Room was clean and convenient location. Hold kept on card for days instead of clearing after checkout.

Honestly I was very surprised by how nice the property was for the price.

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and beds comfy. Some equipment in the fitness room wasn't working and the pool was not open. It wasn't a deal breaker but would've been nice. Also, pillows were too small. Front desk was friendly and when I mentioned the coffee was empty at breakfast, she got right up and went and got more, happily. I would stay here again.

Toilet was extremely low profile-knees pointing towards ceiling while seated. Very uncomfortable! Not good for older adults at all! Best for children.

Offered good selection of food for breakfast Room should be checked after cleaning an air cleaner device was left in our room.

Location Stayed three nights. Room was never cleaned and towels replaced.

My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance issues. The pool was out of service, and the toilet in my room did not flush properly. Although I requested a room change, the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. While staff initially offered a discount for the inconvenience, this was never applied to my final bill.

The room was dirty and had used napkins in the bed :(

I like cold cereal for breakfast 2 choices, Cheerios or Fruit loops, oh 3 choices oatmeal, in hot summer doesn't hit right! Overall 8 out of a 10!!

Room was very clean, AC cool, bed comfortable, breakfast hit the spot and walked next door for dinner at Outback Steak House. Couldn't get any better!

This was a fine place for a quick stop on a road trip from Colorado to Houston. Breakfast was convenient. Staff was friendly enough for 1am.

Front desk wasn’t very friendly and the only ice machine that functioned was on the 3rd floor. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

When we walked in, the woman at the front desk was very rude… no eye contact, no customer service, just kept prompting us to do things such as tap card, answer question on the screen etc. very unpleasant and probably worst check in experience I have had. Room was very humid and the bed felt damp. Breakfast was good.

The janitors didn’t come not one day to clean up my trash and so it was piled up everyday, so I had to live in this condition during my stay nor did they change any linen

The room was the dirtiest and grossest place we have ever seen. Dirt and liquid all over the walls. Sheets were dirty. Such a funky smell it caused a headache and we left.

Attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping was lacking. Lights were burnt out and the bathtub/corners of the bathroom looked to be missed in the cleaning cycle. Breakfast was adequate but didn’t come close to what previous reviewers had posted.

The room did seem to be clean which we really appreciated. This was our first stay in a Choice Hotel in over 20 years. Now I remember why we stopped patronizing this chain. We will not be staying again.

I would stay there again. But, the staff seemed a little disinterested in me... Room was good, not great (curtains would hardly move). Spacious shower, I liked that, and lot of counterspace. All in all it just seemed a little "off."

The staff was excellent. This review is not about them. The room was clean, but the paint in the bathroom was chipping off the walls and the door. The remote for the TV didn't work what so ever. Not sure I'd stay there again.

Staff - helpful, friendly Breakfast selection was okay. The room is 99% clean, didn’t feel a 100% cleanliness. Hot tub - had a hard time getting hot water. I think the faucet needs to be fixed. Overall we had a great time and we’ll come back again because of the location.

The staff was not very pleasant. When I asked if there was a different entrance to better accommodate my three small children and I with a luggage carry out at time of departure I was questioned as if I was a criminal or attempting to commit a crime in their hotel. When the night before my small children and I carried our luggage in and could not find luggage carriers, there was no assistance at the front desk, so we struggled to bring our luggage in all at once because I was alone with three small children late at night. The next day, the front desk attendant questioned if I was trying to sneak in other people or pets into the hotel. I had to explain why I was asking for a possibly closer entrance before I can get a decent answer from the staff. She then informed me they had luggage carriers in the back. Then we were hunted down at the pool, which smelled of backed up sewer and didn’t appear clean or sanitary, by a man at the front desk, informing me that my friend and her daughter were not registered guests and I would be charged $20 per person, which was fine. I was not trying to hide them. We came in through the front as honest people would. Then I was charged the $40+ $30+ another $50. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay that I tried to make the best of for my kids. I will not ever be staying at this hotel again.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. There was construction being done in the room next to me & they started hammering on the walls at 8 am. No warning from the staff the night before.

Manager was extremely rude regarding my service animal. Worst customer service I’ve seen on my whole trip across the country.

I didn’t feel that this hotel held up to my standards on cleanliness.

The room was clean and the property seems well maintained. The tub/shower could do with an update. It was dangerously slippery needing some kind of grip in the bottom and there was one grab bar on the outside edge where it’s not practical to use during a shower. Easy fixes but just something to be aware of.

When we walked in, the desk person was talking to a friend/family member sharing phone pics and didn’t immediately stop and get to us. It took about 10 minutes to get us checked in- unknown why. We got to the room and the refrigerator was making a clicking noise and the toilet was plugged. We asked for someone to tend to the toilet and was told someone would be up right away, but after 15 minutes we went to the desk and just asked for another room. It was ok, but there were water stains on the ceiling in the room and bathroom and the bathroom fan didn’t work. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but ended up going somewhere else the second night. Also, breakfast ends at 9:00. People on vacation don’t want to have to get up do early so we skipped it.

My grandson loves the pool. That was his favorite part. I enjoyed the queen beds.

Convenient to interstate 40 the property is a little bit rundown but not in a bad neighborhood and happens to be right next-door to a steakhouse

We were traveling out west and needed a place to stay. As always, I checked Expedia and look for properties that are both well rated and are within my budget. Just property scored on both of those criteria.

Parking was not great either. Very sketchy altogether.

I made reservations for her through Hotels.com. No where was it disclosed to expect any additional fees. Did not see it on your site either. I would NEVER have booked a nonrefundable room if I had any inkling that there could be added cost.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and quick to help. Pool was nice. Parking was a little weird due to location. Overall really nice stay for me and the family.

We booked 2 rooms with double queen beds 1 of the rooms had bed bugs, woke up with bites following morning. Floors were Not clean little fridge did not close properly Do Not recommend. They said they were short staff, we had to ask for change of sheets & change them ourselves.

Our room was nice and clean. The most comfortable bed linens and pillows I've ever slept on. However the toilet seat was extremely loose and the faucet had a steady drip. The breakfast was good, but it needed some meat. No sausage or bacon. They had scrambled eggs, what I'd call southwestern potatoes and white country gravy, but no meat. What the heck this Amarillo Texas. Plenty of parking. All in all we had a great stay were up and gone a little before 7:30.

They have a new policy that if you live less than 80 or 85 miles from the location they are gonna charge you a $300+ deposit for the room.

The breakfast was great! Loved that the pool was heated, but the hot tub was disappointing. The jets barely blew and the whole pool area smelt like sewer and feces. The pool area was not very clean. We had got this motel specifically for the hot tub and the fact it t didn’t work was a bummer.

Breakfast was great and the front desk staff were super responsive and attentive. The beds were super comfortable.

The cleanliness all around could have been better. The pool water looked dirty along with the pool room. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned it a long time. For the price, it should have been way better.

Check in was an absolute nightmare due to discrepancies in listing. The hotel blamed hotels.com and vice versa, so who knows who is actually at fault. The front desk was unwilling to listen or attempt any sort of resolution.

What stands out is the young man who checked us in! So sorry not to have his name, but he was the essence of courtesy, friendly and helpful all rolled up in one!

The pool was out of service, the rooms could be updated. We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping never cleaned our room, even when we asked front desk to have it cleaned.

Dirty carpet, dirty sheets on the beds, and the room smelled terrible. Would not recommend.
