Terrible room. No coffee in the hotel. No ice machine. Construction noises above us all night long.

The experience was terrible. We booked our room online, and no one was there when we got there. There was an after hours number to call for assistance, and it only went to voicemail. There were other people in the lobby who had reservations, but we all had to leave.

No breakfast. The lady who works nights was patient and very nice. The halls was dirty the elevator was dirty. The room was dirty. Panels in the ceiling in the hallways was missing. The sheets on the bed was old and not comfortable. The water in the shower wasn’t hot. The showerhead was water corroded. Room 333 door wasn’t sealed all the way look like someone can break in. Try to change to another room, but that room wasn’t no better.

Yes,the kitchen didn't have anything pans,plates,coffee maker,microwave. I am understanding of putting a small deposit for items. Also wood floor was dirty and a booger was on a wall.

Had to change rooms when checked in because of issues in the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and accommodated in changing rooms.

AC in room was ok. Bed mattress I didn't like. Hybrid mattress I think. Fridge interior light didn't work. Shower was ok. Plumbing made noises.

The staff was very helpful but you have to pay for the coffee machine, the floors were slippery and the building and rooms were not well maintained.

The person that checked us in was very nice. The room was ok, however there wasn’t even a bar of soap to wash your hands. There was also a very annoying sound coming from the bathroom fan so we had to keep the door closed. There is no one at the desk from 10 pm - 9 am, just a number to call if you need assistance.

To make matters worse, there was a leak in my room. I reported it, but no one came to fix it, and it continued leaking all night. It was frustrating and made it difficult to enjoy my stay. Good customer service and proper maintenance should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this property failed at both. I would not recommend staying here.

House keeping stole my belongings, and was not helpful with the police report and finding the missing items or the person who did so. Was not clean and had an awful smell 10/10 do not recommend this hotel.

I ended up leaving and going to a different hotel after I saw a 3 gallon sharps disposable box in the downstairs bathroom. Why would they have that. Too scary for me. Elders and families DO NOT make a reservation here.

The room was not clean we found bug almost everywhere, including the bed cabinets too and bottom, and almost every wall had a stain, the hallway walking to our room after exciting the elevator smelled really bad. Staff couldn’t help much when we tried canceling our room for the rest of the nights, and when it came to washing our clothes as well. The kitchen was also dirty and came with no dishes or utensils. However this is a work hotel so one shouldn’t expect a 4 star stay.

Room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, hairs on the bedding, and it’s difficult to check-in after hours.

Hotel location was exactly what I needed. The Hotel did not have a lobby/waiting area. After check in process the entrance door felt like you were going into jail or mental facility. The bathroom vent kept me awake the first night because it made a flapping noise all through the night. I have a video I can share with management.

Parking was the only thing I can say was adequate. The hotel from top to bottom is old and dirty. There is active drug use that you can smell and people that are hanging around your vehicles. I had to get up and move my truck to a different part of the lot because when I looked at at 1230 am in the morning there were people right next to my truck. The staff was very accommodating because I had two instances I needed help one being my TV and one being my lights and both times the staff came to my room and fixed it. There is no security staff and the desk is closed all night. I did not feel safe.

I can’t give this 0 stars or I would. We arrived after 10:00 pm, unfortunately, but we’re unable to reach anyone at the phone number provided for over 45 minutes. In fact, I NEVER reached anyone by phone. We finally left and slept in a rest stop down the highway. We have contacted the hotel with no response. Very disappointing.

Scam. Booked 3 nights, Hotels app showed a total price of $195 after tax and stuff, then the property tried to charge me $277. When I asked Crystal at the front desk how that happened, she told me that’s how much 3 nights @ $53/night costs. After some back and forth, I was granted a full refund and was told to leave immediately. I have no intentions of going back, wouldn’t recommend it.

This property is geared towards extended-stay residents but worked fine for us for one night. We checked in about 9 PM and departed at 7:45 AM. Room was clean, bed OK, minimal toiletries. Did not use WiFi or TV. Outside dumpster was overflowing. Basic inexpensive accommodation.

The kitchenette had nothing in it. No utensils, knives spoons, forks,pans, plates,....nothing. the room had no toaster OR coffee maker. Cooktop was great, full size refrigerator was great. I had to stop and buy basic utensils and a pan, plus plates to eat off of. The bed was HORRIBLE. The most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on. And even though it cam with 3 pillows. They were absolutely worthless. The deflated the minute you laid on them. All 3 were used on top of each other and i woke up with a massive headache/neckache. Not to mention my entire body ached because of the bed. Was exhausted the entire stay because a good nights sleep was impossible. I am in yown for work every week. I did not rebook for the reasons listed above. Will choose better accommodations elsewhere.

Even though there's a after hours check in policy posted on the website and outside the lobby, it was not honored and we were not permitted inside. We also were not provided a refund.

Aside from the I'm lot parking being limited and having to park on the street it was great.

I booked through Expedia on wood spring suites for 1 night at Amarillo tx . I called them before to let them know we will be arriving around 11pm for check in. They told to call from phone on wall and someone will come and check me in. Upon arrival there we could not check in at all. The phone was off the hook and broken. There was nobody at front desk to help. Called them several times and left messages.

Seemed unsafe. Lots construction workers. People had dogs in hallways. At 530 in morning when we left 3 guys in huge fight right at front doors. Scared us trying to get to our car. Lots commotion in hallways like 3am. People drunk.

They did not have a room that was handicap adh,i reserved a walk in shower,and the receptionest could seem to find one available,after checking out several rooms. I was left with a room that had a tub which i could not use. No lamps in the room , the phone in the room was out of order and when I called the front desk at 7:45 in the morning to get them too call my grandsons room so he could come take my dog out i got no answer,was sent to leave a msg,whih i did but never got a call back on my cell phone, so it was a terrible visit

The first room had a roach on the wall and the second room had stains all over the bed sheets. Then the property refuses to give a refund...

Where to leave the key when checking out was confusing. The housekeeper said the front office doesn't open until 10 am!! Eeks. Bed was comfortable.

Just stay elsewhere. The interstate traffic is extremely loud even if you bring a fan. People above us sounded like they were doing zumba all night. Staff didn't care about the complaints. Water leaked on the ceiling of the shower. And the filter in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.

HAIR IN SHEETS! Sticky floor. NOISY! Couldnt sleep much. Next door is a truck stop The freeway is in front so you hear that noise.

The guy at checkin was great. The room is simple, but the floors were sticky and the bed and pillows were horrible. The bed was so hard and the pillows did not hold their shape at all.

Place wasn't bad however they come up with their own charges then refuse to continue to take payment

It seemed that the place hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly lately, but it was still acceptable overall. My room was located under the stairs, and unfortunately, there was a lot of noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to get any rest.

Just what I was looking for in a hotel

I booked a 5-day stay for my husband expressly because this property had pictures of a kitchenette in their rooms so he could cook for himself. The cupboards were bare and he had no cooking pans to utilize the cooktop or dishes or utensils. He was told that they don't have any supplies for cooking when he inquired at the front desk. The floor was so sticky that he was afraid to walk on it barefoot. He checked out the next day due to the situation, and the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. Unbelievable. He was extremely unhappy with his stay.

Microwave didn't have the plate, TV cable and wifi was not working, the fridge was dirty, and one of the stove tops were not working. I was not compensated at all for all the things wrong with my room. Was one of the most terrible places I've ever stayed at

Has a kitchenette but zero items to make using the kitchen an option. Shower did not function. Just not at all what I expected. The front desk clerk that greeted me after hours was very kind and gracious.

Found trimmed eyebrows on the sink before bed and woke up to cockroaches on the counter of the kitchenette. Gross.

No frills or niceties like a non working TV, no coffee maker, ironing board or iron, no bedside lamp or updated charging ports. The broken window blind slat finished it off the room. The atmosphere (Mary Jane smell) going into the hallways and the elevator that strained a lot to carry us up and down added to the ambiance! Definitely, got what I paid for.

This place was a dump with very few amenities. The refrigerator in the room was rusty on the outside. There was no lobby or coffee station. The room had a microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop and no coffee pot or coffee supplies, no dishes/coffee cups.

The room was ok. No top sheet on bed, but I asked for one and it was clean. The bathroom was clean enough. Just a sleep stop on a driving trip. Fairly quiet for the volume of people staying. The elevator was dirty, hallways smelled a little funky.

Floor was filthy, no smoke detector in room. Safety latch on door was broken. No shower curtain... I had to go down to front desk and request. Door to bathroom was broken. When I shut it the trim fell off along with the strike plate. Asked for extra towels and was told to bring mine down after shower and they would give me another set. I showered and cleaned b athroom floor with towel which was black ×hen I finishes. Took wet dirty towel down to front desk and was told they had no clean towels to give me. Different person than who checked me in. Elevator was extremely dirty.

The cost was very reasonable, which justifies all of the mid-range evaluations. It was convenient for me, the check-in person had all my information and I was up in my room within 5 minutes.

- We found and killed a roach in our room. Pay more attention to the pest control. - It's too noisy and had difficulties to sleep the two nights I stayed. The neighbors are very noisy, not sure what happened at around 4 am today but the people staying in the top floor was like carrying big rocks. It wss very annoying. The first day we also noted that the noises make in others rooms were heard at our room very noisy. The positive thing is the guy at the reception. Very cool and kind guy. The room was ok overall. I would recommend it if you plan to stay 2-3 nights

People outside working on and going through cars at 2am

Smelt like cigarettes, bathroom door handle was broken, would have been locked in if not for my husband. Luckily we were on the 4th floor because the window would not lock. Second room we rented the bedding reeked of cigarettes and doors safety latch was broken.

My Stay was really Great, i reallybenjoy the cleanliness and good service to the room. I will be staying on my next trip here

There was no one at the front door when you got there get a call and then they tell you to wait outside until it showed up. When I got to my room, it smelled there was a human hair all over the bed.
