I found Ashley and Tianna to be very attentive and responsive! Their approach to customer care was exceptional. Solved every issue/question I had with concern and zest.

I spend over half my days in hotels for work related purposes and I haven’t found anything even close to as nice as this place for the price. The room are newly renovated from floor to ceiling including a huge 65” tv, furniture. Everything and the bed is hands down the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. Not a bug in sight. Breakfast is just a simple but adequate grab and go. I have delt with several staff members and the genuine kindness is very much appreciated. Very safe area with no shenanigans. When I need a room within a 25 mile radius I will not stay anywhere else. PERIOD. Oh and the quality of the room remodel is impeccable btw. Not half assed like I have found in a number of other hotels I’ve stayed at. Thanks for taking pride in your hotel! I really appreciate it.

Very close to the outlets and other shopping centers. The pool and hot tub was a plus, nice to be able to relax after a whole day of shopping, also, breakfast was a plus as well.

Washer/Dryer broken (yet staff said it was functional), common areas extremely dirty, poor breakfast selection, room smelled bad, closet broken (a major safety hazard), severe humidity issue.

Location for spikefest was great!! There was a mildew smell in 1 of the 3 rooms I booked. The manager said sometimes people turn the ac below 70 and it makes the ac leak on the carpet and by the time they try to fix it the carpet smells mildew. They did give me spray to spray in that room and apologized.

I enjoyed my stay with the Laquinta

The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were huge cracks in the bathroom counter and floor - which was quite unsightly. Also, there was a vent directly above the toilet which gathered condensation after the AC ran for some time and then started dripping water droplets straight down into the commode, which was a rather uncomfortable experience for anyone trying to use the toilet.

Flush didn’t work/was broken

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Definitely will be staying here in the near future, if we return to the area for visiting. Quiet and parking was easy. Next to a few stores and restaurants, I’d say within 10min radius of the hotel, there are plenty of options for food etc.

Tried to check in early; however, wouldn't let us. We didn't arrive back until 11pm. 1st room given reaped of cat urine. Moved to a 2nd room which was clean had no smell but air was not on. Took awhile to cool area down. Beds were ok..have had worse. At check out asked for a print out of stay and was refused a copy due to fact it was booked by a 3rd party. Whatever, never had that problem before. The man who handled the night check in was nice and helpful; however, morning shift was clueless. Will definitely not be staying at this place again.

Wish I would’ve taken a picture because at the edge of the side of the bed the whole floor was ripped up, and there was a hole. I wanted a extra blanket and the young lady at the front desk told me it was gonna take her a while to find one as she had looked for one for a guest the other day there were no extra blankets because people stole them. The young lady at the front desk was nice enough however she was extremely hassled and it took 15 minutes of standing there ringing the bell on two occasions before anyone would appear at the front desk. Never would I recommend this hotel?

The staff and linens were great. The room was very musty and warm when we arrived. We tried to enjoy the pool. The exterior door to it was broken and stuck open. All but one of the loungers were broken and the pool was not clean. Ashley at the front desk offered to move us to a premium room at no charge but it smelled worse and was also hot. We returned in the evening and the room was cooler. The night was ok and quiet but overall not a great experience.

The hotel was conveniently located for the educational site we were visiting. The very young desk clerk was pleasant but slow during check in. The desk clerk did know the password to the business computer in the lobby and the general password didn't work on it. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no drawers in the room. No additional clothes hangers nor another suitcase rack were available. Housekeeping was sporadic during our 5-day visit. Breakfast was monotonous but convenient. The lady working the breakfast room was pleasant and the room is large. The couches along the wall need shampooing.

Dirty chair in middle of room. Sheets were dirty. Case of water bottles opened and on counter. Desk staff was very nice and tried to fix the situation, but the next room they put us in had a roach walking across the bathroom floor. We will not be returning.

Good price for the offering, room was spacious and clean. There is a small pool with a spa. Unfortunately we left some swimsuits behind in our bathroom and the staff were nearly impossible to get ahold of, and then both rude and dismissive of the issue. They claimed they were not on our room, when I know for a fact they are. I hope whomever on staff that helped themselves enjoys my three children’s swimsuits. :(

Proximity to our baseball tournament and lots of places to eat and shop! The not daily housekeeping. Housekeeping had to be requested 24 hours in advance. Ice maker did not work on our floor.

My AC didn't work. Fridge didn't work, I didn't book a handicap room yet I was given one. Shower nozzle sprayed water out on the sink so all my personal belongings were soaked. Overall the experience was horrible. I told the front desk about my issues they just down played it. Asked if I could switch rooms, wasn't an option. I travel work often and the location was great but other than that it wasn't a good stay. I most definitely wont be staying here again.

The room was really humid even with the AC running

Conveniently near the freeway. Had breakfast included. Had a pool area. Air conditioning didn’t go down cool enough past 75.

We could not have had a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered was extremely courteous and attentive. The room was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you La Quinta staff. Perfection!

Overall good stay. We had a minor issue at first no tv remotes and we had 2 tv’s but the staff was great at helping us right away to fix that! Only problem we really ran into all weekend.

It was in a good location. Furniture was updated and nice. Bathroom needed new fixtures for the tub. There were cracked tiles on bathroom floor and bathroom ceiling had cracked Sheetrock. I had a hard time getting hot water for the shower.

The only 2 things I can say about this hotel is that the AC worked good and the beds were ok, that being said we will Never stay here again! The plug ins the bathroom didn’t works, nor did half of them in the room, the ice machine didn’t work either! When I called to the front desk to ask about the plug ins not works the guy at the desk said “what do you want me to do about it” after telling me it was late (10pm)and he couldn’t do anything, did I need to use them! REALLY!! I paid for the room right! We are in a hotel every weekend playing baseball, this hotel will start my do not stay again list!

Traveled with 4 people in one room 2 beds only had 3 pillows per bed , I called the front desk and asked for extra pillows and was rudely told no, that 6 pillows was enough for 4 people .

Didn't have breakfast. The best part was the bed! Very, very comfortable bed! The sheets and pillow cases smelled of sunshine!! Best nights sleep ever!! I hope all La Quintas have the same beds. We were there for just the one night - travelling through on the way home.

New hotel, but must have been put up quickly, not attending to details. Bathroom door didn’t shut due to being mis-hung. Grout dripped all over tub.

Our door was clearly broken at some point there was a large crack between the door and the door frame so we could hear everything in the hall at all hours. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve seen for a hotel.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were very nice. Room were clean. The hot tub was worth it! I even took a swim and it was nice. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I've stayed here a few times for both work and leisure and it's a great place to stay on a budget. I've stayed in a few other La Quinta's and this one is by far the cleanest.

Only good thing I can say about this place is the parking is free and it's close to stores and eateries. I would definitely NOT refer anyone to stay here.

Room had a smell of smoke and felt like there was no ventilation at all. The ac unit in the room was leaking so I had to listen to drips of water on wet carpet all night. The walls are super thin, you can here the people above, below and beside you.

I stayed at the hotel from March 26-29. I had a double queen for myself and my aunt. The first night was fine, however when I woke up to get ready I noticed that our room didn’t have an iron. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to get me one. I went down for breakfast all days to see what they served and I was disappointed that they do not accommodate non pork eaters or those of us who can’t drink cow milk. Also the second night we came back to the room, we noticed our bathroom floor and toilet wet from water from God knows where. I’m assuming it came from the ceiling because it did look as if it were painted over a few times. We went to let the front desk know what was going on he did move us to the only room they had available, a king bed with a sofa. I was very disappointed because my aunt and myself suffer from back problems, we both have shoulder injuries and she has had to have knee surgery. We paid for a double queen and yet we were downgraded in my eyes to a king where one of us had to sleep on an extremely uncomfortable couch. Our last morning there, I tried to use the key to get into the room it would not work. I thought they locked us out, but the front desk clerk stated this happens when the key comes in contact with a phone… it’s still weird because I know for sure my key was not near a phone. Anywho, won’t be staying here again.

Terrible experience, water was turned off last visit then the toilet stopped working this time around cards kept deactivating house keeping didn’t replace towels or take trash out and when called was told we had to request towels the night before. Hotel also had roaches, will not be staying here ever again.

Finding the location was easy and seems to be in a nice area. The hotel was clean witb plenty of parking. Hotel room was clean and bed comfortable not to soft. Only issue we ran into was the keycarda deactivating in our wallets

Parking was ample and breakfast had options available so there’s something there that someone will eat.

We were in town for my mother‘s funeral. I expected because of the reputation of this hotel things would be standard or even better what we found was mold in the shower, mold in the soap dish, mold on the floor, and not one single plug-in worked in the bathroom so you could not shave could not blow dry your hair. You could not do it many of those things you needed to do in the bathroom with electrical stuff there were smells of some kind of chemicals. I’m assuming for remodel, but that just kept coming in the room. The air conditioner was not satisfactory at all, so to say the least it was not an enjoyable stay. The breakfast bar was watered eggs some kind of a sausage that didn’t even look like sausage.

The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The pool is closed until May due to city regulations so keep that in mind. It's only open from May until September which seems insanely short for Texas. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good though average for a continental breakfast.

soap dish in the tub had mold and the floor tiles cracked and popping up, staff was kind, smelled like mold in the room with a smoker smell although I didn't request a smoker room the pictures do not represent the hotel but the prize dose I would update pictures

Back door broken slams all night so don’t expect to sleep well.

Everything was good except being on the first floor. The back door kept shutting loud as people were going in and out and it kept me up.

Room was ok. Hot water barely worked, took several lukewarm showers. Our keys were deactivated on the first day of our stay, locling us out and forcing us to wait in a line to get keys reactivated. Biggest complaint is the exterior door next to our room was broken. You could enter/exit, but it would slam and shake the walls and was very loud in our room. We notified the staff and they placed a sign on the door, asking guests to gently close the door(didnt work). The door poses a safety hazard in addition to the annoyance of guests. 0 effort to fix it, just a sign. For the price, this place isnt bad, but, i would opt to pay a few more dollars at a different property in the future.

The room was clean but had to ask for a hairdryer. It took a day for them to get me one. Staff was courteous & helpful. Great breakfast buffet! I would stay here again.

The staff changed our room immediately after we went into our original room and it smelt like cigarette smoke. Both rooms were very clean and out 2nd room had no smell at all.

Paint in the lobby looked it may be under renovation, elevator was missing most of ceiling tiles and the seating cushioning the dining were very stained.

We sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Then the room was dirty, and we found multiple hairs in the bed and bathroom. At one point, an employee conducted a room check to see who was in every room, which was weird. We checked online and picked noon. Then we got a call at 11:30 telling us we were about to be charged for late checkout. It was just unorganized and not the best stay.
