The room was well air-conditioned. The air conditioner was very noisy. The beds were old and sunken in the middle. The carpet felt wet and the room had a terrible musty smell. When we first got to our room, housekeeping had not finished making the beds. This was definitely not up to Hilton Hotel standards.

This was a very quiet and great place to stay. It was real quick for my family just passing thru. Pool was nice although we didn’t have too much time to enjoy. Air temp in room was perfect for the middle of summer.

Staff was friendly and the room was decent. Mattress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable! The bathroom was just kind of rundown and not very nice. The pet fee was $75 which is ridiculously high!

The room was great

I just slept and left, so I didn’t use any featured amenities, but otherwise it was a comfortable room. There was a regular continental breakfast that was included with my booking, but I probably wouldn’t pay for it separately. Overall, though, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Amarillo. It felt very safe, and the property was nice.

Too expensive for not even a free Continental breakfast. AC was loud. Two lamps for lighting? Really!! Why have a desk if you can't see

We just expected more out of Hilton. The building seemed very generic and cheaply built. It did not give a feeling of luxury. It reminded us of a lot of hotels that the foreigners will be owning in 10 years after the Hilton‘s done with them. Our room had extremely high ceilings, which was OK except for echoed really bad. Very disappointed in Hilton. I think I could’ve done better at the super eight.

If you come in on Motorcycle they allowed me to park right in the front under the awning.

We got to the hotel late the lady in the front was rude & didn’t explain the $50 hold on my car. We got the room door doesn’t shut right with out it slamming there was trash under the bed not cleaned up, the roof next to the window was full of bird poop & bird eggs. There was a fire alarm off the wall w wire exposed.

I was extremely disappointed in our stay. Our room was not cleaned well. We found an empty wine box on the floor when we walked into our room, the beds looked like children made them, and we were lacking in both towels and pillows. We booked a room with two queens and were given 2 full size towels. Each bed had 2.5 pillows on them. You may be curious at the “.5,” and trust me, so was I. I guess the pillows were so broken down, they folded them in half inside the pillowcase to make a half pillow. All of the pillows were crap. They were like the suggestion of a pillow, like an idea of what a pillow might be one day when it grows up…the la croix version of a pillow, if you will. The beds were uncomfortable too so we can’t leave them out. One was more uncomfortable than the other which we later figured out it was because the bed or the box spring was busted underneath. The other bed was just old and worn out. The staff who checked us in was helpful, but it stops there. At one point, my husband went to the front desk to ask for additional towels and was told “well, I’ll see if we have any” with quite a bit of attitude. At one point, I received a text asking us to rate our stay from 1-5 to which I responded “2.” I then had someone on staff respond asking if they could discuss with me, we set up a time, and they never called. So I don’t think it mattered that much to them. I would have changed hotels if not a huge hassle. I just won’t ever stay here again. Pool was nice though.

Not super clean. Check-in was a nightmare because apparently to open the door to your room you have to pull the handle up….unlike any other hotel and somehow the employee at the front didn’t know that. I was informed by another guest. One elevator was down and the other sounded like I should have been down.

Room had a crack in the sink and spraying drain water on the floor ie your feet. After notifying staff, they said they were aware and didn’t put the room out of service, or move us.

The room was clean but unfinished. It looks like they cut contribution short.

We got in late ~11pm, I checked in online, but still had to go to the desk. I’m not sure the point of online check in when I still had to swipe my card and sign in. BUT the hotel itself is nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Large clean suite, however it was on the side of the hotel near the freeway and I listened to the freeway traffic all night

Computers weren't working properly when we got there at 11:30pm, after a 13 hour drive. Was woken up at 6am by loud footsteps above me and doors slamming shut around me! We had 5 rooms at over $700 total for a geand stay of 6 hours!! Extremely disappointed and will not stay at a Hilton hotel again!!

Renovated inside. Stayed with two adults and two small kids and had a large enough room. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelettes hit the spot. Kids loved the variety of cereal.

My son and I picked up several bed bug bites. Praying we didn't bring them home with us. $75 pet fee for a one night stay is absurdly high especially since there was dog doo all over the grounds.

The place was clean. Room was big for a one-bed. The hot water in the shower was only lukewarm. Bartender gave me a bill that was overcharged. Thankfully I caught the error. I hope it was just an error. Staff friendly.

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, with excellent bedding and thoughtful touches that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. Everything felt fresh and spotless, which is something we truly appreciated. The staff deserves special praise — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether at check-in or during our stay, everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of without being overbearing.

Not the expected Hilton Garden Inn experience. Room was large, but bland. Room needed updates...bathroom shower and HVAC. It was cold during my visit but I turned heating off because room was too warm...and I'm usually one to complain about being too cold.

It was a pretty good stay as are most days at Hilton Garden Inn properties. We had a couple of issues, some guests were checked into our room on top of us, which wasn’t a big deal as we were dressed and just watching TV when they walked in but a little unnerving. The only other issue was a lack of hot water at around 7:30 AM but the hotel was full so probably a lot of people taking a shower. Other than that everything else, the food, the room were all good!

I've worked in a hotel in the past and you guy look pretty good and i was very impressed by how the lobby looks to the hallways with the different color carpet and the rooms were excellent. Very well kept up. Good job people👏👏

This place was great from the front desk to the bar. We really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

The sink in my room was cracked, and the bathroom was extra small with the bathroom door crowded to the shower door. The check-in staff was excellent with exceptional customer service, while the check-out staff was nice, but obviously very busy. The lobby was very inviting.

When reporting the issues at checkout, the staff offered reward points to make up for their terrible room, not any kind of refund. They promised maintenance would fix the issues - but the damage was already done. Will not be staying here again.

The room was a little banged up, but it was a pet friendly room, so no worries. It was on the first floor floor, which was very convenient. The most fabulous thing about the hotel is the offering of food light into the evening. It’s very nice to come in and get decent food instead of hunting around the neighborhood

The rooms were nice-decent. Although I couldn't get the water from the shower to turn off and the hot water took forever. The "Cheff was really rude and bad attitude. We got our breakfast & our food was so salty ee couldn't finish it.

My reservation was canceled. I don’t know who canceled it, but we were not able to stay at this hotel because the reservation was canceled them but out to me no idea how that happened but we stayed somewhere else.
