When I booked my double bed, smoking, refrigerator, room I was already in a single queen, etc.. and even though there was a room that matched the one i reserved, i was told I could not change rooms and i was not given a reason why.

Old property that is in need of maintenance and updating.

I never felt safe here, so much so I barricaded my door that night. When I arrived there were pods of men in the parking lot. The lobby picture shown has to be when they first cleaned it, bc that looks NOTHING like the lobby I saw. They placed me on the bottom floor and on a corner that had no lights. The entire vibe gave off human trafficking to be honest. When I got in my room, I was honestly scared to leave bc of the lack of lights and the nefarious characters outside, so I didn't go get dinner. Then my AC didn't work. I didn't call the front desk bc I was scared it was some ploy to get people into my room. I slept with my clothes and shoes on so I could bug out quickly if needed. I'll never be back to this one. That photo is extremely deceiving, as are the reviews I read.

This place is absolutely worth the money. It’s clean, good priced, and a nice place to rest your head! They don’t try to overcharge and there was no weird smells. The shower was nice, housekeeping was nice, and was easy to get into. The door is secure and we didn’t feel unsafe. The staff is friendly and the tv has good channels. The pet is very worth it as well. It is the lowest fee we have seen yet.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room smelt like cigarettes even tho it’s a non smoking room, there were roaches everywhere crawling around, and the room felt stuffy and hard to breath. There was another guest on the same floor as me acting weird like he was watching my every move so I felt uncomfortable and rushed to my room.

The staff is beyond sweet.

Some customers have complained about bugs, I have stayed here several times and I haven't seen any bugs. The rooms may need some updating but I don't think they have a bug problem.

It was calm and comforting, but the first room we got that we ended up having to move rooms didn't have working lights but a few by the restroom and the worse was the heater stopped working not to long after arriving and it was a cold cold night. Once the following morning came we went down and addressed the issues so they moved us to another room, there were some minor issues with the second room and an usual visitor that randomly came to our door and was acting strange but eventually left us alone.

This hotel was a roach infested nasty place. The first room we were put in was infested with roaches. I went to the office to get a refund to be told because i booked thru eexpedia.i had to go thru them to get a refund but she did give us another room. The second room which was on 3rd floor and i have a bad knee fixing to have knee replacement the smoke detectir kept beeping and did not even have a bttery in it. I called the office to be told they didnt have any batteries and no one was there to help fix the issue. But she would be glad to move us to yet a third room. So she gave me keys to 2 more rooms and i went to check those rooms and only one of the keys worked but thankfully it was an ok room for the night. But it ended up we had to stay the whole trip because they said expedia never contacted them and i didnt just have money to throw awy on another hotel. Honestly i think they just dont want to respond because they dont want to refund anyone their money. But i will never stay here and would not recommend this hotel for even animals to stay at.

The night clerk on the front desk was clearly set up for a rough time while on duty. He was unfamiliar with the motel's software and struggled trying to check-in customers. He had to call his manager. After we got to our room, there were no batteries in the TV remote. We went to the front desk, but the clerk couldn't find the right batteries. He said the manager was coming in and would call us when she got there. No call, no batteries. This is not a dig on the clerk. He was clearly focused on the customers (there were other customers at the front desk with problems, but they can write their own reviews) and wanted to help them, but lacked the training and experience to address the issues properly. This is a management issue. In the room, thermostat on the heater was not working so we had to spend the night turning on the heater when it was too cold and off when it was too hot. There were also no labels on the heater (on-off, heat-cool, thermostat, fan, etc.). We found the heat and thermostat settings by trial and error, but it sure would have been easier with the knobs labelled. I've already mentioned the remote which meant we didn't watch any TV that night. There was also a light bulb missing in one of the lamps. Still, the sheets were clean and the shower was hot.

Terrible, looked like no one cleaned at all. Towles looked nasty, there was a roach as soon as i walked in, it was in the bathroom sink and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned also. Bathtub was disgusting, toilet looked like it was half wiped? I would like a refund if i could get ahold of anyone

I have stayed here several times never had any problems. If you're passing threw and just need a place to rest this is the place to stay. Reasonable price, friendly staff, clean and haven't seen a bug yet.

The Inn was very reasonably priced. However, it was very noisy, with people shouting most of the night.

Confortable bed. bathroom sink faucet on works on hot side. Several broken vehicles parked on the back. Hallways not very clean. Dogs barking, kids screaming, arguments, people screaming. At one point I was afraid a shooting was about to happened.

My room was downsized due to them not having availability of the queen size I reserved. The air conditioner did not get cold, they never had towels, I was next door to a couple always fighting, and people hanging out in the walk ways. I would not recommend. There was nothing I liked about the place.

We always go there for our trips no matter where we go

When checking in I was told to wait 30 minutes because "it was shift change". Room had bugs, only one functioning light in the room that was above the sink. Curtain was torn in many places and would fully close. Found trash from what I hope was previous occupant. Lastly the room smelt so so bad. Reeked from the bathroom and the in room chair. I had to check the room to make sure there wasn't a rotting body hidden. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Contemplated just sleeping in my car, but just plugged up my nose cause I'm down on luck with a place to live. I'd sleep in my car before staying at this hotel again, it was non-refundable

Place overall wasn’t bad but didn’t have hot water which i wasn’t made aware of and it didn’t have the non slip mat in the tub which is dangerously in my opinion

I kept seeing some guy walk passed my room everyday trying to get in. My room had cat litter under the desk n trash under the bed. It smelled like strong smoke in the room. There was urine on the toilet seat and around the toilet. The fridge was filthy, the bed smelled of smoke.

Reasonable price but don't offer much. If you just need a room to rest this is the perfect place. Front desk aliittle crumpy at times, nothing serious. Some of the rooms may look better then others but I have never seen a bug in any of the rooms I've stayed in and that's a plus. Over all I would give it a B+.

A good place to stay when you don't have much money. Reasonable price for a night stay. The staff is great and I never had a problem when staying here.

Room was filthy, drafty, and people kept trying toget into my room. I left the next morning without a partial refund for two days that were still at my disposal.

I like to stay at this property, but these last few times I have stayed I did not enjoy at all I have been removed from room to room each time I stayed, and on this last day I found roaches and a bed bug. The customer service is awesome but the cleanliness is not up to my standards and they need to do something about it quick

It was great. First room was nasty they didn't have someone clean it. But as soon as i let them know they fixed us up got us a new room.

Place is going downhill after a few months of having New owners. First time I go there and no hot water. Wasn’t able to shower al day until very late the night. Loud bikers (place is next to Harley Davidson lot) all night couldn’t get peace or quiet. Noticing decline

You'll never find better value. Alot of cigarette butts in parking lot, but comfortable and clean. Pleasant desk clerks. Dont park under the trees, lots of bird action

Overall it was decent but with a few Concerns about my room. The room was not clean thoroughly and there was stuff left on the outside of myfront door. That I had to pick up and go away myself. I'm glad no children were able to touch that.

Bring your own pillows theirs are flat and you get two a bed. Bed though was surprisingly comfy for the price.

It was a nice stop and reasonably priced.

I liked that this was not a franchise motel. I liked the staff. responsive and polite. I was sorry that they do not deign to offer coffee in the lobby ... that does help add a little "community" to the mornings. It desperately needs good maintenance and repair by conscientious competent servicers.

We needed a cheap place to sleep for a few hours on a road trip. We arrived at 2am and there was a couple arguing by one of the sets of stairs. The woman was crying on the ground with a bottle of alcohol in her hand and the guy was blocking the stairs with his bike. Once we opened the door to our room there was an instant overwhelming smell of smoke. There was a wire clothes hanger sticking out of a hole in the wall between the beds, and the toilet was dirty. We were exhausted and only planned to be there a few hours so we didn’t worry about asking to change rooms. As I closed my eyes to go to sleep I prayed that we were safe and our car was safe.

I will not be going back. The first thing that hit me was the smell as soon as I opened my room door. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. The bathtub wouldn't drain fast enough while showering, so i was standing in ankle deep water within minutes. The smoke alarm was missing with the wire hanging. I could hear everything from the person next door through the outlet on the wall. The low price was not worth the stay. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

I had to change rooms bc not only did the door have a jam and wouldn’t open or close sometimes it stopped working and we were locked out for half the day but once we got access we had to change rooms which had an odor.

Do not stay here when I arrive the lady is difficult yo understand and I ask her if the rooms are clean and she shares that she only works there. Then I get to the room and it beyons dirty there are hairs in the sheets and both sides of the pillow cases. Then there are dead bugs in the sink and on the floor. Then the main comforter has holes and smells like sweat. None of the sheets were cleaned. Then, I go call her and ask her if she can give me another room and she pretends she does not understand and says the room is fine. I call the next day and ask to speak to the manager and the manager says gives me an attitude and scolds me for anwering a question too fast. We left and did not stay due to the conditions of the room. Manager gives the excuse that they are remodeling. This is unnaceptable and no one should ever have to stay in a room lile this. The night lady looks and acts as if she is on something. Then the manager is rude.

Neither The bathroom nor floors had been cleaned. There was excrement in the toilet. The sheets were stained with blood. The staff alleged the ice machine worked, but it didn't.

Staff was friendly, however once we got to the room this was horrible. The elevator was broken and we had two kids, the ice machine was broken. The room was the worst, nats all over the bathroom sink, toilet, and window seal and a/c unit. Beetle bug dead on the bathroom floor along with another big. Floor laminate between bathroom and room was lifted and shredded and unsafe. No soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels were rough. If we weren't so exhausted from driving and arrived late we definitely would have left right away and requested a full refund, we booked through Expedia.

Great to have a smoking room. Location was excellent. Room needs attention, but for the cheap price, I feel like I got my monies worth and then some.

When you opened the door, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming and nauseating. My husband ended up having an asthma attack. And we had specifically made a reservation for NONSMOKING. And of course we did it online so there was no way of getting a refund. This place was horrible and the staff was rude when being asked generic questions. For a place that’s in the medical district, you would think this would be a better facility and nicer than it is. A crack shack is better than this place! We should’ve just stayed in our car and saved money instead of getting a room at this horrid place..

It was nice

It was ok. Ownership changed recently and it appears they are working to improve the rooms. It was clean but you couldn't take a bath as there was no stopper.

They have box TVs - need I say more.

The stay was not terrible for what we paid. There is a large amount of old and discarded furniture piled up along the exterior walkway next to rooms filled with the same.

We were traveling from Texas to Missouri. Never had to pay a deposit for a place no better than we were. Had jack hammers go off for hours. Stressed out my dog and more. Had horrible headaches from it. Never again

The bathroom was not acceptable. The tub and the shower curtains need to be updated and the TV also. The refrigerator did not work properly it did not get cold. Also I could tell the bedsheets and the bedspread were not properly clean at all

There was dog poop in our room that has obviously been sitting there for awhile. I paid for a king bed in a smoking room and was told they were all sold out when I got there. Too much trouble and was just very uncomfortable and unclean!

I didn’t get to stay. The clerk did not let me check in because my license broke in my pocket

Convenient for skiing at Ski Apache. People running the hotel are great. I also like their $10 cash back for no housekeeping per day.

All was well, except I didn't think too highly of the big that was crawling on the table when it was time to eat..
