It was clean comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was not that great but I like healthy options and there were none in my opinion. I would stay again and probably will as we travel through several times a year.

The breakfast was great! The AC in the room worked fantastic! The pool/hot tub were working and clean The sower wasn't super clean and the drain kept getting stopped up. There was just a damp musty smell in the whole facility. The linens on the bed were not clean..... some sort of black crumbs in the bed when the blankets were turned down . The bathroom door was off the sliding door track but was fixed the next day.

It was comfortable to sleep and quiet . I questioning Ed if it had been vacuumed though

We were traveling with our three small children and it was a great stay! Pool was great, breakfast had lots of options, and the room was spacious and clean. They even called to let us know we left a water bottle in the room. Will stay here again!

We stayed there two nights. I asked up front if they clean the rooms everyday. They told me yes. However, they never came to clean the room or bring us new towels. We had to go look for them to get new towels.

Stayed one night with family traveling to Colorado. The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

The staff was rude. They all acted like they owned the place and weren't welcoming. They charged me $30 after check out. I called several times to ask them what that was for and they kept telling me that they had no record of the charge. Very unhappy!

The hotel was actually comfortable and clean. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff member who checked us in was so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this location multiple times this year and have always chosen this hotel because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Because of the way this situation was handled, I will no longer be staying at this location and cannot recommend it to others.

Okay stay. We were disappointed with the cleanliness- particularly in the bathroom. There was a spill of some sort all over the wall. The shower was dirty and had a hair in it. We have noticed that the last few Best Westerns we have stayed in have not been as clean as reviews have promised. We will not be staying at Best Western hotels in the future.

Water on the floor by the A/C. Would have asked to change rooms but didn’t want to pack up. Clean enough and a decent price.

If you go through the funds and time and space to set up a full bar, it would be nice to have a bartender present during happy hour. My room toilet was so small that I (and I'm not that tall) almost needed a grab bar to stand up after using it. But parking was plentiful, the location was great - easy access of the highway within a short walking distance of several fast fooderies. The rooms were spacious and efficient. And the hibiscus blooms along the front of the hotel were glory glory hallelujah. Cheers.

Garrett made check in easy eventhough I had made a mistake on check in and check out. The amenities were great. My son and mom loved the free coffee machine. The location was centrally located from east and west Amarillo and easy access to I40. We will stay there again!

Traveling with a pet and trailer. This hotel is conveniently located off the i40. Trailer parking is on the side street, not at the parking lot. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did not replenish the coffee or shampoo supplies during my 7 night stay. Once the original supply (2 regular and 2 caffeine free) were used, no more were placed in the room. Same for the shampoo and conditioner. The bed linen was not changed and the bed was only partially made. The trash cans were not emptied. The room was not serviced on 3 of the 7 days.

I want to share something following a very long journey I made all the way from Montana. I had been driving and wanted to get some rest, so I had made a reservation at the "Everest Home, Sweet" —a very new, very beautiful hotel. However, to my great regret and amidst the uncertainty I often face, I found that people there treat you solely based on your appearance. Just because you’ve come from working hard to earn your daily bread—and happen to be a bit dirty because your job involves construction work—it doesn't mean you are worthless. That is what bothers me about people—and about many states—where there seems to be a complete lack of empathy or humanity toward others. Fortunately, however, I found the Best Western. I made a reservation there; at the first location, they treated me well and were not unfriendly, and at the second location, they treated me absolutely wonderfully. There, they didn't care what I looked like; instead, they respected me as a human being. That is exactly what I value: being respected for who I am and for my inherent worth, not judged by my outward appearance. This is a recurring issue in many places I visit; since my job involves driving, I travel from state to state, and there are places where people treat you as if you have no value whatsoever. It drives me crazy—it really irritates me. I feel helpless because I cannot change people; some people are simply like that—unfriendly and radiating bad energy. But what can I do? I have stayed here on several occasions and your staff has usually help us during our many travels. This time I was dealing with many issues to including putting the wrong date in the reservation. So, as a no show we paid. Then the next day we showed up they charged 117. For the night. I was thinking that was wonderful. The next day they added another payment without consulting us. This was more then frustrating.

Amazing facility in so many ways - the pool, the hot tub, the room, the bed, the bathroom, etc. But our breakfast experience dampened our experience at such a great facility - there was no butter, and the hot water for making hotmeal was just warm (when I mentioned that to the kitchen staff, they said 'that's how they make it). The cleaning ladies seemed to be in a hurry to wipe the tables with a lot of spraying of the cleaning liquid. FYI, this stay was part of a 12-day trip across 4 states and Mexico - and this facility, which was also the 3rd Best Western in our itinerary, rated in the top 2, save the lousy staff.

The staff is nonexistent and when the finally show up, they are rude and unhelpful. For the price there are much better options around.

Everything was great except when we went to try and have breakfast some of the items were out already at 8 am. Maybe we could have stayed and waited and they would have brought out more, idk. This is only a minor issue though.

Nice, clean, pretty quiet. There was quite a line waiting to check in behind someone who was having issues and I guess there was nobody else that could help. I felt bad for the guy at the counter but maybe he could’ve helped the rest of us quickly before getting back to the other person.

The facility was great, off the main road but the drive way is a little tricky. Our room was great, but we had no towel. Went to the front desk and the gal was more than happy to get us what we needed. The breakfsst was great with options. Stsff was very accommodating.
