Reviews
The hotel was under renovation during many of the stays, leading to a variety of issues such as dirty rooms, lack of working appliances, and limited breakfast options. Several guests had problems with their reservations, including cancelled rooms and unexpected cash deposit requirements.
- Close proximity to local attractions
- Comfortable beds in some rooms
- Renovations causing inconveniences and unsanitary conditions
- Issues with reservations and unexpected fees

Room was not clean when we checked in. There was used socks in bathroom, a bunch of clothes tags torn off all over the flood, and towels looked dirty or stained.
- 2/5
Staff was nice
- 2/5
Room was not ready when checked in. When they said it was, it was full of dog fur. Had to ask for a broom and cleaned the room myself. The carpet and mattresses smelled like dogs.
- 1/5
It was hot as hell in my room, my second room bc the first one they gave us was occupied and unclean. It took 12hrs to cool the room down. There was no cleaning service between the days stayed. There was no cleaning service anywhere in the hotel, period. The pool was green and unusable and way smaller than advertised. People sleeping in the parking lot. Crack heads roaming the property, the stair well and the lobby all night. Ill never stay there again. Period. If I wasnt in town for an event, I would have changed hotels on the spot, but there was no availability anywhere.

Overall great experience
- 1/5
This place was absolutely disgusting. Pee on the floors. Wet bed. A white powder on the counter that looked like drugs. Highly recommended to stay far away from this nasty place. I brought my wife and 8 kids here and after seeing the room we decided to not stay. The would not refund us our money.
- 2/5
Security is very minimal, with only camera. I was threatened, by some guy, that may have not been a guest of the property. This person was walking the halls, with a bat and what looked like an electric fly-swatter. I did report the incident to the front desk, but no actions seem to have taken place. I was on the third floor, and the entire stay the whole floor smelled like a marijuana dispensary, people slamming doors at a.m.
- 1/5
I do not recommend booking here. Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. First we get there and it reeks of weed (not a huge deal but just a starter). Next for our first room the extra security lock was broken. It was coming out of the wall and there was damage to the wall and door like it had been forcefully opened. Since it was 3 young girls staying we felt unsafe and asked for another room. When we told the front desk he laughed at us and said “he knew” about the lock. Our next room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom light didn’t work, there was a used dirty washcloth still in the shower, a USED moldy menstrual pad on the bathroom floor, and my sheets were dirty. When I changed the sheets the mattress was also gross. This place was so nasty. On top of that the shower didn’t get hot and the breakfast was sparse. The only hot food was the waffle maker. There was no protein. Just cereal, waffles, and toast.
- 5/5
Front desk was really nice
- 1/5
Bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower train. Pain all over the place. It looked like a toddler painted the walls. Faucet was loose from the sink. Refrigerator and microwave were rusty. We tested the microwave and it started to spark. I do not recommend staying here.
- 1/5
The room was beyond disgusting. The bedding was damaged. The bathroom had someone else’s dirty clothes hanging in it. Hair in the tub. Finger nails on the floor. I had a couple bugs on me.
- 1/5
This place was nasty. It stank soon as we walked in the lobby. Elevator broke so had to use the stairs. Carpet was stained and there was food laying on the stairs. Got to the room and it looked like sheetrock dust everywhere, even in the pullout couch. Only one wash cloth in a room for 5. The new shower door wouldn't stay closed. If i hadn't been so late checking in we would have went elsewhere.
- 1.5/5
The coffee pot in the room was missing pieces, the dispenser for the shampoo didn't work , no smoke detector, the door sticks, there was a smell threw the entire building. The AC unit made a load noise and made it difficult to sleep
- 1/5
Room was visibly dirty, i asked front desk to have house keeping clean the room twice and still no one cleaned up, they just dropped off a mountain of towels and trash bags. Breakfast was pathetic boiled eggs and premade waffles
- 2.5/5
The lobby was nice. The breakfast could have been better. Not a lot of options. Staff needs to restock as items run out and clean tables as people leave. I had no plate to put my waffles on.
- 3/5
It was four people in the room and we stayed for 4 days so we needed four towels each day and the hotel was a little bit stingy with giving us the towels. Also, there is no microwave or chair in the room. The microwave is in the hall behind the lobby and there is just chairs in the breakfast area. The WiFi did go off everyday around the afternoon time so you had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to reconnect to the WiFi to get the tv working.
- 5/5
Que pongan microondas en la avitaciones
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Sink in room was leaking and they gave us old towels to put in the floor. Fire alarm was torn off wall and missing. Rooms are so noisy you can hear everything around you. Paid for non smoking room but all we smelt was the smoking from other rooms.
- 2/5
Getting all the time, window curtains very light
- 5/5
Honestly for the price it was more than I could have asked for
- 2/5
When checking in, the lady at the front desk was rude. She hardly spoke 5 words to us. On the way up to the room, the elevator smelt of marijuana, and the hallway smelt of cigarettes and marijuana. When we made it into the room. I was extremely concerned with the blue lights, no carpet. The blue light showed every flaw of the room. Dirty comforters, dirty pillows, stuff all over the walls. The AC smelt of a burning cigarette, however it did work well, and kept the room cool. We did enjoy the pool for an hour, and missed breakfast the next morning.
- 1/5
The hotel was really dirty, we had to get out of there as soon as we entered the room. Also the whole hotel reeks of marihuana.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. It was inexpensive and was clean but there was no exercise equipment, the pool hours were very limited and the breakfast didn't offer much.
- 1/5
The room they gave me did not have any lamps. The only light was the small one at the entry. When I asked, I was told, "Oh, it is one of the new rooms. We haven't put any things in there," so I asked them, "Why was I given the room in the first place?" I asked for another room and finally got another room, which at least had lamps. I tried to use the clothes iron to press my clothes, and it was broken. The water from the iron leaked all over the sink, with a very high risk of electrocution. I had to stop immediately. The hair dryer wasn't working either. The cord hanging from the ceiling fan had a band-aid on it, god knows why. I asked where the gym was, and I was told that there is no gym, even though online it showed pictures of a gym. Not happy with this stay at all
- 4/5
very good location for main attractions all good
- 2.5/5
The room I got wasn't nice. The bathroom was gross. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The floor was dirty. The A/C barely worked. The refrigerator didn't work.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Could be better if each room had a microwave. But overall great stay.
- 3.5/5
The location is great and parking was very convenient. The pool was closed and out TV did not work. There was also no overhead lighting, just led lights that we couldn't change the color of.
- 1/5
We planned a trip to go see the Texas Rangers play on July 4th. We were very disappointed with the hotel. Our room was dirty (hadn’t been swept, smelled filthy, there were no light bulbs in the lamps, the lamps had dried dead bugs stuck to them, the bed sheets had yellow stains and last but not least there was a cockroach). We were totally disgusted!! Do not recommend this hotel. If I would have read the reviews before I booked I wouldn’t have reserved it.
- 2/5
The air conditioning system was from a wall unit to outside and the ceiling fan did not work. The the hotel was on the affordable side but it’s looks like a cheaply built hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast didn’t have much options. Clean nice rooms.
- 1/5
The morning lady she was very rude
- 2/5
The shower had hair all over the floor. The stairs were dirty.
- 4/5
Our room the lights and electric plugs near the beds wouldn't work. The staff member told us that technician wouldn't come tonight that they would come the next day... we had to call again and ask for a different room. They moved us and things were fine after that. We expected to be able to use the pool while on our trip, signs said it was closed but staff told us it was ok to use it. I wish I got pictures but the handicapped chair for pool was broken and the bottom of pool was missing lots of places. We did not swim. It didn't seem safe. Breakfast was pretty mid, toast, cereal, boiled eggs, muffins... the waffles fresh were my favorite though. Location was great.. close to Six Flags and several malls nearby.
- 0.5/5
Room was awful, no hand soap, no shower body wash, no bedside lamps, refrigerator did not work, phone in room did not work, no in room coffee maker, no cups, air conditioning rattled all night, 2 pillows, breakfast was extremely sparse, orange juice tasted old, coffee old, bathroom downstairs out of order.. by far the worst experience with a facility we ever had. Everything
- 1/5
In the first room we were put in, it only had blue lights no actual white lights to see in the room - it felt like we were in a rave with our children present. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were out, and the ceiling fan was super squeaky. There were people smoking weed on both sides of the property and the stairwell door was left propped open. When we returned to our room after the baseball game the ac unit had leaked all the way across the floor and the room was sitting at 78 degrees. When we went to the front desk he tried to leave us in the room and just send maintenance as soon as they were available but we requested to be put in a different room at 10:30 at night. When we finally got in the new room the ac unit had been set to 80, which meant we were slapped in the face with a heat wave as soon as we opened the door - my husband had to take a second shower.
- 0.5/5
Dirty with no pool
- 5/5
You pay $50 a day parking
- 5/5
Staff was good. Breakfast was good as well
- 5/5
Everything this hotel lacks is made up in price and convenience of location. My kids and I did just fine. You can walk to six flags and short distance to stadiums and many restaurants. Will stay here again.
- 4.5/5
There were no cups in the room but a coffee maker.
- 1/5
Sketchy people around there
- 1/5
Dirty, no housekeeping, expensive for what it is, dont recommend it
- 1/5
we got three rooms for the weekend with eight kids and 3 adults. First we got there and the pool had to get inspected so it was not open. That was a big thing and why we got a hotel with a pool. 2nd got to rooms and one door had key problems all weekend and they would not fix. 3rd two refrigerators did not work " told lady at front desk and she said they would get two more and never did. 4th NO soap or shampoo in the rooms. 5th Ac's in two rooms worked about half the power so we sweat most of the nights. 6th had to get towels from front desk. The staff did not care what shape the hotel was in or how the guest were at all. It was close to six flags but should have been condemned............
- 4/5
Nothing
- 1.5/5
Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. Bed linens were covered in stains. There was a slick substance on the bathroom floor. Room was hot and muggy.
- 2/5
Close to venues It needed a fool time security guard, to loud and a lot of sketchy people.
- 0.5/5
Nothing We are requesting a refund due to multiple issues with the accommodation. The first room provided had a non‑functional AC. We were then moved to another room, but that room was also extremely warm because the AC had been turned off. We had to switch it on ourselves and wait nearly an hour for the room to cool down. Additionally, the bathtub drainage was clogged. We reported this issue, but it was never repaired during our stay. Given these conditions, the room was not usable as advertised, and we believe a refund is warranted.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. First, it was incredibly hot when I checked in and the next morning the windows in the halls were open because of the heat. Then, the breakfast choices were 1 piece of bread for toast, cereal with no milk and waffles. At one point I was approached in the hall by another guest and felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place and will not be back
- 2/5
Room was unkept.
- 1/5
The room was filthy bathroom tub still had hair in it the sheets had hair in them the place was just so smelly and nasty never again wish I could just get my money back
- 1/5
We went to check in however the room was dirty and bed were never made from whoever stayed there previously, we asked if house keeping could clean it, but stated they couldn't. They didn't have any more rooms and had to look for another hotel...
- 2/5
Drugs being delt on property , users in hallways bend over spaced out . No trash cans in room no microwaves .when arrived the ac didn’t work the shower had hair in drain the sheets where all stained . Breakfast was a jolt had to ask for them to put out more two mornings in a row . Housekeeping never came by to clean room after first night
- 1/5
Close to attractions WiFi not working for duration of visit, room dirty, many broken items in the room, marijuana smell throught the ENTIRE facility, no working pool, no laundry area, unwilling to help since booked 3rd party with booking.com
- 1/5
bed was comfortable. 1st room was not clean, had a weird storage closet that was not locked with a Xmas tree in it, the refrig was not plugged in was dirthy and smelled like something died in it. The second room was a little better, wifi was VERY slow, with a concert down the road the price was 3X normal, I don't think Whydham wants their name on a facility like this.
- 1/5
The room was not clean. We found a used washcloth left over the shower rod. The air conditioning did not work. We were leaving for an event and we're told it would kick in by the time we got back later that evening. It did not and when we requested another room, the clerk tried to give us the smoke-filled room next door. The new room was better but still not very clean.
- 3/5
Coffee maker needs to be cleaned.

Decent hotel Better breakfast

We had to move rooms because the door
- 2/5
The photos on this hotel are far from accurate. Our room was very uninviting, no chair or side table. The shower was COVERED in long hair as well as the corners of the bathroom. There was no body wash in the dispenser. The continental breakfast was not cooked, raw eggs and waffle batter sat on the counter at room temperature. The lobby and elevator floors were filthy, not just unmopped but unswept as well. There were scuff/dirt marks on the walls in the lobby, elevator, hallway, and rooms. The positive was there weren’t any bugs, at least not that we saw. This hotel definitely needs a good scrub down and a fresh coat of paint from ceiling to floor and quite possibly a new cleaning crew or retraining.
- 2/5
Starewells are durty and had a bad small. Room was clan and ok. No coffee at free breakfast!
- 3/5
The hotel rooms were decent but the hallways smelled of 2nd hand smoke and weed. Not exactly appealing. Thankfully, the smells didn’t seep into the hotel rooms.
- 1/5
Sketchy place and terrible conditions. Horrible customer service if booked through 3rd party. Do not stay here it is terrible looking and pictures are deceptive.
- 3/5
Staff was pleasant overall clean. AC in room dose cool but very noisy and there is no microwave in the room. Have to go down to lobby and use microwave the continental breakfast is okay not impressed needs to be replenishment more frequently they were out of a lot of things. Was an okay stay.
- 5/5
Everything was great

Old unkept property
- 1/5
We asked to move from our first room bc it hadn't been cleaned. Hallways and entry smelled like weed. Rooms were dirty, toilet seats were falling off, bed linens had stains, there was dried snot on the walls, stains on the roof. There was drug addicts walking around asking to bum a smoke off us. Awful experience.
- 1/5
DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE! Rough crowd who seemed to be locals doing (business) on the property
- 3/5
Shabby looking (the drain in the bathtub was painted white!). Floors looked dirty. The bedding was questionable. Breakfast was sparce. The window in our room was not double pained & you could hear every noise. Pool was closed.
- 5/5
My experience has been so wonderful im staying here again tonight
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned properly, crumbs in corner, sheet with stains , hair all over shower and toilet. Breakfast has limited options.. it’s a great room if you only need a safe night stay!
- 1/5
The bathroom ceiling was leaking, it smells like cigarettes. The AC in one room didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t work. There is no microwaves in the rooms but they have a refrigerator. Will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. Everyone of them I have stayed at it a bad experience.
- 4/5
Plenty of parking spaces
- 1/5
This hotel was absolutely gross. Nothing like the photos at all. The entire place smelled of weed and mildew. I had 6 rooms and changed them all about 15 times. The ac wouldn’t work, they all had pubic hairs in the sheets/pillows, there was mold on the sheets and all over the room. The people staying there were extremely sketchy to say the least. I would not have stayed if it was free. I finally got my group to gather their things and we left and found a new hotel. After getting to the new hotel right around the block, I was informed by them that the Baymont had been closed for nearly two years and wasn’t even suppose to be open. If I could give a 0 star I would.
- 1/5
Both sinks clogged, torn sheets. Pee on bathroom floore, broken towel rack, windon on ground floor wouldnt lock, no drink machine working at breakfast, no garbage can either so we had to use the one in the parking lot. And i had to beg the front desk for one water bottle bottleoshare with 4 people
- 1/5
I had my 3 kids to stop and rest we drove 20 hrs and had 20 to go so we stopped got the room and the place didn’t have heat air or water and the people beside us was playing loud music partying and you could hear them having swx! That was ridiculous for my children to ask me what they was doing
- 1/5
Staff was not friendly, and they did not care about breakfast. Why would a hotel post breakfast included but dont serve any.Well maybe at 6.00 but we got there at 8.00am and there was no juice, out of order. Coffee was done and there was no food left. All they had was cereal and muffins. We ask and they just said they were out. No remorse what so ever. It shows a Gym too and it was a blank space, no machines at all. its like if they were just opening the hotel. But then in our hall there were rooms with leaky faucets. I felt bad for one family who had their door open with Water all over the floor and i mean all over. They called maintenance about an hour before and nothing. That sucks in the morning especially if your trying to get dress. The sites pictures are mislead and should be a violation. The only reason why i booked it was becuase of the pictures and description. This place needs to be updated with Friendly staff and better customer service. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
Booked on Expedia. Hotel tried to charge be again and double. Card was locked and couldn’t use my funds while in town. Breakfast was horrible. No drinks , not even water. Only had oranges apples and waffles. In the room, couldn’t turn on celling fan without tripping GFI plugs. Half the outlet’s worked others didn’t. I will never stay here again. Wish I could get half my money back at least.
- 1/5
Everything about it was bad... no good options for breakfest... No gym or pool... rooms were bad... nothing was like it was advertised.
- 5/5
Everything clean and the breakfast bar was open (waffles, bread and boiled eggs). The hotel is open btw, I saw many reviews saying it wasn't but it is now. I think pool was closed when I went. Would stay again thank you 👍
- 3/5
Breakfast was waffles or bread and beagles with a toaster. If you are like me and don’t drink coffee, you were SOL as that is all that was available to drink.
- 1/5
The hotel looked nothing like on the images
- 1/5
Plenty of choices in the area. Avoid this one.
- 2/5
I completed online checkin inclusive of copy of drivers license, car information & credit card. Had to give all of this information again when I arrived.
- 1/5
so I booked our room in May and had got emails confirming our reservations and the day comes for vacation and we pull up to the hotel and there was one car in parking lot and a man inside so the kids and I walk in the door and there place was hollow and I look at the man and say we had rooms booked here he said he was sorry but the building was under construction and here are my children and I stuck 4 1/2 hours away with no place to stay no emails letting us know what was going on or anything!! I hate to put a bad review in but this is truly necessary for people to know!!!!!
- 1/5
We arrived at 9pm to find out the hotel was shutdown. We had to find another room in the middle of the night after traveling from out of state. The room we found was twice the cost of the original room. We would like assistance with recouping the delta in cost
- 1/5
I cancelled the return flight with Spirit Airlines because they cancelled our original direct flight from DFW to MSY and did not offer another direct flight. The rental car pickup was at DAL instead of DFW and they did not offer shuttle service. I’m requesting refund on hotel and return flight via Spirit Airlines.
- 1/5
The property was shut down by the fire marshals in the middle of my booking.
- 1/5
Place rejected my check in
- 2/5
I had paid the hotel room about a year ago for a concert that was rescheduled for the date of my actual stay. I never received word that the hotel was undergoing renovation. I was given a first floor room that had a dirty floor, the sheets looked clean but smelled weird and had a window leading to the parking lot, that seemed to have been vandalized. By the time we arrived, we had no other option. Front desk did not let us know about the condition of the room. He only said they were undergoing renovation and that we couldn't ask for a refund once we signed in. I thought this comment was a bit strange but thought nothing of it at the moment. When we saw the room, I understood why he said that.
- 3/5
Renovations happening so it was a bit of a mess in the hallways, other than that room was clean and it was an okay stay.
- 1/5
Paid about $85 total for a one night stay. Wasn’t rated high, or low so thought it was a fair price. Wasn’t expecting much, but the hotel was in extreme decline. I would say this is a $50 a night hotel. When we arrived, the front desk personal tried telling me they required a cash only deposit of $60. I told him I was blindsided by that as almost all places only take card for accidentals. After a few minutes he went ahead and checked me in without the deposit. They were in the process of renovating sections of the hotel so their “free breakfast” was boiled eggs, muffins, coffee, and juice. Also do to the renovations, there was dust and dirt everywhere. There was a strange smell of what I think was mold and cigarettes throughout the hotel. Our room looked to be “renovated” with new flooring however the cabinets were falling apart, the walls were scratched and damaged all over, the sink was disgusting, the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the shower was falling apart and stained all over. Definitely nowhere near $85 especially when there are so many other hotel close by. I would recommend staying far away from this establishment.
- 2/5
The hotel was under renovations, so every floor they were working on half of the rooms. There was no sit down breakfast available, only grab and go, and that is one of the main things i was looking for.
- 2/5
First time I have ever left a review. The place was literally falling apart. I am aware it’s under a complete renovation, but every part of this place was a complete disaster. Staff was nice but not worth the stay.
- 1/5
Hotel was completely nasty. Fixtures falling off the wall. Guest dogs barking nonstop. Not to mention being remolded. A person booking a room should be told the hotel is under construction
- 5/5
Its nice
- 1/5
When we walked in, they were doung construction. Gave us our room, walked in there was plastic on the floor, holes in the ceiling, no covers on bed smelled. I wouldn't sit any of my belongings on anything. Went to another hotel
- 1/5
Upon arrival the hotel was under renovation which we were unaware of, but okay with. However, once we got to our room the room was not clean, had yellow skittles on the floor, no ice bucket, no working phone, no working refrigerator, 2 lamps with missing light bulbs and one towel for my husband and I. This was addressed with Peter, Sam and management and I was told it would be taken care of first thing the next morning when house keeping cleaned the room. It wasn’t. The room wasn’t cleaned at all; skittles still on the floor, bed not made, no towels and no workin appliances. Furthermore, this was the weekend of the Dallas Cowboys playoff game so hotel prices were elevated. Upon departure I asked them to at least compensate me for one night. To date nothing has been done to make this right. I will be reporting them to the BBB if not taken care of.
- 1/5
Everything is falling apart at this hotel. A/C was not at all working .. All furniture was very very old & rusty. Shower rods were shaky & wall poster coming out. This was the worst experience I had at any hotel. Will never visit this hotel in future.
- 1/5
No microwave they were rebuilding no romm service had to ask
- 2/5
Old. No breakfast. Furniture broken. Holes in walls. One washcloth and hand towel for two people.
- 2/5
The towels were clean The room was terrible. The AC unit was very loud. The TV was governed to a low volume. The TV remote did no work. The blow dryer fell off of the wall. The shower curtain rail had been put up with metal shims to hold it up The tub was cracked. The lamp at the bed did not work. One of the electrical outlets did not work. The furniture was worn and chipped. I would not think of using the microwave or refrigerator! The hallway carpet was missing in front of 6 rooms. The hall windows were messy. The lobby had plastic up that look permanent. The morning breakfast had run out of coffee. It had waffle or boiled egg. I would never ever recommend this place.
- 1/5
Not so good
- 1/5
It was bad it had bed bugs the breakfast area was under construction the motel was under construction the room was bad water leaking everywhere nasty
- 1/5
Worse experience in my top 5, my room was gross with stains, the cable barely worked, you can hear everything outside, the curtain was ripped, my door wouldn’t close with out the lock. Just horrible, but the front guy was nice.
- 2/5
Location was good but it was under construction so the complimentary breakfast was very minimal. The website also said free shuttle to area attractions but oh wait not if it’s game day, then you have to pay. Ok, who goes to a football stadium when there is no game? Very misleading and inaccurate information on the website.
- 1/5
Upon entering the hotel that the whole place is under renovation there's loud noise, and to top it off once we get to the register even though it wasn't listed under the listing on the website immediately we were told we couldn't check in unless there was $60 deposit paid in cash before we can check in. The rooms their self were good even though somebody has stolen the microwave they the bathroom was not clean so there is that. After about 30 minutes there as we are getting ready falling asleep taking a nap but the loudest noise in the world starts going off and every alarm in every room starts going off and continue to go off at even after we got hung up on reporting it at the front counter over the phone trying to inform them that the alarm for going off they stayed on for the next 30 minutes giving us such migraine the rest of just stay was unenjoyable. We didn't have clean towels after taking a shower for only about 30 seconds to complete cold water no hot. And to top it off as we were trying to get our very hard-earned $60 deposit back in the morning they made my husband go inside and so his ID like we were some kind of common criminal search the room top to bottom make sure we had this place to towel or anything and had such an attitude that we told them that we were going to talk to the parent company window about this believe me when I say sometimes too good to be true on price really is too good to be true
- 1/5
The place is so dirty and the services are terrible. A bad experience
- 1/5
The outside appearance was below any standard Baymont I have ever been to. The inside is under renovation but the part that is still accessible is not well kept. The wardrobe in my room was old and falling apart, the refrigerator did not get cold and was very noisy the entire time, the shower water did not get warm at all and the hallway did smell a bit off. I paid for 2 guest and the manager was very rude to my husband after I left. When my husband was getting breakfast the manager asked if he was staying there (the manager saw and assisted my husband the night prior). My husband told him yes, our room number and that we would be checking out this day, the manger proceeded to tell him after he finished his breakfast he had to leave (which was WELL before check out time). Ultimately it was an unpleasant experience.
- 2/5
They are under construction and have black plastic hanging up everywhere!! I go to check in and the guy at the counter told me three times that it’s nonsmoking and I told him I don’t smoke! But yet again told me I would be charged if they smelled smoke! I went to my room and I don’t know the tv channels so I asked at the front desk and he told me they don’t have a tv guide or anything! He also told me because of the construction that breakfast was grab and go. I am very disappointed

Property is not as advertised. Old, dirty towels, dirty floors, mold in the windows, no breakfast as advertised, no one at the front desk, elevator doesn't work, I deserve my $ back for false advertising.

This was the most disgusting hotel to ever exist.

Looks nice on pictures, but is very outdated. Under construction. Air Conditioner did not work.

There are holes in the shower surround, there are electrical outlets with no covers over them. There are hairs on the “clean” towels it’s not what my expectations were!

They were remodeling and we didn't get a remodeled room but a high price. Horrible service, things didn't work in the room. Never again.
