The Staff was very Courteous and Professional, I certainly enjoyed the stay.

As good as any name brand hotel. I was impressed after staying at several competitors. Red Roof + compares to any of them.

Everything was OK except for the cockroaches. They were medium-size cockroaches small cockroaches literally everywhere on the floor in the bathroom near the bed near the night table walking on the power cord on to the bed other than that the hotel was good just that little detail.

The room we stayed, room 119, had updated things....sink area and counter top but most of the room was old and dirty. The appliances old. Furniture all old. Drawers hard to even open and close. The first evening in I responded to a survey and gave them a 3 noting the room stinks. Smell is horrible. Response sorry. One evening I killed a bug I believe was a cockroach. They only cleaned the room once which was Thursday July 23. We asked on Saturday July 25th for them to clean after 9:30 am. They came to clean at 8:30 am we were not ready to leave yet. They said yes we will be back after 9:30 am but never returned. At midnight as we returned to the room I had to go to the office, take my dirty towels to get clean towels for the next day. Poor communications for sure. We did not expect it to be perfect since the price was lower than some others. We only slept and cleaned up each day and left. It was still very stinky. Burned a candle and used odor cleansing air sprays to be able to sleep in the smell. We were very unhappy yet endured. (I do believe the cleaning staff may not understand english well?).

As advertised. If you need a price friendly quick or long term stay. This will absolutely satisfy. No kitchenette no breakfast. Safe within reason. (Don’t worry Addison PD have nothing to do and will be there within ONE MINUTE if any issues. OVER-POLICED CITY!!!!

The property was under construction no access to the pool the door would get stuck the water wouldn’t get hot the tv only had 4 channels the bed sheet was stained so didn’t look clean and it smells like wet dog staff wasn’t pleasant at all

The staff was very polite and helpful. However, I should’ve looked harder at the room before settling in for the night. There were tiny roaches scurrying around, the bathtub, soap/lotion dispensers were dirty, and the sheets on one bed had stains. However I at least brought up the roaches whenever I checked out to the staff and they made note of it instead of ignoring my complaint.

There was no parking available upon my arrival, and the surrounding area was very loud. When checking into my room, the room smelled like it had been smoked in every day for 10 years, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was courteous enough to let me change rooms, but it was an entire process that took half an hour. Upon turning on the water in my better smelling room, multiple bugs scattered from the sink. The entire place is in need of upgrades. Absolutely will not stay there again.

I like that they accept cash deposit and gives it back after you check out

Room smelled; it was a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and musty/mildew coming from the AC. I dont think AC filters have every been cleaned or changed. Dead roaches everywhere. Stains all over the sheets. It was gross.

This property is in a great location but lacks so much from manager. Sad situation.

Never used laundry room. No problems with the property. Sometimes the staff are not so nice. Key card is always deactivating so I have to stop by the office to make sure it is working. Other than that I haven't had any major issues. Overall, I would recommend.

If you are booking through the third-party red roof in Addison does not care to give you one of their cleaner upgraded newest rooms… if you do not book with them directly, they will most likely put you in the back of the Motel where rooms are full of roaches and carpets smell like pee. Unfortunately, when we request to move the magically seem to be fully booked for the night, but this is not the first time this has happened to us. I was able to find more affordable rooms in the area. I will not be booking with red roof no longer. They are not accommodating and management is not understanding nor care to accommodate your stay if you do not pay full amount for the night directly through them.

Everything was great other than my key card deactivating everyday. Somewhat of an inconvenience to walk up and down stairs after work everyday. Clean rooms. Nice area. Lots to do. Sometimes the next door neighbors are loud but other than that, I would recommend

Other than me having issues with my key card deactivating everyday and the noise from the room next door, I would recommend. I typically clean my own rooms when I book hotels so cleanliness was never an issue. I had no problems with bugs or pets. It is a little pricey for me but I love the location and the area.

Stayed here for one night with my pet. Check-in was easy and the front desk attendant was very nice. The room was clean and tidy no evidence of bugs or anything disgusting. Everything worked properly, bed was comfortable. For the price you pay you get incredible value. Considering I’ve stayed at fancier, more expensive places that had their own types of issues, but this place was very good for budget friendly people that still like and deserve a clean, safe place to rest.

I have not been able to check in because they require a deposit which I wasn’t informed of earlier - I have had to sleep in my car which is ridiculous!

This is by far the worst hotel to stay at in Addison, TX. The staff in the office are EXTREMELY rude and racist. They do not like kids to be outside playing, even if supervised. They speak to you like you are not a human being. They will ban you and lie about it.

The parking area was safe, the area well lit, and plenty of parking for guests.

My stay was pleasant, didn’t have no problem at all. Staff was really nice from Dee at the desk to the cleaning ladies.

The room we got was really smelly and was full of cockroaches the office was inform about the situation and didn’t care at all and there’s a problem passing 11pm cause there’s no parking space at all how there’s a bar next to the hotel the staff was inform about it and said to go park in a shopping center really non professional at all i highly don’t recommend at all

Rooms in very good condition, compared to other hotels in the area I would recommend 100%.

It was a two bed room and both beds were full of bugs. We checked in at 11pm and left soon after to check in somewhere else. Just awful!

I love the red roof in Addison when I need a quick inexpensive place to stay that is dog friendly! Ketan at the front desk was cool and took care of me.

Very good service from the moment I arrived at the reception desk; the room was clean and had no unpleasant odors. I'll stay there every time I come to work. I'm looking for a place to rest, and I have it there. Thank you so much to Dee for your attention!

They asked me to make a $ 50.00 dollars deposit, so I did and when I checked out they told me they will put the money back in my credit card, but 3 days passed and the money is not showing back on my card

My stay was great! Having a pool right downstairs was convenient and I enjoyed it. The front desk folks were sometimes a bit dismissive or standoffish, but they were still helpful. My only big complaint isn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. The weekend patrons of the restaurant were often very loud and there was often yelling of obscenities coming from there. The sound carried to probably all of the rooms surrounding the courtyard/pool. Other than the restaurant patrons being noisy though, the hotel patrons/community were friendly, and the atmosphere felt happy and safe.

Room was clean and overall room was comfortable after turning on A/C. Super hot when I entered.

Roaches in bathtub in the morning when we got up. Faucet on sink was real loose . WS not screwed down just connected to water. Not sure I would stay again there.
