We had a great stay!!! Honestly there really isn’t much the hotel needs to do to improve. They already have everything so easily facilitated for all of the guests!! And this area has so many restaurants and places to go!!

Location was not bad Staff extremely rude. Especially an employee named Anthony who basically threatened to cancel my booking after checking in because I reported that a staff member was rude to my child. Please note this is after he texts me to ask if everything is well. I am a U.S. veteran in town for a military event and this is how I was treated. I have the text messages saved because that's how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. After this employee found out I was a service member suddenly his tune changed. How does he treat people who are not associated with anything? Very unprofessional and I would recommend others to book someplace else.

My friend and I stayed in a room with two queen sized beds. The room was very large and clean. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The included breakfast was great too - loved my Texas shaped waffle! Staff at breakfast were so nice too!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, staff was helpful and the pool was very nice. Could do more choices with the breakfast menu but it was overall very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently remodeled, the room was perfect, the common areas spotless, and the pool wonderful.

Very pleasant 7 days located within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and nice rooms. We made use of the pool but had a bit of trouble getting the BBQ to work but Angie from reception came to our rescue. Would definitely stay again

We stayed here on a 3 day weekend with a newborn and a toddler it was the most comfortable stay ive ever experienced at a hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious and provided everything you might need. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods to eat. I personally really liked all the common areas to eat breakfast, do some work or even just to sit & relax at some points the tvs would play the World Cup games so that was nice to sit and watch. The pool was our favorite place we sadly didnt get to enjoy the fireplace at the patio i was really looking forward to it but i hope we can next time. 10/10 would recommend others to stay here and I would stay again for future visits.

Really great stay. Quiet at night, very clean, comfortable rooms and nice amenities. Staff were extremely friendly. This will be my go-to Dallas hotel in the future.

This hotel was so clean, looked brand new. The friendliest staff, especially the kitchen staff in the morning. Above and beyond - the beds and pillows were so comfortable and rooms were so quiet.

Perfect stay; clean, friendly, and a perfect location

I thought the hotel was brand new, but found out is was built in 2017. It is in excellent condition. The exercise room was very nice with well maintained equipment. The staff was personably, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was good and staffed to respond to all requests and to provide assistance. The room was clean. The kitchen well organized and stocked. The grounds were excedingly well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I am impressed and will make it a point to stay here in the future.

I checked in about 10 minutes early, but the room was not ready for another 40 minutes. The host was very kind, but seemed odd the room was not ready. Room was immaculate, bed was too firm but typical. Not a peep heard from neighbors and lots to choose from at breakfast. Appreciate the friendliness of the staff. All throughout the hotel, it smelled of a very nice "clean" smell. Definitely recommend!

The room, a studio with 2 queen beds, was very clean. We liked that there was a full-size refrigerator, dishes, utensils, toaster, and several other frequently-used kitchen amenities such as a toaster, mixing bowls, spatulas, cutting board, etc. I also borrowed a stovetop and pans, which was very helpful since we arrived on Christmas Eve and needed to cook on Christmas. The table on rollers was great for dining. The curtain room divider between the sofa and bed was especially useful when staying with a child with an earlier bedtime. Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked, with different main choices each day (such as hot proteins and potato items) and "staple" items every day, such as waffles with the waffle maker, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereals. The staff members were courteous and helpful when I asked to borrow the stovetop and pans and needed a couple pats of butter to cook with. When I tried to use the gas grills but found lighting issues, a staff member took the time to investigate and found that the propane had run out and that the maintenance team would be contacted. Exercise equipment was in good working order, and the parking lot was safe and not crowded. If we return to the Dallas area for vacation, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

They have a good breakfast with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was large, even though it was just a studio suite, and it had a full-sized refrigerator.

Coffee may have been brewed a little hot and was bitter but that is very picky. I would stay here 100 more times.

Fresh menu items that changed daily. Friendly service with a smile. Clean, large rooms with plenty of space to spread out. The crew was super nice and helpful too. Will definitely stay again.

I was attending an event and conference about 10 minutes away, and this property met all of our needs as far as: morning breakfast options, two queen beds, and one sofa, bed, clean and good upkeep of the room, great customer service from all staff members, And great location with many nearby shopping and dining options. I did have one incident where I was charged for my room and someone else’s room as they checked under last name and didn’t verify first name so that was the biggest issue. Upon talking with staff, they were able to rectify the situation quickly and make sure to get me the reimbursement. I would definitely stay here again and would share this hotel as a referral for others.

Beautiful property and big rooms with kitchenette. We only stayed one night. Service was GREAT and they had a very nice hot/cold breakfast bar. Would stay here again.

Only reason I’m not giving a 5-star is because the A/C in the bedroom was extremely loud and emitted a strong musky odor. However, overall, I have stayed at this hotel and its other locations on numerous occasions, and will happily continue to do so.

The only problem was getting specific cable TV Channels for movies - all channels were not available to watch. The specific movie channel like AMC or TNT or other national movie channels were not available to watch The message said AMC Off Air. We could not see the channel. Very disappointing.

The property is a great place to stay! The breakfasts in the mornings were really good. They have a great pool area, a nice gym to workout in, and even a outside fenced in dog area. The small store has a lot of microwavable meals.

We had a wonderful stay! The only constructive feedback I have is the AC unit in our room (room 231) sounded like a spaceship taking off when it amped up. But Everything else was great! The kitchen provided everything we needed. We will for sure stay again. Thank you!

The property was immaculate from the moment you walked in the lobby. Just lovely all around. Room was spacious and clean. Needed a couple repairs on one of the window treatments, but otherwise perfect!

Room was spacious and comfy although warm at night. What disappointed me was the heating in the pool was broken - and the pool was the reason for choosing this hotel on the trip. It was icy - too cold to swim in. When I brought it up, I got the impression they were trying to 'make do' versus fix it. Could also be environmentally friendly - water and milk all in plastic bottles.

It served our purpose as we were in town to visit family and didn't spend much time at the property. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Need an upgrade on bedding.

This is by far one of the cleanest properties we have found around dallas. The rooms are very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Incidentals are kept to a small $15 which is a perk compared to what they are else where. Location is also great and many restaurants nearby.

Room is spacious, comfy n clean. It has double size sofa bed, n kitchen that has dishes utensils n cooking pots n pans just make sure to bring dish soap if you staying few days or more. Continental hot fresh Breakfast with varieties much better than similar hotels. They also use real plates n utensils instead of plastic, paper or styrofoams. Will stay again for sure.

From the outside the property looks good. Our story started around bedtime with the TV in the bedroom not working. I called the front desk, she told me to unplug and it will work. That did not work. I called back and she told me I would have to wait until morning for maintenance because she was alone in the hotel and she couldn’t help me with the situation. I was unhappy but I moved my kiddos to the living room pull out couch instead and dealt with it. That night unfortunately my little one got sick an vomited all over the hide a bed so we had to use the shower/bath to find out out the shower and bath faucet only work together not separately very hard to bath a 1 year old in a shower/ bath combo that the faucet wasn’t working correctly. Also, the tub would not drain either. After that I moved the kids a bed in the room because I rented a suite. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick again in that bed. In the morning I asked for new sheets on the bed, the TV to be fixed and that there was a problem with the shower/ bath. The front desk assured me everything would be dealt with. My husband stayed with the kids while I went to a seminar. The maintenance guy told us the TV has been like that for weeks and they will not be fixing it, the cleaning people never came. They could have just offered to move us rooms or something but the front desk told me I had to deal with it, I paid for suite of a room I expect for it to be functioning or at least accommodated while staying there.

Second, lack of shampoo. We did not have enough shampoo on our last night. We I realized, it was 10pm. Live it through. My family will not be returning to this location. Other location were great.

We were pleasantly surprised at this property, we've never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but now it will be our go-to location for travel. The room's smell and feel amazing, it wasn't a facade of being clean, it was clean! Plenty of room for the 5 of us, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice, just enough of everything you could need. The breakfast was tasty, the pool was huge and also well maintained. The staff were all very nice. Lots of restaurants in the area, easy to get around.
