Restroom faucet not functioning. Split paint from wall. Light switches disgusting dirty.

The price was great, the staff were prompt and kind, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Terrible bedding, non-draining sink, poorly working shower, we needed ear plugs to sleep- sound from next room was loud. Will not stay there again!

The place is clean and everything works. I stayed there the night of Aug. 16, 2026 and the lady at the front desk is really nice. That night my tooth was hurting really bad and the nice lady gave me Aspirin which really helped get some sleep that night. I'm really thankful for her. Overall experience is really good. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy 1. Hotel was outdated, carpets looked dingy, room smelled. Breakfast did not look appetizing, left without eating. 2. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, very scary. Never any explanation from staff, didn't know if there was a fire, nothing said. Fire alarm went off for at least 5 full minutes, probably around 2am. We had been driving for 10+ hours and it was terrifying to wake to this right over our heads.

Stink like weed when walking in the lobby. Very run down rooms, lobby, common area etc. it does seem like things get cleaned T least a little bit, but it’s so old. This turd cannot be polished anymore. It was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for

Our stay was great! The staff was very kind, our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed, AC worked, beds were comfortable, and there were several food options at breakfast. We will definitely return next time we are in Amarillo!

We slept really well. Overall, I would say the hotel needs some updating. The upholstery was very worn on the chairs in the breakfast area. The bathroom door in our bathroom was peeling at the bottom. I would stay again if in Amarillo.

The room was fine although the air conditioner was not sufficient. Breakfast was a disappointment because they stopped serving at 9:30 and we weren't able to get down there in time after packing up. It was conveniently located to restaurants.

Room was clean. There is evidence in the bathroom of a leak at some point. It needs a little repair. Staff was nice and courteous.

No hand held shower makes hard for disabled guests. Other than that not too bad.

The room shown on app that we paid extra for was not what was given upon arrival. No refund was offered. Was really looking forward to a bigger room and bath.

I had no issues with the hotel whatsoever great staff, personable, and helpful. The only issue was that the hot tub was out of commission, which was something my wife and I were looking forward to. The breakfast was very good and promptly served on time.

The fire alarms went off at 12:30am startling us out of sleep and disrupting a needed good nights sleep. Thankfully it was a false alarm, but it made the stay unpleasant and the long drive the following day more difficult due to being tired.

The young lady at check in was EXTREMELY RUDE. It was disappointing that the spa was closed. The water in the pool was very cloudy. The room was good, bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The young lady at checkout was very friendly.

The room smelled stale. My socks got dirty walking on the carpet. The eggs at breakfast were standing in water. I pay less for casinos and 4 star hotels and get much better accommodations. I will drive past Amarillo in the future.

Hot tub was out of order. The pool was white and cloudy in the room stunk and breakfast was very limited selection.

Clean rooms and a good breakfast in the morning. It was a bit difficult finding the entrance to the hotel because it is kind of tucked away from the other nearby properties.

The room needed to be refreshed. The breakfast area allowed homeless people to loiter in the area with flies. The breakfast was not great potatoes were not cooked properly. Not a lot experience!

My shower was in operatable. The decor was OK, but you can tell it was worn a little outdated. Breakfast was good. Front desk stove was a little unhelpful when I told them that the shower wasn’t operatable and all they could do was point to the side that was sitting on the counter. I explained that I did do those things and it still wasn’t working. No apologies no can I help you with anything nothing.

Unfortunately I thought I booked a room with a sofa bed for my 5 kids to all have something soft to sleep on. But I guess I only booked about normal double that only have an arm chair (which my 13yr opted to sleep in) When I asked about switching a room, the lady only said “sorry I’m booked” which I mean I understand but she didn’t bother to amuse me by “looking”. Idk maybe it was just me but kinda sucked. But otherwise not a bad place for some shuteye and a free breakfast.

We have stayed here before with no issues. This time the hot tub was not working and we were not aware. It was a bummer for us. Everything else was great.

Our room was clean but smelled. We even changed rooms due to smell and the 2nd had a smoke smell. Possibly the last guest was a smoker but it’s a mom smoking hotel. I woke upon the middle of the night sweating because the ac had stopped blowing. The one person at the front desk was kind and helpful. The lobby was busy and there was a long wait to check in.

This particular Comfort Inn was not as nice as the typical Comfort suites that we have stayed in. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Guest water in the lobby was room temperature, no ice. Of the two people manning the front desk, in the morning, neither would take my return keys. Wouldn’t stay there again!

The lady that checked us in was on a personal call and ignored us the entire time I was trying to check in while my 1yr old and 9yr old nephew waited to get in a bed after a long drive. The property itself was just okay.

I booked this place thinking i was going to get to use the hot tub and turns out it was out of order with caution tape over it. Our room smelled like wet dog and feet. Went to use the jacuzzi in the bathroom and tried multiple times to turn on the jets but they never come on until last minute when i was about to get out of the bath. Would not recommend staying here if you are staying for more than a night

The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too.

Clean bedding and towels. Free breakfast was better than most. Terrible parking options. Parking mainly available on 1 side of entire building or on the road in front. Night staff was not too friendly but ok.

Unkempt lobby with old tattered furniture; moldy smell & dirty throughout hotel; dirty carpets; wife could not sleep comfortably due to the place being so bad; breakfast was okay with the exception of a half working toaster; it was not worth the money spent…sorry

The carpet was dirty and well worn in our room. The hall was in need of a vacuum. The entry mats were very dirty and worn. The staff were great, very friendly. I think a lot of construction crews used this as a temporary residence?

Do not go here the lady that checked us in kept spitting in the trash can.our room was very musty the toilet had a slow drip and was told we could deal with it the hot tub was broken and green and moldy and the pool was a nasty yellowish green me and my wife and kids checked out early and didn't even attempt breakfast will never stay at another comfort inn

The room was very comfortable. We like staying here when we are passing through.

However, we chose this one based simply because it had a hot tub, only to find out that the spa was not working. No apology, nothing. There were also signs of homeless people in the back area of the parking lot, making us a little concerned for our moving truck and car in a trailer.

The room smelled terrible, the pool was like ice, there wasn't enough food at breakfast, and the facilities were in very poor condition.

This facility is in excellent shape. We liked our room and the breakfast a lot. The location is close to the country and to a lot of dining options.

I stayed in a two-bedroom and was really happy with how clean it was.. No weird smells or anything like that. The property is definitely on the older side, but it’s clear they take care of it and keep things up. It’s not super modern, but it was still a good, comfortable stay and I enjoyed it overall. The only downside for me was the thin walls :/ I could hear my neighbor pretty much all night.
