Nothing The very definition of roach motel! Do not stay here. Absolutely disgusting!

Beds and pillows VERY comfortable. I slept like a rock. Room was quiet. Hotel appeared "empty." Hotel was in the process of being renewed. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast was standard low quality fare offered by low rate hotels. I expected better.

Rooms were very spacious, ac worked. The shower backed up so when you take a shower the water would just keep rising. The sheets had small blood stains on them and there were the tiny roaches in the bathroom.

When I arrived to check in they informed me that they didn't have any rooms available.

comfy bed no breakfast (yet was advertised as having it), very old bath tub and carpet. Room was a bit smelly.

Unfortunately when we arrived the property had been flooded and was under construction. The staff was very friendly and recommended we stay somewhere else.

Nothing......only thing we looked forward to was getting out of there. The facility was dirty, carpets were stained, hall ways had debrie on the ground, Unknown substances on the walls. The room we were suppose to stay in was flooded so they put us in a different one. Bed was horrible if you sat on the edge it would start to flip..... bathroom was the worst, holes in the ceiling covered with dry wall hanging on by 2-3 screws. Bathtub was disgusting, toilet was partially broken and incredibly stained. Lastly the bathroom ceiling looked like there was possible mold. This hotel has supposedly been under construction for over 2 years. It looks like only a handful of rooms are supposedly operational the rest look gutted out. Honestly they should be forced to close to until they actually make it a safe place for people to stay.

The clerk stunck he didn't know how to do his job the room was nasty couldn't even take a shower there was no hot water

I reserved two weeks in advance and then the day before got a call from the hotel saying they didn't have a room for me

Don’t stay here unless you like roaches and ran down rooms. The property is in disrepair. I found 5 roaches my first night and then I moved hotels. It’s not worth the money to stay here.

My room wasn’t cleaned well, mold above the shower, stained sheets and towels, and I found roaches in my room and the hallways

Was cheap for what I paid but also was very sketchy the room carpet is old better wear slippers don’t take all your stuff in or leave on the floor their are roaches so make sure you shake everything out! Will not stay again! If I did not see roaches I think I’d be ok! Sleeping on the bed made me scare because behind the head board was webs and stuff!

My wife and daughter checked in before me as I was traveling in. The room had a horrible insect problem. Roaches, gnats, other crawling insects, some kind of stains on the bathroom sink, bathtub was in bad condition and the bathroom ceiling was falling covered in mold. Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos of the bugs just pictures. Asked to get moved to a different room but it smelled like cat urine. I will say the gentleman working and the owner were very helpful and understanding why we did not end up staying. Was told by the owner she would be more than willing to refund. Waiting to see if I do.

Pretty sure the hot tub and pool are out of commission or something. Seems like it's not so bad if you are a smoker. I'm not so I had to ask for another room, and it was .... More tolerable so decided to just go to bed.

Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom ceiling was moldy. Beds would fall off the box they were on. I would have left but didn't have money to go somewhere else. So nasty. Glad it was only for a night.

The front desk was very nice. However there were roaches and i checked out early and had to find different accommodations.

The property is under construction. The staff where rude and inconsiderate. The restroom exhaust fan didn't work. The rooms were smelly like no one stayed there in years. They had roaches. When I bought it to the staffs attention. He told me" that there was no roaches in there because they cleaned today." Don't recommended to anyone but you know what they say you pay for what you get.

The staff was polite, the building was quiet and easy to to get in and out.

The non-smoking facility is located just off I-40 between Western and Paramount, near restaurants from sit-down dining to fast food, with a convenience store within walking distance. Despite the ongoing renovations, noise has never been bothersome. Parking is ample, rooms are a good size, and beds are plush and comfortable with clean linens. The TV offers basic cable but can easily connect to streaming devices. Bathrooms have a detached sink area, and rooms include basic amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The long-time staff is small but great, and the front desk is available for most of the 24 hours. There’s currently no breakfast, but rooms have a full-size refrigerator and microwave for your needs, and the ice machine has never been out of order. I especially appreciate the building’s security: the normally keyed entry doors lock at night making them inaccessible, and room entrances are interior rather than exterior. My son and I have stayed here many times over the years—from full capacity to a smaller guest count—and we’ve always enjoyed our time here. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for a quiet extended stay it’s been comfortable and reliable for us. Definitely recommend.

It looks like they’re about to start some renovations so hopefully it gets better in the future. But for now, the hall carpet leading to the rooms is old, stained, and has holes. The smelled of vomit, there were roaches and the toilet and shower were stained. Not great.

This place should be shut down for extreme health code violations. Deeply stained sheets, carpet and curtains, nothing had been cleaned before check in, the shower had mold and mildew everywhere, the toilet was running, the headboard on the bed was broken. The hotel of course had a “absolutely no refunds for any reason” sign posted and now I know why! The only decent thing there was the nice lady at the front desk the next morning.

There was literally a roach in our room we went to the only two rooms they had available and both were equally terrible. We asked for a refund and slept in the car. Do not stay here

The staff was good the room itself the roof in the bathroom was cut out and just had screws temporarily holding it up the tub was filthy the room is just overall dirty there is roaches in the bathroom I would not stay there again

This place is disgusting. The rooms stink. The refrigerator in one of the rooms had graffiti all over. My son got me up after 3hrs covered in bug bites. They were huge bug bites. The guy at the front desk was so high, he could barely function. The rooms were disgusting. They smelled horrible. The bathtubs leaked everywhere. The mattresses were covered in brown spots. The pictures on the website are definitely not what the place looks like. Do not be fooled.

Off I-40 so delivery is convient but the staff here is so rude. The manager wanted to asked me what my disabilities are for my service animal and tried to charge me a pet fee. After i reminded her that all of that was illegal she said my dog didnt appear to act like a service animal. Walking down the hall i could tell the place was ran down but when i opened the room... it smells ungodly. No point in even trying to get a room change or anything.

Holes had been cut in cieling. The desk clerk was not welcoming. I did not feel safe in the room or hotel and ended up leaving at midnight. I would not recommend this place at all.

The clerk was asleep when we walked in. 4 hours later he knocks on our doors wakes us up and tells us we have to pay an additional 25 dollars per room because we checked in before 3 pm and then charged us for a full 24 hour. The one room didn’t have a working smoke detector ,it was taken apart and had a peice of paper towel stuck inside it. Bathrooms were filthy as was the room. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hallway carpet is terrible dirty, you can hear people in the next room l, the front desk person was asleep at the desk, dont stay here. There were holes on the sheets.

The manager, i dont even know how she got her job! She blamed us for our dog barking even though we proved it was coming from another room, barged in our room yelling at us and being completely unprofessional and than kicked us out without refunding any of our $500 we paid to stay there, even though there was no damage to the room. Than the property was unsafe due to them renovating the top floor. I will be reporting this place and i see why they dont do much business

The manager was extemely rude, yelling and cussing at us. Accused our dog of barking all night when I literally went to the front desk while the other rooms dog was barking for an hour straight and they didnt care. We paid for a week and didnt damage the room and got none of our money back. And their night clerk sleeps all night and acts like its a bother when you wake him up for something. I would highly recommend not staying here! I will be reporting this to the BBB.

The stay was ok. The bed was clearly needing to be replaced. I could feel the springs. And the bathroom had a very dim light so I had to keep the door open to see. Other than that, I didn't have any issues.

Well, after driving for 15 plus hours, first thing you want to do is lay down. Don't do that. Check in was a little slow and annoying only because I was asked to go back outside to look at my rentals' LP number after describing the make and model of the car. How about we focus on getting the room? When arriving to the room, I usually check for bed bugs, there was none thankfully, but there are ROACHES! There was one on the table and one by the tub. The bathroom was DISGUSTING! The room was filthy. There was trash behind the night stand. Room was just nasty overall. I didn't stay long. Only passing through. They also don't do refunds, so please, go stay somewhere else. Even if its a few extra dollars, GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!

The area has stuff littering the veranda as you pull in, it is obvious they are renovating and i was told there are only a total of 12 rooms available for check-in out of 300

2 day I saw a mouse in my room...the maintenance man put down sticky traps even tho i had my dog with me

We got to the hotel, and the whole place smelled like marijuana. We were hesitant but when ahead and checked in. The room was so gross. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. We promptly left.

This property is in poor condition. There was black mold in the bathroom in the tub/shower and on bathroom walls. The ceilings were falling apart. I took pictures if interested

This place is a dump. Every word for unclean applys. Roaches in the bathroom. Nasty carpet. Bathtub had been patched numberious times. It would be better to sleep in your car.

People working at this hotel are not very friendly. When i got into the room there brown roaches crawling on bathroom mirror. I got my stuff and left. Would not recommend this place.

Group rented 3 rooms. One room had a mouse, all three rooms had roaches. Roaches were everywhere, including the hallways. Noticed problems after paying and was told no refunds. Many other problems. Not safe for children.

Room were unsanitary there was huge wholes in the ceiling in the bathrooms and they were not suitable for renting out to people at all it was embarrassing and uncomfortable

Had a great day for the Price. Sheets were white, had lots of water pressure. The building is undergoing some maintenance and I’m sure soon it will look great.

The property is under construction and none of the advertised amenities are available. No breakfast, no restaurant at all. Pool has been drained. Only a few rooms are even inhabitable. Our first room had no water pressure, toilet would not flush & bath tub was horrible. They moved us and the second room had decent water pressure but I still would not even step into the tub to shower. The bed & linens were good, fridge was cold & AC worked well. Once the remodel is completed it might be a good property but it should not be accepting guests now. Aug 2, 2024

Tub looked filthy (although I was assured it’s not) and the shower knob pulled right out of the wall (it was puttied in). There was toilet paper already in the toilet as though someone forgot to flush and there was a giant cutout in the ceiling that was poorly repaired. The light barely worked and the fixture was covered in dead bugs (on the inside). This is not a professional hotel operation. People were nice enough.

Just terrible, dirty, toilet screamed the entire time and water leak the window on the first floor was absolutely terrible and unsafe just not good at all

I could see the hotel was under construction but the room they gave me was awful.. it was dirty covered in dust and had a strong mildew smell. The fridge was dirty and there were plenty of roaches to go around. The furniture is busted up and there are holes all in the walls and curtains and a big gaping square hole over the shower. The shower is extremely outdated I had to use a cup to wash the soap off of me and the tub was disgusting. I placed a towel down to shower. As I also mentioned before there were a lot of roaches and different types of bugs. They have a strict no refund policy after you have purchased and they don’t show you the room. They staff weren’t rude but werent friendly . The pool is drained so don’t count on that. Roaches in the lobby entrance and paint chipping and wood and trash and cut up carpet in hallways and stairways.

There was a couple of roaches in the room. The door had a gap and it made us uncomfortable. The windows had the lock broken. In the shower up on top of the ceiling there’s an area that they might of fixed but it’s not covered properly.

It kind of fit in Amarillo. Run down motel and a trashy city. Amarillo has got to be the dump for surrounding cities. Trash everywhere.

Staff difficult to contact. You have to call to contact staff even during day time. No breakfast or coffee before checking out. The handicap corner room smelled like stale cig smoke, mold and urine soo bad I had hard time to sleep and woke with sore throat which is not normal for me. Was told that I could see my car if I park at dumpster where a homeless person lives and tow away signs are posted. I would definitely not stay at this Ext Stay again. Better to pay a bit more for a better nights rest.

I decided to go get a bite to eat for dinner and I spoke to the waiter and asked him about that property. And they said you need to get the hell out of there as soon as you can. Immediately booked another room at another place went back to the hotel and got my stuff and never returned, so I never spent the night. I guess booking another room was worth spending money instead of possibly having your car broken into and having thousands of dollars in expenditures. I do not recommend this place at all and they need to make sure those positive reviews are taken down because they’re absolutely fake.

The staff seemed very nice. The property is definitely you get what you pay for. It seems they are in the remodeling of the rooms, so keep that in account when staying.

Room was beat up. Lamps were broken. Chair at desk was a death trap. All plug falls out of wall sockets. Shower dripped all night. Bedbug stains on lampshades. Food splatters on walls floor ceiling and lampshades. Perimeter not vacuumed in years. Bathroom looks like a dog was kept inside and tried to free itself by biting the bottom of the door. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Water damage throughout hotel.

The property does NOT look like the pictures. It was very dirty and under renovations. The first room "looked" okay but they were drilling and banging in the next room so the attendant moved us to another room and the entire bathroom was dirty, bathtub was extremely nasty, the sink wouldn't drain when you washed your hands, the comforter looked like it hadn't been washed but the sheets looked clean. I went back to get another room but a sign said 'be back later' and we were exhausted from driving all day. Won't be staying there again.

Terrible experience with the management, cancelled my reservation on the spot due to mismanagement. State of the hotel was atrocious.

Have a lot of areas to work on

It was so dirty there was French fries under the bed the carpet was tore up and dirty towels in front of the door when you open to the room.

Did not have the correct room I paid for I paid for a king size bed and he put me in a double room and the person working was rude and threw my drivers license back at me and told me to go somewhere else.

The hotel is old the shower was dirty I stay one night it was ok for one night.

You get what you paid for, I booked it for a nap and a quick shower and it provided just that.

Horrible conditions- carpet soaked from a huge leak; ceiling parts falling down; bathtub - extremely dirty and corroded. Smell of the room was inhospitable.
