The room was good, however only one issue, well maybe two. The elevator needed to cleaned. And the hot water pressure in the sink was non existent, other than that it was comfy.

Staff was extremely attentive. Didn’t like the fridge situation.

walls are pretty thin and kinda dumb you got to pay $20 a night for parking it should just be part of booking price , it feels misleading to the price of the stay . but it was clean and staff was nice and the hotel isn’t too much of a maze and location is convenient

I reached out twice to see about cancel or moving my reservation. No response. No one answered the phone or replied to my messages.

As a single woman traveling.. I was put in a room with a door that would not lock properly.. the security latch was broke.. and the guy checking me in said he could not move me even tho I also inform I have a thing with rooms next to a open stair well.. I love Marriott but I am not happy with this property

I don't have a bad review for this hotel I honestly arrived and stayed there maybe about an hour and a half and I left out but the staff accommodated me to the best of their abilities and we're readily available to assist me. I have no complaints I would actually stay here again but I just didn't stay long enough to give a excellent review.

It was convenient to have space for family coming from around the country to gather in the numerous areas of the property. Would definitely stay again.

This is a small note. The hand soap in the bathroom did not stand up to a 3-day stay, and it was not replaced while I was there. It would not have been that much of a deal, but the shower contained two shampoo bottles and one conditioner bottle, but no bath wash bottle!

I like the place a lot. It has great location. Though I got very disappointed following the fact that I was charged 15$ per day for a parking even though the room price wasn’t that cheap..

AC masa an annoying noise, hard to fall asleep. Pillows very uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was fine.

the bathroom had mold outside tub and inside by sope dish. you are charged to park as you park yourself.

Property seemed on the older side although the rooms seemed partially updated except the bathroom. Bed was clean. No complimentary breakfast which seemed odd for that style of hotel. They charge $15 per vehicle per night which seemed ridiculous for a 3-star hotel in the suburbs

The staff were amazing but that’s where the positive stopped. The air in our room was broken and it was so hot. One of our travelers was pregnant and we were told there were no other rooms were available. We were miserable all night. The hotel seemed run down and smelled strange too.

127 suite didn't have microwave, bathroom floor dangerous for disabled people like myself, shower not set up properly, room service didn't change sheets for entire week stay, but the staff was nice. No complimentary breakfast, or coffee.

It was a late night arrival after flight getting canceled in early morning check out so we didn't really get a checkout being with the facility but we had good service checking in and out and the facility was clean

Expected a different experience. Called a month in advance to confirm coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. It is not. Uses those little flat pods. Did not use. Went to Walmart and bought a $15 coffee maker, $2 coffee filters, and $8 bag of ground coffee. Spent $25 for unlimited cups equal to approximately 4 cups at the breakfast bar (Starbucks). Gave the coffee maker away and was money ahead. A/C and heater control was attached with duct tape. Bathroom does not have a fan.

This is our second time at this property and this time was even better than the first! Extremely clean & quiet even during spring break! Front desk staff were very kind and welcoming and even informed me of some room upgrades that I may be able to utilize on my next visit. My family and I will definitely be visiting again!

The property it self was clean and smelled good but it was other reason that made me not like my stay. No microwave in the room, pool was not clean, took a high deposit so it just wasn’t what inspected it to be.

Room was poorly cleaned. They charge parking to park in their own lot (this is new, we stayed at the same place last year and parking was free). The lobby was over perfumed. There are too many hotels in this area to ever stay here again.

The hotel was outstanding. The only problem my room heating A/C system was operating noisy causing interrupted sleep. I reported this to the hotel receptionist. He said someone would check it. Moving all the luggage to another room was not a good option. I used earplugs. Your hotel overall is exceptional. Why do operate a noisy and popping heating A/C system?

We booked this hotel about six months in advance for a business trip, with a confirmed and prepaid reservation through Expedia, from Tuesday to Saturday. A major conference was taking place at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel across the street, which is why this location was critical. As I was about to take an Uber from the airport, I received an email saying we had been relocated to another hotel farther away. I went directly to the Courtyard to speak with the General Manager. I was told the rooms were suddenly out of service and that nothing could be done. During the ride to the alternate hotel, the manager stated that non-Marriott members can be bumped, even with a long-standing confirmed reservation. Because the new hotel was not walkable to the conference and the area is not pedestrian friendly, we were forced to rent a car, resulting in $540 in additional expenses. At the conference, multiple attendees told us they had been overbooked at the Renaissance and relocated to this Courtyard. None of them were Marriott members, which strongly suggests early, lower-rate bookings were displaced to accommodate higher-rate conference guests. Marriott covered two nights at a Holiday Inn Express and discounted the remaining stay, but this did not come close to offsetting the inconvenience and added costs. For business travelers who rely on confirmed reservations and location, this hotel cannot be

The staff was very kind and the room clean. There was no water pressure in the tub or shower. The sink was partially backed up and drained extremely slow. On the last night the toilet ran all night.

Can't really complain after staying at a couple other hotels that didn't have the same accomodations. It is a little pricey for a one-night stay without complimentary breakfast. Other than that, I'll recommend this Marriott.

The shower in the room I stayed in was pulling back from the wall and there were dirty towels in it. Also, I’m unsure if this hotel just doesn’t do maid service or if you opt out for points but I wouldn’t know because the front desk staff didn’t let me know when I checked in. Not did they offer water

I had to call the front desk on many different occasions for soap, shampoo, conditioner and clean towels. Our beds were only made once in our whole time there. The front desk tried their best to help but housekeeping sucked.

The front of the building entrance was falling down. Apparently the hotel does not have any cameras per the front desk staff. My door handle was stolen and I was told that nothing can be done because they don’t have cameras.

The staff needs to announce their name when answering the phone. The toilet in my room was taking more than one flush as it seemed clogged. It was never fixed during my stay. The positives were that the staff was friendly and my room was clean.

Our door was mishung so badly that light streamed in from the hall. We had to use towels to try and block the light. We had a stained towel and our air conditioner did not cool well. The bed was comfortable. It just felt like an aging property. The front desk was friendly!

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and smelled wonderful upon arrival. Our room was clean and fresh, which made for a comfortable stay. However, we were disappointed that breakfast was not offered, lobby was empty in the morning not even coffee available. During our three-day stay, our room was not serviced, and we had to reuse the same towels. Aside from these issues, our overall experience at the hotel was good.

The check-in process was extremely easy and efficient.

The breakfast was great - it seems like it was a little understaffed for the ladies working at the counter at times. Also, it was odd that the bar was not restocked in the evening. It seems like there were a lot of business people there for work trips, and the two nights I was there, people came to the bar and wanted a drink to unwind, but the selecte was limited the first day, then almost non-existent the 2nd day. Might want to consider more options and restocking each day to help bring that money back in from people willing to spend it!
