It is a very clean hotel and staff is very nice. breakfast is very good.

Room was really comfy and clean. The whole hotel smells clean. The building looks new, which is an extra plus. A little airport noise, but overall great experience.

The room and hotel were very clean and top tier! Area close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to some. The Galleria (mall is about 6 minutes from the hotel) and overall very quiet - one note about breakfast the pancake machine was broken and need other meat options other than sausage/ put bacon out on some days

The stupid staff cancelled my reservation and booked my room to someone else . I drove 21 hours to Dallas from Florida and they didn’t care about my reservation. I will be speaking to corporate.

The initial contact at check in. Staff was short and condescending when I mentioned that we had two rooms when she mentioned that there was only one room. I told her that maybe the other room was in my daughter's name she mumbled.

Hotel was adequately cleaned, there were some wear and tear (broken tile in the bathrooms) but overall good. The location was great! Eveything you need within minutes.

The staff was efficient, helpful and attentive.

Room and breakfast areas were clean. Staff was friendly and there were carts available to load our luggage. Room was nice and cold. Showers were hot, but the sink faucets were a little too short for me to use. I had to tip toe and my kids def couldn’t reach them

The room was definitely small for four people. One of the beds is basically touching the wall. But the room was clean and the AC was great! The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. The pool looses a lot of evening sun because it’s so close to the building and the sun gets blocked. The beds were comfy! The ventilation in the bathroom could be better. Overall it was a great stay! I would stay here with my family again!

Walking distance from several restaurants

Clean and convenient for Kaboom town. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was great. Pools on the shady side of building so don’t expect to get a tan but the eater was perfect for swimming and floating.

Always a very nice stay here. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Be right there good breakfast, and they always have iced flavored water and coffee around the clock.

AC unit in the room made so much noise you couldn’t sleep . They ran out of coffee at breakfast time, no in room coffee makers , the orange and apple juice was watered down at the breakfast counter, and the pancake maker didn’t work. They had Powdered eggs for breakfast, Sheets were not clean, floor was sticky like something was spilled on it. Do not recommend.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait approximately 15–20 minutes before receiving assistance. Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the delay. Later, I called the front desk to request spoons and forks and was told they would be delivered to our room. After waiting for some time and receiving nothing, I had to go down to the lobby myself to pick them up. When I arrived, the front desk employee appeared occupied with her cellphone and seemed to have forgotten my request. Additionally, the window shades in our room were broken and would not raise. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay.

It smelt like someone had peed on the carpet several days ago and no one cleaned it. We could not bear the smell, so we went to the reception to get the room changed but they never had another available room. We left and had to get accommodation in the neighboring hotel. I was very dissapointed and I would never recommend the place to anyone. Unfortunately, I could not get a refund because I had booked it via Expedia, another very major mistake. If I could have booked directly via the hotel, they could have refunded.

This was our 3rd year staying here (we stay 1 wk every visit) and this year was the worst! Last year we ran out of soap, had problems with the tv & unbalanced bathroom floor. They were fixing when we left. We were placed in the same room as last year and same problems in addition to not changing our linen - especially after asking & not changing the stained comforter (it was clearly dirty!!) and the toilet kept filling until you jiggled the handle. Also, what happened to the bacon as a variety of meat choices & hot chocolate choice for the new coffee machine in the lobby. Another note: The outside lounge area never had the cushions out - not setup for guests - so no where to sit. Bright side: The front desk staff was great! Very friendly. Wish things weren’t so bad, The location was perfect for visiting my family. Needless to say we will not be returning again. Very dissatisfied customer

The team is always so accommodating. I stay here frequently because they make me feel welcomed, safe and they always remember me. They have a great group of people from Maangement to hospitality! In all my travels (200 plus days a year) this is one of favorite places to stay. Oh and the beds are very comfortable!
