Stayed 3 days and not once did our room get cleaned. We kept having to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. We had a big trash bag to keep all our trash. We also heard other people saying their room did not get cleaned. There was mold in the shower on the ceiling. The beds looked soft but were not very comfortable too hard. And I like a firm bed.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and definitely can’t wait to go again
- 3/5
The water quality was terrible so you had to buy drinking water. The room was comfortable.

Limited parking

check in was great. Older cowboy at late night shift was a true gentleman. really went above and beyond to ensure our family had a great stay. the room was one of the largest rooms I've had at a hotel stay. it was like a two bedroom two bathroom apartment! there was one cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers that my wife saw that I didn't. The doorknobs were either missing or didn't work except for the front door. the fixtures and carpet have all seen better days. missed the breakfast so no input there. parking is shared with a strip mall. majority of parking is behind the building so be early if you want a front spot. what looks like a maintenance man seemed like he was either having a bad day or was irritable by nature. there are alot of rooms at this hotel, maybe understaffed or overworked for maintenance? would try a newer hotel next time but I would not rule this one out.

Came in late due to a flat tire and desk clerk was already annoyed. Gave us a suite on the 3rd floor room key didn't work. She tried hers didn't work. So she moved us to a 1st floor suite. It smelled very damp, the TV didn't work in the main room, no bedding for the pull out couch, only 1 set of towels, and there were dried out towels from the previous guest hanging on the shower. We soon discovered that the damp smell was due to the carpet was still damp from being cleaned earlier. Traveling from CA to NC and this was our most expensive hotel and the worst.
- 4/5
Good hotel located out of town next to a petrol station. Very good options at the buffet breakfast and a nice pool.
- 1/5
The room smelled like urine and when I mentioned it to staff they indicated it was the only room available. The mattress on one bed seemed to be the main cause of the smell so we both slept uncomfortably in the second bed.
- 1/5
This was a HORRIBLE experience. The first room they gave us, there was a man inside and the staff had no idea who he was! Then they moved us to a room where the TV didn't work, the towel rack was ripped off the wall. The staff acted annoyed most of the time, the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Pool was nasty, hot tub broken and filled with nasty water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
- 1.5/5
The cleanliness was not prioritized. There was animal hair in that room even though we have no animals. The couch was ripped open and stained.
- 0.5/5
Smell like a shit
- 0.5/5
I booked online and when I got there the hotel had overbooked Next time don't overbook
- 3/5
Weird smell in the 4th floor hallway… My room had a faint cigarette smell with a tinge of perfume and regret. Probably will stay elsewhere when I come back.
- 1/5
First off, booked room was not ready when it was supposed to be... they did not have a cleaning crew on duty to clean our already paid for room. Front staff did what they could to get us a room after a 1000 mi trip. They ended up providing us 2 queens and not the king bed which is fine. Going to the assigned new room there was broken furniture in the halls on the second floor the whole time we were there. We had to do laundry in the guest laundry room and the dryers are a complete scam. We did a small load and after running dryer on highest setting twice they were not even close to being dry and had to hang up in our room to dry overnight. Now, lets talk about the room! No shower curtain and the coffe pot was missing from the coffee maker. We had to line the floor with all the extra towels to keep the bathroom from flooding into another room. As for the day of checkout.... no notification to anyone in hotel that the elevator was out of service. We will never stay at this property again. I will tell everyone we know that travels through Texas or anywhere this franchise is located to steer clear and don't waste your money. Last thing, hire more staff and quit being a cheap manager also don't hide when a customer rings the front desk bell as you stand in lobby and act like you didn't hear it.
- 3/5
The staff was welcoming, room clean & comfortable but the property is showing its age.
- 1/5
I will say, the lady at the front desk was great. Super sweet and helpful and unfortunately I don't remember her name. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy and so were several of the guests. I didn't feel comfortable staying here with children. We stayed in a double room. Beds were made and towels were provided, but the overall room was disgusting. It looked like someone went in and did the bare minimum and left. Stains everywhere, dirty countertops, dishes in the dishwasher and microwave. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Would choose to stay elsewhere next time. Hopefully management steps it up here.
- 3/5
Breakfast was average nothing really negative to say. No ice machine available
- 1/5
The room was absolutely disgusting and when we brought it to the manager's attention she refused a refund. There was wads of hair in the bathroom, the shower doors had water stains like they hadn't been wiped after the previous guest. There were streaks of something that had run down the back of t h e bathroom door and spots that appeared to be blood. The toilet wasnt secure, when sitting on it, it rocked away from the wall, and the plaster was peeling off the walls. The kitchen faucet was loose and the wood on the furniture was full of huge chips out of it. We were afraid to stay and find out the condition of the bed, so we refused to stay and went to a Super 8 which ended up being 10x cleaner than this Staybridge. We routinely stay with Staybridge, but would not recommend this location at all for the price plus poor customer service.
- 3/5
One of our rooms had ants.
- 3/5
There was a dog that howled almost all day and some during the night. There were kids that woke up screaming and crying early in the morning and then continued to run loudly right above us. Between the dog and kids we did not get much rest. The walls are very thin apparently.
- 3/5
The pool was broken and breakfast was old the potatoes were dry and hard both days
- 2.5/5
Friendly staff and the variety of fruit at the breakfast was great! Room was run down, furnishings were old looking and smelled like urine. Understandable that it was a pet friendly place but it is not very clean
- 1/5
The room was NOT clean. It was the grossest hotel room i have ever been in. There were dirty handprints on the wall, stains and sticky stains on the couch- overall rundown and dirty. I am surprised at the rating for this property- it deserves a 1 or 2 at best. TERRIBLE AREA AS WELL. I WOULD NEVERSTAY HERE. My family and i left as soon as we saw the condition of the room.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the clean rooms and comfortable beds. Both spacious and ideally suited for privacy.
- 2/5
We had bugs in our bathroom and lotion squirted all over the closet door. One of the dresser drawers would not stay shut. We also had to go to the desk to get batteries for our tv remote that didn’t work. Also good thing we checked our watch because the alarm clock was off by 1 1/2 hrs. Eggs were watery and tasteless. The bacon was the best thing
- 5/5
Hot tub and pool were great for a relaxing time with the family.
- 1/5
On our recent stay at Staybridge got the largest suite to accommodate our whole family in one area the couch and chair were ripped and stained something I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on. The curtains were stained the carpets were filthy. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again
- 4/5
Room was quiet and clean and large Pet relief area gross

The room was a bit run down, couch had stains, base molding falling off, housekeeping left trash in the shower.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast
- 4/5
huge room, very clean, cold AC, quiet hotel, nice bathroom, friendly staff, enjoyed the courtyard AC was loud, trash bag in hall by elevator when we arrived until we left
- 4/5
I always like the big family suite with the kitchen and the pool/hot tub/ breakfast. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like dog and the room wasnt as clean as usual, there were food crumbs on the kitchen counter and bathroom toilet ran 24/7.
- 4.5/5
Great breakfast and nice room. Really liked having several outlets to charge electronics.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a little cold for us being there at exact open time. Saw two bugs in bathroom, carpets and couch had several stains. One side of our bed made noise every time my husband moved. No towels in pool area. Pool looked cloudy.
- 3/5
The bathroom was not in great condition. The door slide shut which woould have been fine if there was a latch but it was a standard door handle that does not close all the way or latch in any way. The tile around the shower was broken. The shower pressure was absolutely abysmal. Checking in took a long time. The pool was marked as closed for maintenance but then when we asked the front desk, they said it wasn’t and that someone must have put that sign up. After we got in the pool, a random person came and shut off the jacuzzi on us while looking at us with a scowl.

Worst stay in history nasty bathrooms undone beds one towel water didnt drain no parking
- 1/5
Turned on the lights and roaches scattering in kitchen
- 5/5
Caroline was very polite and welcoming.
- 5/5
Food very good display
- 5/5
Perfect location. Comfortable, quiet, & convenient room. The evening meal & breakfast meal were delicious. I found nothing that I didn’t like.
- 5/5
Xxx
- 4/5
It’s also nice to walk for pepper steak and tiger shrimp at Lemongrass wok & pho for dinner. However, rooms facing the front parking lot of sooooo loud! Plus the lights are so bright even with the curtains. The bed was ok. The hotel is really starting to get old and dated. I would stay here again if I could get a room facing the back. Staff is great.
- 5/5
The rooms were perfect. We checked in around 7pm and the lady who assisted us was very friendly and very helpful! It was a nice quiet pet friendly stay and we will def be back.
- 5/5
great staff,great stay!
- 4/5
There was a problem with the hotel Wi-Fi, it would work at times and then stop, other times, you couldn't connect at all. The kitchen sink wasn't maintained and it overflowed. This down to the waste disposal being disconnected and the overlow bin not being emptied.
- 5/5
Staff was Excellent & breakfast was delicious.
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. We only stayed one night as we were driving cross country. Good location close to several restaurants and easy freeway access.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The receptionists name misty she did a austanding job thank you.
- 5/5
The guest laundry only had one working washer and dryer. The other appliances were out of order. I was unable to complete any laundry as expected during this leg of my trip. I needed to wait until my next stop to do laundry.
- 1/5
Cancelled our plan to stay on our return trip. There is potential to be a great place, but in its current state I wouldn’t recommend. It was several little things: strong musty smell in the hallways, live cockroach in our kitchenette, dried spills on the side of the fridge, very cold pool temp, hot tub doesn’t have jets- just air bubbles come out, no bedding for the sofa bed or pillows, sheer curtains- the heavy ones are just a decorative panel, super bright light shines directly on the hotel all night long. We hung a blanket on one side as a curtain. Staff spoke kindly but were not quick to be helpful and they were either short staffed so the front desk lady couldn’t leave or she wasn’t interested in helping us when we asked for towels and bedding. Carpet felt grimy on my bare feet, I wore my sandals in the room.
- 5/5
I had a great stay! Parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast were all included, which made things very convenient. The room felt more like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchen and a full-size fridge—perfect for longer stays. Comfortable, clean, and well worth it.
- 3/5
Hotel had a flood on the main floor the night before. Returning to our room there were patrons in the hallway shaking their items out. Told us they opened the cabinet and quite a few roaches came out. Warned us to watch our room. We were driving through on a road trip. We kept our things off the floor and headed out quickly the next morning.

Long wait for someone to check me in, this was supposed to be a Radisson ..it was not even tho the signage says it is as the Internet, pool and hot tub not open, open window with pigeons attempting to fly in , many more issues
- 4/5
Breakfast was not fresh. Sausage was burnt and dried out. Gravy was brown and burnt.
- 4.5/5
Location Bed very uncomfortable
- 4/5
Staff was nice, even went to get a luggage cart herself because none were available in the lobby. Another guest mentioned this is a common/frequent issue.
- 1/5
Dirty carpet and weird smell in hallways. Didn’t expect Staybridge to be so bad. Very old hotel.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet and accessible.
- 4/5
Like almost every thing but smells by elevator
- 4/5
Didn't like the sofa bed ended up moving the sofa mattress to the floor. Was not comfortable.
- 4.5/5
Location away from traffic is very good for tranquility. Free parking right out front was great and safe. Staff are attentive and friendly. Happy Hour Social snacks, drinks, are tasty and really appreciated. Breakfast was also great with plenty of variety, eggs, make your own waffles, and assortment of fresh fruits. Three varieties of Coffees (including decaf) are very good. My room was large, with comfy bed and seating areas. Good bed and bath linens. Love the full size fridge, dishwasher, and dishwater in the room. Need ice machines on each floor or in each refrigerator in the room. At least put in ice trays. The bathroom in my room needed plumbing repairs (minor cosmetic). My neighbor guest above my room made heavy noises at pre-dawn hours. That woke me up 3 am and I had to call front desk to complain. This is the fault of inconsiderate guests; not the hotel. Note: I tried to upload photos on this review page with Booking.com but kept getting errors.
- 2/5
The property was very poorly maintained. Expedia sold us a room that the hotel didn't have, making check-in an inconvenience.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, but there was a urine stain on the pullout bed and the sheets on the regular bed were stained with what appeared to be blood or something. Would have been good if it weren’t for the dirty stains on everything, staff didn’t seemed concerned when we told them.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a cut above.
- 1/5
We were very disappointed in our room. We’ve stayed in many Staybridge Suites and have always had good experiences. This was a huge disappointment. If we hadn’t been so exhausted, we would have gone to another hotel. Cons: The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The floors were disguising with stains all over them. The couch had a gross smell. There were dirty dishes on the floor by the bed. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. There were weird little bugs all over the place. The sofa mattress had stains on it. There was no dish soap in the kitchen. The curtains were wet and sour from the ac. Overall felt dirty. Hair the hair dryer didn’t work. Pros: The be breakfast area was nice & clean. Food was good. Bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Quick check in very clean.Pool was Big My son enjoyed it definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Lobby looks great. Amazing breakfast buffet. Room was very dirty. Hair in the bed sheets that was long and black so clearly not anyone in my family. Walls in room were very dirty. Need to be cleaned and repainted.
- 1/5
Room was covered in bugs and stains on floor couch all over Walked in room walked right back out Smoke and drug smell People there were acting very weird We got out told them we would not be staying was not safe and was not clean very dangerous place. We need a refund we did not stay would not recomend
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean - rooms and common areas.
- 3/5
Checked in at 5pm, no accessible room available. This gave me limited use of the bathroom.
- 3/5
Tiles in the bathroom were cracked and several were missing.
- 4/5
Nice helpful staff; clean and comfortable. Too late for the happy hour but looked good. Fitness room had no towels or cups for water but well equipped.
- 5/5
I would have liked fresh towels for the days I was there, had to get fresh ones from the front desk
- 5/5
Great clean hotel and the location was perfect.
- 3/5
Great location. The breakfast is fantastic. Easy to walk to delicious Lemongrass for dinner. Easy to park. But the room is falling apart. I couldn’t open the microwave easily and it wouldn’t even heat up my stuff. The furniture is old and blah. Needs a major update.
- 5/5
We were only there for a layover on a way home from Colorado Springs. It was very comfortable, had central air which is not common, and the hot breakfast was impressive.
- 3/5
The second room was better and it was not dirty and the room was slightly larger as well. The customer shouldn’t feel like they are a burden to the front desk because I refuse to put my kids on a sofa bed that was covered in a previous customers food. Good place to stay but check how clean the sofa bed is and surrounding areas before settling in for the night.
- 5/5
This is the second time staying at this hotel. Location is great, just off the highway, but not so close the traffic is bothersome. They are very pet friendly. I especially like the spacious one bedroom suites, which have a very comfortable seating area and seperate bedroom where you can close the doorand not be bothered. Will definatly be staying h we re again
- 1/5
The room was terrible food tray was never cleaned up from under the couch pee stain still on the toilet seat , beer bottle cap were laying around everywhere the pillow had stains the hair dryer was off the wall with exposed wires, I wasn’t satisfied, not only that, there was no clean towels replaced. We went to Walmart to get clean towels .. no good customer service from hotel staff the least they could’ve done was put us in another room or try to fix errors ..we also emailed the hotel manager he/she wasn’t on site an he/she never replied back to our email.!
- 3/5
Property and staff were nice. Liked the happy hour option and free breakfast.
- 4/5
Good property.
- 4/5
Shower went ice cold in the middle..
- 3/5
It's older so, a few minor things. The towel rack was broken off in our room. Upon requesting the room at the front desk, the man wasn't professional & a bit short. i simply explained that I couldn't seem to get my points on my ipad in the car. Before I could ask if he could do that from his computer... he said "well, that isn't our fault." I knew it was my fault. I wondered if he could simply pull up my member number. Not the hospitality I expected. Other than that, we were only there for a few hours - one night stay.
- 5/5
Everything went great
- 5/5
Other than the high price for a nights stay...the hotel was very nice. Overall the room was nice. With the exception of the cushions on the ottomans that were dirty, the room was pretty clean. Beds super comfortable! Best sleep ever! The best part was breakfast. They had a great variety of breakfast foods including a fruit & yogurt buffet. Kids liked the Texas shaped waffles with whip cream & sprinkles. I liked the pop machine!
- 5/5
Good place for a good night stay. My family of 4, 2 teens and 2 adults stayed here. Has a nice gym with good equipment, laundry facility, pool and lounge. The rooms are good size, living area couch turns into bed then the room has 2 queens. Kitchnette has sink, fridge ,cooktop. I recommend!
- 5/5
Their breakfast is also very good- lots of options! We will be back here anytime we’re in the area!
- 5/5
Room is spacious.

The bed are very hard to sleep on it
- 2/5
Hot tub water was brown. Staff was knocking at my door at 10:00AM when checkout at 11:00AM.
- 5/5
We stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms on the 15th floor which was a refreshing change compared to pre-renovation. A huge TV was now in place as well as a nicer and what seems like larger fridge. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. The person who checked us in was super-friendly and engaging.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet for the brief time we had to spend.
- 5/5
Nice environment
- 4/5
Location location location
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Hotel was a bit run down but still a good deal for our family to have a two bedroom suite. Furniture was worn and stained but other than that room was clean. Breakfast was really good.
- 5/5
Good for the price
- 5/5
Definitely going to stay there again the next time we visit Amarillo!
- 3/5
Bed bugs likely exists here. The furniture looks like the pictures but its current condition doesn’t. I couldn’t sleep all night. Never again.
- 1/5
I could not believe how gross. Clearly not cleaning the rooms properly. Can’t even sweep? Also found prior tenants sick in the closet so no ones looking anywhere for mess. Oh and we woke to that morning to our cars back glass being shattered. . And right outside the front doors. Just have really never had such a bad experience. Especially for $150/night…
- 4/5
Beds are older and super hard
- 5/5
They had a little buffet bar and fountain drinks!
- 5/5
Great,clean room!!
- 3/5
Average experience. Good breakfast, pool closed for remodeling, coffee pot had broken lid, hide-a-bed with nothing to make it up with. Good hot water and nice shower. Broken picture off the wall leaned up against the wall. Probably try somewhere else next time.
- 1/5
we killed a dozen roaches in our room and found roach poop on the bedding. Disgusting, will never stay here again.
- 1/5
The walls had dirty marks everywhere. The mattress on the pull out sofa had a lot of stains that looked to be dog related. There wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed in the room. Unsanitary.
- 2/5
Very disappointed with our stay. We checked into the hotel in the late evening after a 9hr drive, unloaded our bags and were getting ready for bed when we discovered the fitted sheet had faint blood stains. We immediately contacted the front desk and spoke to the sales manager who provided us with a replacement sheets. Unfortunately when we went to replace the sheets we discovered that the pillow top cover also had what appeared to be a recent blood stain indicating that none of the bedding had been recently replaced. At that point it was quite late and we had already unpacked so we decided to just remove all of the old bedding including pillow cases and use the sheets we got from the front desk to sleep that evening which we were barely able to do after all that and to top it off the walls of the room were so thin that we could hear the couple in the next room. Also there was a large flood light right outside the bedroom window that came in through the top of the curtain lighting the room. The next day we called the front desk again speaking to the general manager who sent a maid to replace the bedding and clean the room. The maid further confirmed the blood stained pillow top and sheets as well as finding urine stains. Unbelievable! The maid gave the room a thorough cleaning and apologized for the issue even though it wasn't her floor. After that there was absolutely ZERO follow up by management nor any offer to compensate us for the terrible first night.
- 4/5
The room was great and the hotel breakfast was also really good. The only problem we had was that the pool was being refurbished. If that is something you was looking forward to using, check and see about its status before booking. We will stay here again.
- 2/5
The floors were stained throughout the common areas and our suite. None of the soaps or toilet paper were refilled before our stay. The lemon water in the dining room was not refreshed during the time we were there. Our towels had different types of hairs stuck to them from previous guests. One of the bathtubs pooled and drained very slowly. Also trash sat outside of the elevator for at least a day on our floor.
- 5/5
Stopped here as a halfway point for a long road trip and the area is calm and clean. We had our dog and theres a deposit, but i assume that's for cleaning even though there was some stains on the carpet when we arrived to our room.
- 5/5
Very nice..plenty of space at a good rate…stayed here before and will again!
- 5/5
Check in and lobby all great --- lobby attractive and full of extra hospitality offerings on the day we arrived. Room large, love full for-real kitchen facilities. Beds very comfy.
- 1/5
I don’t have a single good thing to say about this property. I made the reservation because it was a suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, which was intended to accommodate three friends traveling together. The sleeper sofa. OMG. The mattress was absolutely disgusting and the feet was higher than the head. I figured I’d just make the best of it since we were exhausted from traveling, but found out there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa. The lady at the front desk said she had “no access to housekeeping” supplies, yet offered only a sheet to cover the mattress and a pillow cover. Unacceptable. These mattresses need to be covered, if they were they wouldn’t be so nasty with obvious urine stains. I ended up sleeping on the top of the sofa and it was so broken down and uncomfortable, I wasn’t able to get more than a combined hour of sleep. The lady at check in was very rude and inconsiderate and offered no solution. She was too busy flirting with some man. Upon check out, I tried to express my irritation and was basically told “too bad”. The room was nasty, pubic hair and dust on the back of the bathroom door, dirty fingerprints and even a booger on the wall by thermostat. Sink was dirty. Only two towels available. Outside of all of that, the way I was treated for requesting appropriate bedding was completely unacceptable. Front desk staff at check in and check out were the most unprofessional and lazy rude staff I’ve ever experienced. Never again.
