Everything was good. I just didn't like the $50 charge for incidentals that I never got returned.

Best nicest hotel for the money newly remodeled. Most comfortable bed, huge TV and the quality of the remodels were impeccable.

There was no breakfast during our stay, they did give bags with a juice, one fruit and a pastry but it’s still disappointing that there wasn’t a proper breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay and there was updating construction going on, but it quite.

I wouldn’t even give it any stars what so ever. First and foremost we arrived at our hotel with the intentions and paying to have breakfast and a pool. The front desk let us know we would have both upon staying. Went up to the bedroom. Floors were extremely dirty, it was hot, mold on the bathroom walls and the bathroom floor tiles were all broken. Later found out WiFi would not work at all, couldn’t watch tv, and the phone was not working. Went down to ask if we could change rooms and never got accommodation for that. Found blood stains on our bed and the room was covered in fire ants which we all got bit all over the place. When we asked the next day for a bed change they came into our room while we were gone and rearranged all of our things and never changed the sheets when I asked again after having to go down multiple times because the room service phone was not working I still never got the bed change. Stayed 3 days and had no towels after the first day even though we asked and said they would bring us some. Mold so bad in the units that it made my entire family sick. Splattered food on walls and food/things from previous people who stayed in the room. No breakfast just sweets and a juice in a bag for our kids. Claims to be family friendly but we watched several prostitution work going on inside of the building. Would never recommend this place to anyone who has kids or families. Not family friendly at all and after all of it they wouldn’t even refund me my money back.

It was a place to stay as apposed to sleeping in my car. They are renovating rooms while renting rooms. The place smelled of chemicals and I had to put a towel at the door to keep the smell from coming in. Couldn't get down the hallway to the room because of all the equipment. There is no breakfast anymore probably because of the roaches. THE WORST PART! Whoever cleaned the room didn't change the duvet and you could clearly tell somebody has SEX all over it. I took it off the bed and put it in the hall and the cleaner took it but did not bring a new one until the last day of our stay. Post world cup this Hotel is struggling sub par and should not be charging what they charge. I only stayed because it was pre paid and did not want to lose half of the booking cost. From now on I will go to the hotel first. Seems like they are giving the worst rooms to Booking.com guest

This place is in the middle of a renovation. There was no notification of any kind of room change until we walked into the wrong type of room. Elevator was out of order. Hallways are covered with plaster and trash.

We reserved for four people. We requested extra towels, because we were only given 2, it was a hassle with front desk. Thankfully the cleaning people were nice and helped resolve that issue. We were offered complimentary continental breakfast at reservation, and when we arrived found out that service was not available due to maintanance. The day before check out we were informed that it would be necessary to switch rooms due to maintanance issue, we went to the front desk and the person attending said that because there weren't double bed rooms available it wouldn't be necessary to switch rooms. That night we came back to find the room to be a mess, dusty, and smelled of fresh paint. Their maintenance crew went inside to work with our belongings inside, wich is completely unacceptable. The night person in front desk was helpful but the room he offered was no entirely clean and the bathtub was slippery. The location of the hotel is fine, but front desk is not very helpful and apparently don't communicate with each other and their staff properly.

Property is in a great location! Walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience store while being away from the traffic of the Main Street. Property is kept clean even while under going renovations. They were painting in some rooms and the smell was strong. This would not deter us from staying again because it was temporary.

We chose this hotel based on the photos, amenities, and positive breakfast reviews. When we arrived, we discovered the hotel was undergoing renovations, something that was never disclosed during booking or at check-in. Many rooms were open, bathtubs were being resurfaced, and there was a strong chemical odor throughout the hallways, including the second floor where our room was located. To make matters worse, rooms next to ours were still being worked on late into the night. At approximately 11:25 p.m., workers were using power tools. After paying for a hotel stay, we did not expect to be trying to sleep through construction noise. Another major disappointment was the breakfast. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but that evening we found a sign stating that no breakfast would be provided. This also was never communicated beforehand. Overall, we paid for a hotel with strong odors, ongoing construction, late-night power tools, and missing advertised amenities. Had these issues been disclosed, we would have stayed elsewhere. I am very disappointed with both Clarion and Hotels.com for failing to communicate this.

The stay was good .. comfortable beds but we forgot a pair of boots and we've been calling them and they say they didn't find them..so someone stole the boots from the room when they cleaned it..I had called them a few hoursayer letting them know but they said they still haven't found them..they have cameras if only they would look to see who took them

They claimed that there is breakfast included and it was one of the things I was looking at while selecting my stay. The didn't have breakfast because they said they were doing renovation in the kitchen. The room AC was full of mold and the bathroom.

I enjoyed the pool. I recommend this place for an inexpensive stop for travel. One thing is they need to have a carpenter shave the door going into the bathroom. It stopped 4" before frame. It did not close all the way. Thank you

Everything was fine for a one night visit. They are remodeling some rooms. Tub could be cleaner, but sheets and bed were good. However, the poor air conditioner and people in the room were hot. It had cool air, but just couldn’t cool the room enough for sleep. We were awake most of the night. It wasn’t horrible, but just enough heat to keep us awake. Sold out, so no move was possible.

great location. first room we were sent to wasn’t what we asked for. the second didn’t have air conditioning. the third we had problems with our keys all night and morning. decent beds and showers though. minimal breakfast to put it lightly.

It was clean and spacious and they had a pretty decent breakfast. Waffles, cereal, eggs and sausage and toppings for yogurt but no yogurt? 😆 Anyway it was good enough for free. The only complaint I have really was the A/C unit would not keep the room very cool during the day. It being mid May it's not even very hot in Texas yet so I can't imagine what the end of June through August would be like. Yikes get ready to sweat 😓 All and all it was a pretty good value!

Hotel is being renovated and construction dust everywhere. Reserved jacuzzi room and it was out of order. No towels and instead of bringing towels they moved us to another room. So tired of walking long long hallways. Breakfast buffet was very limited with no fruit, plates, breads or muffins. Had to get front desk staff to provide food replacements for 9 people at 8am the 1st morning and 5 people at 7:30 the 2nd morning.

No breakfast when we stayed. I asked one of the staffs. This is exactly what he said, "I think it's not avaible today, maybe tomorrow". Are they serious!? what!?

Was advertised as having breakfast on Expedia. When I showed up, no breakfast due to construction! Why not spend a few minutes to update your information in Expedia? If you’re renovating and can’t serve breakfast, update your listing. Bathroom had lots of moss and algae. Not going to this place again.

The front lobby is under construction - the pictures on hotel.com are significantly different than what we experienced. The room had no remote and the soap dish was dirty. The jetted tub was horrible and it the shower for the room. So it was cold taking a shower didn’t a mat so it was slippery. I would have never booked this stay had I known the condition it was in. There was no breakfast due to the lobby being under construction as well.

After getting to my room, I realized that a lamp was missing a lightbulb, and the next morning when I went to get in the shower, I realized I had no showerhead. They corrected the issues quickly, but it was still pretty surprising. Would consider staying there again once the remodel is complete, but I wish I’d been informed.

The hotel is refurbishing, remodeling and refreshing hopefully everything. I will say room was clean but the hallways, elevator and lobby is a mess! Bad smells too! I did not want to stay but you know with Hotels.com there isn’t anybody to call and explain the hotel is not in any condition for guests.

We paid extra for the room with the jetted tub but all the controls were screwed in so the jets didn’t work. We should have been told that or the room not advertised as such. Feel ripped off

The room was a complete disaster. A thick layer of dust and dirt covered everything the eye could see. I didn’t even want to touch the bed for fears of bedbugs. Walking in to the bathroom was like walking into an abandoned building. The roof was falling in on it self, the bathtub was horrible dirty, and the toilet was covered in black mold.

The room was pretty stuffy when I walked in. I had to by some air freshener for some relief. There was a small bug on the bed sheets, so we decided to take the sheets off and get a replacement. These would've been the only issues until we needed a new set of towels and they "didnt have any because ALL of them were being washed." That is ridiculous if you ask me. How do you not have towels ready for availability as a hotel for your guest? Besides these, the bed was pretty comfy and the water pressure was great. The AC was also great compared to other hotels that would have defects.

The room is musty, old, stale. Abt mk ke throw up. The furniture is goodwill donated. Bed is old, lumpy and musty too. Cant wait ck out. Rooms should be no more rhan 25.00 a night. MOTEL 6 is a palace compared to this dump. Im should the state health inspector is blindl

While they do serve breakfast, variety was not offered. It should be a pork and turkey option. The eggs look like small pancake patties, and there was no gravy offered with the biscuits. Also always look forward to connecting our ROKU for other optional tv. They had the hook-up for it, but the remote provided DID NOT ALLOW YOU TO SWITCH MEDIA. FOR ME VERY DISAPPOINTING.

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located next to the highway. Although it isn't in what most would consider a nice area, we felt safe and the lighting at night around the hotel was very good.

The room smelled old stained covers the bathroom had mold above the bathroom door and around the toilet and along the tune and tile. I let the front desk know about tge situation and she said she would send housekeeping, but it was still there and they didn't change a thing not even the bedsheets they just mad the bed. I will not be returning.

When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or apology. The customer service was just as bad as the condition of the room. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Room very out dated and not a clean experience. Were allocated a room for disabled and stinking of tobacco smoke. Environment not maintained especially rear door to access parking area.

This hotel is outdated and dirty. The bed is a brick. The building had terrible odors. The chair in our room had crusty stuff in it. There was a roach in the tub. The front desk staff watched us leave after check-in and then called 10mins later to tell me we had to return the luggage cart… she was polite, but very off putting and unnecessary as they were not busy & they had other carts available. I would not recommend this place for my worst enemy.

Very standard low quality motel. Bathtub was brown and carpet had cigarette stains everywhere. I guess you can’t ask for much but I’d expect better from Best Western

Staff was friend and check in / out was easy. Room was too hot as was our other family’s room on the opposite side of the hotel. We picked this place because it was close to several spots we were visiting, so it was convenient.

The hotel was not how it was advertised. Jet tub was filthy looking I wouldn’t wash a dog in. Room smelt like mildew. Wasn’t in there 30 secs before leaving and checkin into another hotel

We arrived and the room we got was very dirty. There were stains on the sheets and the curtains. A dead bug in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and the carpet was not well vacuumed. I went to the desk to ask to cancel my reservation for the weekend. They informed me because I booked thru a third party they would not refund me but I could move rooms. The second room was cleaner but the place and bedding is very worn.

First room smarties like mildew so badly i opened the door and my allergies went haywire. Front desk gave us a second room with not so strong a scent but weird green growing on the ceiling. I wouldn't be suprised if they're was black mold in the walls. Customer service at the desk was great. Bed was typical and i slept well.

They were very stingy with towels, even running completely out. The coffee was terrible (including the pods in the room). The elevator was unbearably hot and the rooms were humid. Staff was decent enough though.

Had an 8hr flight delay. Finally arrived at hotel at 4:30am. Nobody at the front desk - had to wait 30min for someone to show up. After checking in and dropping off stuff at the room went to the vending machine to get something to eat and drink. The garbage can next to it was overflowing onto the ground and the vending machines weren't working. Went back to the room to shower and sleep. There was a jetted tub in the room that doubled for the shower. The curtain rod was falling off the wall and the tub jet controls were broken. Plus, since the tub was IN the actual room the room felt sticky the whole time. The bed was large and very comfortable, but not worth what I paid for a tub I couldn't use.

This place was horrible. The tv didn’t work, the a/c didn’t get cold and it ran very loud. The bathtub, toilet wasn’t clean. The towel had boo-boo stains. When I asked for it to be corrected the guy up front said nothing could be done or cleaned until the morning. My girls and I traveled and got in about 1030pm and were tired. We were so uncomfortable. I didn’t fall asleep until 3am.

I was there from sunday til friday. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was lacking as the potatoes were hard with no flavor and the bacon seemed like it was microwaved or reheated. Didnt offer straight orange juice.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.The bed squeaked. At breakfast, there was always something important missing, no waffle batter, or no bread of any type, or no plates. The room was very spacious and it was reasonably clean.

Staff was alow to respond. Common areas and room was not as clean as I prefer.

The hotel isn't fancy but the jacuzzi tub in our room was AMAZING!!!
