The premises need to be updated. Portable air conditioners that vent out the window. While A/C was nice, they were noisy but due to the area and lack of security made us feel uneasy. Door leading to the parking on the ground floor did not lock. No exterior security - cars were being repaired in the parking lot and people loitering in the parking lot drinking, loud music. Hardly any snacks, drinks for purchase. Bed was very uncomfortable, limited toiletries in bath. Worst Marriott we have stayed at.

The rooms definitely need updating. But adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was average with common items. My husband like the hot omlette option with Turkey sausage.

The hotel was great! We stayed in a 2-bedroom and it had 2 bathrooms and a living room/kitchen area with full fridge and stove and sink. It was perfect for our family! We went swimming and the pool was very clean. Breakfast each morning was also great. We will definitely stay here again.

I had wished the room was cleaner but for a cheap price I guess i couldn't expect more. The pool needed repairs tile was up which cut my kids toe. Overall stay was a three out of five.

One of the beds had bugs crawling on the sheets. There was a toilet plunger outside of the door when we arrived. The attendant didn't seem a bit concerned about removing it . The hotel is outdated. The stand up shower in the 2nd bathroom was horrid. It needs to be gutted and replaced. I wouldn't bathe my dog in it. We requested a refund and went elsewhere!!

Clean room. Stained tub. Smelly shower curtain. Had to go down and request more sheets and bedding for pull out Coach even though our reservation had the correct number of people on it. Unfortunately, Not updated property for the price. Breakfast was just ok. Not friendly staff for breakfast.

The room was dirty, the breakfast well let’s say what breakfast got down to the reception area at 8:15 am and nothing had been replenished. Had to ask for oatmeal to be made and the lady acted like I was asking for something I shouldn’t. The coffee and hot water was cold. Parking is terrible

The hotel/room was dirty and the hotel was in a state of disrepair. Dog poop/pee in the stairwell for a week and never cleaned up, wallpaper coming off the walls and generally dirty all over. Gym was down the entire time, side doors weren't working and constant issue with our cards not working. It was not a well managed hotel and would not recommend. The pics they provide are not what it looks like in real life.

The room was a 2 bedroom with fireplace. Bèds were really comfortable. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. The furniture was in need of replacing and carpets were in need of updating. The hallways were in need of repair and updating. The pool is indoors which was extremly hot in there so not used because it would bot have been refreshing after being putside in 93-98 degree weather. Breakfast was pretty decent and had variety of things to have. The staff was great and helpful and one staff member went out of her way to bring an extra blanket to our room when requested. Would recommend staying here and if ever in area again would stay agaiin.

We stayed in their biggest room because we have a big family. We stayed for the week expecting comfort and cleanliness because we paid $300 more to stay there than at another hotel. This hotel is so outdated we were not sure if it was dirty or just old. I think it was both. Stains on walls. Fridge did not work. Red stains on the sheets and comforter. Writing on walls. Carpets taped down with duct tape. Lighting was awful. Outlets did not work. A wet rag to the wall would help with the cleaning. Wallpaper in the hall was held up by tape. You hear dogs barking down the hall. Shower curtains were dirty. The tub is yellow from how old it is. One of the bathrooms in the room smelled like outhouse. The curtains are literally falling apart at the seams. Stains everywhere. The only upside was the space and the hot breakfast every morning. Save your money and rent 2 joining rooms somewhere else for the price of this one.

Requested a different room. They didn’t have the same size room we originally reserved, so they gave us two rooms across the hall from one another- which was a reasonable compromise. All 3 rooms we saw were dingy and worn down. Unfortunately, one of my daughters woke up with spots of blood on the sheets around her feet. Immediately notified the desk of possible bedbugs. The first woman we spoke to did nothing to help. The only other person I could find was handling breakfast - but she was polite and apologized for the first staff. She alerted a manager. The manager immediately said she’d report it to their pest control for inspection and email me a report to confirm bed bugs by the end of the day. It is now the end of the day and we never received an email. I called the front desk- that manager is gone and they don’t know anything about bedbugs in that room. I feel bad for whoever is sleeping there tonight.

Our room was perfect for our family of 6. There were 2 spacious bedroom/bathrooms, a living room, dining table, and kitchen. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was okay. Some of the food was a little gloopy and was not well stocked. We had to ask for 3 different things to be restocked. Comfy beds, quiet stay, and the pool was the perfect temperature.

Limited items, broken drink dispenser, very flimsy plasticware.(needed to but two knives together to cut a waffle, no way a fork could cut anything) this amenity not in very good operating order. Staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast.

When checking in was told after checked in that the indoor pool and hot tub were down for maintenance. We asked if we would be able to possibly use the Fairfield Marriott’s pool right next door and was rudely told no. Everything was very dated and a little sketchy I would have expect more from a Marriott hotel. Our room had exposed sprinkler heads, a non- working fire place, the chairs were worn and peeling.Breakfast was not hot, milk was frozen and juice machine did not work. Glad we only had it for one night. Would have been nice to know that the pool and hot tub were not working in advance would have booked elsewhere.

We booked this stay to get away and relax for the holiday. One of the reasons we booked here was because there is an indoor pool and hot tub. But when we got there the pool and hot tub were out of order. It would have been nice to know this in advance so we could have stayed somewhere else with a pool instead of sitting in our room watching tv. We arrived on Christmas day and nothing was open. The coffee pot didn't work in the room. I reported it but no one got us a working one. The hotel allows service animals and a dog was in the room across the hall. He barked quite often day and night.

Checking in was great! Christy who checked our rowdy family, myself included, was very friendly, welcoming & even shared in our laughter. The Hotel was very clean & offered plenty of conveniences. Trying to find the main entrance to this Hotel is not so easy. Very small entrance door from the parking lot. Our room was very clean both bedrooms had bathrooms that were stocked well. The pullout bed was not very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us while visiting and slept 4 of us well. There should be some type of ashtray or cigarette disposal near the side entrance doors. The area around these doors are completely littered with cigarette butts everywhere. Having a smoking section with a few chairs maybe a table and a disposal for butts would make things a lot nicer. Otherwise great place.

The kitchen/sitting room was about 100 degrees, the bedroom about 85 (with the small A/C running non-stop for 3 days. The cleaning staff were always friendly. The hotel should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this property. The fact that Residence Inn approves of this, shows their lack of concern for the clients. Should have been knocked down and replaced years ago.

That said, I was very disappointed. The ac did not work. Staff knew, evidenced by the two boxed fans left for us. The fan in one of the bathrooms did not work. The desk was broken and made to look like it wasn’t. There were several other little things that all piled up to the realization this place is desperate for some attention and updates. We were able to stay in the room but if another hotel had a two room suite available I would have taken it.

Driving all day from Austin, we were ready for a stop. Residence Inn was easily accessible, near restaurants and good reviews. Our suite of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area was perfect for 3 adults and a german shepherd dog. Only issue was AC wasn't functioning properly. Called for service and Justine came immediately to check on the unit and offered alternative to move to 2 separate rooms if the AC didn't kick on. We decided not to move and Justine provided 2 portable fans. The fans helped along with open windows ; thankful it was cool outside! With fans circulating air, it became comfortable for the night. Next morning, manager on duty offered apologies and took off the pet fee ($50) for the AC issue...NICE!
