Aloft by Marriott Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

The lobby area is decorated perfect to match the area and we love the breakfast selection !! We were able to shoot a little pool at the pool table and also eat our breakfast in our own private nook. The fruit water was fresh every morning that is a big seller for us !! The rooms were quite and comfy !! There was not a whole lot that I didn't like. This was a well-kept area. The hotel was as advertised. The only thing I was disappointed about and it is because I am in the trade. The building mounted outdoor LED bulbs going down the building were a huge eye grabber for me in the pre-hotel photos that I saw. The pink LEDs around the pool on the building had a bit of outage and so did the highway side of the building. The LEDS sell the exterior as do the signs so would def get that serviced and we work with Texas Republic / Baker Signs locally in TX if you have any issue with sign vendor.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a Rangers game. Property was in a great location to get to the ballpark. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and building was quiet. I didn’t use to pool, but it looked nice. A couple restaurants were close. I would definitely stay here again if attending a game.

It was very close to everywhere I planned to go. There wasn't much water pressure in the shower.

Rooms were great and clean, pool and outdoor area were nice but breakfast was very disappointing. A few bagels and a bowl of fruit being all for the charge of 50$ for 2 people….

The free trolley to the ballpark was awesome! The hotel lobby comfortable fun vibe. Lots of restaurants and activities very close by. Lovely pool. Room was perfect, hallways painted way too dark! Weird

Paid for a 2 bed queen.. got a 1 bed king and my kids had to sleep on an air mattress. Very poor service!

Bathroom floor had a drain in the middle for water from the shower? Linoleum was cut uneven around it and several parts were buckling up Some type of glue or something on the floor seam close to the drain? Automatic shades buckling at the bottom when closed I have stayed at several Aloft hotels and never experienced this kind of disarray in one of their rooms

The property needs help…. I stayed at the aloft in Austin and it was great. This property needs help bad. AC system in one of my rooms had parts hanging off. The pool was beyond dirty, The pool furniture was shredded, drinks and trash in the hallways and on the pool deck for more than 24hrs. And the list goes on. I’d recommend that the property manager walk the building several times a day to address these things.

Stayed here for a Rangers game. Was perfect for my and the kids. Very modern look and was very clean. Our room had a view of six flags which was really cool as well. Bar downstairs with a pool table and table games. Great place. Will stay again!

The rooms looked amazing, but the beds themselves were very uncomfortable. They deactivated my room key 2 hours before checkout. Also, they turned off my AC a day before checkout.

Great Hotel with Awesome Staff!!

The only thing i didn’t like is housekeeping came in the room at 9 then again at 9:30. Seems like they’d wait till people check out or checkout Ŧime to come in.

Hotel was super clean and the staff were amazing!! We did get stuck in the elevator, which is no fault of anyone. They were very quick to respond and got us out safely!!

There was no breakfast of any sort, only coffee. There was no microwave in the room so wash to heat anything up.

we were stuck in their elevator for awhile . the emergency button and the telephone botton were not working . we called the motel on our cell phone to tell them we were stuck in the their elevator. they kept telling us the engineer was working on it that he was outside the elevator door . he was never there my son force the door open and let's us out.

The staff were very pleasant, especially the young lady who checked us in. The room was clean and spacious. The location is ideal as it has several restaurants within walking distance and is close to the amusement park, etc.

We drove up from Houston to stay at Aloft and attend a Rangers game. Arriving, I discovered they have a trolley to the game! Wow, I had already bought parking or we'd have used the trolley. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was a crisp 66 degrees, impressive considering it was a warm day. We then went to watch soccer and eat dinner nearby at BFF Sports Bar - good stuff. After the game we came back and had a couple of drinks at the bar. The bartender was friendly as were the other guests. Back in the room we slept well. It wasn't perfectly quiet but it was quiet enough to get a good sleep. In the morning we grabbed a snack and some coffee and turned in the keys on the way out. My wife immediately started looking at more Rangers games so looks like we'll be back at Aloft sometime soon!

Finally a smart hotel with no carpet in room except small area rug around the bed. Bathroom clean and spacious, quiet. Elevators and halls needed vacuuming, and landscaping not well tended to. Otherwise definitely would stay here again.

Easy checkin process. Staff friendly and helpful. This hotel is clean and well maintained. We stay at this Aloft frequently as we attend Texas Rangers games this summer.

The room was very clean, the area rug had a few stains but overall was clean. Staff was very kind and helpful! They have a free trolley to the sports games, and six flags, which was so nice and helpful! Great location and overall great stay!

I traveled with my two dogs. I requested a room that was close to the exit door to take them potty and they accommodated us. Only thing i would recommend was the fixing of the door, the hardware was about to come off and it made it had to close or open the door at times. Other than that the room was great for what it was needed.

We stay here every year! This time we stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and we requested housekeeping come and clean every day and they did the absolutely best job. The staff were very nice and attentive. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. No complaints! Breakfast is made-to-order; so they have a menu to choose from for a small price. Everything seemed to be $10 or less!

"Cooked to order breakfast" was akin to a McMuffin. The "store" is more like a snack bar. My room faced the interstate; noisy trucks rolling by all night. Housekeeping did not attend to my room for three days out of my seven-day stay. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were clean except for the old, dirty rug by the beds. Pool area was clean. Hallways are painted black; my granddaughter said it looked like a haunted house. I would say Aloft is most suited for individuals who just need a cheap place to stay without the frills. I would not stay there again.

There's a $50 refundable incidentals fee but I did use some of it at the incidentals bar. I bought cereal & milk, a soda, a youghart parfait and a Reeses. They keep out free iced lemonade (or water) all night. There's a pool table off the lobby and a little bar called WXYZ Bar. The Arlington Trolley will take you round-trip to the Globe Life Field for $12 but be sure to take it there or you won't know where it will pick you up. People complained on here about the "freakishly dark hallways" but I liked it, and also about the noise from other rooms but nothing bothered me.If anything, I probably made more noise watching Netflix at 4am. It's 1 mile away from the Globe Life Field so Ubering was a breeze. Aloft is always hip and it was a good $200-$400 less than other hotels. They also let you check out at noon instead of 11am so that's nice to have a little extra time. One thing missing from my room was hand soap at the sink and I did need that. I had a great stay! I would book here again.

Overall the room and hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room. Was very disappointed to find out when we arrived that the bar was closed and we would not be able to order food because apparently they only had 1 bartender who left for the day. This was the main reason we chose this place so it was a huge inconvenience to us and alot of other guests who were complaining as well. Not sure how on a busy concert night they only had 1 bartender for the entire day. Not sure if we would be back.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks at the bar were great! Our room was very clean - that is HUGE to me. Bed was comfortable - soft mattress. Location was easy to access and convenient to Dallas and Ft Worth. Recommend the free trolley to Rangers games. Great experience! Will stay at Aloft again.

Room was smaller than normal hotel rooms, toilet flushed very loudly and no ice machine on 1st floor. Other than those few small issues the motel is close to lots of activities, clean, super friendly staff and very chic decor. Would definitely stay again!

Rugs and carpets appeared dirty, otherwise okay. A/C was nice and cold. Nice selection of television channels.

Room was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the interstate. The air conditioner worked fantastic. Room didn't have a trash can and the handheld shower was a bit worse for wear.

Staff was very friendly, bar open till midnight.

Great location to multiple venues, easy on and off access for travel. Hallways are very dim due to, in our opinion very strange lighting.

Rooms were super clean and spacious, beds really comfortable! No matter which shift or day, all the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. They answered all our questions and made some local recommendations we were asking about. Great stay! Looking forward to the next!

Odd cleaner smell in lobby but clean. Mattresses on hard surface that allows mattress to slide. Cant sit up with back on headboard without mattress sliding away. But very nice place.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby was pristine. The staff was very friendly, helpful and present. The hotel room was very contemporary and minimal. It was nice. I enjoyed that it doesn’t have carpet. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the minimalist design was not easy for my husband and I. There wasn’t much room on the countertop in the bathroom. There was no shelf in the shower area and that made it tricky to bring my clothes and towel in that area. They also didn’t have anywhere to hang my towel. However overall it was a very nice room with just little a little tweaks that would make it easier.

The front desk staff was nice. The rooms were nice & cozy. But I didn’t too much care for the shower’s water pressure or that I had to flush the toilet twice for everything to clear. Again, I guess it was the water pressure. However, it was in a great location. Everywhere I needed to go was 6-13 minutes away. Will stay here again.

Noisy location. Room next to freeway so you hear cars all night. Walls are thin so you also hear neighbors. Only have shades in room so it doesn’t block light from parking lot. Not a restful night sleep

It was mostly clean. Hallways looked like they could use a cleaning & the walls in the rooms need a good cleaning. Not a fan of the bathroom, door was loud when it shut, toilet was obnoxious when you flush it for noise & not very private for noise when going to the bathroom with the open area in the top of walls. Other than that the room was nice.
