It was clean for the most part and staff was very friendly It was okay I had to switch rooms my first night due to little ants in the restroom then appearing on the night stand. What I did not like was I was charged $20 for a pillow they claimed was missing and of course I was not told this just notice the charge on my credit card!! Overall the location was nice but they tanked their review with me charging me $20 for a pillow

Over the room was comfortable and the staff were somewhat friendly but the laundry was not working properly. Overall 3.5/5. Stay was short so didn’t take advantage of all the amenities but it’s good for a few days stay

Safety lock hanging on by literally one thread. All pictures missing. Toilet clogged and they proceeded to tell 50 year olds we used too much toilet paper….. No sir!

They require a deposit just to stay here. That deposit is not disclosed on the website. There English is very poor which makes them hard to understand. They say check in is between 11-3 don’t show up till 3 or they won’t check you in. Beware if you have small pets we seen a bobcat walking across the parking lot.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel that offered a good, hot breakfast and coffee. We several people and kids using and having fun in the indoor swimming pool. One of the waffle makers was out of order, but the waffles the other made were crispy and delicious. The first night we discovered the bathtub draining slowly, and we put in a request to fix it the next morning. When we returned in the evening, it still hadn’t been done. However, when brought to the attention of the front desk, someone was sent up within 6-7 min to take care of it. The water pressure was great, and the shower head gave a full dowsing, which made bathing fast and satisfying. The beds and pillows were comfortable, although the pillow width seemed strangely narrow. The top brown blanket trapped a lot of heat the first night, so we kept it off the second night and had a better, consistent sleeping temperature. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but we didn’t need to use it. The TV worked fine. The toilet and shower are behind a door while the sink is in the room, ideal for multiple people. We barely used the little hairdryer in the room. The settings seemed off with the hi-lo reversed. The area felt very safe and is not immediately next to the freeway, so we didn’t get high-traffic road noise. Parking was easy. The view from the room in the back of the building was open, with a large field, and private. Overall, for this budget-conscious traveler, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and the location was easily accessible. The location was very dirty, had mold and dust everywhere and the locks for the doors didn't work.

These foreigners charged me for 2 nights and I stayed one night and checked out at 6:30 am. Never will I stay here again. Thieves.....

The Hotel was clean the staff was professional, I was surprised to find no elevator available in a hotel. There is lots of parking and it's well maintained. The warmers were not working so breakfast was cold however there was a microwave.

Hotel was very quiet and super convenient to Highway 75 and gas stations very close. Breakfast was not good- no milk for cereal, and no eggs or hot food was put out even though it didn't end until 9(we were there at 8). We stayed 1 night to break up our 18 hour drive home. Was decent for the price we paid.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was consistently moist from perhaps a swamp cooler or some other situation.

Breakfast hot food items were limited to waffles, eggs, and toast.

I think it was a good hotel for the price!..only thing was it was my second time there to which I didn’t know that it doesn’t have an elevator! My room was on the 1st flr for my 1st time staying..my second time staying there it was on the 2nd and I didn’t notice that it wasn’t an elevator!..you have to use the staircase to get to the second floor..but again no bad on the price!

The gentlemen that checked me in was very nice. However, the spa had thick, visible algea growing on the walls and floors where you could see peoples foot prints in the algea. The pool was fairly cloudy as well. Didnt use either after looking at them. My toilet was clogged when I arrived. It would very slowly drain, so I didnt say anthing while there, but it was clogged upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable though. AC worked well, but was fairly loud. Breakfast was pretty small and had limited choices.

We arrived after 1 am after being stuck on the freeway due to flooding. Our room was on the second floor (FYI no elevator). All we wanted to do was shower and sleep. When we walked into our room it appeared clean, but as I went into the bathroom, I saw the bathtub had big strips of black duct tape covering a hole in the bottom of the tub! I don’t even understand why the room was being used for guests. We were exhausted, so just went to sleep. I talked to the lady at the front desk in the morning about it, but she didn’t think it was a problem, and told me to have a good day.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, needed to go back down to have the front desk change the room. In the Second room needed to move the cable from the table lamp to make it work as it seems the connection was bad. Asked for extra towels and front desk said we needed to give the used ones to receive new ones, never have other hotels ask for this

The rooms were clean and included refrigerator and microwave. There was also a very good complimentary breakfast each morning.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds breakfast u have a few things to choose from the lady in the mornings is so sweet actually everyone there was very nice and helpful just the hot tub needs a serious scrubbing bc it's black on bottom and pool is kinda green... But overall we had a good week stay and will be back when in the area... 10 out of 10 bc nothing is perfect:)

Breakfast is good.. but no meat tho like (advertised) just boiled eggs (sometimes) and some round eggs like a scrambled type idk what u call it... and waffles, yogurt and muffins and you can make toast... And all day long coffee and juice for breakfast as well. But overall I give a 10 out of 10 and we will be back when in the area... Also very quite and good sleep at night beds is comfortable! But the lady in the morning is my favorite she is on point and very sweet!

I would not stay here again. The building has a very strange smell which was obvious from the moment I walked in to check in. I was given a room on the second floor. Just FYI, if you have trouble with stairs or require an elevator this place does not have one. There seemed to be only 2 guys working the afternoon I was checked in and they were both gone from the front desk with tasks for quite some time. The second floor had an even worse smell with an attempted masking of it with air freshener that was so thick you could literally taste it. The room, luckily was ok with the smell. The bed appeared bug free, but there were a large amount of hairs in the sheets, which made you question if they were cleaned or just remade after someone checked out. The shower and toilet worked. The AC worked well. I did not try to use the TV. I left before the breakfast opened.

It’s an aged property and the swimming pool was murky. Hot tub was warm never got hot. The cleanliness is the most important part and that it was!! Breakfast was typical, met expectations. Staff was very friendly and cost was reasonable.

Admittedly, my expectations were not too high when I reserved my room after reading the reviews before booking. The reviews were generally mid range. Upon arrival, I found that the lobby was clean and orderly. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was seamless and fast. The overall appearance of the hotel inside and out was somewhat worn, but well-maintained. My room was in the same condition but clean. I was impressed to see that there were enough towels and amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The Internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable. However, the mattress was softer than what I like. The water pressure was very good. Particularly the shower. Had good water pressure. The heating system and air conditioner worked well. The hotel was quiet. It is conveniently located near grocery stores and shopping all of which are within walking distance. Conveniently located near the main highways.

Breakfast was fresh. A protein would be a good addition to the breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The features were nice. The breakfast was fresh and beer than expected, TV, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, desk, the only issue I had was that there was no elevator. I'm handicapped and stairs are very hard for me plus I had luggage. However, the desk clerk moved me into a downstairs room. Everything else about the hotel was pleasing, just no elevator.

The pool's great. The hot tub had no real jet pressure and seem pretty scummy dirty staff was great .. Even though I did not bring it to the front desk attention, I had cereal Saturday morning and two yogurts and was violently sick after 45 minutes to an hour the rest of the day Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to the next morning, And ruined my whole Saturday trip to Dallas but Staff was nice though

Quiet clean and affordable

The staff were friendly and the breakfast nice but, the hallway area had an overpowering deodorizing smell. I awoke the next day with several bites on my body. I can’t say it was bed bugs because I didn’t see any, I will say, I’ve experienced bed bug bites before and they looked VERY similar.

Place smelled good and fresh. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Pressure was great in the shower, run hot long. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Moe remembered me from a year ago! I rebooked this property because I had such a great experience when I stayed here for Mary Kay Career Conference. The rooms are very clean, and there are a variety of breakfast options. All of the staff is friendly, and professional.

We booked this hotel for those reasons and and indoor pool. The pool was under maintenance which left a bad taste in our parents mouths. Multiple families booked along with us for these amenities!

I also slipped and fell in the lobby on wet floor because there was no wet floor sign. I got a big bruise and had a hurt knee the rest of my stay so that was a bummer. My guess is someone had just swam in the pool and dripped out into the lobby. There was no formal process to file an incident report so I was handed the manager's card. I misplaced it for a while and now it's been long enough that it doesn't really matter. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool water and the pool room were nice and warm.

Room was fine the toilet didnt flush but when I called the office to tell them she was pretty quick with getting me another room. Overall it was a good stay for my son's football tournament for the weekend. I would stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out the pool was not working. We went to breakfast the 1st morning of our 3 night stay & it was not very good. We didn’t go back to breakfast again. The room was clean. I hope they get the pool fixed and make improvements on their breakfast because we do want to stay there again when we visit the Dallas area.

This hotel was less than par. The smell whether it was a spray, they used or whatever was nauseating. The pillows on the bed were so small and soft you couldn't tell you were laying on one or the bed.If the hotel is advertised as having a pool and hot tub then when it is closed for maintenance then they need to change their advertisement. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known! The shower was blah at best!

The front desk guy at night was very sweet. The ladies in the morning, not so much. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. The breakfast is what you would expect for the price you paid. Make your own waffles, fake eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. I know they are in the middle of construction, but our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling was starting to crack and droop, there was an old ac vent in the bathroom that was falling off and was extremely dirty inside. The pool area was nice. The hot tub floor is an unfortunate color that makes it look dirty, but it was clean water. No elevator, but there is only 2 floors, there are enough doors that it would get you close enough to your room so that you don't have to walk far.
