- Inconsistent hot water supply
- Breakfast quality varies

The staff were excellent! Everyone was nice! The breakfast wasn’t so good, I got a milk from the fridge and it was expired. The room could have been cleaner, there was old stains on stuff.

The breakfast was good. The lady in the morning setting up the breakfast was very nice. The front desk was helpful when needing extra towels. The room was clean. No issue at all. I’d recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Close to lots of really good restaurants and bars 1 tv for both rhe living area and bedroom to watch
- 5/5
Room was clean and it was a quiet, peaceful stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the endless bagel/pancake toppings and single servings of syrup 😆 Would stay here again.

Staff and breakfast were great. Room size was very big. It’s just an older hotel and could use some upgrades for places like main hallways, elevators, etc….
- 5/5
The lady at the counter was so welcoming and helpful.
- 5/5
The pool was out of business
- 1/5
Only one small bar of soap was provided, and basic amenities like a dental kit were not available. No complimentary drinking water was placed in the room. During our 2 day stay with a family of four, housekeeping did not clean the room or replenish supplies, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations.

Don’t spring for the suites, the couch was stained/dirty. Small TV.

Great location in Addison. Close by everything. Don’t spring for the suites, the couch was stained/dirty. Small TV.

The elevators were super slow and one was disabled. Rooms were great. Breakfast was great! Common area was great to accommodate our extended party

Older building, needs updates. First room didn't have hot water, new room didn't have water pressure in the bathroom sink. The pool was very dirty and draining while we were there. You will be charged for parking. What are you supposed to do, park your car off site?
- 4/5
Location and staff. Beds were uncomfortable, breakfast average at best.

Everything was clean and the staff was super accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Terrible room.
- 5/5
Clean and well kept. The rooms were nice. Wish there was better lighting though in the bathroom/vanity area for women who need to do hair and makeup.
- 1/5
When we were getting our kids ready for bed we found pills under the couch. The bathroom was filthy and the shower was not functioning properly. The staff at the front desk were very nice though they gave us our first night free when I called about the pills and asked no questions the next morning when I told them to cancel the rest of our stay.
- 3/5
The room was ok the cleaning is average. They could clean it way better. The shower is dripping. The light near the working table is poor.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful. Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Very clean hotel great breakfast and friendly staff
- 4/5
Really good stay. Clean and walking distance to a few places
- 1/5
The worst part is the one television setup for the both rooms. Is is definitely too small and to low for more than one person laying in the bed. The breakfast menu need to be thrown in the trash and revamp.
- 3/5
There was some kind of debris inside the coffee maker so I didn’t use it. AC was loud. Room is a bit outdated. Coffee and tea service in the lobby was nice. Free breakfast was also a plus.
- 5/5
We have enjoyed our stay…
- 3.5/5
The breakfast needs to be more kid friendly. Needs cereal and waffles. The pool wasn’t available.

Overal not bad, but not 5 star
- 2/5
The breakfast was good. The location was perfect. Pool was unavailable. "Under construction" Booking was not as advertised. Only 1 pull out sofa not 2 like the listing said! No door or privacy to king size bed partition. Toilet broke and we couldn't flush it the entire time we were there and staff never told us it couldn't be fixed nor did they fix it. When I asked for a discount I found out they were charging me $10/day to park at the hotel!!! This was never told to me when I picked up my room key that I'd be charged for parking. Their discount was me not paying for parking which is bs. They only took $40 off. I was rooming with my 3 autistic children and having to stick your hand in the toilet and manually flush it the entire weekend was not fun.

Location was good, Addison is a cute gem. The staff was immensely helpful, kind & always courteous and professional.

You should not be part of a sports tournament stay and play without functioning washer and dryers! They’re crucial for ease of guest during these events

Everything was good.

When checking in, we were given our keys and that was it. No information from staff on where room was, what floor we would be on, what entrances were available, no direction. No information given on anything really. Room layout was awkward, with bed and TV cabinet.

Was charged separately for parking
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but they have a strange configuration. It’s a very nice hotel overall. The breakfast is a bit disappointing as the eggs were not good and there was no protein option with the eggs.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was great, plenty of food!
- 5/5
Very friend staff
- 5/5
Nice place, clean rooms, simple breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly friendly, supportive and guests oriented; especially the young lady who was staffing the front desk and checked me in. Property is in a great and seemingly safe location, and was clean outside and inside. Hallways and room were quiet and clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was hot.
- 5/5
Wonderful place!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
This was a very nice and reasonably priced hotel in an expensive area. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I was able to make use of the available computer and printer to handle some documents I needed. Overall, a great experience!
- 3/5
Overall good stay
- 4/5
It was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Overall it's good but the pool was not as clean
- 4/5
Great location. The check in staff friendly.
- 5/5
This hotel was very clean and in a good area
- 3/5
room was just ok. The tub wasn’t very clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and room was dark, not very much light.
- 5/5
Clean comfy stay. Close to restaurants and nightlife but quiet.
- 4/5
Good hotel. Nice staff
- 5/5
Muy buenas y cómodas las habitaciones
- 5/5
Stayed here for a couple of days. The staff I interacted with were all nice and pleasant, the facilities were good and well-kept. They don’t tell you until check-in, but it is $10 per day to park in the parking lot.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Elevator was in rough shape. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
- 4/5
Easy access, clean room, ample breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was absolutely wonderful and check in was a breeze! The room is a gem., low prices with extremely clean rooms and space! It definitely prompted me to leave a review! I will stay here every time in Dallas.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not great. Food was cold. Not much of a selection.
- 5/5
Stayed here three times now and each time has been pleasant.
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean room
- 5/5
Ok
- 2/5
This hotel seems to be in a vey bad neighborhood with high crime and homelessness. I felt very unsafe in the parking lot, and they must buzz you in at night to keep the homeless out of the hotel itself. I will not stay here again.
- 5/5
This was a nice place to stay. Very clean, comfy beds and everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
- 1/5
Not a safe neighborhood. My tailgate lights were stolen. What makes it more intriguing was the fact that My truck was parked right in front of the lobby. There’s also no cameras outside the hotel
- 3/5
Hotel was very clean and in a very good idea. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. The only complain I had was being charged for parking. There was no mention of this when checking in. Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but being charged to park where there was plenty of open parking spaces, seems excessive. Think I would skip this one next time
- 4/5
Clean Room, Good breakfast, close to Amenities needed.
- 4/5
Fruit was was not fresh
- 5/5
It was a perfect stay. Staff was friends. Rooms were super nice. Will book again
- 4/5
The property is clean and the location is good.
- 3/5
The parking lot have very low lights and the first night the door would not lock.😡😡😡
- 5/5
The room was nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location.
- 5/5
My room was fantastic it was near lots of shopping and breakfast was clean and nice.
- 4/5
Front desk staff and breakfast staff were great, but room was slightly lacking. There was food or something on couch and ottoman, and toilet tissue, nose tissue box and shampoo levels were extremely low.
- 3/5
The only ice machine that was working was the one on the first floor. I went to all four of the other floors looking for ice before I found that one working. The light on the smoke detector is very bright and bothersome at night for sleeping. Otherwise, it was fine.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
My only complaint was that the beds should be replaced. They were not comfortable and noisy with just the slightest movement.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
The staff was excellent and very helpful. Can't wait to book again
- 4/5
wonderful place and the staff is amazing! really enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
Room was dated, bathroom felt like a public bathroom. AC was inconveniently placed right next to bed so it was blowing in my face all night. Couldn’t turn it off because my son sleeping in the pull out couch would get warm. Room listed was a one bedroom but wasn’t, living area was partially blocked but not separate. Would not have booked if I had known. Breakfast was decent, $10 charge for parking. Would not return or recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and nice property. Enjoyed my stay here. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Amazing!!! Fast and easy check-in!!
- 5/5
THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE AWESOME THIS WEEKEND
- 5/5
Great Service Super Clean Rooms
- 4/5
Real fast was good, room was very accommodating, loved the turn el bed and coach bed option. Didn’t like paying for parking.

the staff are extremely friendly
- 4/5
Close to stores and restaurants
- 5/5
Great choice
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms. Perfect for my family!!
- 3/5
It was ok. Room was kinda small. Pool was not in great shape. When we were packing up we found an old used condom under the bed. So that was pretty awful.
- 4/5
Website is look queen bed around 435 ft,actually thebed is full size, very small room
- 3/5
The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. There was a lot of close dining and shopping options. You were close enough to all the major highways making travel an ease. Our room was small compared to most Springhill Suites. It is definitely and older hotel with some funky odors in the hallways, but not in the rooms. The pool and pool area are pretty small, so don't book the room for the pool. There were several treadmills and ellipticals; however, only 3 were in working order. The workout area was kept clean. Our TV remote didn't work even after replacing the batteries. Overall the stay was okay, but the staff is the real winners of this hotel. They were so amazing that I didn't complain about the inadequacies of the hotel. Jayna, Janai (I can't remember exactly how to spell her name) at the front desk (from New York) is a keeper, so sweet and positive!!
- 3/5
To soft mattresses. Cheap toilet paper. Room looked much bigger online than in person
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and in a decent part of town. The staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed in the parking fee. $20 for self-parking seems a little excessive for a Springhill Suites in the suburbs.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 2/5
Front desk was super friendly, hotel wasn’t very clean, room was very outdated and could have been cleaner, bed wasn’t very comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also great!!!
- 3/5
Customer service was horrible here, specifically the employee, Bliss. He was condescending and extremely rude. Then when I said something to him about his attitude and asked for the manager’s information, he all the sudden became a good employee asking me about my trip. You need to improve your customer service GREATLY.
- 4/5
Kind staff, clean room. Good coffee.
- 2/5
No running hot water in the vanity. Cleaning scheduled but not done. Breakfast was mediocre.
