We didn’t use any of the offered amenities so I can’t really comment on those. The check in was quick and easy. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. This will be our go-to place to stay when visiting our son.

Unable to get into the room with the key card. Front.brought mebanother card and checked it and got me in my. The next time I went out and came back, the key card did not work. Luckily I had a friend in my room and was able to get in. That was the only problem I had. Everything else was great.

This property is always great everytime we stay there. This is the only property that we will stay in during our time in Dallas. You always receive exceptional service, it’s always clean, the staff is always friendly, and we always feel safe and welcomed each stay. The front desk manager Dale always makes sure that we have an exceptional stay and makes us feel welcomed. He operates this property top tier every-time we visit. There is absolutely no complaints with this property.

Hotel staff was friendly and all areas were very clean. Parking was accessible but you might need to park further away if you arrive late at night. Very well lit and safe feeling. Breakfast is not free but very affordable.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is older and is in need of updating. The room I stayed in was comfortable, internet was good, temperature control was good, shower water flow was very light, but the bathroom was clean and well lit. The pool was good, but there were no umbrellas to keep out of the hot sun and there were only a couple of towels. The gym in the hotel was very functional with adequate weights and machines that operated well. Overall, the hotel is in need of updating (carpets, shower flow, landscaping, cleaner parking lot).

The attitude you receive when you ask why funds haven't been released from stay by someone I think she said kia or something of the sort then told manager busy they will let them know to call back and do not I travel to all states for work and enjoy courtyards but this lady definitely has attitude and not worth dealing with

People hanging outside of the rooms in fold up chairs talking loudly, this is an outside walk up property which is not advertised, the room had hair of the last guest on the towels. The rooms are very cheap.

On a extreme texas hot summer day we have to wait in the hallway for the maintenance guy to come and fix batteries as the room swipe card isn't working, that was a painful experience.

Didn’t do nothing but sleep and shower so not sure how anything else is. But felt clean tho

There was a giant roach in the bathroom when I woke up in the morning. The place had the smell of air fresheners trying to cloak the need for fundamental cleaning. The furnishings in the room looked like they hadn't been updated or replaced in decades. The staff were attentive and helpful, however, and the common areas in the lobby seemed fine. That is all.

I do not know why we were given a room with hearing and accessibility needs.

I fell in love with the bed and pillow. Even though the property was older it was a good location and met my needs for a night. I actually have stayed here twice.

The rooms are ok but the hallways smell bad, are dark, warm, the carpet is dirty and very old.

When you walk in, the fragrance will captivate you instantly!!! The staff is eager to clean the rooms as well. The parking is nice and easy to get. The staff overall is wonderful. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I’m sure it’s great too! 10/10 servicez

Near the train station and otherwise very reliable. Nothing really special, but no surprises is what is so nice about it.

The lobby and gym were nice, but the rest of the experience felt very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark, had low ceilings, and didn’t feel especially clean, and there were many older-style rooms with sliding glass doors opening directly to the parking lot. Unfortunately, the deadbolt on our room door also didn’t work. We felt unsafe enough that we quietly left and booked another hotel instead — without even requesting a refund — simply because we no longer felt comfortable staying there.

I loved my stay here, stayed 2 nights. Not big on breakfast so I didn’t check that out. Lots of restaurants near hotel. Parking was great, no worries about your car. My room was nice and clean, ac/heat worked great. Plenty of towels stocked. Housekeeping does check in on you to make sure you have what you need. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. All amenities was accessible for use. Felt like a small apartment with the patio areas attached. Also late check in is before 2am. Will return.

Loved everything about the hotel except the shower. Towels were kept in a separate room and the shower glass doesn’t extend the length of the shower. Only goes partway so the air was cold and water got all over the floor.

The staff was amazing from the time i check in til the time i check out i had 1 problem and the guy that was working Friday night came right up fixed it and i was well please.. The room was cleaned and i use to be a Room inspector and they was up to part!!! Will be back in the near future fiture

Our first room was dirty but the front desk was swift to change it for us. The front desk folks are wonderful and beyond kind and friendly, but that’s about the only positive. This was not like what I expected. It felt like a high end motel with the set up offered, not an actual Marriott hotel. The beds and pillows were absolutely awful and I slept terribly all three nights. The shower design is absolutely ridiculous, you have to get wet to turn the shower on and water can just spew out onto the floor, and be careful! The shower floor is very very slick! Can’t open the curtains on the first floor because people can just look right into your room. Definitely won’t be back - but the staff was very nice.

I had to call the front desk to complain about a neighboring room where people were screaming and laughing around midnight for two consecutive nights. Despite the complaint, the noise continued, and I ultimately couldn’t tolerate it anymore and had to check out early. If you’re a light sleeper or value a quiet stay, this is something to consider. The property has potential, but soundproofing and noise control need improvement.

Our stay was perfect! The gentleman that checked us in was great, very friendly and nice. The room was nice and clean, the hotel is very clean and smells great. Parking easy. They have coffee & food for purchase.

It was the nicest and quickest check in ever! Found out I am an Ambassador status. Breakfast cooked was fast and tastey. Liked the bar opened for happy hour. Room was perfectly located for easy come and go.

They allowed me to park my semi/bobtail here and were super nice! Room was perfect!

Patio doors sealed shut with gaps

This hotel was completely closed under construction. I drive up at 11:00pm to signs and permits on the front glass doors. Do not book here!!!!! It needs to be removed from the system.
