Pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the king size bedroom suite. Everything seemed clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t come for the breakfast! It was anything but good. The room was pretty nice but there definitely needs repairs on the outside of the hotel.

Rooms we're excellent and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was breakfast was late, but possibly starts later on weekends and I just wasn't aware. Other than that I would highly recommend this location for it's cleanliness and quietness. A+++

The room layout was good, plenty of elevators, had a good variety for breakfast. No toilet paper or facial tissues in the room. Hallway smelt of garbage; room smelt of garbage & garlic. Not enough towels in the room and when we requested more for our family of four, we were told they didn’t have any more. Ceiling fan remote was missing from the room. Pool hours on website were not accurate( said it was open 7am to 10pm when actually open from 9-9); went to pool at 9am when it opened and was asked not to swim at that time because they clean the pool at 9am every day... despite that being the time it’s supposed to be available.

Only provided quarter roll of paper towels in the kitchen, no toaster (and none available for the rooms), one dinner plate, iron but no ironing board, only two towels provided. Not even the bare minimum for an extended stay type hotel. We booked specifically for the kitchen amenities, and have stayed at much less expensive hotels that were much better equipped .

This is a great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are pretty good. They even had half and half for coffee. That is very important to our family! The rooms are very quiet. That is very much appreciated since the hotel is near I-40. We did not hear semi-trucks racing by. The bedding was very comfortable and everything looked clean. I even tested the bathroom room with a UV light and was very happy with the results. The kitchens are equipped with a large fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and a kitchen sink. It's very nice! There are several entrances to the hotel so after you check in you can park closer to your room and just enter from a different door instead of having to go through the main lobby every time. They have a decent workout room. The Texas decor is fun and everything is maintained well. We'll definitely be going back to this particular Homewood Suites for future visits.

Great place to stay for all you could ask for. Check in was great and service desk was very nice and accommodating us by allowing parking close to the lobby since we had bikes on the back of our vehicle. Great room with all the amenities you could ask for. Great suite with comfortable bed, cold AC, and very quite hotel. Breakfast was great with a good selection and great hostesses. We have stayed at other hotels close by but this will be our go to when traveling through Amarillo.

Check in was quick and clerk was very personable. We had a king suite w kitchenette and couch. The bed was wonderful. The walk in shower was big with good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, tortillas with salsa and shredded cheese. Then the usual yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, cereals and waffle maker.

I booked this place, hoping to swim in the beautiful pool. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the pool was unavailable due to rain, and it was full of trash. Had I known about this I would’ve booked a different location.

There was a refrigerator, coffee machine... all we needed. We will be back

It took 2 hours after we check in at 3pm to get a room due to them not having it ready. We were told repeatedly that it was going to take 30mins to get it ready it wasn’t. Folded out the couch bed and the Mattress topper was full of dog hair, and the staff don’t care to help in any way.

My husband and i were traveling from visiting family. We got in late from a tire blow out. We waited 10/15 min for the front desk to start checking us in. Jamie the night manager was horrible at her job as a customer service representative. She was not polite or courteous. She had our dates wrong in her system. We sat fighting with hotels and Jamie for at least 2hrs. Jamie hung up multiple times on hotels.com. She wouldn't accommodate us. I showed her on my phone our itinerary but that was not enough for her. We ended up going next door to hilton garden. They took care of us and told us that other people have had issues with her. Hilton garden said that she canceled our booking.

Room was spacious but outdated and had minimal towels based on number of people staying in the room. Overall appearance of the hotel seemed dated and not well maintained. The pool was not operational basketball court was not usable. Complementary breakfast was minimal, and no other perks were noted as a majority of the machines were nonfunctional. The staff was very helpful and always gracious with any request my wife and I had..

They actually told us when we were puzzled about the number of beds in the room, ‘At this hotel, a king is intended to accommodate three parties’

But this time around coffee was cold. Breakfast wasn’t good. Low on some items. Coffee creamer was one item. Everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay on our return trip. There were minor issues with the room (toilet wasn't working properly - needs a new anti-siphon valve - and the towel hook on the bathroom door was not secured). We were disappointed that the swimming pool was empty (a sign indicated it would re-open May 1) and the fitness room was closed due to renovations. Breakfast was great. Overall, a good place to stay.

The floor inside our room was dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed anytime recently … the entire hotel had a pungent stench throughout the hallways and the breakfast was barely stocked and lackluster

Staff was very courteous. They put us in a room with a shaved door and broken TV to start, though. Once we found that all out, they resolved by moving us to a larger, nicer suite.

Staff assured my request, friendly and genuine. Awesome room with big TV, hot shower with excellent pressure, quiet, good lighting, nice kitchen, pod coffee, comfy bed, all very spacious, inviting, spotlessly kept. Love it all! Lobby and dining area was lovely. Roomie hallways. My dog was welcomed and had plenty of grass to sniff and roam.

Lots of dining options close by, some within walking distance. Adequate free parking, friendly staff. Easy access to I-40 either direction. Super friendly staff, will definitely stay here again!

It was clean but no room service for 3 days , so it had a little trash can so you had to take out your trash. Had a to ask for clean towels. Because they only give you two.
