We have stayed at this hotel several times over the course of several years and always find it clean and comfortable. The building is newer, the mattresses are wrapped, and it is close to restaurants. I also find their breakfasts to be on the better side, with lots of choices.

Overall, the property was well maintained. Breakfast was good (waffle, sausage, potatoes, eggs), and the beds/pillows were comfy.

FYI for dog owners: the NIGHTLY pet fee is $34.50 PER PET, PER NIGHT! No PER STAY!!!

Great. The shower had very low pressure ( more of a mist) and could definitely be updated. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Hotel is convenient, clean & staff is friendly.

The rooms are TINY. two queen beds and a pull out sofa fill a room. Not many outlets around, air conditioner unit almost touching one of the beds.

Staff was helpful and hotel was clean. It is not in Google Maps and Apple Maps, had such a hard time finding it’s location and it kept sending me to other hotels

This hotel is new, very clean and the decor is beautiful! The room was well appointed, including a large refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable - could have used a little heavier duvet, but overall it was great!

Clean room, decent breakfast. Bathroom sliding door guide was broken so door would swing open and not close properly, causing privacy issues. When I informed staff, I was told it was a known issue. I did not expect this type of issue considering the cost of staying here.

Stayed overnight for a business meeting the next day. Had a late arrival and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the ability to have a later checkout was very helpful.

I needed to have cold packs frozen and the staff put them in the freezer for me. I was traveling a distance and needed to keep my medication cold. The staff was excellent.

We went to The Texas play in Palo Duro Canyon and the drive was easy from this hotel. Not many eating options in that area but we found fast food at Chik-Fil-A.

Was only a one night stay heading home. Great room and great area. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Had a latte/ espresso machine in addition to regular coffee. Staff was very friendly. Bed was really high for my short legs but mattress was comfy and had great A/C. Would definitely stay again when driving back through. Thanks!

While checking into the hotel, staff at the front desk was very helpful and let us check in a little early since we were already there.

If I could upload photos, I would post the worn out sheet they had on the bed for a paying customer. If I could post a recording, I would post how loud it was on the third floor at 0300 AM and no response from hotel staff. You really should consider adding a zero in your scale to properly rate some of the places based on the above.

Don't like that they put us in a room dogs had been in. Dogs barking woke us up. Dogs all in and out of food area. Went for breakfast at 9 am and girl had it all put up. Was very put out that we asked for something to eat.

The room itself was fine, clean with moderately comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the AC was controlled by a wall thermostat that kept converting to 73 degrees overnight. With the humidity it would get very stuffy and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it down. It was also very loud, so we’d wake up periodically when it shut off. The main issue was the pool heater was broken during our stay leaving the pool quite cold. It was the primary reason we chose this hotel over others in the area so that was disappointing.

The hotel stay was good. The hotel was clean, attractive, and breakfast very good. The main issue I have is the forethought from the hotel on requested handicap room. The room was sufficient except there was not thought in the type of bed provided for a handicap room. The mattress height was so high and so it was extremely difficult for my mom r to get in and out of the bed. I had to physically assist her every time she got in and out. In most cases, handicap guests need to be able to sit easily on the bed without climbing in it. The mattress was fine, but the height with box springs was very high. This critique should be considered by the hotel and maybe corporation's guidelines for this type of room. I made my comments known to the front desk clerk, but she did not seem interested in my comment.

Stayed for one night on a road trip. Great place. Clean, inviting lobby. Friendly staff, really nice room. I’d stay again if traveling through Amarillo. Had to leave before breakfast started but coffee was ready. Fresh, hot and delicious. The staff member even offered that whatever was ready at the breakfast bar I could make a to-go plate. Very nice.

The carpet and furniture was a bit dirty. Could use a cleaning.

I checked in very late and out very early. However, the front desk was manned 24 hours daily, so i had no problems. The hotel was conveniently located to major thoroughfres. Breakfast started early. I was able to get some rest in a comfortable, clean place, and be on my way.

We had a room with two queens and a pull out couch. Plenty of room for our family of four. The room was clean and updated. I love that you got two firm and two soft pillows for each bed. Breakfast had cute little texas waffles and my son really enjoyed the biscuits as and gravy.

On a road trip, When we arrived, I found out I mistakenly made our reservation for the following night. The manager went out of her way and accommodated us with a nice room. Kudos for going above and beyond my expectations!
