Just passing through...Damn good biscuit n gravy

The mattress was like a cloud. I was only there for 1 night. Just a short stop to sleep. I didn't experience anything negative.

The place is a little worn out and dirty. Need some TLC breakfast was OK but the room was really musty and humid.

Super 8 is what the motels of yesteryear were. It’s not a bad value for a clean room, comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. If you want more space, better amenities, etc., you will pay for it.

One of the worst hotels. The room was extremely dirty and so outdated amenities. The coffee maker looked so dusty that I don’t think anyone ever used it. The bathroom was horrible and everything was falling apart.

Didn't use any amenities. Hotel was decent & I was tired, so I slept well.

The bathroom ventilation fan needs replacement. Broan/nutone has motor replacement kits, but I would recommend completely new. Panasonic makes a pretty easy swap out. Or the delta breeze is pretty cost effective. As for the plumbing......."pressure sucks". Could be the actual size of the piping if replaced with pex, as many do, OR could be a volume problem disguised as a "pressure" issue. Regardless, the showerhead was so crusted it barely allowed flow. In trying to change pattern I realized the showerhead was not even tightened. The monster tape was way to aggressive and the threads were barely attached to the showerhead. The showerhead came undone and nearly fell off........thank God I have knowledge of these things so I hand-tightened the head to the arm.

Run down. The pictures looked nicer than it was. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. A/C dripped so much water on the carpeted floor that it stayed wet.

Sink clog took maintenance hour to show up

Cheap room you get what you pay for. Sink and shower handles were broke and no security lock on the door. Breakfast was ok, what you expected.

Sheets were NOT clean smelled like old man. When we requested new sheets she brought us one set for a double room and then left when she should have at least helped to change the sheets. Additionally when we changed the sheets we had to remove the mattress cover because there was a blood stain on the mattress cover. We had very little confidence anything had been washed or cleaned. We ended up using our own blankets to cover up while we slept. Thank goodness I always keep a couple handy during a trip. The worst service we received all the way to CALIFORNIA and back.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and, helpful and professional. I'd like to single out Tony for his service. The room was very clean and pleasingly decorated. And the brakfast was good. Would stay again if ever passing through.

We were able to find the phone plug and connect it to call the office. I called and asked someone to come check the TV. When they came to the room they moved the boxes around and it worked after that. when I thanked her she made a remark about how whe did not appreiate how rude we were to her employee. We were just trying to get the TV to work.

It was hard figuring out where to turn to get to the property.

Parking was sparse, to say the least. If you're looking to lay your head down (on your own, non-itty-bitty pillow), the bed was comfy. If we had arrived earlier than 2 a.m. and had to spend actual time there, we would have been very disappointed in the condition of the room itself. The bathroom looked rough: hair that's not ours (not the first thing you want to see), black smudges on the shower, a very old and calcified shower head. The toilet pressure was concerning for certain bodily functions (crossed fingers it served well). The carpet was a tapestry of years of dropped this, spilled that, and an odor of heavy fragrance hiding who only knows what secret scents. But other than that, helpful staff and a pretty comfortable bed experience.

Do yourself a favor and read the google reviews. Not the 3rd party booking platforms. Then if you enjoy staying in the effluvium of prior guests and really love malfunctioning air conditioning equipment and a staff that could care less.t then this would be the place for you.it was not the place for me and the people who did this ok e was clean are damn liars. Worst stay of my life.

We got in late. Walked in to check in and said, "hello" response was "do you have a reservation, name, sign this, here's your room key". The room smelled like cigarettes and dollar store carpet refresh powder, the ceiling was dilapidated from water damage and mold was growing in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was gross and sticky. Quick stop and take a break from driving. Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt stay again.

We booked this room at the last moment while travelling from Colorado to Dallas just for the overnight stay, as the distance was quite long. All we were expecting was the clean room with basic facilities. However, the carpet in the room was old and felt dirty. There was some odour in the room like it was closed for days. AC was no working properly, cooling was inefficient. Bathroom door lock was broken. We somehow spent the night without complaining anything, and departed in the morning. We decided to skip the breakfast. With the similar price you should get the better experience elsewhere.

Restroom dirty ,equipment for waffle was very dirty ,that make my waffle black, I ask if they can clean it ,stuff said she didn't have nothing to clean, that they don't provide nothing to clean the waffle equipment, windows side super dirty. I record , also other think very disappointing, in the room you can small all the dust. Breakfast was good ,except for the waffle machine

Filthy room that smelled like mold and had used coffee cups. Tub and toilet did not drain well. Avoid staying here if at all possible.

The night staff was lacking to say the least, she did not check my ID, she kept having to move her fast food bag so she could check me in, I had 3 rooms they were mediocre at best not completely disgusting but we all kept our socks on and took out as little of our personal items as possible. The breakfast was ok. For the price the place is ok we will find other accommodations on our next trip..

Bathroom was dirty. Sheets were clean but no care was taken in cleaning bathroom fixtures or floors.

The place is nice being construction is surrounding the property. Although, the hair dryer looked rusty and there was hair tangled in the back of it. It was a horrible sight.

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and we chatted with them for a couple minutes. The room was just what we needed. Clean, soft beds with plenty of fluffy pillows and a full ice machine in the hallway. This was a planned stop on our route to Dallas. It was a rainy day so we were not able to visit the Amarillo Zoo or the Amarillo Botanical Gardens, maybe next year. We did venture out to a local mall and it was pretty busy and had a lot of cool stores. The kids were out of school so it was bustling with young people. We visited the local Twin Peaks, the Billionaires Bacon is the bomb! I got to go to Buc-ee’s for the first time, lots to see there and the food was pretty good. It was fun to hear the staff chant when the new brisket was placed on the chopping board.

Good two night stay....breakfast was good to get started with and property staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel served our purpose of a quick stop over for the night. For a non smoking facility, the 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes. By the morning it smelled like burnt popcorn due to the guests cooking in their rooms. The bed was comfortable and the a/c seemed fairly new. It is right on the highway so a little noisy.

Nice place to lay your head down after being on the road all day. Highly recommend!

Bath had black mold in seams of shower and VERY thin blanket between 2 sheets wasn't enough. Bed was comfortable though. USB and plug at bedside appreciated.

Was ok. Room was clean but dingy. Didn't eat breakfast. didn't realize there was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor.

Fridge/freezer didn't work at all. Shampoo/conditioner dispensers weren't refilled; didn't offer body wash just bar soap. Not pet area/grass for dogs to use. Hair all over room from previous guest/cleaning staff > GROSS! There was trash all over the parking lot that had been there for weeks clearly. More like a motel 6 than hotel and not worth the money. Would hands down not come back here.

Everything was excellent at the super 8. The bed was especially comfortable after a long day of driving. Everything was clean and new looking. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again.

There was road and utility construction in front of hotel making access questionable. Used the west side entrance that was narrow and hard to see even with a hotel sign "marking the spot".

The hotel charged my card after Expedia charged me and I had to file a dispute with my bank because they said they refunded me but there is no refund on my account

The problem was that I did not get the accommodation I expected. My travel details read Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, none smoking (Mobility, Tub w/Grab Bars) My room was not as described, when I told Maria she said they did not have tubs with grab bars and was sorry she offered me a chair to use.

The tank to the back of the toilet didn't fit properly. The toilet ran continuously. The toilet seat had hair on it. The ceiling was patched and the bathroom door was old and worn. The waffle mix tasted funny and it gave me diarrhea. One guest took his plate and got a second helping on a used plate.

Asked they guy if i could check in early, he says yea, i get there its after 5 am he tells me, check out is at 11am, so after sorting that out an not getting my initial refund, i asked if i rebook can i check in now he says yes again. Only fir this time he tells me i cant check-in until 2pm. Im a truck driver just trying to get rest on 10hr reset, only went there because of semi truck parking, but i wouldnt recommend, avoid this place at all cost.

Stay was good. Very accessible. Everything worked. Large truck parking area monitored by cameras. Overall very pleased. Will be back and plan on making this place our place to stay for our duration of job.

This property needs a major overhaul. Bathrooms and carpeting are disgusting. Rooms smelled bad. Noise from rooms around and above kept us awake most of the night.

The air conditioning was very loud, the light in the bathroom had to be shook to come on. The clerk referred to the rooms on the first floor when in reality the rooms were in the basement of the building. The motel is in the middle of truck city, and right in front of Interstate 40, so all you hear are trucks. It was very difficult to find the entrance and difficult to find anything else, expecially restaurants.

Stayed for 1 night to go to the air port would stay again.
