Hotel is ok

This property is for a last minute stay. Stayed at properties for the same cost and without a deposit and better room overall... Expected better and practically was deceived upon entry.. The property seem to be good at one point, but not now.👎

Hotel maintenance is heavily needed. This hotel is poorly maintained.

The staff was friendly and helpful at the time of changing rooms and later to cancel. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, a lot of things broker or damaged. And people not doing friendly things.

Absolutely nothing. The couch was missing a cushion and the other two had on half filling in the cushions. The AC in the window was overly loose. I could fit my hand through it, if it falls on anyone below it will be very bad. Cockroaches!! Light is bolted in the wall but is falling off the wall, again if it falls on someone it could mean injury. NO SMOKE ALARM! This is a structural violation. Fire department will be notified. The staff were all RUDE. Not one was nice.

Property was not clean, staff was new and did not know a lot..kept waiting, breakfast counter was empty during the breakfast window. Air conditioning was great and working as accepted.

We had to check 4 other rooms because there were bugs and awful, nauseating smells throughout the entire building. Elevator was dirty with trash on the floor, garbage all over the hallways, bugs in almost every room, dirty bathrooms, broken furniture.

Staff was amazing and attentive. It was nice

Quiet area, without too much traffic. Refrigerators in rooms which is always useful and the room stays as cool as you want it to be.

Unfortunately, the rest of our stay didn’t meet expectations. The room was much darker than expected due to very limited lighting, and when one of the light bulbs burned out, I had to ask multiple times before it was replaced. The couch in our room was also in poor condition and wasn’t comfortable enough to sit on. Additionally, the hallways and elevator had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. While there were a few positives, these issues made the overall experience disappointing.

Listen, its cheap for a reason. Its really really shabby beyond the front lobby. Its smells alllllll the time. The cops are here on a regular basis. Its rough. "But did you die?" No- you can make it, and I only saw one roach in the extended time I was here. But would I stay again? No. Spend the extra cash to stay somewhere nicer if you can. If you can't, bring clorox wipes, air freshener, dont plan to sit on the chairs or use the pull out couch. The cleaning ladies are trying, but they cant fix the "landlord special" style paint, chipped and torn furnishings, and stained holey linens. A/C was cold but loud, clientele was loud, lots of dogs, etc. Noise canceling headphones are your friend if you have to stay here.

Arrived on friday night and was able to check in smoothly. Staff was always friendly and ready to help, however it felt like anywhere we went in the hotel it just did not seem clean. Bathroom tub still had a plastic head cover from a shaving razor, and just looked..dirty. One of the wash cloths i personally did not use because it had hair on it. Pool area was really gross, did not want to walk around it barefoot. There was hair, and trash everywhere but the pool itself was clean, just not the ground nor the tables. Our neighbor was also really noisy and would slam their door at all hours of the night our first night there, and the floor we were on had a weird smell to it. While the breakfast was good, and the staff was sweet, cleanliness was sub par and just simply did not meet the bare minimum standards.

There is signs posted everywhere about no smoking but the hallways smell like smoke and weed very heavily.

But again I say, I’m not fancy I’m fine as long as my room is clean… I woke up this morning to find a cockroach in my room. Packed up my things and checked out early. I travel quite a bit, in the last 20 years of traveling all over the world. This is the second time I’ve ever checked out early. The first time was because there was a party in the room next-door. I’ve never checked out because the room was gross. The TV didn’t work, but I really wasn’t going to watch it anyway. There was no lamp in the living area, which was awkward. It was dark all of the time. And the GFCI outlet in the bathroom was uncovered and painted over so I’m assuming that thing did not work properly. It has to be some sort of code violation. Painted the inside of the sink white. Just regular paint. Anyway, I guess I’ll try to get a refund Orbitz… We’ll see how that goes.

The worst experience staying at a hotel. First this was a last minute booking. When we arrived the unit smelled strong of Fabuloso and cigarettes. The sheets even had cigarette burns. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet and thought maybe it was just freshly cleaned and would dry nope not the case. It was urine and toilet sewer water leaking from the toilet. I am currently pregnant and did not notice that I was sewer water leaking for the toilet until the next morning because I had arrived late the night prior. So imagine walking over that not knowing. And then when confronted they only offer $8 refund for the stay. This hotel needs to be shut down or ran under different management. Mold on the walls broken light switches and leaking sewer water. Stains on the walls in the rooms that don’t look good. And ac definitely doesn’t work and was so dirty that the air couldn’t flow properly.

Missing door lock up top, shower faucet broke, roach infestation, room smelled horrible. Not very clean. Breakfast ok. Not great selection at all.

Estuve 3 noches y la televisión nunca funcionó, y eso que la reportamos pero no hicieron nada hasta el fin de semana, el desayuno es muy limitado, se acaba pronto y no surten rápido, es puro huevo, cereal, waffles y plátanos, (siempre igual), el cuarto dice nonsmoking y huele mucho a cigarro, en el baño no había acondicionador en el dispensador, el elevador es sucio y apesta, la llave de la regadera sale caliente donde dice fría y al revés también, cama y almohadas confortables. Casi nunca doy comentarios pero este hotel si me decepcionó.

They were awesome, I made a mistake and booked my room for the wrong day but when I showed up a week early, they still honored my reservation and online price without a problem at all. The room was huge and clean, and the price was excellent.

Espero que a nadie más le pase lo que a mi me pasó No recomiendo este hotel a nadie las habitaciones están muy deterioradas no es lo que esperaba estaba sucio y tenía mal olor desde la entrada tuve que cancelar en el mismo momento y me dijeron que me reembolsarian y no lo hisieron entiendo las políticas del hotel pero deberían de no engańar a la gente con fotografias que no es nada que ver a lo que enverda es el hotel de muy mala calidad creo que debe estar más limpio un motel que ese lugar y pague por 8 noches y no se me reembolsó nada completamente decepcionado de ese lugar perdí mucho dinero

Property has a odor the moment you enter the building, the entire carpeting seems like have never been cleaned, stains in sheets and mattres cover. Sofa smells like urine. Frontdesk staff not helpfull

The room smelled like cleaner and mod and mildew. The faucet to the jacuzzi leaked and never stopped running. There was mold above the jacuzzi on the cieling. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the handle was broken. I spent $132 for a king suite and it was terrible. I left at about 10:30 pm almost 12 hours before I was supposed to check out. If I could get a refund I would but this place is not a good place to be

Didn't know this was a bad part of town. Had a domestic situation happening between people IN THE HALLWAY in the middle.of the night, throwing each other into the walls and doors of the rooms on Monday night. It was terrifying. Cockroaches, human and pet hair everywhere, original room stank of urine and had we carpets. Breakfast sucks. People working the desk were kind.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures posted online are very misleading and do not reflect what you actually see when you arrive. The room was dirty, the furniture was old, and the seats were torn and worn out. The overall condition of the hotel was far below my expectations. I would not have booked this hotel if the online photos accurately showed its current state.

Bed sheet had a ugly stain, that looks like blood, the mattress cover had lots of stains, couch was extremely old and smell like pee, asked staff to change room , they declined. The hallway’s carpet was full of new and old dirty stains. The smell of the entire place was really bad

Staff was friendly and room was air conditioned, and that is where the good things stop. The elevator stopped working mid day, the rooms felt so grimy and run down. We had a pull out couch bed in our room and it collapsed under the weight of my child. Cockroaches in the bathroom the following morning. Just gross.

TV channels weren't setup and took them 2 days to fix after repeated complains? Coffee was sporadic at breakfast with only a single 12 cup caraft available, vs multiple or larger caraft ?

So much bugs, sticky carpet, good waffles though, inhospitable lady Indian reception.

Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways.

Everything was great except for breakfast. The breakfast was horrible the eggs where fake and not prepared properly. I got there at 7 am and nothing had been refilled milk was powder milk waffle maker wasn't working properly one side of the toaster didn't get hot. Fridge for yogurt didn't work

The hotel is in very poor condition; it smells bad, and the staff provides terrible service. On the day I checked in, the receptionist told me that since I was staying for only one night, I didn't need to pay a deposit. However, when I went up to the room, there was no electricity and there were holes in the walls. I went back downstairs immediately to report this and asked if I could get a refund for the room I had paid for. I made a few phone calls, and then I asked if they could assign me a different room. At that point, the receptionist became completely rude and told me that the new room required a $100 deposit. As for that new room—the water heater never, ever worked.

Do not book here it is not worth it everything is broken and they don't care about fixing it

When I arrived the place looked clean and nice. When I went my room it was clean at the start till I started to notice roaches around the room and restroom. After a while I hung out in the lobby and pool area and noticed SEVERAL dozens of roaches. They were even in the bottom floor restroom as well. I had to ask several times for the staff to send someone to fix my light in the restroom. The light kept flickering and sometimes didn't turn on. They didnt fix the light for 2 days. Every staff member kept telling me different times of when breakfast started but never laid out when they said the food would be out. One day when I went down to the lobby breakfast was actually there and i went to get some cereal but the staff member that handled the food was really unprofessional, giving attitude telling me that breakfast was already over and arguing when i tried explaining the food is never out when they say it was. Half the outlets in my room also didn't work so i had to keep relocating the microwave to different outlets to be able to warm up some food. I didn't even stay there for my full reservation because of how bad the roaches and services was

We left our rooms all day one day to come back with our rooms not being cleaned or fresh towels. We still didn't get fresh towels the next day.

The hotel felt run down and not maintained. I would not stay here again.

Elevator got stuck on me and my family 6 times hotel stunk it was very ghetto bay was really really nasty none of the sinks and the tub didn’t drain the beds were dirty sheets and the carpet,walls,curtains all had stains and blood stains everywhere this is a real P.O.S HOTEL I’d ever stayed in

checkin took forever. got into the room, there was water on the bathroom counter, the tv remote had no batteries, the towel set was not complete, there were notable holes in the floor under the dirty carpet, the couch in the room was torn, and bent in dramaticaly, the beds were sunk in, and old. the a/c did work good, but thats the only good thing i can say about the room and facility. the soap dispensers in the shower were empty, and no individual bottles in site.

Before we arrived at the hotel, they tried to cancel my reservation, stating my credit card was not declined when it wasn't; after calling them, they stated the hotel was full and they would not be able to honor our reservation and, after threatening them with legal action, they relented. When we arrived, the hotel was dirty (lobby had trash in the common areas and the carpet was old and dirty). The elevator also did not work and we had to haul our luggage up one flight of stairs. The side doors were not secured and there was trash all around the hotel's perimeter. Our room's furniture was damaged (the couch had a large hole in it and the floor was warped.) The 'breakfast' was sparse and disorganized and we skipped a few days because they kept running out of food. They rarely cleaned our room (housekeeping only showed up one day after 6pm to clean our room). This was the worst experience we have ever had, including our trips to the Middle East) and we will never stay here again.

I didn't make it past check-in. My wife and I both decided, for the safety of our children, that this wouldn't be a safe place for us to stay.

Pool was ice cold no heater. Breakfast was horrible but the rooms were clean and the kids were safe and staff were friendly.

Only down side is the elevator broke shortly after i checked in. so i had to carry heavy boxes down 3 flights of stairs at check-out

Tried to get us to stay in a room with a broken lock the first night, then put us in a room with broken heavily stained couch that would not pull out into a bed. Heavy bad odors throughout the hotel, elevator did not work. Lights in workout room do not work. Breakfast was only waffles, no proteins. Dirty carpets throughout, has people living long term on property with animals.

Room was clean. However, the shower was very cold. And they did not give me towels as I requested. Their pool stunk really bad and staff was rude. Only one of the individuals that works there was very nice and I can’t remember her name at the time but all the other staff members were very rude and inconsiderate and treated me and my daughters like we were an inconvenience whenever we needed new towels or soap and shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Blood on the sheets, bloody clothes in the parking lot as well as a huge pile of poop in the parking lot. The light switch in the room has been burning for awhile apparently. It was not good at all. We ended up leaving shortly after checking in. No refund, they offered to change rooms after saying they had no other rooms available.

Cleanliness, everyone was pleasant, breakfast was nice and the pool and gym were why I went here in the 1st place but I didn't go in the pool because they had a camera. I didn't want to be watched the entire time I was swimming everyone in the lobby could see too. The bonus was on Sunday they had a church service in the conference room. I really enjoyed that and I was able to get good rest hardly any noises. Very peaceful 😁

Everything was fine except for that other than the stay was OK, but that really bothered me that the alarm went off two or three more times and there was nothing wrong

Sofa is worn out

Room was not fully cleaned. Someone’s shoes were left on the side of the bed, the pull out couch had a dirty towel left in there so we decided not to use. 1 out of 2 of the beds were broken felt like we were going to tip over if it was uneven. Curtains had a huge black stain on them. The phone chargers seemed to have over heated/hot to the touch, thinking maybe they were old so I threw one away because it wasn’t charging my phone anymore and to top off we got woken up by the fire alarm at 7am getting rushed to leave the building finding out after that someone’s iPad had caught fire. So something electrical could be going on….Considering the price I guess you can say we got what we paid for but definitely not staying again.

The place was extremely rundown. The couch had holes, and the walls were patched with mud on drywall, far from being finished. The people living there were also quite sketchy.

Our room Couch is dirty, room has vinyl flooring, flooring was so sticky, room has several holes made by previous frame hanging nails. During morning break fast time, this hotel was conducting passport renewal for Bagladesh. There were more than 100 + people in the lobby. Actually there was no room sit down for breakfast. Sorry to say this, I would never stay again here

Room wasnt fully cleaned, pool was extremely cold, housekeepers was very rude, front desk was nice and helpful, breakfast was medicore, Elevator needs fixing, Tvs oudated, nice lounging area. Stay at your own risk!!!

The first suite the pull out bed was broken so I moved to a new one and it was broken as well. The furniture was dirty. The couches looked like they had been pulled out of a dumpster, the hallways were so dirty, the elevator had me scared to even use it, it smelled horribly of smoke and weed. It was me, my husband, and 3 children. We didn’t feel safe so we checked out after being there less than 30 minutes.

Place and staff was “ Awesome”

I checked in for three nights, so I made sure these weren't just single day issues before posting my review. The showers do not get hot, the fridge didn't work, I paid for a "suite" with a blow dryer that it didn't have, plus the pillows are not supportive at all. The breakfast options were scrambled eggs or waffle. That is it. To top off all of these issues, I also saw multiple roaches during each day of my stay. I burned my clothing and writing this entire chain of hotels off my list to potentially use. Please refrain from staying here because even at the prices you'll likely leave severely disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Roaches in the bathroom. Requested extra towels and was told no extra towels. I booked a suite with family of 6, and was only given 2 towels. We had to go buy towels for our family to be able to have enough towels for everyone. Breakfast was horrible.

Walking in the hotel smelled like smoke and weed. The carpets and rooms dirty. Stains on the top comforter. We only had one towel and had to go get more. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. This hotel really needs to be cleaned and upgraded. Invest in air fresheners

Room was not clean it looks like fluids in the sheets and sofa, couches, sofa bed had wires pop out, no support in the mattres it was all bended

The hotel is really old and dirty, moldy bathrooms, front desk staff was very nice, but everyone else not so much.

The hotel was not clean and not well maintained.

I mean, I constantly got harassed by the cops for no reason I would not suggest anyone going to that hotel. I give it no stars and will never recommend anyone. Best thing they can do is shut it down because the cops were there abusing their authority harassing us.

BEWARE: This place is awful! A kid was kidnapped in the parking lot and dozens of cops are there daily for many reasons. Lots of druggies and sketchy people. Hotel says no smoking but you can smell cigarettes, weed, and other sorts of burning all day, all night throughout the halls. Not a safe area for anyone with kids. Breakfast is a joke. The white guy working the breakfast line every day dumps too much water in the waffle mix that it's literally inedible. Bananas are old and rotten. Eggs are gross. If you're good with eating yogurt and coffee every morning for breakfast, that's about the only safe thing you'll get. The good stuff he hoards so that he can take it home. At 9:30 every morning he's loading his van with what you could have had for breakfast. There is only one staff member who is respectful and has common sense, it's the skinny Indian girl, she's wonderful. The rest of the staff, good luck communicating with. The floors are falling in throughout the entire hotel and they just ran cheap carpet over it to cover it up but you can feel the foundation crumbling and when you walk the halls, it sounds like bigfoot is coming. We moved rooms twice. First time my toddlers were running around the room being kids while I was remotely working and a big buff angry dude came banging on my door threatening me. Staff did nothing. There's dog poop EVERYWHERE, nobody cleans. Roach infestation that will make you question your entire existence. RUN!! Stay in your car if you have to!

Very dark , elevator was in bad shape but to many shady people to take stairs honest I was worried all night didn’t sleep absolutely will not be back there !

All the above plus lots of young kids smoking pot on the-floor I stayed and were up all night making noise

Required a $200 deposit and has not refunded a week later.
