We have booked a room for 5 adults and they assigned us a room with a double bed and a sofa, so 3/4 people. We have discussed it with the manager and he told us we should have had to paid 218$ to get one single more room plus what we have paid already, or the other way to get refunded and go away in the middle of the night. Just awful!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really liked the accommodations in the rooms. We had 6 people in one room and it was comfortable. I appreciated the full-sized fridge, sink, and dishwasher. On the downside, the door to the bathroom didn't lock and the hotel itself was a little rundown. We tried to have breakfast, but there were very few options to choose from, and many things were gone 30 minutes before breakfast ended (no hot items and juice came out as only water), so we ate out instead. I do plan on staying in the same hotel chain in the future, but I will probably choose one a little more up to date then this location. Regardless, this was great stay for being in a pinch.

This is a great hotel to stay in. It’s very clean the rooms have a small kitchen with comfortable beds and convenient location to our restaurants. This is our second stay at this hotel and we would stay here again!

TV reception was not good. Breakfast could have been better. Place was nice.

Not having pet fee on website when booking and when you get there you get a big surprise on pet fee.

My husband and i were passing through Amarillo. We came in super late and the night staff was great checking us in. Everyone was extremely pleasant and breakfast was nice.

The on-site manager, Jessica is very rude and has a power trip over the facilities! She makes assumptions and does not ask questions before she starts bossing people and threatening to escort them off the premises when she doesn’t even know what’s going on. The Front Desk staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. There were a few shortcomings but nothing that we couldn’t get past the on-site manager Jessica made my stay horrible and I will be reaching out to the general manager.

Breakfast simple but good food was fresh, maybe a little more vairety (especially fruit) but. Rooms were cozy and clean, pool and workout room were top notch. Staff was awesome very attentive and helpful qould definelty stay again.

Our floor was extremely noisy with really loud dogs, running up and down the halls and barking until 2 AM.

First of all- the room smelled clean and was tidy. The hotel shower- very low water pressure - making it hard to shower, also- after 1 of 4 showers- there was almost no hot water. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hallways smelled of manure and just made for a very unpleasant stay. Very unsatisfying stay for a Hilton. Will not return and forsure would not recommend.

Everything was awesome! Well lit parking lot with plenty of space for our dogs to walk around, friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable room. Wonderful stay all around.

Great hotel. No restaurant but nice breakfast and our room had a small kitchenette and living area. Dog friendly with a large grassy lawn in the back. Nice amenities- especially for a longer stay!

Passing through Amarillo and decided to book for one night. Welcoming customer service, rooms were very clean and good breakfast.

The property is ok. The shower is not good. Too small and mold in corners . It’s not the cleaning person problem .. it’s a maintenance issue. They need to re caulk it or replace totally.

Room was nice and spacious. LOVE the kitchen and sense of ‘home’. The hot tub is big and clean. Breakfast could be better with a more spacious serving box. Trying to get food out of the “box” was difficult.

Wookie greeted us with a quick check in and the breakfast staff ladies were all smiles and very accommodating, as well as the sweet girl who checked us out. We utilized the large , clean indoor pool and loved our clean room.

Matt at the desk was kind and very helpful. Love that this is a pet friendly property.

Great place! Clean rooms with lots of great extras like a pool, grilling area, seating areas inside and outside and good breakfast too.

Clean, family friendly, and very welcoming.This stay was part of military move, so we were very exhuasted and late to arrive (2am ish). But there was still a staff at the front welcoming us, and we were so relived that we had a room.

We loved the room and our kids loved the pool.

We used the laundry room and it was clean and easy to access.

In general, great stay. But as one review I saw online stated, some of the updates are already showing signs of wear. I couldn't get past the rust around the drain in the bathroom sink, easily and inexpensively remedied. Aside from that, everything was good, including access to nearby restaurants.

Nice hotel, quick and easy check in. Clean room, but strong laundry detergent smell on bedding that made my arms break out. Mattress not that comfy, but doable. Nice fridge/freezer, roomy bedroom. Bathroom door difficult to use and toilet paper hard to reach. Nice in-room coffee selection. Loved the saltwater pool and breakfast selections!

Overall, it’s a good stop over place when driving and from Colorado with pets.

Room was awesome. Had everything we needed. Breakfast had many options and was good. Very pet friendly. Had a walking trail around hotel with several green areas for pets.

The bed sheets were not cotton, if you’re a hot sleeper and have to stay here, bring your own sheets. We got a room close to the breakfast area, at 5am the staff started preparing breakfast while chatting loudly. Needless to say, I got just about 3 hours of sleep all night. Will not return.

I especially enjoyed the bedroom. The dividing curtain was a nice touch to give the feeling of privacy, separating the King bed from the sofa bed where my kids slept. The small kitchenette was stocked well and the fridge was a great size!

We just needed time to spend with our grandkids and they wanted to swim. We had a nice quiet relaxing evening!

Problem coffe machine empty and coffee in the AM was Luke warm. Helpful staff Newly renovated was a plus. AC unit loud.

The suit room is very good , I booked suit with king bed plus sofa pull bed, The sofa pull bed was not good. My room was near reception and we did hear the conversation . The property is near high way but don't hear any sound from traffic. The hotel did not had any vegetarian breakfast and had only continental .

This was the first time we had booked a Home2Suites room. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate 5 of us. The room had good facilities including dishes, cutlery, fridge, dish washer etc. Room was spacious and all facilities were very good. We as a family were happy about the accommodation. The morning breakfast was very good. Lot of good food options. The gym was very well equipped. The pool was nice. The staff were friendly and nice. Overall very happy with our stay at this Home2Suites location.

Jessica was fantastic at check in. Took time to fill us in on what to check out on the area.

The property was a little further away from the freeway, so was fairly quiet. The room was spacious and well-stocked. There was an unexpected issue with the AC vent cover, but the maintenance team corrected this within minutes. Overall, a good stay.

Romm was awesome. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Poor choices and tasted like cardboard. Staff was excelent and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue with the stay was the breakfast in the morning. Everything else was wonderful

Dog friendly with grass areas and places to walk my dog.

Staff were welcoming and very nice. Asked our girls basketball team how they did and cheered for them. The pool and outdoor lounging area were perfect for our large group.

The room was very spacious and all employees were terrific. The pool and workout room were nice. Breakfast was the best. The only issues with the room were the tub barely drained and the air-conditioning did not cool well. Overall though it's a nice hotel with great staff.

Property and people were nice. Their checkout and check in process sucked. Also their app does not accept the confirmation numbers to be able to access many of the hotel’s amenities.

The room was probably the best I have ever stayed in Full size refrigerator, microwave, very comfortable bed, very clean. It was like staying in sn apartment ❤️Very close to the hospital. Relaxing place to stay during family crisis.
