Friendly staff and completely safe. They have cameras set up at the perimeters of the hotel! Nice touch with free popcorn and fountain sodas!

Great property, especially for the price and amount of room and amenities available.

The staff got us up to our room in record time. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. We stayed their twice. On our outgoing and returning trips There seemed to be good restaurants around but we didn't get a chance to use them. The breakfast was good. The coffee was bnot bad for hotel coffee. The hotel was close enough to our route that we were able to be on our way quickly

Always clean, friendly staff, good food/snacks, safe location.

There are several restaurants close by and we found a Target down the street to grab some snacks. All very easy to get to by car, some within walking distance. The staff are absolutely the highlight of this location. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and "bar" area. They were all very friendly, helpful, inviting. They work very hard to welcome guests and provide great service. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a warm welcome and a restful stay during our trip!

Stayed overnight on a road trip. Rooms are very clean and bed was super comfortable. The light evening meal was an unexpected perk. Food and drinks were good and spared us having to go out for dinner after a long day of driving. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if my travels bring me through Amarillo.

Very good deal for families

Always stay at a DRURY Inn when possible, love that they do breakfast and dinner along with a few drinks for the adults. The pool and hot tub was nice and staff was friendly.

The free breakfast, dinner and drinks came in handy. Accessibility to a washer and dryer was also very helpful.

Large rooms. Free dinner and manger's reception is a great perk. Hot breakfast is adequate. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Appreciate the gym and laundry facilities. Have stayed in several hotels around Amarillo, but this has been the best experience of them all. Will definitely rent a room at Drury next time in town.

A fantastic stop after a long drive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, making it easy to unwind. The complimentary evening drinks were a brilliant touch and very much appreciated after hours on the road. Above all, the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly—a special thank you to the team for coming to the rescue with the handbag! Highly recommended and would happily stay again.

Liked the property. Room was nice, spent a lot of time waiting for the elevators though, they were small and lots of people coming and going from the free dinner buffet

In pet rooms, it woukd probably be better just to rip out the carpets and put vinyl wood floors, because the carpet is a little dinghy and dirty.

We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the evening food and drinks — it was a great bonus after a long day of driving. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. The hotel also felt safe and welcoming. We were traveling with pets, and we appreciated how pet-friendly and accommodating the hotel was. Highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo — we would definitely stay here again on our next trip through Texas!

The place was clean, the rooms seemed well maintained. The breakfast was done well and Jessica and her crew were extremely polite and professional. The only disappointment was at check in, I was told the snacks and drinks were 24/7. They were not. The sida dispenser was locked out at 9 pm. Not big deal but I hate being wrongly informed.

Room didn’t cool down and bathroom was dirty.

The hotel is in a good location and makes it easy to get anywhere in town since it’s near I-40 and Soncy.

Price point was the best in the area! Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful! WiFi was a bit sketchy, but nothing terrible.

Our stay at this Drury Inn in Amarillo was the best hotel experience we've had in a very, very long time. The evening "kick back" buffet was a life saver when we rolled up about an hour after our usual dinner time with two hungry six year olds; delicious and filling for all! The hot breakfast was equally satisfying. Everything was exceptionally clean, even with every other guest having at least one dog in tow. Beds were comfortable, halls were peaceful all night long. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again ourselves.

very nice rooms comfortable beds only problem we had which was HUGE we were HOT could not work the air conditioner. We thought it was broke, but couldn’t find out. I guess there was a thermostat on the wall. My problem was when I try to reach out to the front desk and tried calling no one would answer so that made our night miserable. our fault for not seeing the thermostat on the wall but their fault for not answering to let us know that.. the food area was amazing. Staff was awesome. It was just that one big problem of them, not answering at such an important time that we needed.

I have stayed at many dr. Inns. I was shocked they didn’t have a restaurant. Staff was fine but I’m a rewards member and they were not able to add points.

I had heard of the Drury hotels and finally had a chance to try one. WE LOVED IT! Their 5:30 cocktail and food was amazing! I would highly recommend and I will for sure stay at one again!

We were only staying one night, the location was excellent and staff was helpful. The room itself was okay. The AC was super loud and wasn’t quite working properly. Because we were only staying one night we did not say anything.

We LOVE this place! We live in Austin and our daughter lives in Denver. Amarillo is a good overnight stop when decide to drive instead of fly. We stay here on the way up and on the way back every time and have been doing it since she moved there in 2017!

I booked the room twice got the wrong date. I tried my best to contact you and change the date but there was no way t found to talk with a person. I did talk to Ai and thought I had succeed. I watched the circle spend round and round for 30 min and went to bed. In the morning it was still spinning with the message “wait one moment “ this week I will be charged again because again I gave the wrong date. I have lost over $3000.my fault with the wrong dates but there should be a way to speak with a person and correct mistakes

Such a wonderful hotel with great amenities! Super clean room, absolutely wonderful staff, and so many extras that other hotels don't have. We will definitely be back!

Great property but the beds were really really bad. Do not share a bed with someone unless you want to feel every move they make throughout the night.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy the stay as much, the cleaning noise in the early morning, not very clean canteen, a lil disappointed

We have always enjoyed our stays at Drury Inn. This location was over than those we stayed at in San Antonio and Austin. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff

We stayed the night on a trip between Dallas and Denver and it was perfectly comfortable. There are lots of dining options nearby, and we were happily enjoying dinner at Chuy’s when the hotel called to say our dog had been disturbing other guests with his barking. We returned as quickly as we could to calm him, to find that the manager had gotten him from our room and brought him downstairs to the reception office. I cannot stress this enough: our dog does NOT like strangers OR men, and is over 100 pounds. Despite this, the manager calmed him and made him feel safe while we returned from dinner. It was miraculous. So if my dog approves, I approve wholeheartedly. Nice job and many thanks to the staff. 😊

The staff was excellent, the room was clean but it is old. The rooms could definitely use a freshen up. Clean but old bathrooms. Fridge noisy.
