise. However, though being quiet, the new room had its problems. The bathroom was very poorly lit and the bed mattress was so soft that, after back pain set in, I was forced to sleep on the sofa, with its firm seat cushions. The one element of my stay that was, at least, ok, was the complementary breakfast buffet. At $100 per night, this hotel is never going to get my business again.
- 4/5
The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
- 4/5
Room was very spacious and staff was very accommodating. Free breakfast (which was free) was not as good as past stays at this hotel. I would stay here again.
