Quiet, clean, friendly

Friendly staff. Very clean property.

Night front desk lady was rude at check in. had an attitude another night. Lobby and hallways smell. Kept smelling cigarette smoke from room next door. Very loud neighbors all around. Kids running, jumping and stomping. Did not feel like a Hilton experience.

I only had two issues with the hotel. We stayed on the second floor, which is currently in process of renovation, and there was plastic sheeting in the hallway and blocking unused rooms near the elevator. The other issue is really just a suggestion for the hotel. It would be nice to have in room safes to store valuables for guests.

Location is very nice. Check-in and out was great. Parking was great. The pillows were flat and not enough pillows for a king size bed. Please replace the old low style toilets. Replace the old style tv's. Would have been nice to watch Netflix, prime, or any other app from the tv, meed smart tv's.

Nice visit. Quiet and clean. Breakfast is not free but check out was not until noon so we were able to sleep late so we didn’t really mind. Price was fairly good for what we got. Not our first choice of hotel when we come to town but definitely our second.

Staff was nice Hallway and rooms had heavy smell of some sort of perfumed cleaning product that was overwhelming and unable to get rid of.

The staff is always pleasant and the rooms are always clean.

Booked a 3 day stay for my family visiting from out of town. They loved the place and its proximity to all the good restaurants.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious! They even offered a playpen for the baby. The only complaint is that the hot tub was down, but its hot out anyway so it wasnt a big deal.

Everything was nice and clean. The Hot Tub was under maintenance when we got there but we were told before booking that it would be down. No issues with jet tub.

No lunch or dinner?

Absolutely horrible stayed for three nights and had to beg for clean towels and ask twice for room service to clean the room cause it smell bad and they never came. Then went to front desk to talk to the manager and was told sorry but nothing I can do

Expedia presented false advertisement pertaining to this hotel and overcharged me for a room that the hotel didn't offer at all. I paid $200 for a suite with a whirlpool at the bedside, but upon arrival i was told that the hotel had no such room available and I had to settle for a regular King room. Totally unacceptable and dishonest. Now I can say that the staff there was great and very nice, it was pretty clean overall, and she apologized on her behalf plus offered free items to make things a bit better for the stay.

This was just a quick stay and the hotel did not disappoint.

Parking where directed by front desk personnel was dark and creepy. No lights and on side of building where could not be seen. Room was still dirty with used Kleenex in the nightstand and used utensil packets around the coffee pot. Used Kleenex were also in bathroom on back of toilet. Not what was expected at all

The building looked old, the garden tub in the pictures of the bathroom is incorrect and the hot tub was broken

Staff was very friendly, elevator was kind of sketchy looking but worked fine. Rooms were dated and some mismatch furniture but no complaints as far as cleanliness and a nice quiet place to sleep

The property is clean and well maintained. Stated as part of a high school reunion group. They welcomed us well! All employees were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here on several occasions because the place is nice.

They announce but know breakfast is not included. Iron didn’t work. WiFi or tv didn’t work throughout the day.

This location is older. It needs lots of attention and renovation. The room we stayed in smelled like Mildew and old socks. We did advise the front office. It was way overpriced for no sleep and headaches due to the musty odors. We will not return to this location.

Some of the staff members were not very friendly to us, and that made the stay feel a bit off. The actual hotel was pretty nice, with a few minor exceptions like a broken ice machine or small repairs in the room. The breakfast was confusing; The paid items were mixed in with the free breakfast, so I wasn't sure what was what. Not sure if I would stay at this location again.

I like the fact we were able to get in the pool. I also enjoyed the driving distance from everything. But the cleaners need to do better with leaving hair behind and the company needs to work on this new system they have. They don’t know the system so it makes checking in complicated

This is a nice business hotel that is in a quiet, lovely part of Addison. The staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was tasty and nicely prepared.

Good hotel overall

Front desk lady at check in did not listen to requested accommodations and was a tad snappy. We did not have any other issues with front desk interactions. Rooms are a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable.

The rate I paid included breakfast. The breakfast was a continental breakfast of cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit (which was above average). Anything else was ordering from a menu. I was still given a bill with an amount and request for a tip - with the server insisting it would be "taken care off". This was very discomforting. I also attempted to purchase high speed internet - it did not work and i was given and error code. The billing evidently worked as it was on my final bill - although i had to ask specifically about it.

I got up the next morning to go to Walmart and stopped by front desk just to make sure I had the room until next day check out. The desk attendant pretended to look and said no your check out is for today I asked are you sure she stated yes. I asked can I pay for the room for another night? She stated no it’s already been reserved and that the hotel was already booked up for the day. So, I went to the car and booked another King room cheaper price and paid through booking.com , I went to Walmart came back. Another attendant was at the desk and I asked since I’m already in the room and paid online can I keep the same room gave her the room number and she stated you’re not due to check out until tomorrow! I stated that’s not what the other young lady said and so I just paid for another night. The other young lady walked up and the lady showed her in the computer that I was already paid up until next day! Wow now my funds are caught up in a 3-5 business days refund Very disappointing But I enjoyed my stay loved the hotel staff and cleanliness

My stay here was for a night do to a concert we were attending. The place was very clean and the desk clerks were very attentive to my needs. I will be staying at this place every time we come back to the DFW area.

The Air Conditioner didn't work at all which made it a little uncomfortable at night. But overall the stay was incredible and would certainly go back to this hilton for future stays.

I love my experience here. The lady at the front who checked me in was super sweet and helpful. I wouldve liked the hot tub and pool were kind of dirty and needs renovations but i think maybe that was in existence.

The boys stayed here for the Tabc tournament. The cost was affordable and not too far from SWAC and Hebron HS.

Whenever I visit Carrollton, TX, I stay at the Dallas/Addision location. One of my favorite person is Jeanne. She is always so helpful to me and I appreciate her.

The hotel is very good from all perspective. The issue is that I booked a room with king size bed through Expedia. But they gave me queen size, saying that all of their kind size are sold out, even if I'd booked well in advance. They said that they give priority to the customers who directly book with them & lower priority to Expedia & others. I think Expedia needs to review & revise their contract with them. Because if the whole hotel is full, they may even say No when I arrive. Where would I go at night?

Safe clean and quiet

Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Addison is the ONLY hotel we book when we stay in the Carrollton area which is once or twice per year. It's the cleanest hotel we've ever had--which is #1 to us! It is beautifully situated off the main road and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The walls must be well insulated because we never hear any noise at all. The water pressure is awesome and the beds are comfortable. Pillows are feathery which means they go flat quickly, but there are 4 on the king bed and an extra in the closet with an extra blanket, too, so it's not a problem. AC always works great. We stay near family so we've never eaten at the hotel so I can't comment on that. We recommend this hotel 100%! Can't think of anything they could improve!

Front desk AURORA is a racist and jerk. She would push you back if you asked room change, even when there were room available. She didn’t understand what does it mean by “change to a room with window openable”. She will also ask you to follow her way if you ask her to change room. She would ask you to call her exactly at 1pm to ask room change. If you ask her at 10AM, 11AM, 12:30AM she will REJECT your request. She is definitely enjoying messing up with customers!

The hotel was good and staff was very nice and cooperative specially Aurora who entertained our request very last minute. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, close to WinStar, close to spa castle, close to restaurants and gas

It was OK but not exceptional

No hot water, no coffee in the lobby in the AM one hour before the end of the scheduled breakfast service.

Aurora was so welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable. We enjoy staying at this specific location. There are many food and shopping options around. The room was very clean and it had a quiet ambiance. We're definitely going to keep coming back.

The property was clean and safe. My sheets had a spot that looked like something had been smashed into it. I requested new sheets and comforter before going to bed, but never received either. I had to sleep curled up on the opposite side of the stain, on the edge of the bed. I literally got into my room at 11p and checked out at 6a. The front desk never asked about my stay.

Did not get housekeeping services during stay and so had to run down coffee and bathroom accessories. Conveniently located with many adjacent restaurants etc. And quiet area. Upcharge for continental bfast and further upcharge for menu order.
