First and foremost, you cannot beat that price for one room for one night. Second, just because it's a lower classroom, doesn't mean it was a lower expectation of services. The place is very nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very helpful.

This hotel is cute and clean. Staff was great. Love the pool and hot tub are Awesome! So cute and clean. The hot tub is huge. I love that the pool is open at 7am!!! The breakfast was good. I will stay here again for sure well worth it.

I love staying here because the pool is great and hot tub too. It is close to many great dining options and breakfast was good. The dining area is a bit small so grab and go back to the room early may be best. But there are close options to go to as well. Sam’s is close for gas and Starbucks if you please. Staff is helpful.

Great hotel and all the staff were so friendly.

We had a cozy stay in our suite, plenty of room and chill atmosphere in the hotel. One thing I could point out, the building could use a little remodel, we could hear the wind coming in a little bit through window. Other than, the experience was great.

Its like they have remodeled the old building into hotel. Overall good place to stay for couple of nights.

The room was comfortable and there were no problems with the room itself. In the morning, we went down to the breakfast area and the juice machine was broken. Ok, not the fault of the lady working in the breakfast area. However, my husband asked her for some water, (he doesn’t drink coffee or hot tea) and was met with “No.” There was no effort made to accommodate his request in any shape or way. The lack of hospitality was rather shocking. Yes, he’s a grown man and solved his problem by returning to the room and getting a bottle of water we had brought, but even an offer of a cup of tap water would have been better than nothing. Very disappointing.

The hotel was convenient to the highway and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not hot and the breakfast options were very limited. Hotel seems to need a facelift.

Property needs a refresh. Rooms are very dated and carpet and furniture are soiled.

The room was hot upon arrival. I was solo in my travel and placed on the 4th floor with a tremendously full floor with lots of families and noise. Room was clean. Staff was okay.

The carpet pattern was also a poor choice. While pushing the luggage cart, it created the illusion that the floor was moving, which was disorienting. Anyone prone to dizziness or motion sickness may struggle. The odor throughout the hotel was overwhelming, especially in the mornings when the breakfast smell traveled up at least two floors. It was so strong that it left my kids gagging. Although the room sleeps five, the couch is only suitable for someone short who doesn't mind an extremely firm, uncomfortable bed. Our biggest concern was the air quality. By the end of our stay, all five of us were coughing. Those with asthma had flare-ups, including an asthma attack, and even those without asthma developed coughs. We all felt noticeably better after leaving. Overall, the hotel had an eerie, uncomfortable atmosphere that made it difficult to relax or enjoy our stay.

Staff was great. I had an issue with the rooftop carrier on my vehicle and the maintenance man was so kind to help me when I asked. Room was very clean and spacious, which I appreciated.

This hotel accepts pets and is a good value. As it’s halfway between my two homes 11000 miles appart, I have stayed overnight here many times.

Room is basic and clean. A/C is noisy, but it works. Dog fee is reasonable. Breakfast is basic but well maintained.

Solid for what it is. 100% will stay here again when I’m in Amarillo.

Good place to stay the night was we made our way through Texas

The staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. Only complaint was the bathroom door. It opened up and was only an inch from hitting the toilet. You had to slither in and then shut the door before being able to get to the shower. Not a bathroom made for multiples. We would definitely stay again while traveling though!!

The price and ground floor room Parking was hard to find when we got there because multiple people had trailers and took up spaces, we have a handicapped son and had no where to park to get him into his wheelchair from our vehicle except right in front of the door. The sofa bed was not something I recommend anyone sleep on and it looked as if it had seen better days, it was dirty.

The indoor pool facility is wonderful, the breakfast is very good, the rooms are spacious. The person who checked us in incorrectly said we did not have a reservation, then took about 10 minutes researching and correcting her mistake.

Access to the tables in the dining room would be helpful throughout the day, as the lobby area is very cramped. I met a colleague for a work trip, and it was restrictive to work only in the small office area of a suite. The trash can blocking the dining area feels very uninviting.

Easy to get to and it had that home type feeling. Nothing

The room was clean and the breakfast was simple and good. Booking did not have an active virtual card for my payment, but the front desk was very helpful in working with Booking.com's flawed virtual card. The hotel did very well even though Booking.com was a bit unprofessional about the situation.

Breakfast was great. Room was a little small but food was very good. Pool was great. Pool area needed some cleaning.

I had never heard of this hotel chain but was just looking for a place close to highway for a one night stop on a road trip. It was very clean, easy to locate one block off highway! The best thing was it was approx $30 cheaper than the Hampton Inns, etc that were 1 block closer on freeway access road . Check in was easy. Desk manager pleasant and when I asked about a room with handlebars in shower, she accommodated easily. In retrospect, that may have been an upgrade at no extra charge. Off a busy street , a bit too busy to walk to all the restaurants clustered around the other hotels. But really only a 2 minute drive !

Breakfast was great

The waterfall 8n thebpool area was not working. The pool was dirty, cloudy, and filmy. There is a wire sticking out of the drain cover of the pool being used to secure it because the screw hole was broken that I found after it stabbed me in the foot. The property is aging and worn down and the staff was very cold.

Hotel is beautiful but aged & in need of TLC. Hole in the closet door in our room, several cracked bathroom tiles & the ventilation fan did not work very well. Pool was refreshing, but there were limited towels. Breakfast buffet was typical, had a waffle station but lacked fresh fruit or options for diet sensitivities. No real creamer or half and half was the biggest complaint of the morning. Staff was friendly and professional.

Breakfast had eggs which weee very good. Plenty of choices. The AC could have been a bit better and a meat at breakfast besides sausage gravy and biscuits

This hotel is beautiful! Check-in was a little tricky, because the woman was very difficult to hear; she spoke very quietly, and mumbled as well, so it was hard to understand her. When asked to repeat herself, she didn't make any effort to be clearer. Other than that, our experience there was a positive one. The pool is so pretty, although I think the water chemistry was a bit off; the water was cloudy and left a weird film on our skin. Only a couple of things to fix, and this could be a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel! We arrived late with our trailer and two dogs. The parking lot was pretty full, but the lady at the counter helped us park our truck in a convenient spot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety. We are planning to stay here again on our travel back home.

This is a newer hotel. we were able to get a room for 3 adults and two teenagers without having to get a second room. there was a pullout bed in the sofa of the suite the free breakfast was good but a little crowded. The pool and hot tub were great. it was the perfect spot for one night on the road.

Rooms were clean and well organized. Beds were in good shape. Breakfast was good except that the juice machine was out of order. I would suggest maybe having the juice iced on the side. Everyone was so nice and polite. I would definitely book again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of choices to accommodate all tastes and diets. The swimming pool area was beautiful and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of traveling.

All of the carpet needs to be removed, it was all dirty and my room smelled bad. The tile in the bathroom floor was cracked. The hot tub was extremely hot and the jets were blowing water everywhere and it was very loud.

Really bad smell of carpet deodorizer and not one employee said hello, not really like in Texas since everyone in Texas says hello most of the time it is the politeness that we are known for! Spent our honey moon at radisson so we were disappointed

There were obvious signs of deferred maintenance and there was no safe in the room, but the breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable.

I was able to park my 22' box truck in the lot across the street, plenty of space for RV's & trucks. Indoor pool, breakfast, can't beat the location right off of the highway. Older building, but it's very charming and clean.

The girl at the front desk was extremely accommodating and I’m so grateful for her. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. It felt like a very home styled stay.

The location was good. One of our rooms had a door that wouldn’t shut and lock. Came back from dinner and the door just pushed open.

Room amenities everything was awesome really clean. Stayed as a family of 5 had no problems. Only thing I would improve was electrical outlets were older chargers would fall out. Other than that I loved this place and would stay again.

the ac was mildewy, the hallway reeked, and the walls are paper thin. for the cost I thought it would have been far better and that I would have been able to enjoy the pool or hot tub - wrong. just wasn't what I envisioned from the pictures or other reviews. many better options for similar price.

The exterior of the building is attractive and makes a great first impression. Unfortunately, that's where the positives largely end. The property is showing its age and is in need of maintenance and updating. The rooms felt tired, and overall the hotel could benefit from a refresh. Breakfast was included, but the dining area was absolutely overwhelmed with guests. Finding a place to sit was difficult, and the whole experience felt more stressful than enjoyable. The pool itself looked inviting and appeared to be well maintained, but it was packed with families and energetic kids during our stay. They were clearly having a great time, but it wasn't the quiet, relaxing environment we were hoping for, so we skipped swimming altogether. Overall, this hotel is adequate if you simply need a place to spend the night. However, with other lodging options in the area, I would choose somewhere else on my next visit.

So I asked the attendant she did t know about it so I shut it off turned the AC off and didn’t get a good night sleep

I loved this hotel. I felt at home as soon as we walked in. Loved the girgeous staircase. Room was clwan and comfortable. Breakfast was great, too.

Stayed here last year, so decided to stay here again on our way through. Room was decent, but breakfast was horrible. Will probably stay in Drury across street next time

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Check in was very friendly with dinner and outing sightseeing recommendations. Very welcoming. Smaller room and bathroom we had a 2 queen room. Carpet had a lot of stains. Pool was cloudy but ok. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again if in the area.

The outside looks great,small parking lot though. It was late when got in , it was a long day . When we got to our room and walk in ,it was very dated like walking into 1970s and had slight musty smell.The carpet had some stains and the walls had dirt on them in some spots. The bathroom was clean,and the bed was soft atleast. I think the price was a little high but It was good for a shower and acouple hours of sleep.

We stay every year and will continue

The hotel is very convenient for travelers on I-40. It is right off the highway and near several places to eat. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was your typical eggs, bacon, and potatoes buffet. They also had fruit, waffles, cereal, breads and yogurt. The parking is lot is well lit.

Bathroom is very small - door makes it hard to navigate in and out of the bathroom. Everyone was very friendly except the breakfast service staff. She was extremely rude to me on Sunday before we checked out. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay, lovely pool and hot tub, beautiful interior design. Although, it needs more updating or renovation, it feels like home staying at this hotel.

Carpets are very old, there's a weird smell which comes all over the hotel, people with allergies struggle to live in these rooms.

It is a beautiful place. You feel welcome once you arrive. Suit Rooms are huge, perfect for a family of 5 with a PET. It was really comfortable place… I’ll use this place again for sure. Thanks!

They have 12 pm check out which is really helpful when you travel with kids. My kids really enjoyed in door pool that was very well maintained. Breakfast was very good and especially lady who was organizing it was so sweet and nice.

Super dirty hotel and room was dirty, bugs all over bed and ceiling. Old cookies under bed. Stayed at hotel for only less than 2 hours filthy room . Bed was full of fleas as well. Very disappointing as I had to leave at 2 in the morning and sleep in my car with my family. Still waiting for hotel to refund me.

Overpriced. You got us. Dated property. Sheets were well-worn and room worn out as well. Time to step down to a lower brand or remodel. Regardless, we paid twice what we should have based on the condition of the property.

Awesome pool area and large hot tub. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The outside is beautiful, but once we got into our room I noticed a lot of damage on the shower floor and a huge gash taken out of the wall. We also had to utilize the pull out bed and there were sheets still on it. For the price I feel like they should have taken better care of the property. But for the most part the room was decent.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years. Always appreciated the homeliness feeling. Our family even had a reunion here once. No longer. The hotel is very dated, worn and in desperate need of an update. The staff seem about as tired and worn out as the hotel itself. Friendly enough, but that’s as far as it went. Breakfast was very underwhelming, but not much worse than you expect in a hotel like this. The owners need to take notice. With all the competition and newer hotels in the area, we’ll be staying somewhere other than this hotel in the future.

I was less than impressed with this location. They need to invest in upkeep. Broken loose tiles in the bathroom, thin walls, and just run down. I don't have the females name behind the front desk, nonetheless she was lacking customer service tact. It was over all a rough experience.
