All the Above
- 4/5
The room clean and staff help maintain the facility. Very comfortable and not noisy at all.
- 5/5
The property was cleaned and quiet thank you guys!
- 5/5
Not a bad place to stay at all especially if you need something affordable! It was clean and the staff was kind enough to give me a toothbrush when I forgot mine!
- 3/5
Room was clean although the standard rooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast is a little bit unorganized, a very first come first serve so one person could honestly just take all the food they want leaving others to just wait around and hope for more. Check out was easy, just drop the keys off and you’re good to go.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff was helpful!
- 4/5
I have regularly stayed at the property when Dallas. My traveling is reduced now but I will still recommend the property.
- 3/5
Good hotel, well maintained. The smell was a bit strongly santized.
- 3/5
It was built out to have this amazing experience mediocre best staff was lackluster

- 4/5
Family enjoyed the breakfast. Location was great. Had plenty of options close by for dinner. Rooms were smaller than expected. But very clean though.
- 4/5
No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms
- 3/5
property was quiet, which was good. room key gets disconnected every day once or twice, and had go to the front desk and rekey very annoying. wifi issues: not able to connect.
- 5/5
Nice clean well-maintained room and property
- 1/5
Ac was down, elevator was broken, was given no options, clerk was uniformed.
- 3/5
Check in was pretty easy and quick. The room’s AC was awesome. No hot water the first night. Also, the room smelled moldy and I realized on the second night that there was a previous water leak on the ceiling which probably contributed to this. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to everything.
- 2/5
There was a roach in our room, and the room looks 30 bed very hard .
- 2.5/5
Parts of it are nice It took me going up to the rooms 4 times to actually get into a room, times 1&2 my keys didn’t work, time 3 the new room given was a mess, curtains in floor leaking ac, moldy smell. 4th time I finally got into my room and it was decent. They also charge a $250 deposit if you are using anything other than Mastercard.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
Our a c stopped working and they moved us to another room,no charge. Breakfast was okay! Staff was friendly n helpful. FYI though if you book through a 3rd party, they make you put a deposit, but I got it back the next day.
- 3/5
Good location, friendly staff, average breakfast. Big roach in the room.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Swimming pool not working
- 5/5
I liked the room but it didn't have a refrigerator in like said & my person was insulin dependent so that was a problem. But other than that the stay was ok 👌.
- 4.5/5
Pillows were not the best. Smaller than standard pillows, hard and lumpy. Only 1 fluffy towel, all other towels felt like sand paper.

Everything
- 4/5
Very nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is so so but the rest is worth it.
- 4/5
Clean room, very helpful staff. Left before breakfast, but it smelled good as it was being prepared!
- 5/5
Hotel located very close to all restaurants, stores and shopping plazas. Definitely stay again ❤️
- 5/5
Recommend Breakfast to start at 6am.
- 5/5
Easy check in, staff was great, room was clean/decent, the price was really good.
- 0.5/5
Nothing The room stunk very badly even the employee was grossed out. Instead of a refund they offered us another room at a higher rate, we said absolutely not. The manager said no refunds and was very rude and unwilling to compensate us. We went to Laquinta inn and it was amazing there.
- 5/5
Great place, the only issue was the hourly on the pool it stated till 10pm and we couldnt get it because it closed at 9pm.
- 2.5/5
Staff was polite Facilities were a little dirty and my shower water was not warm at all
- 5/5
I love everything about the hotel
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was free from outside noise. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had plenty of variety, but I would have preferred a Greek yogurt instead of a “lite” yogurt. Biggest issue was the hot water wasn’t working for morning showers. The front desk did say maintenance was aware and they were working on it. We only stayed one night so I don’t know how quickly that got resolved.
- 4/5
Can't think of any
- 4/5
Loved the room. Everything was really clean and the breakfast was amazing.
- 4/5
No microwave in room
- 4/5
The hotel is well run. Rooms and overall facilities are clean and staff is welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. And the breakfast of eggs, sausage potatoes and waffles was very good. I wish the hotel had a fitness center.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Elevator was broken but it was quiet comfortable
- 4/5
- 1/5
Very run down and the mattresses are HORRIBLE-springs in your back all night. Everything just seemed not super clean. Definitely will never stay again.
- 2/5
Comfort Some management and rules
- 1/5
Room was clean, renovated, big enough for two people. Refrigerator didn’t work had pool of water that had to clean, breakfast was ok, lady that worked at breakfast was really nice. Our check in was unpleasant, after long drive we came at 4:30 to the hotel ( check in time is 3:00pm) and have been told that our room isn’t ready and that we have to wait for another 15 minutes. I complained about it to the gentleman at the front desk, he was trying to explain that they were busy and on….. I really didn’t get it, to me 4:30 and room wasn’t ready for the guests has no excuse. But that wasn’t all, shortly after my conversation with the front desk, manager Wendy came to me, at first I thought that she wanted to apologize for the situation and waiting, but no she gave me a speech. She accused me of yelling at the front desk person and gave me a lecture, I am bad person ( why are you complaining, we had so many rooms to get ready for new guests we weren’t able to do it ….) Where are the times when customers were always right, even when they weren’t exactly!🙄
- 1/5
The hotel is horrible.
- 2/5
The location The room curtain didn’t work. Wood shelf above the window was broke and looked like it could fall at any moment. Not all lights worked in the room. Sink was cracked. Looks like a child attempted to repair some wall damage, not done well.
- 5/5
Good place to stay, no problems and great staff
- 2/5
Our ac did not work in our room had to move rooms then the ac in new room was squeekng all night.
- 3/5
One elevator was broken when we arrived and the second one broke that evening. Still not fixed when we checked out which meant carrying luggage and items down several flights of stairs. Manager was abrupt when we mentioned this. Location was good. Several places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast items were a good variety but they were out of several items despite having 45 minutes left to eat. No clean tables in the lobby so we cleaned one ourselves instead of walking back upstairs with food and drinks. One hundred dollar "hold" for amenities required.
- 2/5
The rooms were not clean it was blood on the sheets and walls
- 1/5
El desayuno terrible Limpieza horrible Condiciones deterioradas
- 3/5
Rooms and other areas were clean. They advertised that they had a gym but they should have stated that it is being renovated.
- 5/5
Good clean place.
- 4/5
We stayed two night, staff were wonderful they came in to change out our bedding gave us extra towel. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Affordable rates in nice area.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negative thing I’d say is that the shower curtain was so thin that after our family of five were showered the bathroom floor filled with water as the shower curtain was but a thin piece of fabric. We went through towels like crazy for ourselves and trying to keep the floor dry. And I think that maybe they got onto the house keepers thinking they weren’t cleaning our room because I kept asking for towels. He housekeepers did clean up our room and gave us clean towels everyday.
- 5/5
Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. More than just continental
- 5/5
Loved our stay, location was excellent.
- 3/5
the place is better suited for one night stays than longer ones in my opinion. my review would most likely be more positive if i wasn’t given an adjoining room when i didn’t ask for one, thus making the room i was staying in extremely tiny. i was also in a room directly in front of the pool and felt uncomfortable opening my window. i know both of these problems could have been resolved by me asking for a different room and i will take fault for that. some pros are the shower water was amazing and stayed hot, and bed was comfortable! also only cable channels, so beware of that when booking! also be aware that they will not take prepaid cards for the incidental fee.
- 4/5
Room was a little small but very clean .
- 4/5
Breakfast is good, not the best but not bad...my discomfort was the pillow hard like a rock I ended with neck problem..couldn't sleep well...other than this is good for the money
- 1/5
I booked the room and they did not give me the room I booked. I was supposed to have a double bed with microwave and refrigerator. When I went to the front desk, she told me she could not move me because all the rooms were booked, but I could use their refrigerator. That was unacceptable. They also had a small full-size bed that felt like a bunkbed mattress. When you sat on it, you sunk down a good foot and a half. The lady at the desk said it’s because it’s a handicap bed and they have hard climbing in. I asked for a refund and they refused. I went down to the front desk after checking out the room and she was helping a customer and asked me to step to the side. After 15 minutes, I went up and grabbed my things along with starting the virtual help on the bookings.com site. She then proceeded to tell them that I had already been there for three or four hours so they could not refund my money. You could clearly see when I book the room not even 30 minutes before I checked in. This whole deal was about a hour and a half in before bookings got her to call her manager to ask for a refund. It is now 11 PM and she says I just came down. I said ma’am, I’ve already been down here to talk to you one time before do you not remember and she stated no you did not. Despite putting me in the wrong room, they still refused to refund my money. Bookings.com took care of it and credit me my money back and then some. I was able to book a new hotel. Do not use this place. They are horrible.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing thank you for a wonderful stay definitely will return next time I’m in town.
- 4/5
The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful.
- 3/5
It was ok for a quick nights sleep. The room overall was cold and beds were fine. The rooms walls were pretty beat up, there wasn’t a fridge or microwave and the bathroom was very small. Pillows are small but there are multiple. But it was fine especially for the price.
- 5/5
It was considered convenient for us...even though we stayed there a little more than a week..would recommend it to family and friends...
- 5/5
Clean room and great parking
- 4/5
Thanks
- 3/5
I thank GOD I was able to find a location that had a roof and a bed for my out of town stay. Thanks Addison for being in existence.
- 3/5
Booked a king bed with tub, got king bed with walk-in shower. Very noisy as a youth sports team was staying there, lots of families and doors slamming. This time, trash not emptied, carpets through out lobby, halls and rooms are worn and warping. On my second day, I returned to my room only to have the key not work. I went back down to the lobby and asked why. I was told by Miss April, that she didn't check me in and therefore doesn't know if I'm the actual key holder. When pressed to understand, she gave me the 'Oh Lord' response, stating that the key could have been left somewhere, given to someone other than me and a slew of other reasons why I had to show my ID and get new keys. That the hotel will not take responsibility for someone being in the room unauthorized. I mentioned that I needed to use the bathroom and she states you can use the lobby bathroom if you have to go. As I walked away I heard her commentary on the situation to the woman that had been hanging out in the lobby, since I left, that morning. It was rude to say the least. Not feeling safe there now, since Miss April made it very clear that an unsavory element frequent this hotel and my possessions, car, or person could be compromised.
- 2/5
On our return trip I booked one of the newly renovated rooms, but was told at check in that I couldn’t stay in a renovated room because of my service dog. After arguing that service dogs were not pets, the night manager refused to budge. Not only were we put in a room that hadn’t been renovated, but no refund of the higher price was given even though I asked for one. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable, it squeaked every time my husband or I moved, and the pillows were so old, worn, and useless we barely slept! The floors in the lobby were filthy. The hotel was booked, but one of the 2 elevators was out of service. The free breakfast is disgusting. The coffee in the lobby is good, but the hotel has cheaped out by not supplying lids for the styrofoam cups. Needless to say, we will stay elsewhere on our next trip through the Dallas area.
- 3/5
The towels were stained hard not clean. The room were dusty.
- 5/5
Might not be an upscale hotel but you get a clean air conditioned room, comfortable bed, safe neighborhood and a complimentary freshly made breakfast. A wonderful place just to crash for a night or two. Best hotel to stay at this affordable price.
- 5/5
April checked me in and was very knowledgeable about the property. All of the employees at the front desk were on call as there was an issue all weekend with the magnetic strip on the keys. This is one of my favorite dog hotels bc the dogs are the nicest group you can hope for when traveling.
- 2/5
The room the room was good, spacious. Good pillows. But for anyone to claim that this location has breakfast is astonishing.. a lonely, waffle maker, and a couple of bagels and sweet rolls does not constitute breakfast for those of us who are prediabetic and celiac. Even Motel 6 has those premade omelette things… at least put out some of those packaged, hard-boiled eggs, people!
- 1/5
Booked a room for mult days. Moved out after two and they wouldn’t help me with a reimbursement even tho I payed for travel insurance. Moved out do to random bug bites or hives not sure tha I was getting each morning.
- 3/5
The reception was not so friendly. We haven’t had any room service in the first 4 days. We had to ask twice to clean the room. We had problems with the key almost everyday.
- 4/5
Good for the price
- 2/5
The night stand dreamers don’t stay closed. They slide out. This could be a safety issue. I don’t see why something like that would be ignored by the hotel. The bathroom sink drain has a missing drain plug. If someone loses a jewelry it would go down the drain. Why is left without fixing? The breakfast was good and the employees are patient and helpful. The administration seems to be hands off for a hotel at a key locations with the potential to thrive. Good Luck.
- 4/5
Another clean room and the nicest staff in Addison. Stay here each week for work and glad I found them.

Good
- 4/5
The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Stayed for business so did not use the pool or anything else. Place was centrally located to anything you need; food, gas, shopping, etc. Will stay again next trip.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good 👍
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here multiple times before but this will probably be the last time. The accessible room was confusing - at times I doubted it was an accessible room - there was no shower seat & the shower water pressure was a trickle. I booked a room with a fridge & microwave and got neither. The room was cleanish & ok, but nothing special.
- 4/5
Clean room but the popcorn ceiling was bubbling and peeling off, making it look grungy. AC good. Bed good. Desk good. Mini fridge worked. Microwave was questionable but worked. The door latch on the microwave was malfunctioning. Seemed dangerous. Bathroom/shower good. Things are obviously older but fairly well kept. Swimming pool nice but not heated. The first night the pool was closed at least a hour before advertised. Typical “meh” breakfast. Staff were welcoming, polite, professional and friendly. The cleaned and made up the room every day. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking available. Best feature is the price.
- 4/5
The breakfast offered a good variety each morning, and while the lobby shows some signs of the hotel’s age, it’s still very nice and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. I’m especially grateful to the front desk for accommodating my last-minute request for a room closer to the lobby due to an injury—it made a big difference during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Wendy was beyond an exceptional employee. Great location and kudos to the staff for a wonderful free breakfast every morning. We will be back and thank you!
- 5/5

- 4/5
Staff was great room was clean…did not eat breakfast
- 5/5
Not bad
- 5/5
The front desk people know their stuff. She didn't just stare at me blankly and blink. She was on it. Night shift knows whats going on.
- 5/5
Always a great stay!
- 5/5
Breakfast was a little marginal
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, cost was good.
- 5/5
Been here twice and each time it was a good experience.
- 3/5
okay, however i would not stay again.
- 5/5
Good place and amazing breakfast
- 1/5
Ceiling texture bubbling and falling inside the room. Seriously stained carpet. Hair in shower and bathroom floor. “Pet friendly”: $75 fee. Mattress has some sort of metal surround. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I’m washing all my clothes in boiling water as other patrons on Google show bed bugs.
- 5/5
Get new curtains please!
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, everything was well
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Yes just wifi wouldn’t work on 4th floor
- 4/5
On the flip side, the breakfast spread was fairly inspiring with the only hot veggie option being scrambled eggs. I also found it really odd that they didn't have moisturizer in the bathroom or as a toiletry to request.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, convenient
- 5/5
Yes, it was good.
