They must be trying to mask an odor, the lobby and hallways melled like an airfrahener bolb went off in the place. Very hard to breathe without tasting air freshener. Breakfast was ok, but the gravy was very runny and not good.. manager did finally find our Kindle that was left behind and are holding it for us to return or get it shipped to us

The property gave a very good impression coming in, it was clean and smelled so good. The bed was pretty hard but wasn’t terrible. The pillows on the other hand were a huge disappointment. They were all very hard and lumpy. We didn’t sleep very well because of the pillows.

It was clean, quiet and in a safe location! The staff were so sweet! Also, the pool was heated and amazing to swim in before bed! The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to bring our own dirty towels down to the front desk to get fresh ones and get more toilet paper from the front desk but the front desk staff were all amazingly sweet, kind and helpful!!!

Checkin was smooth and the front desk was friendly. Parking was easy and the room location and cleanliness were great. Definitely staying again.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be booking another stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is safe, and we felt comfortable the whole time. I was concerned we would be disturbed by air traffic, but the building is well insulated, and we couldn't even hear anything in our room. The pool was also a pleasant surprise. In the center of the property, it offered a safe and relaxing location for our family to wind down after a long day of visiting museums.

The Elevator was super scary and took forever but overall for the price it was nice. The pool was ok, lots of old damage in the hotel but they tried to repair. Overall I enjoyed my stay though. Room was nice and cold and convenient to Dallas. TV needs to be updated

Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and everything was very clean. The manager even gave ice cream to the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The pool was clean, and the whole hotel had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Kind of run down and dingy.

Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel had an amazing scent throughout, which made it feel clean and inviting. The pool was a nice size and was perfect for relaxing. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't cool the room as well as I expected, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Ewwwwww. The only thing nice I can say is that this place is in a safe area, but it looks like it’s in permanent-restoration. The elevator signage is lacking and hard to find and the elevator location is 100 miles from where my room was. My room had some weird random stained office chair in it right as you walked into the room with no rhyme or reason for it to be there. This place felt sketchy from the front desk slimy check-in process, to my departure and I got the heebie jeebies staying here just one night. I left at the crack of dawn.

The hotel was clean, the staff was great and very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bed but then again we are all spoiled to our own beds. The location was great, it was less than 30 minutes to everything we did while there. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great. There was always scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels, and cream cheese, fruit, coffee, and. Flavored coffee, creamers.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation so lots of supplies stacked in the halls so a bit chaotic but it hopefully will look better when finished. The room was clean and plenty of towels . They don’t do daily cleaning of your room… but they will clean your room if you ask at the desk the night before.

The breakfast was minimalist to say the least. I realize the La Quinta is under renovation. The shower was like showering with a sewing thimble! I told the desk clerk on checking out and she said she would have maintenance look into the shower!

Unfortunately there were insects in the room and it smelled like dog piss.

My DL was expired and I haven’t been unable to renew as I am waiting for citizenship documentation from the government as I was born abroad to a military service member. The Addison location would not allow me to check in even though my visit was prepaid and non-refundable through a third party at 10 at night with 2 kids! The staff member was less than helpful and told me I can talk to the manager on Monday morning)it was Friday night). I went down the street to a Hilton hotel and no problems!

Breakfast was ok eggs were cold parking was good, staff was helpful, room service no one changed the bed sheets I stayed there for 5 days they didn’t provided any bathroom toiletries I don’t think I will recommend anyone to stay at your hotel. Cleaning room there was no service provided. I don’t appreciate that. At least change the bed sheets not every day for our stay at least 2 times or 3 times nothing like this happened I was not happy.! I will look for another hotel. Next time.

But everytime I encounter an Indian own property its always dirty and not well kept! The entrance looks kinda nice but don’t let that fool you! I had roaches in my room the carpet was really dirty. And it smelled really really bad. if they are truly doing some renovations, I think they should shut down until everything is fully done. It’s not very safe to have people walk around unstable carpeting/flooring

They were remodeling but the room was great, breakfast was better then expected and my kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a room that faced the pool on the third floor. The sun hit the windows in the afternoon. We thought the air conditioning would cool it down while we went to dinner. It never adequately cooled the room, and we were very uncomfortable.

Fantastic La Quinta location. 10/10 recommended.

I love the amount of pillows on the bed, BUT they could definitely be replaced as they are quite.....stiff and not quite comfortable! Other than that, everything else was perfect.

After loading up all my belongings in a UHaul for a move, we stayed here for the night. Check in was smooth, the room was a nice size, and the included breakfast was handy the next morning. I would have liked a tea other than Lipton, but, no biggie. The lobby was super clean, and they were actively cleaning when we checked in. It seemed to be very very clean at all times. Love that! The room had a regular front door, and a back door right to the courtyard with the pool and planes overhead, which was cool to watch. I didn't notice any noise once in the room, so all good. The value for the price was wonderful. Less than other hotels in the area, and seemed in line with the other more pricey hotels nearby. Overall, a great stay.

Now I will NOT TRUST THE WYNDHAM NAME. Shower had hairs and other detritus on the wall and on the soap dispensers. Front desk man knew that I was leaving 4:30 AM, but 4:45, he was in the middle of putting out coffee and hot water -- I did not get any. Breakfast area about 2 feet wide, with people in there waiting for their waffles to cook, everyone in everyone else's way and bumping. NO HALF-AND-HALF, NOT EVEN IN THE SMALL UNREFRIGERATED CONTAINERS, ONLY FAKE COFFEE MATE CR*P-CHEMICAL-BAD-OIL UNHEALTHY "WHITENER". Nothing for coffee in the room, no sweetener, no "lightener", just 2 packets for black coffee. Shower design was insane---glass shower door did not open on the side with the faucet, so you have to stand inside the shower and get doused with cold water in order to turn it on. And shower door was extremely heavy and hard to slide. AND THE WORST -- THE HALLWAYS WERE SPRAYED DAILY AND HEAVILY WITH SOMETHING EXTREMELY SMELLY. Don't know if it is febreeze, anti-pest chemicals, or someone's (terrible) idea to try to make it smell good because the carpets were so dirty, BUT ALL OF MY CLOTHES NOW SMELL OF IT, AND THEY ARE OUTSIDE IN THE SUN TO TRY TO GET RID OF IT, after being home an entire day. I can try to get the smell out with bleach -- except for my silk coat that cannot be bleached. THE SMELL BURNED MY THROAT even to walk through it, and I would try to hold my breath until I got in my room. Supposed to be under construction, but on work day Friday, nothing done.

Currently putting in new carpet so there is a strong odor and several halls half carpeted and supplies laying around. For the room price the hotel was ok. Bathroom could have used a good mopping even asked for cleaning on day 2 and still had dirt in corners spots on tile floors

Honestly the worst hotel ive ever stayed at! From the moment we got settled in, they double booked our room and someone tried to key into my unit! Kids playing in the halls until 1 a.m. then after breakfast I needed to potty. MY own room key didn't work. They had to assign us new keys, one of which also didn't work. I had to use another patrons toilet to avoid disaster and they didn't even have running water to it. Had to be turned on by the tank. On top of that I woke up on a completely flat pillow! Terrible night's sleep. Cable that had about 18 channels total with a remote that didnt have a guide option, staff contacted me via my room but then my phone would not dial the desk, had to use my cell phone. The absurdity that occurred was unimaginable considering we had just come from a wonderful stay at LaQuina in Galveston. Get it together Addison, TX

Breakfast was a disaster no cups for coffee, overflowing trash. The ONLY two positive things I can say is that the pool was nice and staff were super friendly. They are currently replacing the carpets so expect a mess until that's completed. Ice and vending areas are messy and only ice machine working is on first floor.

Great hotel for the price. My only negative us that the carpet in the hallway outside my room was missing and only padding was there but not put down with anything so I almost tripped twice. This is a safety hazard.

Great establishment and very clean!

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but the bed/bathroom were clean. Need some updates, 2 lamps in the room had no light bulbs, and the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom. If you are traveling with dogs, the hotel charges only 25$ extra. There are also a lot of grassy areas to walk your dogs.

Breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Only downside is only one elevator was working so the wait to go up took forever so we used the stairs, I guess not too bad of a downside since the I was "exercising" 😂 Great place 👌

The continental breakfast was fresh and served on time.

While this property has renovated the room I was in, it is lacking in comfort. The A/C lets the room get warm then cools it down to too cold. The shower looks very nice, but the fact that one door is bolted in place makes it where you have to step into the shower to turn on the water (which immediately starts flowing from the shower head) then for 20 seconds the water is cold. Once the hot water is flowing the temp is OK, but it takes standing in cold water for a while. If the one shower door was not bolted in place then I could reach inside the shower, turn on the water and let it warm up before stepping into it. The bed was just not comfortable; it was OK but I never got a good night's rest. And, finally the "free breakfast" is minimal during the week. On Saturday and Sunday they served scrambled eggs, but not during the week. On the positive side my room key worked all the time, parking was good, and the location convenient to the conference I attended.

I arrived late and left early. But, everything was good and the young guy on reception was very helpful in helping with a completely unconnected problem. Some guests can be a little loud.

Clean quiet rooms, okay breakfast

Room was good value. Lots of good restaurants and pubs walking distance from hotel. Very corporate area and quiet in evenings. Felt very safe walking around at night, even at midnight walking back dinner and drinks.

You get what you paid. Staff were friendly. Pool and small gym. Free breakfast but nothing fancy. Would stay again if on a budget. My room the toilet would keep making noise. Photos on website seem outdated.

Find another hotel, I will not be coming back to this hotel, plus is not what they show in the pictures!
